"The focus of the cuisine is aroma above all. Dishes are built around vegetables, with parts such as leaves, stalks and peels transformed through a variety of cooking methods. Presentation is modern, a layering of flavours and textures. The restaurant’s approach of ‘All Sustainable French’, using everything, wasting nothing, is its way of discovering new facets of familiar ingredients. Recycled materials in the décor reflect the same conviction." - Michelin Inspector

A Refined Taste of France in Japan Dining at this French restaurant was truly a memorable experience. Each dish was carefully crafted, showcasing delicate flavors that felt both authentic and harmonious with Japanese sensibilities. The presentation was refined, almost like a work of art, and every plate reflected the chef’s deep respect for seasonality and balance. What impressed me most was the wine pairing. Each selection was thoughtfully chosen to complement the dishes, not overpower them. From the crisp freshness of the white wine served with seafood to the elegant depth of the red accompanying the main course, the pairings elevated the entire meal into a perfect symphony of taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm and sophisticated, yet warm. The staff were attentive with a natural grace, creating an experience that felt welcoming without being intrusive.

An absolutely exquisite dining experience. The execution of the menu was perfect and not a single beat was missed. Dinner was around 2 hours, which can seem quite long but we enjoyed the experience so much it was hardly any inconvenience. What made this so special is how the ingredients were used to create such deep and complex flavours. I almost felt regret not just ordering the vegetarian course due to how interestingly the ingredients were prepared and presented. All photos pictured are from the Noeud Course (meat option).

What a treat this was. I mean everything was spot on in absolutely every aspect, every detail and not just the meal! The sommelier, the sous chefs, head chef all are demonstrate, patience, experience, timing in executing a flawless Michelin experience. The non-alcoholic pairing (you can also do a half and half) was the best we have ever experienced.

It was a great experience and course + wine pairing was excellent. Chefs are for sure very talented. I’d highly recommend this place. Just an idea to improve the guest experience, put something under the legs of the chairs so they can move more easily and make less noise. It was a little distracting whenever someone would get up to use the restroom.

had a exquisite vegetarian meal at the Noeud. each dish is carefully thought out , designed by chef. and the combination of ingredients was truly delicious and astonishing to taste, and to visual. Thanks to the owner and all the staff for their hard work so that fine vegetarian cuisine can be leveled up!

We got the vegan course with non-alcoholic pairings and it was superb. Every dish was so subtle and delicate with each using a different technique, texture and taste that we had never had before. Every bite and sip was a subtle adventure with so much depth. From the initial cup of broth to the final desert we had a great time. We were surprised by the NA pairings because they felt sometimes even more inventive than the dished themselves. We’ve never had such unique drinks with so much depth, care and craft. The atmosphere was also amazing, with the layered walls of textured masonry and the large slabs of wood making up the bar of just ten seats. It was intimate and immersive. We all sat around the kitchen watching the performance of carefully choreographed cooking. The chefs hardly spoke to each other and yet knew every dish, every move like a well trained dance. We were the only English speakers that night and the chefs and staff very kindly explained each course in English and made us feel so welcome and appreciated. We really loved our time here. I cannot recommend it enough.

I recently dined at Noeud.Tokyo with my girlfriend, and it was a memorable experience. We chose to go for the 11-course menu which they created, and while not every dish matched my personal taste, the quality and creativity were undeniable. The second course and the main course stood out as absolute highlights—beautifully executed and delicious. The service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, which added a lot to the overall experience. The ambiance was simple yet elegant, providing a calm and relaxed atmosphere. While it was pleasant, it didn’t quite stand out as spectacular, but the intimate setting, with a maximum of just eight guests at a time, made the evening feel special and unhurried. One thing I appreciated was the portion sizes. Unlike many fine-dining experiences where the portions can leave you wanting more, here we were served enough food to feel fully satisfied by the end. Noeud.Tokyo offers an excellent blend of thoughtful cuisine, great service, and a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. It’s definitely worth a visit!
