Nœud. TOKYO

"The focus of the cuisine is aroma above all. Dishes are built around vegetables, with parts such as leaves, stalks and peels transformed through a variety of cooking methods. Presentation is modern, a layering of flavours and textures. The restaurant’s approach of ‘All Sustainable French’, using everything, wasting nothing, is its way of discovering new facets of familiar ingredients. Recycled materials in the décor reflect the same conviction." - Michelin Inspector

had a exquisite vegetarian meal at the Noeud. each dish is carefully thought out , designed by chef. and the combination of ingredients was truly delicious and astonishing to taste, and to visual. Thanks to the owner and all the staff for their hard work so that fine vegetarian cuisine can be leveled up!

I had lunch at Noeud Tokyo during my recent business trip. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I have never had a full degustation vegan meal, and I was completely blown away by the taste and the complexity of every dish served. I am completely convinced by the cooking from Chef Nakatsuka! I would highly recommend Noeud Tokyo to anyone who visits Tokyo.

Dined at Noeud recently while visiting Tokyo. Very intimate setting. A few dishes were just okay. I believe it was an 11 course menu. I recall being very stuffed once I got to the meat. One of the chefs even pulled out his translator app and asked if I was full because I didn’t eat all of the last few dishes. Ha! At the end of the night, Naoto introduced himself and gave me his card. Overall, a good dining experience. I’d return.

I recently dined at Noeud.Tokyo with my girlfriend, and it was a memorable experience. We chose to go for the 11-course menu which they created, and while not every dish matched my personal taste, the quality and creativity were undeniable. The second course and the main course stood out as absolute highlights—beautifully executed and delicious. The service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, which added a lot to the overall experience. The ambiance was simple yet elegant, providing a calm and relaxed atmosphere. While it was pleasant, it didn’t quite stand out as spectacular, but the intimate setting, with a maximum of just eight guests at a time, made the evening feel special and unhurried. One thing I appreciated was the portion sizes. Unlike many fine-dining experiences where the portions can leave you wanting more, here we were served enough food to feel fully satisfied by the end. Noeud.Tokyo offers an excellent blend of thoughtful cuisine, great service, and a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. It’s definitely worth a visit!

The food was amazing and perfect as well as the drink pairings (the sake from Chiba was to die for), I had such a great experience and all the chefs were very kind and alert to any of our needs. I felt like I did not have to say a word and the staff was there to take care of anything I needed! (2 dishes are missing form the photos)

A truly magical experience. The food is so thoughtful and creative, blending French cuisine with Japanese flavours. The wine pairing was delicious and well chosen. Special mention to the non-alcoholic pairing option which was incredibly creative when too often the non-alcoholic option is an afterthought. The staff were professional and attentive. It was a privilege to watch them in action preparing our meal

Family trip to Tokyo and booked this restaurant on TableCheck. The food quality is far better than my expectation. Every dishes are extraordinary, the combination and layering are creative and very impressive. Especially the fish combine beetroot risotto and the dessert tiramisu with golden berry. The chef put huge emphasise on the source of the food, they even mentioned the food origin of each ingredients on their menu. The overall atmosphere is very nice simply relaxing and casual to enjoy a good dinner experience.

Outstanding food in Tokyo. It has a french touch and every single dish was delicious. The seats at the counter where you can observe the chefs at work give a great experience. The brown rice sake is probably the best we ever tried.
