Very cool spot in lower Manhattan! Located in a hotel. Ambiance is very nice a quaint. Food is dairy and was very good. When we went there were only 3 other people there. Food is very good but portions are small considering the price!

Ok, my feelings about this place are mixed. Here's the run down: The ambiance is very elegant and chic, and the food is delicious. HOWEVER, it is quite a pricey joint which is fine if certain criterion is met, which unfortunately it wasn't. The service is very, very slow. Too slow for a 5 star restaurant. I'm sorry but it's one thing if you wanna tell me that the main dishes are very time consuming to create because they are unique and are cooked fresh etc but EVERYTHING takes forever, including a freaking soda or french fries. Now onto my next point, the portions are VERY small. I understand that it's "fancy" to have small dishes but these were just too small. And usually even if dishes are not too generous I usually just order a few more appetizers etc, but the menu here is tiny! They have a very small selection so we didn't really have much to order besides for the appetizers we already had, and additionally we didn't want to wait another half hour to just get some more food. We were still somewhat hungry after the meal (due to the portion size and small menu) so we had to wait till we finally got our 2nd order of french fries and filled up on that. Bottom line - Overall we had a nice time, but I wouldn't come back here too quickly, simply because the price doesn't justify it. Expect to wait a long time to get any food or drinks and to walk out somewhat hungry, and to possibly pickup pizza on the way home. Hey, if you people feel fancy or exclusive spending that kinda money on small plates, then go for it, but that's just not my sorta thing. I would only return if they expand their menu, speed up their service and serve larger portions or lower the prices. However, once again, to be fair, the food was delectable, eye catching, memorable, and the ambiance is beautiful. This is just my honest opinion. Note: The menu prices posted on Google maps are not accurate; they've gone up...

This place is heaven. If you're looking for incredible food in a beautifully relaxing, chilled out hotel atmosphere - noga is for you. Authentic Italian/French dishes are served here, and it's all Kosher and made in-house. The Pear Blossom cocktail I had was amazing, and I was offered a full coffeehouse menu as well. They make Irish coffees too :) The seared Chilean sea bass I ordered was the best I've ever had. I also thought it was really cool that the hotel guests get Kosher room service from the restaurant. I highly recommended this spot.

The food looks really nice and interesting but it just doesn't taste good. We ordered a few things and none of them was something we would like to order again. Definitely not worth their prices.

Very nice experience, beautiful decor. But be warned. This place is *very* expensive. We had the truffle pasta and one sangria (because we could only afford one)

Food was good, the service was slow. But hopefully they'll speed up there acts in the future...

I would actually give it 3.5 but I'm rounding up. The food was good. The decor was minimal yet nice and modern. The place was also very clean. The service was very slow. I was even told that my salad took a long time to come out because the chef was working on another large order. It seems like being able to get more than one order out at once is what a restaurant is supposed to be able to do. Also, two people in our party asked for fairly simple substitutions and they would not accommodate any such requests. So overall it was good but not great. I would hope they can correct some of the service issues raised above.

We went on a Sunday night during labor day when 2/3 employees called out. But honestly, we didn't even notice. Ariel was a god send. He was our bar tender, host, food runner, AND waiter. The restaurant should be lucky to have him. He made our experience so great. The food was delicious. They feature pastas with unique flavored sauces. They have some fish dishes but their pastas really stand out. Highly recommend.
