Seattle’s New Restaurant Openings

"Downtown has a new sushi spot with a wide selection of rolls, nigiri, and kaisen don. Their signature rolls lean heavily on the spice, and you can order sushi by the pound during the week if you’re planning a big bash requiring raw fish." - kayla sager riley, aimee rizzo, gabe guarente

Pretty solid sushi by the pound and unique flavours. Can’t go wrong with any choice here imo. Was 19$/lb so a bit more compared to their competitors but imo better tasting.

Amazing new sushi spot in Seattle! Fresh and fast, with a clean atmosphere. Had a few roles to go and to dine in to see the coffee barista bots in the lobby. What a great experience the staff were also very friendly and helpful!

I knew I had to try it as soon as I found out a new sushi bar is open. We were very pleased with the quality and service. There was chu Toro nigiri and the sushi bowls were great. Tip - go earlier for a bigger selection at the bar. My bf liked the rice quality as well. Would definitely go again!

Despite appearances being an almost convenience store/takeout setup, this place is better quality/value than most of the sushi places in the surrounding area. The main reason being the rice quality is notably better than average for US sushi spots, while the fish quality is great (as is typical for PNW sushi). Having ordered from the buffet style bar, everything was somewhat rice heavy which is unsurprising considering you pay by weight, but also fine by me given the rice quality being as good as it is. If I had to ding something, it would be that all the pieces were pretty poorly constructed, all being a step away from totally falling apart. Also the buffet style bar was very lacking in options that weren't using spicy sauces. Will definitely be back here in the future. It's not the best sushi in the city by any means, and but on an immediately local level I'd pick here as a casual lunch spot every time.

We had sushi rolls and some nigiri, they were very fresh and delicious! One of the best sushi in town. Neat interior and seatings. Very fast and convenient with good price!

✨$18.99 premium sushi by the pound ✨ -Bara-chirashi Don $28 -Kaisen Don $45 -Salmon Poke Bowl $23 -Tuna Don $23 Nohm just had their grand opening on the 2nd of January and are located in downtown Seattle. They have premium sushi by the pound and a number of specialty bowls! Open from 11am-5pm for sushi by the pound but open till 7pm for menu items! They rotate their rolls/nigiri selection daily. Today, they had chu toro nigiri which is a steal for only $18.99 a pound!! We had the chance to try multiple specialty bowls my favorite was the salmon poke bowl! (I loveee salmon 🍣) After, you can get a cup of coffee made by a robot from Artly right next door!

stumbled upon this place and was excited to discover a new food spot in the area, which has been lacking options. I’m glad there’s now a sushi spot nearby. Overall, the quality is good, and the service is great.
