"In Italian, “noi” means “we”, a word that speaks of the importance of teamwork and the idea of a joint project. The chef here, who hails from Puglia (the region occupying the heel of the “boot” in the very south of Italy), proudly showcases a contemporary version of his homeland’s traditional cuisine, moving slightly away from the more commonplace Italian dishes and pizzas to offer a mouthwatering journey across the different regions of Italy. As an added bonus, its elegant, meticulous interior recreates the “Italian pop” style of the 1970s. Here, they normally use the “green” (verde) room for à la carte dining and the “Rioja” room for its set menus, which include one dedicated to Italian pasta (simply entitled Pasta), plus a tasting-style option (called From South to North)." - Michelin Inspector

Did the pasta tasting menu and it was excellent, perfect assortment of pastas, did the wine pairing too which I’d recommend + great staff/vibe 😊

Noi is a fantastic restaurant located in a beautiful part of the city. The idea of the chef Gianni Pinto is to bring in town the concept of italian cuisine with contaminations and innovations from his travels. Totally recommended the tasting menu. We didn’t pair wines but beers are great as well, that’s for sure! Same goes with the gin tonic offered at the end of the meal. The list of dishes would be too long to write down here but for sure I still recall the ”Tonno tonnato”, the tagliolini with squids and the fantastic parmigiana in a totally new and never tried way (no need for a knife!). Service is already at the Michelin stars level!

Just the best Italian restaurant in Madrid, if not in Spain, that’s all. Service is elegant, warm but not oppressive, timings are excellent, wine pairings just top class. Hard finding mistakes, really. Just go there and feel like you’re enjoying the life you deserve.

For a Michelin guide restaurant I have nothing bad to say about the service or the food, but that would be all Nothing bad means nothing was especially good the food was fine and the staff were nice but for the prices they were charging per dish I expected more from the food. Also pretty limited options of courses.

We had a great experience at Noi. After two weeks of great tapas we wanted something different and comforting and Noi was perfect. Service was top notch and warm. We loved the rigatoni and tagliatelle the most. Highly recommend getting the one table that overlooks the kitchen for an extra special experience.

This is a great restaurant, I just visited for the second time. The service is really friendly and professional. Angelo was our waiter the other day and we really enjoyed his service and conversation. This is the place to go in Madrid if you are craving authentic Italian food.

Best Italian food in Spain. The service was exceptional and friendly. We ordered an appetizer, dinner, and desserts. Everything was fantastic. Muchas gracias!

Great food. The pasta was delicious and the wine (great options by the glass) were fantastic. My only complaint is they give you bread and water without asking if you want it or telling you it's not complimentary and then charge for it. It's not expensive but it's a matter of principle. Barring that small detail, the overall experience was amazing.
