Wonderful addition to Mandeville's trail head area. Perfectly crafted cocktails made with real ingredients. The small plates were flavorful and great for sharing. Highly recommended for date night or special occasions.

A fabulous addition to Old Mandeville. Very chic and European atmosphere. Great price point, too. We came for espresso martinis and desserts. All delicious. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

This place is so cute and the vibe is awesome. Food and drinks are good. The only recommendation I have is to turn off the scent machine it’s way over the top and I could taste the smell of the scent in our wine. Very triggering for migraine people. No scent needed especially since this is a new place. Other than that it’s awesome but if you are sensitive to scents then prepare to sit outside.

Amazing ambience with a comfortable yet high class feel as well as the Haute cuisine and an eclectic range of cocktails, Noir Bistrot is that unique experience that will make you want to visit often.

It was our first time here; the staff was very friendly and the drinks were very good. I have a slight concern for the food. We ordered the fries, beer cheese dip, and meat pies. The beer cheese dip and pies did not appear to be made in house, seems like they were bought frozen or from the grocery store. I did really like the place, hopefully they can step up their food game.

We had the best experience at Noir this evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to us. We were able to sit with our dog outside, which is always a bonus for us. The drinks and food were great. Looking forward to coming back.

I absolutely love it here at Noir Bistrot! I come in often to get some computer work done, or for a glass of wine! Snacks and bites are always yummy and fresh. The atmosphere and the owner Liz, is perfect! I'm so happy to have this spot in Mandeville! Perfect for a date night or girls night out!

Noir Bistrot is such a charming hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the decor feels thoughtfully curated--elegant, cozy, and just the right amount of whimsical. The servers were dressed to the nines, which really added to the classy, vintage-inspired vibe of the place. We mostly came for drinks this time, and let me just say: the espresso martini and lemon drop menus are chef's kiss. Every cocktail we tried was well-balanced, flavorful, and beautifully presented. While we didn't dive deep into the food menu this visit, we did try the truffle fries--and they were a standout. Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and served with two delicious dipping sauces that complemented them so well. I'll definitely be back soon for a fuller experience--there's so much more to sip and sample. Looking forward to returning with an appetite!

This place is great! I am reluctant to give a five-star rating to a brand new place but Noir earned it on food and value alone. On a recent visit to the Mandeville Trailhead Market, I noticed Noir looked like it would be opening soon. I visited on one of the first Fridays they were fully open and I will definitely be back. Noir is a great place for small plates in a unique setting that makes you feel as if you have been transported out of Mandeville. There is nothing wrong with Mandeville but Noir is different. It is fancy without being pretentious. Classy without being a place you need a jacket as a man. I liked it a lot. For food, we decided to get an order of their fries, a flatbread, two blue cheese stuffed dates, and a couple of drinks. Prices are incredibly fair and affordable especially when considering the quality of the food. It was great! The fries were thin and perfectly fried. The accompanying aioli was a great addition and I strongly recommend these. The flatbread was equally delicious and should be on your list. The dates were good but we only got two so next time I will order more. My one complaint about the food? The menu is incredibly difficult to read and only posted on the wall. I know that they update their menu regularly but I think the addition of a sample menu online, or printed menu available would help. Service was what one would expect in a bran new restaurant. There were a lot of staff but our server struggled with the timeliness of checking on drinks and bringing out food. This was nota big deal as it was likely opening night when we went. Noir is a welcome addition to the Mandeville dining scene. I can't wait to go back.

Noir Bistrot is such a hidden gem in Old Mandeville. The whole place has this cozy, European vibe -- dim lighting, great music, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to hang out for hours. The drinks are top-notch (their cocktails are seriously well-made). They have the best pommes frites in Mandeville. The staff is super friendly without being overbearing, and you can tell they actually care about what they're serving. It's the kind of spot that works for a chill date night, a solo glass of wine at the bar, or just catching up with friends. If you're in the area and want something a little different from your typical bar scene, Noir Bistrot is absolutely worth a stop.

Beautiful place and a wonderful place for drinks with friends and light food. Definitely an up and coming hot spot for locals since Papillons recently closed. The staff are so friendly and the owner is very hands own and I respect her way of doing business. Very mindful of details!

Everything about this place, from the cocktails to the food to the music to the service was excellent. It's a fine addition to the neighborhood!

The truffle Fries are top menu for a reason! Very clean and inviting. 3 couples even made a little dance floor for practice/training in ballroom type dancing. The owner is hands on-helping out however she's needed and it shows. A bit upscale for sure. The outside seating is a treat weather allowing. The outside ordering is done through a window to the bar. Their strength is the wine assortment. The staff was really hustling. it's definitely NOT hillbilly causal deep fried everything.

Great little wine bar with small plates. Exactly what Old Mandeville needed. We'll be back--often, I suspect.

Great place near the lake for a drink and some appetizers. We got the arancini and chicken cordon bleu pasta and both were excellent. Full of flavor. Servers were very friendly and on top of it. Can't remember the name of the drink I got but I believe it was a pineapple and cream which I highly recommend.

Very cute place to have drinks with the girls or first date. Staff is excellent. Appetizers were good. The decor is beautiful and did not disappoint. The only suggestion is to add carpets or something to reduce the loud acoustics. The high ceilings are causing the sound issues but that is easily remedied. A must visit!

My husband and I tried Noir yesterday and had a great experience. We had the pineapple cocktail and Mindful wine and both were great and refreshing! (It's hard to find a NA wine that tastes good). The tapas plates were yummy, especially the cavatappi! The ambience was fun, a little bit of Europe in Old Mandeville!

Fresh ingredients and great service. The grapefruit mimosas are amazing. This bistro is just what Mandeville needs!
