The food was so delicious! The Rasta Pasta was so flavorful. Eloise stopped by often to check in on us to see how everything was going. I let her know my dish tasted amazing, but was too spicy. Without hesitation she was able to get my order remade with a low spice level. The level of customer service was unmatched. Thank you so much, Eloise For providing my sisters and I an amazing dining experience!!

First time visiting- and was very delighted. For the location my concern was always parking. There is plenty of parking under the condos where can have your parking validated (inside of the restaurant). Went during happy hour (2p-6pm) on a Wednesday afternoon. Everyone my table encountered was wonderful. From the hostess explaining the parking validation, servers were knowledgeable about the menu, drinks were on point, even met the GM who was pleasant. The food was delicious. Tried many different items from menu. Half priced appetizers, 2 for 1 drinks, $ 4 sides, and various other things. The seating arrangement is relatively intimate. Overall, impressed with service, food selections, and drinks. I would absolutely recommend this place, and I definitely plan to come back again soon..

We were visiting from Florida, Memory was our waitress. She made us feel right at home & was just the sweetest. Our food was delicious. For appetizers, we had the lamb chops & salmon bites. 🤌🏾 Then for main course my hubby had the oxtails & rice with a side of Brussels sprouts. I got the Dirty Cajun catfish & rice with a side of Brussels sprouts. 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾 OMG…it was amazing. 🤩 Definitely recommend 10/10. Ask for Memory!!

To start off the entire staff was nice and inviting. Our waitress was amazing, the ambiance and vibe of the restaurant is good also. The decor how it's lit and the whole layout feels intimate, but not cramped. We started with drinks a red wine and a lemon drop which both drinks were perfect. Then came appetizers the salmon bites and bang bang shrimp were fresh and very flavorful. One entree was stuffed chicken with candied yams and Mac and cheese and the other was lamb chops with mashed potatoes and collard greens. Everything was a 10/10. Stuffed chicken breast was cooked to perfection the creamy spinach sauce inside was watery and the right texture. Candied yams firm yet soft also very tasty. Mac and cheese had a nice crusted was cheesy but not excessive some of the best I've ever had in general not just at a restaurant. The lamb chops OMG the best ever seasoned very well cooked to perfection also. Mashed potatoes were really good and tasty. Lastly the collard greens weren't dry nor salty tasty also.

1st time dining here as we end our 1yr Anniversary celebration at Noir Kitchen. I found this beautiful gem on IG and they did not disappoint! From the beginning to the end everything was amazing. Our hostess Courtney was phenomenal with explaining the menu and the food was exquisite 👌🏾! I ordered the lamb chops with greens and Cajun cabbage they were fire 🔥!! The glaze that was on those lamb chops busting 👊🏾. My Lady ordered the fried salmon bites as a appetizer and chicken and waffles for her entree. Loved the astophere and the vibe laid bck. This is a must if ever in Nashville and wonderful place for you and significant other. Don't take my word but u most definitely will not be disappointed. Thanks for a memorable time and we definitely will see you'll again!!! ✌🏾👍🏾🫶🏾

I live in Louisville, Ky and me and a couple of friends came to Noir for our annual Christmas gift exchange. We had Alexis as our server and she was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and attentive! The food was amazing!!! Everything we had was soo good! We will definitely be back again!

If you’re looking for amazing soul food in Nashville, Nior is definitely the place to be. Every dish is full of flavor, cooked with care, and gives you that true comfort-food feeling from the very first bite. The meal was rich, well-seasoned, and beautifully plated, with sides that perfectly complemented the main dish. You can tell the food is made with intention — soulful, satisfying, and elevated without losing its roots. Nior is one of those spots where you leave full and happy, already planning your next visit. You will not be disappointed.

Google
This place was amazing! We were seated immediately because we had reservations. Another great thing is they have a parking lot and there is a qr code inside to validate your parking. (make sure you have your plate number) The server was attentive and knew the menu well. The food was outstanding. The portions definitely won't leave you hungry. It was so good that we went back for dinner that night. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10. I already know what I want to order when we go back. 🤣 The bar manager came over to make sure everything was good. That was appreciated.

Yelp
Decent experience overall. We came two hours for a Nashville night. We had an 8pm reservation on Saturday but we didn't get seated until about 9:00 We expected to wait but not an hr WITH a reservation. The food was decent. I had the country fried wings which ended up being party wings even though they had a party wings entree listed separately. The service once inside was pretty quick it was just the outside wait that made it daunting. The ambiance is good with low lights. They do add gratuity to the bill but it is listed so you know ahead of time. I'd probably try it again but not on a weekend.

Yelp
Came to this restaurant last night for a team dinner. We had a reservation and were seated shorty after all of us getting there. We had a pretty big group, so I'm glad we were seated without having to wait a while. As soon as we sat down, our waitress asked everyone what they wanted to drink. We all did wait for a menu, however, they don't hand out paper menus, they have a QR code. We were with an older crowd, so i think they were a little bothered by that but everyone did end up looking and ordering. One of my colleagues got the spinach dip as an appetizer and i was able to try it. It was super cheesy with barely any spinach lol. It didn't taste bad, however, it seemed to be more of a cheese dip than spinach dip. The chips it came with were very tasty and just the right amount of crunch. My coworker also got the cornbread appetizer and he said they were really good. I got the Rasta pasta, which is really good. However, i didn't like the sauce that was on the chicken. I took the chicken off of the pasta and ate the rest. The toast was also really good as well . I love the fact that this restaurant is black owned. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area.

Yelp
Food 10/10 I say try they lunch specials during the week to really get a feel Service slow on Saturday nights the busiest but the live music makes you ok with the wait.... Good date night for established couples but if you wanting to converses music and conversations are loud. Great girls night out or visiting Nashville highly recommend! Parking is free which I love and allows you to enjoy inside or a patio session as well. Great view of the East Nashville traffic

Yelp
Waited a good minute to be seated even though we arrived on time for our 8pm dinner reservation with a party of 11 (we got a a girls there on time!!), but other than that once we got seated it went well. Food was delicious, waitress made sure we had what we needed & gave great recommendations based on our likes/dislikes. Really cute restaurant with dim lighting. Would def go back!

Yelp
The service was good, and the chicken breast stuffed with spinach was a nice touch. I want to go back next time in town to try something else from the menu. The only thing is that it could use a little less salt. The live music and vibe were great.

Yelp
THIS LOCATION IS A MUST!! 1. Beautiful environment 2. Amazing food 3. Phenomenal staff 4. Wonderful service You should visit and support this establishment because they care and they are intentional with the environment! I will absolutely recommend and come back!! Great job team Noir!!

Yelp
My wife and I visited Noir this past weekend and the vibes and atmosphere was extremely nice . The staff and host were very welcoming and we actually were sat before our reservations . We had tequila lemon drops and the were extremely strong lol . We ordered the spinach dips with honey gold and lemon pepper wings . The food as very quick and the hostess made sure that were well taken care of . I'm definitely coming back soon the music alone will bring me back .

Yelp
From Miami fl & was In town for a graduation all i can say from the ambiance to the food to the service 10/10000000!! Honey was our waitress & she was very nice! The Mac n cheese , catfish,, shrimp & grits, potatoes & lamb chops were seasoned to perfection!

Yelp
I am still waiting for them to respond to my in-person request to honor an e- gift card my son purchased for my birthday. It was purchased November 4, 2025. A staff member of theirs who told us she was management has not contacted us about next steps to honor the certificate. I would suggest to not purchase an e-gift card there until they improve their e-gift card system Once this issue is settled properly I will update this post.

Yelp
I was very excited to try this Black-owned restaurant while visiting Nashville! We made a reservation for a week night and while the food was delicious, the service was inconsistent throughout the evening. When we arrived, we were seated at our table but had to wait for a while before any staff approach us to ask for our drink orders. The menus are accessible from a QR code so we were able to start looking at the menus and decide what we wanted to eat. Our tablecloth had pieces of food stuck to it. My friend used the bathroom while we were there and said that there were several flies in the stall. However, in general, the internal decor looked sleek and modern. When the staff arrived to take our order, we got a series of smaller dishes and shared among ourselves. The star of the show were the Fried Salmon Bites! Absolutely delicious! They are technically an appetizer and were fried to perfection and well seasoned. The Spin Dip was also delicious! Cheesy and hot with great flavor! I look forward to trying Noir again the next time I visit Nashville. While I was a little disappointed on this visit, I know they have a reputation for great service and delicious food. Hopefully, the experience will be better next time. Happy Eating!!

Yelp
The food is great! The service was good when they were able to attend to us. The restaurant is nice and the music is always great.

Yelp
It was my first time at Noir. Parking was a little confusing, you have to go behind the building. They validate parking for up to 3 hours. The drinks were 2 for 1 during brunch. I got the red sangria and that was pretty good. I ordered the oxtail and grits and I really enjoyed that. The biscuit was good too. The restaurant has a lot of potential, our server was great. Workers were dresses in nice uniforms. The aesthetics didn't really match. Everything was black, new chairs would help and they get rid of the twinkle lights on the ceiling. The seating could be spaced out better. We were really close to a table, it was almost attached but the table on the other side was far for no reason. I'll be back to try their dinner.

Yelp
The all black is cool and the patio is nice also. The happy hour did not disappoint! The $4 sides, 2-for-1 drinks and half off salmon bites left me full for a reasonable price! The Mac and cheese and cabbage were standouts. There were a couple of mix ups on the orders along the way but the Keith Sweat and cobbler made up for it.

Yelp
I truly had such a great time tonight!! This is a great place to enjoy specialty cocktails and delish food, the warmest service and I cannot thank Quanna enough for the excellent and prompt service and she made a drink I'll surely miss the "real raspy! Special shout out to Kahlia the manager she was so amazing and came and checked on me and Just the best and warmest welcoming invitation, they make you feel at home here! After chatting with Kahlia I learned that she crafted many of the drinks on the menu which is awesome because I certainly enjoyed mine and the drinks came out looking and tasting spectacular! The food ... I emptied my plate and I will try to make it back here for brunch before leaving town

Yelp
4.5 stars. We waited a few minutes after our reservation for our table to clear. The staff were friendly and thanked us for waiting. The vibe is club-like with loud music playing and lots of ambient lighting. Our server Destiny was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Bit, letter honest... the most important part was the food. It was phenomenal. Honestly, it was the best meal of the weekend. I had the Cajun fried catfish with candied yams and Brussels sprouts. My husband had the stuffed chicken with collard greens and loaded mashed potatoes. Our nephew had the seafood fettuccine, which had a Cajun cream sauce. Every was so good. I would definitely go back. Unfortunately, we didn't snap any photos because we were so hungry when our food arrived, but trust me. If you like southern cooking or soul food, this is the place.

Yelp
Noir is a great place if you're looking for some tasty food, good vibes and an aesthetically pleasing environment. However, their service needs to improve asap! First the Pros! My girlfriends and I went to their happy hour to have a few drinks and food. I tried the oysters for the first time and they were really good! Definitely smaller in size (I guess because of happy hour) but they were cooked really well. The music during the day was a vibe and the bathrooms were clean! (Always an extra plus for me) Now, the things that can be improved are the " specifics" of the happy hour deals. $1 Wings - min 5, $3 Oysters - min 4, $4 Lamb Chops - min 4. All of this is completely fine but definitely should be communicated because all of these items turn up being the same price as a regular meal. (So you don't really save much of at happy hour) The service is also very slow and not really attentive. A 20% gratuity is added to every bill regardless of the party size and it kind of seemed like the waiters didn't care as much because of that! Overall, I give Noir happy hour a 3 star experience! Mainly because of service

Yelp
The Food Makes Everything Worth It. Now with that being said I also had a good experience. I visited on a Thursdays evening around 7:30pm. I sat at the Bar and there was only one bartender, I understand staffing so please understand if you sit at a bar with one bartender he or she is making the drinks for the entire restaurant and bar. This is important to remember because they have AMAZING craft cocktails so when you get your drink I promise you won't be disappointed! I sat at the bar so I can't speak to a table experience, I can say that the bartender did a great job at trying to keep balance between his guest and the drinks of the main restaurant. I got the Fresh AF to drink it's amazing!! I wonder if they do it in pitcher sizes? Because one glass wasn't enough but at $18 on a Thursday it had to be lol. For dinner I got the Rasta Pasta it's an oxtail Cajun pasta!!!! 10/10 perfect flavor nice amount of oxtails! The oxtails were so tender soo good! The space is perfect for special occasions or date night. Although you could come for happy hour and earlier for lunch for the good food, the space is dark in a sexy way and feels like a moment. Parking is behind the building and below the building THE DO VALIDATE AT THE HOST STAND! Hope this helps and remember give grace to your server! The food and drinks are worth the wait.

Yelp
We flew in from Atlanta just for lunch. The service was on point from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. Our server Memory was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu.. The food was delicious and our bar drinks tasty. I give this restaurant a 10/10. We're already ready to go back for happy hour.

Yelp
Mood: Night out needs dinner Definitely a VIBE here. Was super lively- DJ was playing some good old school tunes that make you want to dance. It was pretty crowded on a Friday night so service was moving at a slower pace but that's expected & we didn't mind at all. The inside has great picture moments too. So come dressed. Food: Fried catfish 10/10 great selection of size & flavor. Loved every bite. Yams & Brussels 10/10: love me a good side item that can easily be a main! Egg rolls 7/10- was a little over fried Salmon pasta 9/10 great taste and cook. The seasoning was somewhat salty. But still tasty.

Yelp
Delicious dinner with vibes vibes vibes! The music is so good and our service was great as well. We were asked several times if we needed help with validation so or parking could be free. We ubered but appreciated their concern. The lambchops and Cajun cabbage were amazing!!! Our only complaint was that the oxtail portion was too small.
google avatar

Stacey S.

Yelp
Amazing Food, outstanding service and a wonderful ambiance that made you feel welcomed. Our server/bartender, Ciara, was a joy!! The only reason it was almost not a 5, was because the Happy Hour drinks didn't include anything I like, Bourbon, and an occasional beer, or Scotch. Ashley was also a joy, as they both greeted us with smiles and joked long right with us.
google avatar

Yelp
First stop in Nashville for my birthday weekend and Noir set the tone. Soon as we walked in we were created by our fave R&B songs playing. They also have TVs all around so any sports ppl wont miss a game. Make to make a reservation because this place is popping! The food was amazing. There's something for everyone. They have an amazing craft cocktail list as well. I went with a mojito and it was def in my top 3 of best mojitos. The Philly egg rolls were amazing. So flavorful. Service was top notch from the host to server to the manager Terrance who came around and checked on every single table. Please check Noir out if you're in Nashville and want some good food and great service.

Yelp
While it takes a while to get the food, when it arrives it is aesthetically pleasing, flavorful and worth the wait!

Yelp
Noir was such a vibe! Our server was absolutely amazing--she brought so much energy and positivity to the table. She was super attentive, helpful, and genuinely seemed like she wanted to be there, which made the experience even better. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge--definitely come hungry! The decor added to the atmosphere, with its dark, moody tones giving the whole place a chic, intimate vibe. I went on a Wednesday night, and it was pretty quiet, which made for a relaxed evening. But I could totally see this spot being packed for brunch or on a busier night--it has that kind of energy. The music was good too, with a great mix of R&B and soul that set the tone perfectly. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a chill night out or a more lively gathering, depending on when you go. Highly recommend checking it out!
google avatar

Yelp
I saw Noir on Instagram and all of the visuals looked appealing so wanted to check them out. We unfortunately did not have a reservation, so it was going to be over an hour wait. We were lucky enough to be able to sit at the bar. So I suggest that you make a reservation because they were definitely packed around 6 pm. We were immediately greeted by the bartender and were told to scan a QR code for the menu. I don't necessarily mind using an electronic menu, but sometimes I prefer an actual menu, especially if I'm not as familiar with the menu. We ordered a mojito mocktail and tried their lemon peppered salmon bites as an appetizer. The bites were pretty tasty and it also came with a dipping sauce. We noticed and were surprised that the dipping sauce was served in a cracked ramekin and so we asked the staff to replace it. We also ordered their dirty Canjun catfish rice specialty dish and the stuffed salmon with Gouda Mac and cheese and Brussel sprouts. Unfortunately, the catfish dish didn't come with an actual side other than the rice, but the dish was very delicious and it was a generous amount of food, which came with two large catfish fillets. What made the dish was the crème sauce. It was so creamy and seasoned. Let's just say, it was definitely needed and it took the whole dish to another level. The stuffed salmon was pretty good too. It tasted a little fishy, so it definitely needed more slices of lemon, but the Gouda Mac and cheese and Brussel sprouts were really delicious and very seasoned. The restaurant had a nice vibe to it as they had R&B playing throughout. The restaurant was also pretty clean and tidy. All in all, great food and vibes! Can't wait to visit again.
google avatar

Yelp
This place deserves way better reviews!! So I'm here to tell y'all to get over here ASAP because the service was excellent (shout out to Kennedy!) and the food was out of this world. Big portions bursting with flavor, this was easily one of the best meals we've had in Nashville (and I've lived here over 7 years!). Highly recommend!!
google avatar

Yelp
Went to Noir on a Thursday night with a group of three and were seated right away--no wait, which was great. The food was good (not spectacular). I had the Cajun pasta, which was decent, but the Buffalo chicken eggrolls were disappointing and oddly came out after our entrees. Service was average our server wasn't particularly attentive.
google avatar

Keisha G.

Yelp
The metal detector at the door should've been telling. Horrible service. Food was overpriced for cold uncooked food. The greens tastes like it came from a can. Management was just as bad as the food. The bath room light was out & no one seemed to be concerned.
google avatar

Jasmine A.

Yelp
We had reservations for four and showed up early, but they seated us anyway, which was a win. Sadly, that's where the good vibes started fading. I expected classy and chic, but got TVs everywhere, ripped seats, and tablecloths that looked over worn. It had a sports bar feel, which didn't go well with all the beautifully dressed women that were there. The food? A rollercoaster. The lamb chops were tender but over-seasoned, the catfish didn't seem cajun but were fresh, and the oxtails, although tender, were more "snack size" than entrée. I had cowboy butter oysters, and for the life of me, couldn't understand the flavor. I love oysters both raw and cooked, but these were somewhat off tasting. On the flip side, the mac and cheese was a star, the best tasting mac and cheese I've had at a restaurant in a while! The greens were tasty, and my partner loved the sweet yams. Drinks looked Instagram-ready but tasted light on the booze. Service was great, but everything else felt a little...tired. All in all, the sides and our waitress shined, but it was not worth the amount spent. Meh. Not quite the fancy night out I'd hoped for.

Keith T.

Yelp
Food, Ambience and Music. Would like to see management police patrons wardrobe a bit more to accent a more upscale crowd.

Yelp
Just know... those lamb chops did something amazing to my soul! A must-eat, no questions asked. Please hit this spot up and thank me later

Yelp
I went to NOIR with a friend to check out their happy hour, and it was really good. The drinks were great, and the service was honestly some of the nicest I've had in a while. Our bartender, Two (yes, like the number), really made the experience even better. I had the two-for-one lemon drops, and my friend went for the two-for-one Hennessy. Both were solid choices. We also took advantage of the half-price appetizers--my lemon pepper wings came out to about a dollar each (I had six), and my friend ordered oysters. Both dishes tasted great. My only small note: my wings were all drums with no flats, in case that matters to other wing lovers. Happy hour overall was a win--great drinks, great food, and great service. Parking is available in the back, and they validate so you don't have to pay. The ambiance was nice too--laid-back but with a lively vibe at the same time.

Yelp
Everything was Delicious. Some of the Best Mac and Cheese I ever tasted. The drinks were delicious and service was impeccable. The manager, she's an Angel.

Yelp
Slow service. Took forever to get our water. Food and cocktails only ended up ordering an appetizer due to the wait

Yelp
Wow! Wow! wow! I eat out a lot and try new places and I can honestly say this place is the best place I have ever eaten at.... Hands down! WOW! It's a must try. Had the meatloaf, Mac and cheese, greens and cabbage.... All were perfectly seasoned leaving me wanting more. My friends had the yams, shrimp and grits.... OMG! It was amazing! The service was great - the young lady was pleasant and professional. The music was perfect. We had to ask for the chefs to congratulate them!

Yelp
Noir was a great experience. They were very accommodating with our reservation as we were new to the area and got a bit lost. Our server Kennedy was fantastic. She recommended the Philly Eggrolls which were amazing. For entrees, I got the stuffed chicken with smoked Gouda Mac and cheese and the candied yams. It was piping hot when it came out which was great. I ate one chicken breast there and it was delicious. I took the rest to go. Sadly, when I got home to eat my yummy leftovers, I bit into the chicken and it was pink. I was so sad because the first one was so good! The second one was raw. Other than that, I loved the experience. I will definitely return; I'll just order something different.

Letisha S.

Yelp
Food 10/10 Server CC 10/10 Overall experience was amazing. Great food and good vibes!!!

Jada R.

Yelp
The service was great very nice, but the oxtail dinner with the rice was not good nor was the Gouda Mac and cheese. The food also came out too fast. The tables were too close for comfort. The music didn't give upscale it was very explicit. It was hair on utensils. The vibe just wasn't there.
google avatar

Lakisha J.

Yelp
Service was spectacular!! We had a reservation and were sat within a few minutes of arrival. Enjoyed the music selection and the overall vibe. We had an assortment of things and kept adding things to our order randomly but Nya handled all of our randomness with grace. We ordered Philly Egg Rolls, Hot Parmesan Oysters, Lamb Chops, 8 oz Filet, Cajun Catfish, a plethora of sides, & a few drinks. My favorites: Oysters and the smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese. I'm not a Mac & Cheese lover but I ABSOLUTELY loved these and will definitely order it again. My least faves: While the Filet was tender, flavorful, & cooked to my desired temperature, the texture was a bit overly soft to me. It's 'beer seared' which could have been the reason for it. Don't get me wrong, it was still delicious and the entire thing was devoured especially with the Demi glaze on top. The space is cute but I wish the lights were a tad dimmer. The tables/chairs where we were sat felt like cafeteria tables but the booths appeared to be a bit nicer. The one thing that I absolutely did not like was the 20% service fee for all tables. We were a party of 3. Why is that a thing? Even with my least faves and the service fee, it is still a place I'd return to.
google avatar

Renaye J.

Yelp
When I tell you I'm hard to impress but everything was amazing from start to finish. The star of the show was Courtney!! She made my evening shine and she is the epitome of customer service. I will be back and I'm a fan!!

Yelp
What a wonderful experience we had at Noir! We went there to celebrate a family birthday and could not have made a better choice. It is not a large venue so it felt warm and welcoming. The food was exceptional - and we had quite a wide array. We had steak, lobster, chicken, pasta, wings, greens, Mac and cheese, spinach dip, mashed potatoes, broccoli and yams. I probably forgot something. All the food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and helpful. It was topped off with a slice of birthday cheesecake which we all shared because we were so full! We will most definitely return to Noir again and again.

Yelp
Went for Sunday brunch and parked in the attached garage which was validated inside the restaurant (that was a plus). The atmosphere inside was nice with decent decor. Music was bring played and it was pretty full inside with moderate volume. The only negative I have is the wait time after ordering so if you're impatient, hopefully that won't be your experience. The drinks took around 15-20 minutes to reach us but the food took around 40-45 minutes (no exaggeration). I will say, once the food came, it was worth the wait. Flavorful and plentiful!! Overall, good experience (8.5 out of 10). I would recommend and go back myself.

Yelp
Visited as part of the Offline app. Parking was a breeze--complimentary in the garage or parking lot. Just park, head inside, and set up your parking. Remember your license plate or use my picture to register at your car. We ordered a glass of wine, which arrived 25 minutes later, after our food. Our water was never refilled. We ordered: Fried Shrimp - flavorful - a bit salty but my husband loved it. Stuff salmon - recommended by the waitress. Not into it - overloaded with cream cheese. Fried catfish - that was good, crispy and moist Candied yams - good Cajun cabbage - I like it - does have pork Macaroni and cheese - pass Dirty rice - pass. I don't prefer my rice al dente. Despite being told happy hour was from 4-6 with half-off appetizers, we were charged full price for the fried shrimp. When we questioned this, the server checked with the manager and said happy hour is only Monday to Friday. We had confirmed the happy hour specials with the server before ordering, who mentioned half-price appetizers and classic drinks. Both the server and another helper assured us it was half-price. Ultimately, we paid full price. The service was disappointing, and the temperature was set to 75°--quite warm. We were sweating and without cold water, it was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Yelp
We visited Noir in Nashville last night to celebrate my cousin's husband's birthday. They flew in from Chicago just to try this spot after seeing a TikTok review--and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-tier. We were seated quickly, our waitress Tia was kind and attentive, and the manager Kalia made sure we felt welcomed. They were running a Caribbean special, which I was skeptical about at first--being Caribbean myself, I'm picky about authenticity. But Kalia reassured us, and wow, was she right. I had the brown stew snapper with rice and peas, peppers, and potatoes. It was easily a 40/10. The flavor, the aroma of coconut milk, the perfect level of scotch bonnet heat--it was clear someone Caribbean touched that kitchen. We had to speak with the chef, Randall, who was so passionate about the dish and gave credit to the executive chef (or executive assistant chef), whom we even got to FaceTime. Her spirit, her energy--you could feel Jamaica in every bite of that meal. This was upscale dining that honored Caribbean culture beautifully. It's rare that I leave reviews, but this experience was too good not to share. I would 110% recommend Noir to anyone in or visiting Nashville. We'll definitely be back

Yelp
My fiancé and I decided to try this restaurant for our 5th year anniversary. Inside gives black luxury, good food, and music. Waitress was okay, but wait time was a bit long. Food was hot and fresh though! Can't wait to go try happy hour!

Yelp
We tried!!! We have a reservation for Saturday @ 4pm, party of 2.... Hostess discussing shift with another person and finally apologized for talking over us and looks it up. It takes a few mins and we are directed to a small wobbly sticky table near the kitchen and extra loud music speaker. As the waitress comes out she hands us brunch menus and informs us that's all they serve until 5pm. Wait What- yep, you want to wait until 5? Nope, we will find another spot.

Yelp
The waitress wasn't as available to us. The drinks was overpriced. There wasn't any liquor in the drink. Mislead us on the tip process

Yelp
I've wanted to come to Noir for a while now. I finally got some time and some friends together to go for their happy hour (HH)! They have a parking lot very close by (can be validated), and great views of the city. Inside the establishment is very cute, had plenty of seating available , and was decorated for Christmas! The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were extremely friendly, but I unfortunately will not be back here for a while. We ordered: - lamb chops (HH, they were like lollipops) - wings (honey hot, lemon pepper, sweet heat, 1 flavor & 5 wing max during HH ) - yams (sweet and sticky ) - Mac & cheese (very good, actually seasoned!) - Brussels sprouts (a little sweet if you don't mind, but well seasoned) - Cajun cabbage - fries (battered) - garlic mashed potatoes (a little thick but good, heavy on the garlic) - Parmesan oysters - Rockefeller oysters (very salty, but good otherwise) - margaritas, lemon drops, don julio shots ***HH portions are smaller than regular price, and it seemed like they move slowly to avoid getting your orders during HH to get you to order from the regular priced menu*** We had to stop someone to get waters after being seated for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. We waited 2 hours for our drinks (we were forewarned that the bar was moving slow but wow), and at least an hour for our food, though food was constantly coming out of the kitchen. There are restrictions on the happy hour menu that aren't clearly advertised like $1 wings have a 5 wing max. Dirty rice and the loaded mashed potatoes aren't part of happy hour sides. Also, the only oyster included with happy hour is the hot Parmesan. The food was brought out in parts, so while I had most of my food, other people were brought absolutely nothing. Someone in my party had food allergies which were acknowledged but then the food that came out could've sent her to the hospital. The manager tried to correct her experience but failed to try to correct anyone else's in the same moment. When we ordered the wings, initially boneless wings (essentially chicken nuggets) came out but when my wings finally came out (after asking about them 3x) they were actual party wings. Apparently, earlier in the evening the kitchen said they were out of wings, but it wasn't communicated to us prior to them being brought out. I guess they ended up finding more wings between the first order coming out and mine coming out. We did also notice people dressed in plain clothes going back and forth to the kitchen, which was different. The music was amazing though, they know how to set the ambiance while you wait for God knows how long to eat or drink. All in all, I'm not sure where the disconnect was between the kitchen, bar, and service staff. To have parts of our order be brought out twice, have to ask for our food and drinks 3 and 4 times and not ever have the table cleared, our 3 hour visit was one for the books. Thankfully, our tab was covered by the establishment but I can't say I'd ever recommend Noir for a quick lunch or drink because there's no telling how the service would be. The only way I'd try Noir again is by ordering takeout, but I'm very nervous that the experience would be about the same and I don't have it in me to be disappointed twice.

Yelp
I would've given a 5 star review but I wasn't a fan of the 8% service fee and 12% gratuity fee automatically added on. I was giving 20% anyway but don't like the forcing of it I went during happy hour which provides a great value! $5 lamb chops, $1 wings, $4 sides, half off appetizers and 2 for the price of 1 margaritas! Philly cheese steak egg rolls- so good! Honey hot wings- good Smoked Gouda Mac and cheese so good Lamb chops- small but really good! Collard greens- ok
