The 16 Best Cafes in Paris | Eater

"Noir is a favorite among coffee-lovers for the sharp design of its 12 locations, spread all across the arrondissements, and its great coffee made with ethically sourced and roasted arabicas from Guatemala, Brazil, and Mexico. If you have your choice, opt for the shop close to the Saint-Ouen flea market, where the interior boasts a funky mishmash of styles — wavy midcentury wall cutouts, Brutalist ceilings, high wooden stools befitting a classic bistro — that come together to create a fun vibe. Here at the coffee shop, I was told that they have different coffee blends every day, and we really enjoyed the coffee from Nicaragua. It was a delicious coffee with a unique flavor, and we ordered it in various variations, including with oat milk, which was very interesting. The atmosphere here is simple, and it's a pleasant place to grab a cup of coffee, but you won't have to stay for long. The service is good. The people here love making good coffee. The quality of the coffee often depends on the barista and their mood.

Cute coffee shop with tasty coffee and pastries. The coffee and pastries selection is great, with knowledgeable staff advising clients depending on their taste. The coffee shop is nicely decorated and very clean. The staff is very professional and nice. You do not feel rushed when ordering and you get your coffee quickly. Overall I highly recommend giving it a go.

Great coffee place, with great vibes! The guy with long hair who works that’s was so kind and I had a nice friendly chat with him a couple of times about coffee related stuff, and he was very informative about it! Very impressive

I stayed in Batignolles (17th) for ten days. Out of pure luck, Noir was just around the corner. Some of the best cortados I’ve had outside of Sydney (yes, Australian espresso is a benchmark :)). The barista Charles is wonderful: great coffee, warm and professional attitude! Cosy atmosphere and great music. Maybe not the place to plug in and get work done (not a bad thing), although you could of course sit with your charged laptop/tablet and work a little. It’s more of a local corner café to sit and enjoy your coffee, read, or chat. Stop by if you’re in the area :) ~ Nésrine

I had a flat white, the coffee was nice but there was a lot of foam. The dog who was there was very welcoming.
