I really enjoyed my flight from Bangkok (DMK) to Chiang Mai (CNX) by this company. Nok Air has the mobile app with stylish design and online check-in feature that saves time and makes it easier to travel. The cabin crew is friendly. The airplane is new Boeing 737-800. I wish Nok Air to develop and grow! Thank you very much!

Bangkok - Krabi: Our priority boarding was very organised, the plane was on time. Krabi - Bangkok: Our priority boarding was a disorganised mess, with no clear notification allowing us to board first. Everyone just pushed to the front and got on early. Why did we pay extra for something that we didn't get? The departure was delayed 30 minutes, not a major problem. Overall: The seats were comfy, the ticket price was good, the boarding procedure on the return flight was disorganised.

We booked the fligts way in advance and later got information by email that one of the fligts was cancelled and got offered flight at different time same day, which was fine for us (this was the return flight). But when we got to the airport, we were informed that flight there was also cancelled and we have to fly 3 hours later - but no one informed us in advance even though they clearly had my email address. And then again when returning the flight was also delayed but we got earlier flight, also got this info only at airport so we were lucky to be there soon enough to catch the earlier plane. Otherwise the experience was ok, staff were nice. I just don't recommend if you need to get somewhere on time or have connecting flights. I liked the colorful planes.

The worst airline I have ever seen. Low ticket price for domestic and add extra charges for luggage which haven’t been over the 7 kg. And so called manager can’t even talk English and explain the polite way to the customers. There is no way I will be choosing this airline for the future.

Let me share my wonderful experience. To fly from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, I chose Nok Air. A girl had a very bad attitude when collecting tickets. She said my luggage was overweight, okay, I understand, and I'm going to pay the bill as she wants. Then she changed the price. That's more than we were asking for. And she asked me to pay extra for this precious carved wooden plate that I asked to carry. Well. And I paid as requested. Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, the precious wooden plate broke. This is an amazing airline. I will share this story on more platforms.

Staff is extremely arrogant and rude. They act like RyanAir staff in Europe. They mistreat people because their baggage is 1.5 kg overweight. I recommend that you avoid this company for Asian flights.

Flight has been rescheduled (one hour later and then one other hour), twice before departure (24hrs before the flight ) and flight was them delayed while we were at the airport. Seriously? We had to re-arrange our initial plans in Bangkok. Flight from TST to DMK I'll not fly with you again

TERRIBLE airline and the worst customer service. We couldn’t pay for our additional bag online and they charged us 8000THB for their website not working and us having to take the bags. They are a scammers, not an airline
