We were disappointed with our stay here. When we checked in, we were told we couldn’t eat dinner at the hotel unless we had booked it at least 24 hours in advance. That would’ve been fine if the location wasn’t so isolated — staff actually recommended we grab food from the convenience store instead. They also mentioned how hard it can be to get a taxi.
The shuttle only runs until 4:30pm, so if you want to spend the full day out or eat dinner elsewhere, you’re on your own getting back. When we asked about dining, the staff were quite dismissive, which didn’t help.
The alcohol vending machine in the refreshment bar kept pouring the wrong drinks. Staff “fixed” it but it still didn’t work properly the next day. Breakfast wasn’t great either — very limited selection and low quality.
The hotel itself is well-designed and some staff were friendly, but the overall experience felt disorganised and frustrating. Between the poor food service, limited transport options, and mix of staff attitudes, we wouldn’t recommend this place unless you plan everything in advance and don’t mind roughing it for meals.
