An artsy cafe & bar tucked away in the by lanes of Hanoi Old Quarter. We visited this place on the recommendation of a fellow traveller. The interior space is vast and gorgeous that will make you want to spend a lot of time admiring its beauty. The coffee and food were alright. We felt we had had better in other places during our trip.

Such a beautiful café & bar. I found it randomly and totally got lost in it. The building is amazing and the whole café is spread over many floors, with lots of art and hidden corners. They have lots of drink & food options and you can sit somewhere hidden away or on the balcony, watching the street. I absolutely recommend this place!!!

Nola Cafe, it's good to be back. It's been years and things have changed. Good, dramatic shifts. Tucked away down a narrow alley at 89 Ma May, it feels like a secret garden within a bustling city. Nola is particularly known for its charming and hidden location. One of the precious, hidden gems of Hanoi. It preserved its vintage, French-Indochina charmand it feels as though it has always been there. Now Nola cafe is adapting to trends while rooted in tradition. I'm proud to see a diverse menu beyond traditional Vietnamese coffee, including smoothies, cocktails, best seller and must try dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Nola granola and roasted chicken with bechamel sauce. Payments through QR codes, cash and cards.

Deceivingly small entrance and stairwell. If you make it to the cafe/bar you are greeted with a fantastic decor. Make sure you explore and find the back stairwell that takes you to their hidden terrace. Probably the only place in Hanoi I couldn't hear the traffic, honking and crowds.

quirky rustic decor on the 2nd floor. a bit warm and stuffy but there’s open windows and a speak easy kinda vibe. good bar; nice place for slow key date. casual staff. large menu.

I like the look of this place. Although quiet when I went in early on a Sunday evening, the feel of the place is very warm and inviting. I only went in for a quick drink so cannot comment on the food.

Travel Cafe Eat Drink - Malaysia & Asia The place is a bit hidden inside an alley and upstairs of a building with just a simple signage at the entrance, but it’s worth exploring. The interior uses a lot of natural light during the day and you'll be spoilt for choice as to which corner to sit. It's a very photogenic location up here. The interior in general is like an underground style building with many split levels and stairscase. Lovely lamps, table legs, and a lovely bar, everything here is so artistic and creative. A lovely place to have a drink when in Hanoi.

Tucked away in the heart of Hanoi, this cafe is a serene retreat from the city's chaos. Quiet, cozy, and beautifully decorated, it features charming nooks filled with art and lush terraces perfect for unwinding. The atmosphere is warm, the coffee is rich and aromatic, and if you ask, they’ll even play soft jazz to set the perfect mood. Whether you're reading, working, or simply soaking in the ambiance, this place feels like a secret sanctuary. A must-visit for coffee lovers and dreamers alike!
