Nolan Mains Residences at 50th and France

Carl & I continue to enjoy the wonderful people and facilities at Nolan Mains, as we are now on our 4th year living here in this great location at 50th & France. The staff is so very friendly. We’re in the fitness room most every morning; Maribel Rivera is often cleaning that general area & is so pleasant with that big smile which seems to always be on her face. She also does great work wherever she goes. Tom Bauman is simply a gem; we can call him for anything & his friendly way of addressing anything is always the same - efficient, thorough & very prompt. Good people make living at Nolan Mains a special place to be. Carol Wall

Nolan Mains is a fantastic place to live and it begins with the amazing staff who are so helpful in every way. Steven is the bomb! So organized, so thoughtful and helpful, and is always there to make your life as convenient as it can be. Tom and Oscar are also great! We are lucky to live in this impeccable building and be surrounded with this 5 star service.

Nolan Mains is a special place in Edina. The building itself is unique and beautiful, the amenities are amazing and the location can’t be beat. Tom and Steven go out of their way to help the tenants and really provide another layer of service. Only draw back would be having to bring your key fob everywhere and when you have guests they aren’t able to use the elevator without you calling it for them. We are a family living here with 2 young kids and it can get annoying, esp when you lose a key. Otherwise, great place to live

My wife and I have found the perfect "home" here at Nolan Mains. The last new apartment building we lived in close to Southdale was the equivalent of a dormitory...footsteps on the ceiling, noises and arguments through the walls, I could go on and on. When we watched Nolan Mains under construction with all of the steel and concrete, we knew this would be a much more substantial dwelling. We moved in two years ago (one of the first residents) and we've been smiling ever since! The amenities are amazing, appliances second to none, and many windows well installed and insulated. Last but not least, the staff is amazing, from the first person you meet, Steven Kuhlmann (concierge) who has your back on so many issues from packages, mail, messages, assisting with functions etc. Also there is Tom Bauman one of the best maintenance professionals I've ever worked with. When we first moved in, he helped hang our two large flat screen TV's, and has done numerous other tasks on a moment's notice. If anything is amiss, Tom or Steven will be there in a heartbeat. We are also blessed with wonderful management in Michael Barthel who readily responds whenever called upon. With all that said, seeing is believing, and it is well worth anyone's time researching a new place to live to give a look at this jewel, Nolan Mains.

The facility is beautiful and high quality. The staff is outstanding - Steven is a great initial introduction to visitors, has assisted us many times, including handling deliveries handled while we were out of town, and Tom is very responsive and helpful if we need anything.

I love it here the people are great and lots of things planned all the time management is very helpful
