Outstanding Community with Exceptional Management Our family had a wonderful experience living at Nolan Mains! From the moment we moved in, we knew we had made the right choice. The location at 50th & France was unbeatable—we could walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The apartments themselves were beautifully designed with modern finishes and thoughtful layouts that worked perfectly for our family. The amenities, from the fitness center to the common areas, were always well-maintained and truly enhanced our daily living experience. Additionally, the management team was exceptional, led by Britany. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure residents were happy and comfortable. Whether we had questions, maintenance requests, or just needed guidance, Britany always went above and beyond to help. Her leadership and attention to detail made all the difference in creating such a welcoming community. We couldn't have been happier with our time at Nolan Mains. If you're looking for luxury apartment living in Edina with a team that truly cares, this is the place!

My husband, Craig, and I have lived in Nolan Mains since April 2025. We are loving our experience living in the heart of Edina! We enjoy the walk ability and charm of the area. We don’t need to drive very often! The building is beautiful and maintained well. Tom, who does the maintenance for the building, is friendly, highly responsive to requests, and very skilled. We have enjoyed meeting our neighbors and have made many friends! We love all the social gatherings that the staff put on for the residents. Britany has hosted many wonderful events! She is always engaging, professional and kind. Once, my husband and I had to miss an event at the last minute due to illness. When she noticed we were not at the event, she texted to make sure we were ok. Britany kindly brought a few snacks and left them at our door for us. That is truly above and beyond! We love hosting family and friends in all the beautiful spaces in Nolan Mains, too. It really feels like home and we are grateful to have such a special community!!!

From the moment I came to look at an apartment here this has been the right place for me. I was greeted warmly by Britany, the rental agent who helped me find the right spot. She showed me several apartments and called me when the right one for me was open. Since I have moved in she has helped me feel incredibly welcome as has the rest of the staff and tenants in the building. The maintenance person/super”, Tom is also exceptional and comes to help when needed. The building is beautifully maintained and although I did not want to leave my house I must say I am very happy in my new “home.” The shared amenities are wonderful including the main sunroom along with a Speakeasy space with a golf simulator, a dog wash, they really didn’t forget anything. And I love the fact that my guests can park free underground in a heated garage in the winter. It’s wonderful here.

Carl & I continue to enjoy the wonderful people and facilities at Nolan Mains, as we are now on our 4th year living here in this great location at 50th & France. The staff is so very friendly. We’re in the fitness room most every morning; Maribel Rivera is often cleaning that general area & is so pleasant with that big smile which seems to always be on her face. She also does great work wherever she goes. Tom Bauman is simply a gem; we can call him for anything & his friendly way of addressing anything is always the same - efficient, thorough & very prompt. Nolan Mains is a fantastic place to live and it begins with the amazing staff who are so helpful in every way. Steven is the bomb! So organized, so thoughtful and helpful, and is always there to make your life as convenient as it can be. Tom and Oscar are also great!
