New York–style by way of Omaha: long fermentations and water chemistry tuned to NYC’s profile. Frequently recommended by Omaha World‑Herald and other local critics, Noli’s turns out textbook foldable slices and pan‑baked Grandma pies.

Solid New York Neapolitan style pizza - it’s a good fusion of two and it has the best of both styles - large slices but good char on the crust. Don’t load it up with toppings though - the pizza crust and cheese are what make it shine, too many toppings turns it into a bit of a sloppy mess in my opinion. Therefore I don’t think many of the speciality pies are that good, I’d build your own and get 1-2 toppings max, or just get the cheese ones. Also don’t sleep on the grandma pie it’s light and has a great Parmesan crust.

Stopped in on a balmy Saturday afternoon for family lunch before the Husker game. Noli’s knocked it out of the park! The pizza was amazing as always. The crust has a gracious crispiness to it while still being airy with a respectable amount of chew. The toppings are balanced in achieving great combination of different flavor profiles but do not overpower its relationship to the crust. One of if not, they best pies in all of Omaha. Nestled down in the Blackstone district with lots of happenings, make the time to take the time to get there to enjoy genuinely great pizza.

We went there on the worst possible night. The air conditioning was broken, they weren’t taking orders for at least 20 minutes when we walked in, honestly we were tired and figured we would wait either way. We ordered drinks and waited, the staff was exceptional, they kept letting us know they were still working to resolve the AC Problem, you could tell the entire crew was tired from the heat and frustration. The entire staff kept checking on drinks, they told us what they could make in the back oven. The cinnamon knots are amazing as was the cheese bread. We got our pizzas and they were perfect!!!! The sauce to meat to cheese balance was perfect for thinner crust pizzas! The margarita pizza was perfect, it was totally worth the wait! I cannot wait until we are in Omaha again to try this place yet again. These people were awesome on one of the worst nights you can have as an employee in the hospitality industry! Highly recommend this place for the pizza and the service!

Fun staff. Amazing pizza. Was a little quiet but we there early. Definitely go and try.

A year or two ago I would have given Noli’s a 5 star review, but I don’t know if it’s been since they opened their second location, but the one in Blackstone has gone downhill. Last night, my pizza was luke warm, despite showing up for it ten minutes before its estimated ready time, and had weird holes in it where the crust was missing entirely. The garlic knots, well I wasn’t sure where the garlic was, and they were also not warm at all. When you order from Noli’s and are paying $30 for a regular sized pizza, you really expect better. It’ll be a while before I return, and hopefully some of the issues are fixed.

Google
Garlic cheesy bread is fantastic! Pizza was good, but not as fantastic, we ordered Bianco and it was Feta heavy for our tastes I don't recommend the Caesar salad, dressing is just ok and ours had equal parts croutons to romaine (see photo). Service was just ok, and they weren't that busy.

Google
I ordered from here thinking it was going to be so yummy from the photos but once my food had arrived. Not only is this something I could have done in my kitchen but the “garlic” knots are really just a HUGE clump of garlic and some sad looking bread balls that reek may I add. The pasta looked thrown together and didn’t even come with sausage. The last photo is what i thought i ordered. The only thing out of the order I was excited for was my Shirley temple but once my ordered arrived my drink did not. Never been more disappointed with a food order.

Came on a Tuesday night. Walked in to no greeting, hostess, or clean tables. Waited an hour to get 2 small pizzas and we never received our appetizers. After having our order taken, no one ever came back to refill waters/soda. Had to go to the bar to get them myself. No one checked in, apologized for our wait, or offered a refund. Food was good. No complaints on that

Yelp
Great food and great service. We really enjoy the meatballs and the salad and their bread is always fabulous. I like those selection of different drinks also

Yelp
This place was fine. Service was good and they have vegan options. I'm not a fan of this style of pizza, but that's on me. We got a vegetable pizza with vegan cheese, a caprese pizza, and a regular cheese pizza (I had to ask for this). Everyone seemed happy enough with the pizza.

Yelp
If not because the rude busboy, this would be an absolute 5 star experience! We are visiting in town and took our family to this restaurant. The steak pizza is still unique and flavorful! We ordered 18 inch and it is large enough to feed 4 of us! The fried Brie was amazing! The waitress Crystal is very helpful. She suggested order one of our favorite pizza first and go from there. Super pleasant person and she also brought us back from the low mood that was caused by the super negativity of the busboy, Andrew. Before being seated, we saw a simple menu on the front desk, so we browsed it and asked him whether there is a full menu to look at when waiting. Andrew said, why didn't you ask me for the other menu at first, in an accusing tone, we were stunned by the angry face he is showing. When our babies were rushing in and my husband was trying to settle them down, he didn't see the sign 'wait to be seated' since it was blocked by two people who seated themselves as well. I felt bad and apologized to Andrew. In stead of being pleasant to accept my apology, he accused "since you already seated yourself, what can I do with you?" I mean, I would just say no worry to the customer and make everyone happy? When my mother in law tried to pick up the trash on the ground and clean up, he came over warned us that we should have never done that, and for our future reference with a super demanding tone. Not like you need to be respectful for the elderly, we should hold a basic pleasant tone for your customer. I didn't know whether he has a bad day or he is general like that. If it is not because we liked this place and we know it is a good restaurant, this "Andrew " person would have just ruined the reputation of the restaurant. I am still grateful that we had a good waitress, and good meal. The chef was nice as well. Just wish Andrew was not there to make things go downhill.

Yelp
Love the cinnamon rolls always. Pizza was medium pepperoni (though you have to check the website to see exactly which size it is, because it's not labeled "medium," it's labeled something else). I ordered over the phone, the lady was so sweet. I didn't eat in but pick up was easy and swift. Thanks for always taking care of us!

Sara F.

Yelp
Terrible service, we waited at least 15min until someone waited on us and it wasn't even busy.. Ok food. A worker flipped us off as our group left. Not impressed at all. Will not go again.

Yelp
Noli's is tucked in Blackstone, family owned, boasting an open brick oven, and even offered local cider options. For me, that's a top notch pizza joint! Our server thoughtfully allowed us to try the different ciders before selecting our order. I'm obsessed with local ciders, and this is a big draw for me! They had three options, all delicious. These rotate, so be sure to ask what they have on tap! The cheese bread was unusually good. I know what you're thinking "it's just cheese bread! While you are correct, it was also clearly layered with *possibly* a garlic butter and was melty and soft with a crispy crust to hold it together. Wonderful. My pizza was the Bianca, layered in difference cheeses. The cheese was definitely oozing off the pizza and had the perfect pull! Yet, the amount of crust was a bit excessive. I love crust, unlike you childish non-crust eaters *kidding, but also, eat your crust* but even for me I felt I'd missed out on having more of the pizza that I paid for. They were mindful of my brother's slice size for the price. His slice came out small, so they made him a second one complimentary, we didn't even need to ask! The restaurant only had one other table in it as we visited on a Monday night. It was quiet enough to talk and had a view of Blackstone. I'd return to Noli's for sure, and I think their brick oven style, great flavors, and local ownership is enough to recommend to anyone craving a slice of pizza.

Yelp
This was our second time at this pizzeria since we loved it the first time. The first time we went, their garlic knots stood out to me, but this second time, the garlic knots could not be more different. They were so much smaller, with barely any garlic on them - maybe underproofed and overbaked? Not sure what happened there, I included some pictures of the differences. The pizzas, however, were delicious both times (the Polpette). The ambience and service were good!
google avatar

Ricardo S.

Yelp
Sorry forgot the flavor of the pizza - I just know it was a medium and it was scrumptious and really great to munch on! Service was great - waiter delivered the food to us in a timely manner. Ambiance was great, we ate during a summer month, so there was a nice sunny (non-cold) breeze from the open porch window, while we were eating pizza.

Yelp
Love the pizza and pasta! I've never had a meal I didn't like here. It's pricey but worth every penny. This location is nice and all but I'd recommend the Aksarben location over it. Make sure when you're ordering over the phone or online to confirm which location. I mad the mistake of ordering online and not realizing that it was this one instead of Aksarben. I called and they said they'd fix it but haven't got around to it yet. Still, check it out! The food is worth it!

Yelp
Delicious one of the better pizzas in the Omaha area. Crust is thin, crispy and has good crunch. Not an overwhelming about of sauce but enough to get the job done.

Jim C.

Yelp
Service sucked, waited an hour for my food. The table left before us since they didn't get any service. We stood waiting to get a table and no one talked to us for 30 minutes. The pizza was raw and we waited an hour. I understand it was busy during dinner. I've gotten better pizza at little ceasers. Don't go here if you want to get your food fast and cooked

Yelp
Fast delivery ( door dash) very good grandma's pizza and bruschetta!! I'm a visitor from NJ and this pizza was delicious!! Give it a try!
google avatar

Yelp
Recently had a takeout order for 4 pizzas: Dimanzo, Liguriano, Bianco, Spring Chx. I tried all of them that night and with leftovers, heated up each in the oven and they were nearly as good as fresh. The pizza's are a tad on the pricier side ($31 for large for all but Dimanzo which was $38). I got a mixture of sizes but these are priced for all the size. Normally I'd give it 4 stars due to price, but I think the holiday mood has me saying 5!

Charles N.

Yelp
My waiter was as fine as wine. Great personality. He'd be a catch for any woman out there.
google avatar

Katie N.

Yelp
Well, as promised, I gave it a second shot. Unfortunately, I don't think a third is in the cards. Not to sound like Dave Portnoy, but the crust is just too floppy for my taste. I was hoping the first time was a fluke, but that does not appear to be the case. The flavors are decent, but a good crust is a top priority for me, and I'm not finding that here.
google avatar

Yelp
Noli's is a solid choice for pizza. No frills atmosphere, friendly staff and efficient kitchen. 3 guests 3 individual pizzas and we were all happy We did not have a ton of time and we were looking to eat more than dine Worth a go if you see in Blackstone Additional plus, it is a stone's throw from Coneflower Pizza & Ice Cream everyone is happy!
google avatar

Maureen P.

Yelp
One thing about me, I'm an absolute sucker for balsamic glaze. So, a Noli's caprese pizza is a huge hit for me. I love the crust and the freshness of all the ingredients. I recently tried the garlic knots for the first time on a takeout order as well - if you look in the photo you can see they were absolutely *drenched* in butter, it was amazing. Marinara sauce was also very fresh tasting & was in perfect harmony with the garlic knots. Haven't sat down inside in a hot minute, I'll have to update my review for service & atmosphere next time I do!
google avatar

Hannah B.

Yelp
One of the BEST pizza spots in Omaha! I have not tried a pizza here I didn't like...but, the Bianco has been one of my all time favorite; it's total cheesy goodness. Their slices are big and will fill you up. Also highly recommend their garlic knots!! Fun, chill atmosphere. People have always been nice! They have a selection of wine and beer, salads, and pastas as well! But their pizza is just incredible. Very good at what they do!!
google avatar

Sonia M.

Yelp
My favorite pizza place in Omaha. Wood fired and theres just something about this place that makes it amazing. My favorite pizza is pepperoni, mushroom and pineapple. They don't carry pineapple which bummed me out the first time. But when I saw the portobellos and tasted the pizza, pineapples, didn't matter. YES! Its that good. All I can say is I love love love Noli's And there are no pictures because every time I see the pizza, I eat and think about it later. Sorry, guess you'll have to try it yourself.

Christian S.

Yelp
PHENOMENAL pizza and Italian fare. My wife and I feel that this is the best Neapolitan pizza in the entirety of Omaha!
google avatar

Nosa E.

Yelp
I hear so many good things about Noli's and it was time to give it a try! Went with a few friends and ordered a few different pizzas and the baked Brie. Of all the items we had, I think the baked Brie was the best. The staff/service was friendly and efficient. I will say though, the liguano (I think?) reheats very well!
google avatar

Yelp
10 out of 10, five star, top-of-the-line, I don't know if there are many other ways to say how much I absolutely love this place! This was my second time coming to Nohles and it definitely didn't disappoint, and it never does! This is truly the only pizza spot where it's going to in Omaha, and I say that with a heart that's full of love and feeling a little fat after I just downed two pizzas with my husband! ~satisfied~ FOOD : I got the gluten-free margarita pizza with added chicken and my husband got the spicy chicken pizza. I loved the thin crust on the margarita, three pieces Dave and it felt like I just ate a salad Just kidding, but I genuinely love how light it was and also how fresh the ingredients are. Everything we had as toppings felt real and not fake like some pizza places do, not only that but the flavors were so rich! Some thing that drew me in to going to Noli's was that they use olive oil instead of hydrogenated vegetable oils like safflower or canola oil. My husband loved his spicy chicken pizza and so did I! Wow, the flavors on that pizza will just make you melt into a puddle of glory. I liked the sand crust on my pizza but I also liked has thicker crust, it was tender but crispy and so dang delicious. I love the little bit of spice to it and overall was just so happy with our experience! We got side salads which weren't anything crazy but our food came out within 10 minutes of ordering which was wild! ATMOSPHERE / SERVICE : as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a big "HEY GUYS!!" Which honestly just makes you feel good because you almost feel like you're walking into a room with a bunch of your friends even though no one knows you. They are so warm and welcoming and super helpful when it comes to complicated orders like me The vibe is always on point and I love their big windows and how they will sometimes open the garage door so that it's an inside/outside feel. It's definitely a more expensive pizza outing, but it's by all means worth it. This is a great place to have a date night, take your friends, or just come by yourself and get a single slice! I can't recommend this restaurant enough and I'm so glad that there are multiple locations in Omaha now! All the love from the Hogan's, Noli's
google avatar

Donelle B.

Yelp
Great Hand Tossed Pizza, Garlic knots, Giovani pizza and Ardente Pasta more than enough for our table of 4.
google avatar

Brad B.

Yelp
Service was very efficient and friendly, allowing for a quick and easy meal. The garlic knot are a delicious way to start a meal. The Quattro Carne grandma's pizza was very good. Sauce, meat and crust combination was great. The Bianco was very rich and cheesy, The Carne was definitely a hit.
google avatar

Jamie R.

Yelp
Noli's has some of the best pizza I've had in omaha. They have a huge, gorgeous wood fired oven they cook every slice in. The atmosphere is cozy- one time they had a local musician playing cello and it was lovely. A slice is highly customizable. I do wish they had more plant based meat (the pic from my review predates my vegetarianism, but impossible sausage would be a great addition to their menu). The $5/slice is maybe a bit steep, though, for the size, especially since that price is not inclusive of toppings.
google avatar

Amber G.

Yelp
The pizza is delicious. Love their crust. The atmosphere is fun with their garage door window. Always super quick service too. Fun waiters and waitresses. Their personalities are great!
google avatar

Jane R.

Yelp
My husband and I stopped off here while my momos from across the street were cooking, so he could enjoy a piece of pizza! The pizza by the slice was tasty, with a nice New York style crust. Obviously high quality ingredients with a flavorful sauce and of course melty delicious cheese. The staff were SO friendly and nice to interact with, and this is definitely a LGBTQ+ friendly venue. Not the fanciest atmosphere, but it's a pizzaria!
google avatar

Katrina M.

Yelp
What a better time to try Noli's pizza than during the great Reuben debate for Reuben pizza. First off- I've never heard of such thing and was pumped to try. I will say, it was a bit pricey which is partially why I didn't give 5 stars but the meal was still very good. I actually loved the pizza, my only request would've been for more meat on it. There wasn't much, especially for the price I paid.

Sarah D.

Yelp
The pizza is SO good and the staff was so nice both times we were there. A bunny got in and one of my friends caught it and we definitely were all tipsy , which was fun lol. We had a blast here and I would come here a million more times. Now, other pizza places just can't compete imo, so beware of that lol

Tom H.

Yelp
Any clowns posting pictures on here saying "inedible" or "burnt" probably think Pizza Hut is good. Noli's blackstone might be the best NY style pizza in town. Big pie, great crust and sauce. Sure there's some char but it makes for a delicious pie.

Johnny M.

Yelp
OMG I'm new to the area and this place was highly recommended. so I tried it . It was the WORST food I've ever been served. I took the order to go and didn't bother to check it before leaving. it was burned so badly on the top and bottom it was inedible. If this is Omaha's version of pizza I'll never eat it again. I paid $40 for a 2 topping 18" New York style pizza. I wish I could post pictures to show you all how BAD it was.
google avatar

Phillip K.

Yelp
First time going there. The pizza was great: flavorful chicken (called spicy, but not very), good cheese, and a sauce that tasted like bright tomatoes and just the right amount of tanginess and herbs. But the real standout was the Italian dressing on the salad. There was only one waitress working, but she was fast and efficient. Only thing I didn't like, the iced tea was the instant stuff from soda machines.
google avatar

Sarah P.

Yelp
Noli's in Blackstone is possibly the best pizza I've had in Omaha thus far. We got a Margherita pizza with some added salami and it was delicious. The crust is certainly more of a New York style thin crust, but I thought that was perfect for the pizza we got and my goodness, the crust was good. The pizza itself was so well crafted. There was balsamic and olive oil drizzled over the top, which added some extra flavor and was delicious. I certainly will be coming back to Noli's in the future for takeout or dine in.
google avatar

Dave L.

Yelp
A top contender for best pizza in Omaha! 4.5 stars! Nice crust, tasty sauce, lots of toppings! A busy, small restaurant in Blackstone. Beer selection is decent. A little loud inside. My only negative us that the crust under the tppings is thin, making supportingvthe piece tough without eating part of the piece with a fork or folding the piece (folding works sometimes). Even with this small criticism, Noli's is one of the best pizza places in Omaha. Check it out!
google avatar

Navdeep S.

Yelp
One of the better pizzas in town for sure, New York style, great crust and toppings. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon, two guys working were overwhelmed but pleasant. Ample space to sit, self seating and order at the counter. Linguriano and Speziato were the two half's of one big pizza we ordered, can't go wrong with any pizza, I guess. Parmesan in packets, crushed red pepper in a bottle. Had a long wait due to limited staff but that's an issue everywhere these days I guess. Garlic knots are super "garlicky", could be a bit more salty then sour. Good pizza, good ambience, will go back to try other pizzas.
google avatar

Lindsay S.

Yelp
I'm not one to give out 5 stars often, but Noli's is the best pizza I've had in Omaha. We've been multiple times, and the service and vibes are always unbeatable. Live music was an awesome touch! Garlic knots and caprese salad are a MUST, and literally pick any pizza on the menu or make your own, you won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Arjun V.

Yelp
Solid NY style pizza. Little pricey but that's seems to be the norm for pizzas these days. They have a special pizza with filet mignon which is really good but you can't go wrong with a cheese or Neapolitan-style pie I would return here
google avatar

Nate B.

Yelp
Very good pizza, the best I've had so far in Omaha. Crust is nicely chewy, toppings are high quality, red sauce is very good. Nice beer list as well. They were quite busy and somehow lost our order, but they gave my wife and I a free drink for their mistake. Friendly service and a cool space
google avatar

Debbie S.

Yelp
From my visit in August 2019. I love pizza especially New York style pizza. A good crisp thin crust that you can fold into a sandwich with a spicy sauce that's New York pizza. Having read the other reviews I was expecting magical New York style pizza. The kind you crave, the kind that hooks and draws you in like the siren. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. But that's not to say that this wasn't good pizza. It was good but it wasn't great. Was it worth importing water from New York for as they claim? I don't think so. I've had pizza in New York and while this is a nice thin crust pizza in the style of New York pizza, the sauce was sweet. The sauce shouldn't be sweet on a New York style pizza. Slices start at four dollars apiece with toppings that vary from $.50 $.75 or $1. I got a slice of goat cheese. Goat cheese is a specialty topping and costs $1 extra. Hubby got a slice of pepperoni and mushroom, pepperoni's cost $.75 and mushrooms cost $1 and an IPA. Total for two slices of pizza and one beer came to $18.50. WTF! Pricey, pricey, pricey. It was good pizza but pretty darn expensive for what we got. Guess they have to recoup the cost to ship that New York water.
google avatar

Meg B.

Yelp
Whoa, I don't know I've not left a review for Noli's yet. I stopped in to the Blackstone today for a quick meeting and what an experience! I ordered the Spezato a spicy jalapeno chicken slice and the Caprese slice. My first bite of the Caprese, I audibly expelled some explicit words. It was so damn good. It's like if bruschetta was a pizza. Speaking of bruschetta, they've got that too. They have a wide array of local beers on tap, and variety of wines to complement your pies. Audrey our server was super sweet and helpful. Definitely will get some more pies in the future!
google avatar

Tiffany D.

Yelp
Probably the top five of pizza I have ever tasted! The bartender Carrie was so friendly helpful and made us delicious drinks! The chef came out and talked to us and even let us try a pizza he was experimenting with. Truly a enjoyable experience for two girls from Pittsburgh to find delicious pizza in the Midwest.

Isabella C.

Yelp
The food tastes great. The ambiance is cool and casual. The service is fine. But it's super expensive. These two slices, while large and tasty, were not worth $14 total, in my opinion.

Karstens B.

Yelp
I bought 2 big slices if pizza with 2 toppings on each piece, The toppings were not fresh, but canned . the crust was dry and flavorless with a skimpy covering of cheese. No sauce. I paid 16.00 for both pieces. Ick.
google avatar

Maria C.

Yelp
We recently ordered pizza to-go. We tried both the caprese and the neopolitan pizza. The caprese is delicious with sliced tomatoes and the balsamic which adds a little sweetness. You might not get a better tasting tomato sauce than what was on the neopolitan. I wish I could've had more room in my stomach simply for that sauce. The outer crust is airy with some crunch, the slice itself is a bit too flimsy. Delicious, but you may need two hands to hold your slice!
google avatar

Brandon H.

Yelp
I walked in here after the line for another restaurant was too long. I was immediately greeted and given a menu, seated myself at the bar, and was told to let them know when I was ready to order. The restaurant was a little louder due to the size and crowd inside, but as it cleared out became quieter and more relaxing. I started with the sour beer and it was delicious. After looking over the menu, I decided on the pan style Quattro Carne pizza. It was not a wrong choice. Being from Chicago, I am somewhat of a pizza snob. This was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. The crust was delicious and crispy throughout, and I like more sauce on mine which this also did not disappoint on. The staff were very friendly and available to help with anything I needed. I definitely will be coming back when I have a pizza craving :)
google avatar

Kimberle B.

Yelp
This has become one of our favorite pizza places! I absolutely love that they serve single slices of pizza, it's just enough to fill you up! We tried the cheese bread this time and definitely no regrets! The cheese was so good and I'm a huge cheese fan! For the slice of pizza I got pepperoni and the sausage I asked the man helping us if the sausage was good he said it was the best sausage and yes I agree!

Mark F.

Yelp
We were in Omaha and really wanted pizza but our usually place was closed on Monday's. Noli's were open so we thought "why not give it a shot?!" Turned out to be well worth it! Pizza was great, atmosphere was cozy, and staff were friendly. We ordered the Polpette and a Caprese and can highly recommend both! Only thing i think Noli's can improve was to give their pizza more respect and give you actually plates instead of paper... at least it was paper and not plastic

Mark F.

Yelp
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. I've been to two locations and both were well worth the time. It's not inexpensive, but it is worth it. YGWYPF. It's not cheap frozen pizza or from a blah blah blah chain. 5 stars for food, service, and the atmosphere.

Yelp
Good for thin crust pizza. I wish it had more cheese and it may have just been not as good because it was just a slice and had been sitting out for awhile. The crust was slightly burnt, but really enjoyed the seasoning and tomato sauce.
