"Nollie's Cafe, known for its homemade approach and from-scratch cooking, was beloved by its regulars. Menu staples included breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon roll French toast, BLTs, tomato bisque, and baked goods like scones, lemon bars, and chocolate chip cookies. The cafe closed at the end of last month after over a decade in business." - Megan Hill

Delish grilled cheeses. Tomato soup was a bit tangy like other reviewers mentioned. Excellent service & reasonably priced. They also have a ton of cold sandwiches & baked goods. Apparently they aren't open on the weekends anymore & so no brunch menu available, unfortunately.

This is my favorite mom & pop shop! With all of the food chain eateries popping up I love to stay loyal to this place. They make their own pastries & smoke their own meat. I have had the open face Turkey sandwich a few times. Very filling & only available on Thursdays. They also provide brunch on the weekend but I haven't been able to make it yet for that.

Really good local shop for sandwiches, baked goods and desserts. 4/5 because the large French dip was fairly small. Tasty! But small.

Update: Still the best breakfast place and their biscuits and gravy are so delicious. Yummy food and great service here. You just fell like you are at home. My breakfast /coffee place going forward. They have a lot of options to choose from. All made fresh here. Would highly recommend.

Best breakfast I have had in Seattle! Get the B's & G's the works! They hand select all their produce from there vendors to assure quality, that is what I'm talking bout!

I great change of pace around the SLU. The staff will know your name within a visit. Plus the baristas latte art is more on the abstract side. Character, I love it. Good eats good peeps.

Super friendly. We stopped in and I came up with a build your own breakfast sandwich. I loved it so much that I sent a text message order for the same the next day but I forgot a key ingredient. Jan remembered and reminded me - thank goodness because avocado toast is amazing with pepper jack. Highly recommend this place. Quality food and exceptional service!!
