"Situated in Matheson Hammock Park and Marina in Coral Gables, this waterfront restaurant led by chef Donatella offers two New Year’s Eve seatings. The early seating, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., includes champagne, a crudo bar, meatballs, truffle pizza, a pasta station, assorted desserts, and an ice cream bar. The later seating, from 9:15 to 10:30 p.m., offers a bottle of champagne per two guests, a buffet with lobster bisque, truffle risotto, prime rib, porchetta, salmon, and more.
