Get the steak doner or the chicken bahn mii! Every ingredient was super fresh right down to the bread from Balthazar. The sandwiches have literal layers of complex, complimentary flavors and a nice balance of meat to veggie ratio. The sauces really set these sandwiches apart from the rest.

Found my new favorite sandwich shop! This is truly a hidden gem in soho. Delivery or pickup only with an inventive and creative menu. Each sandwich is full of flavor. The falafel donuts are the crispiest! The Cuban chicken sandwich was probably my favorite, just perfect. The steak and guacamole sandwich is loaded with grilled steak and freshly made guac. Any sandwich can be turned into a killer salad. Will be back asap!

EXCELLENT! I found this place just perusing Google for a delicious spot to eat at. At first I was a little confused because the storefront didn't seem to have a front door, but the chef saw me looking confused and came out to let me know that I would order online and then pick up from the side door. I've attached a photo of their sandwich board outside which also has the QR code to order. Summer (the chef) was wonderful! He was super nice and very kind. He walked me through how to download the app in order and also told me a little bit about the business and let me know that everything was his creation and comes straight from his hands! He told me all about his menu and how they are inspired from different places around the world. I decided to go with the British Coronation Chicken Salad, since I saw so many rave reviews here on Google. I was not disappointed! It was delicious and filling. Excellent flavors, texture and FRESH ingredients! Summer also included a side of guac for me which was also absolutely delicious with excellent flavor. I will most certainly be back to try more items and highly recommend to anyone reading this!

My first time trying Nomad and I gotta say I loved it! I tried the chicken tikka masala and chicken katsu sandwiches and they were bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality. Also the owner was so kind and the service was impeccable. Overall good vibes 💯

Nomads is my favorite place for sandwiches in NYC. All the products are fresh, the bread is delicious (comes from Balthazar), and everything is made to order. There are many vegan and vegetarian options. I tried the vegan samosa panini, the vegan pulled pork sandwich and the cauliflower and guac sandwich. Everything was amazing.

Nomad catered for a large office team and the sandwiches were nothing less than crazy delicious! All we had left was crumbs. The chicken katsu, steak and guac, vegetarian samosa and a few more were creative, fresh and delicious. Would definitely order again and again.

Really great sandwich shop in Soho! They only do pickup or deliveries. Check your fave delivery apps for them or visit their site to place your orders! I love that they use fresh, organic and local ingredients in their sandwiches. No cold cuts or frozen at all! I really liked the steak & guac, the Cuban chicken panini and the falafel sandwich! They have gluten-free options as well as veg/vegan options! Check them out!

This is a ghost kitchen so you have to order ahead- the sandwiches are ao unique and the owner puts a great level of detail and thought behind everything from the ingredients to the utensils. My favorite was the coronation salad as it had the perfect balance of flavor and textures. For sandwiches my favorite wad the chicken katsu.

(Overall: C) - Nomad now sits in the middle of the road for me as their sandwiches are on the pricier side and only one of the sandwiches I had was particularly good. To order, you must do so online and then pick up from this actual hole in the wall near an alley behind Trader Joe's. Nevertheless, their menu does have interesting items and I was personally greeted by the owner the first time which for sure made a lasting impression, explaining the backstory behind their sandwich ideas and even offering a free sample of half a sandwich! I think this place has potential and the other sandwiches are of potential future interest as well. (Steak Sando: A) - I was quite impressed by the tenderness of the steak and the aggressive seasoning of the guac that truly highlighted the beauty of those Latin American flavors. The creaminess of the guac paired so well with that toasted baguette, and I have not been so enthused to return to try another item from their menu so fast in a long while. (Lobster Banh Mi: D) - Unfortunately, this one was much less impressive; I found the pickles to be too large in shape so the carrot was too crunchy and not adequately pickled. Further, the lobster tempura wasn't that crispy, nor glistening like a lobster roll so it was just in this strange franken middle state. The bun also significantly out volumed every bite and it wasn't adequately toasted so this was just a bit undesirable. -- Food: +1 Presentation: E Price: -1 Overall: +0 C Insta/Beli: @amei_eats

I tried a few dishes and enjoyed them all!

I was looking forward to a quick bite from this take put spot. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I ordered the Cuban chicken panini, the samosa panini, and the egg and cheese with grilled chicken. You have to order ahead and walk up to the multi restaurant window. My food came out in about 15 minutes. When I dug in, all the sandwiches were good, but my favorite was the Cuban chicken panini! The flavors were all there. All in all I had a good experience!

I stumbled upon the sandwich shop that does pick up delivery only and the quality was unbelievable. You can order on the website or on DoorDash Uber eats and the service was super super fast and the sandwich was absolutely delicious. The bread was super fresh and the ingredient were super high quality. We got the steak and guac sandwich, the lobster Bánh mì and the cuban. All were excellent but the steak and guac was definitely my favorite. The guac on it was the best guac I ever had. Definitely would recommend!

My biggest takeaway from Nomad was the incredible FRESHNESS of everything. I especially love that each sandwich is also available as a salad because nothing beats a fresh salad on these smoldering summer days. The owner's goal is to transport you to a different country with each sandwich on the menu. The Spicy Eggplant Pesto Panini was a standout--its ingredients blended together perfectly. Other: - It's mostly a delivery/takeout/pick-up spot (you can't come here on a date but you can order for a picnic at the park) - Fast, easy service - Great for catering

First, the food was amazing: I ordered the cheese and preserved veggies toasties and the lobster bahn mi and got it delivered 70 blocks up- it was still up piping hot when I received the order. Will definitely order again!

New place on Vandam with pickup/delivery service only. I got the chicken katsu sandwich and it was pretty tasty! More of a saucy sandwich in a good way. Also tried a side of the guacamole and it was VERY good. Perfect place for a casual lunch!

Holy sandwich! This is real food here. I ordered a bunch for colleagues and they all raved! I got the Lobster Bahn Mi and the chicken katsu sandwiches to try and they were DELICIOUS. Both of them! The tempura lobster was cooked to perfection with those picked veggies (yum!) everything complimented one another just like a sandwich should. The chicken (multiple chef's kisses) was still juicy after being thinly sliced or pounded (not really sure which. This Nomad sandwich spot is totally my new fave. I ate it so fast I forgot to get insta pics! Here's the bag thooo.

Delicious fresh sandwiches. Fast easy service. The flavors are very unique. Pleasant surprise to stumble upon the window when I was out walking today. I had the Cuban panini and will definitely be back to try more! The owner came out and also gave a personal experience to top it all off.

Recently came across this really cool and unique concept out of New York City. They have a well crafted menu of different sandwiches from around the world. You can pickup or have it delivered. My co-worker and I had two different sandwiches and were blown away with the flavors. I had the Burrata Caprese. The sandwich was well thought out and was extremely delicious. The size of the sandwich was perfect and you could have plenty leftovers. She had the Samosa panini. Her's looked just as good...I will admit I wanted to split the sandwiches so we both could try but maybe next time. Just gives me another reason to order again. Do yourself a favor and make sure you order from here.

Now this spot is I swear this is the FRESHEST sandwich shop in the city!! Their dishes feature ingredients from all around the world, and everything is locally sourced, no cold cuts, no processed food, and no preservatives. These were seriously some of the best sandwiches I've ever had -- I've never tasted tuna so fresh!! + I got to meet the amazing person behind NOMAD himself, and Samar is a gem. So kind and so passionate about this craft - as a foodie, it's always so refreshing to see someone else who shares the love of food. I also love how customers get to influence future menu additions, such a cool spin on things. 10/10!

This recently-opened sandwich take-out/delivery spot exceeded expectations on many levels. I eat sandwiches on almost daily basis and I do not think that I would get tired of repeatedly enjoying Nomad's sandwich creations. Ingredients are fresh and healthy and prepared on-demand and the combination of spices and unique ingredients for each particular sandwich deliciously blasts taste buds. The food is very carefully crafted on the spot and is thought out in terms of marriages of ingredients and textures. Had the pleasure of tasting Steak and Guac. Firstly, it is a huge sandwich and is worth every penny. The way and length of time the meat is brined makes the whole difference in the world. Stake is soft, not chewy and extremely flavorful. Guac and chimichurri add very fresh and soft notes, and the Balthazar bread is a perfect cradle for the meat, guac and sauce, because of the bread's texture, sandwich does not get soggy, as many sandwiches do. Next, I tried the British Chicken Coronation. Man, I had to capitalize that sandwich because it is royal! Although ingredients appear recognizable to most, trust me, it is a secret sandwich. Aside from mango chutney, walnuts and raisins that give it a nice spice and crunch and a beautifully-prepared chicken and sprinkles of veggies, the sandwich is like the Royal Family...you just don't know what is happening in there, but in a very tasty and incredibly delightful way. This sandwich is money!

The food was amazing!! I tried the Mediterranean tuna panini and British chicken coronation - both great! Highly recommend. The owner is very passionate about the food and has traveled all over the world to create these unique sandwiches which makes it even better to support.

My wife picked up a few sandwiches after work to give this new place a try. They were both delicious and the menu is so varied! We tried the samosa sandwich and the lobster banh mi, such great ideas for sandwiches and they tasted great! My wife says she met the owner as it was opening day and he was excited to meet his customers. Give this place a try, we love it!

Hands down the best sandwiches I've ever had in nyc!!!. Such a perfect blend of flavors and spice, my brain and my stomach were in a battle to not eat the sandwich in one bite. If your looking for a delicious panini this is the spot and my new favorite place.

Absolutely delicious. Had the Vegan Jackfruit and the Samosa Panini also vegan, both with gluten free bread. Very tasty, will be reordering again soon! Called with a few questions and was super pleasant then and on pick-up. (note: need to scan qr code for pick-up once there and they are quick with coming out to hand over food!)

Tasty quality sandwiches. Definitely recommend! They also have been adding extra things to my orders, perhaps to get you to try them which has been a pleasant surprise. Really love the spicy eggplant pesto sandwich and the bonus side of cauliflower they gave.

I was lucky enough to try the Spicy Eggplant Pesto Panini at a Stuytown concert this week. It was amazing. I only ordered the half but truth be told I would have enjoyed the whole. We also had a British Chicken Coronation and it was delicious too.

Best new lunch spot for pickup in NYC. Trust me- I'll add pics when can. Get on this train early. This choo choo will be leaving station and going far. Never been wrong yet- Nomad will rightfully become synonymous with incredible food. A small business with an incredibly talented chef and team that you feel good about supporting. Their ability to infuse cultures together and get it right is impeccable. Their German slaw would make my German Grandmother yell, "are they idiots? Not enough! More slaw!" The highest compliment she could give. My Armenian grandmother would have said- "it's all delicious," with a meek smile and the. ask me privately what they put in their steak doner and chicken Katsu... DM me directly if don't like it. Try everything on menu!!! Can't go wrong! Taste, culture, community- all about to blow up. Be on the forefront... order now before they have a waitlist. Nomad is the new sandwich spot. Quality fresh, well prepared food, good portions. Would be five star except suggest less dressing on sandwich as overtakes the taste of the protein and need something crispy so not all soft items. Will order again asking for dressing on the side. Ps owner chef called to confirm receipt of order and feedback. Very impressive.

Best sandwich I had in a long time!! I got the Cuban chicken panini with extra steak and gluten free bread which is very rare to have delicious gluten free anything. The sandwich was heavenly delicious! The owner is super friendly. This's now my go to for lunch. Highly recommended it your stomach will thank you!
