Ordered from these guys out of province and they had originally attempted to ship my item via Canada Post although with the delays in shipment due to strikes, they changed shipping companies the very next day to get my package out in a timely manner. They responded to emails very professionally, addressed my concerns, all in a timely manner as well. Could not recommend these guys more. Thank you Nomad Shop!

I experienced amazing service for an online purchase and just wanted to share here - I made 2 back to back purchases during a clothing drop and had to reach out to their email to hopefully get the orders combined. They promptly responded to me and quickly helped me with my request. On top of this we ordered more pieces from the same collection from 2 other sites and by far the experience with Nomad was the best, they had the fastest shipping, zero issues with the received order, and even informed me asap when an item had gone out of stock and refunded the purchase. Thank you Nomad team - I really appreciate your online support team going above and beyond!

Good selection of clothes but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It took many follow ups and too much effort on my part just to get a response (it took weeks). Although I understand that they couldn't work with me to issue a refund on a sale item that cost $500+, as it's their policy, it definitely felt like they had put my emails in the "too hard" pile and we're hoping that I would just stop following up. Unless you're from Toronto yourself, I would shop at other online retailers that stock the same brands instead. You end up getting a far superior customer service experience from them with quick responses and a less cold tone. You'd at least expect high end customer service from a high end retailer.

I've been to this store a few times in the past but this is based on my online experience. I ended up purchasing an item from them online. Shipping is fairly quick. Took about 3 days total. (Mind you I am in the GTA as well) Would highly recommend purchasing from them if you're looking for specific items.

The service staff in this store has a very bad attitude. When I was picking and trying clothes as normal, he came over and told me not to "litter" his clothes and warned me not to try clothes again. I don't like his attitude very much. While，except for this specific person, the other sales are fine. The attitude of the female salesperson is very friendly.

Tried to return the item today and the clerk had a very bad attitude and eyes that felt MEAN. he said that there was a lot of cat fur on my dress as in the picture and that it was not a stain. This is very puzzling to me, it's impossible to avoid for a pet owner, and it's the first time I've encountered a merchant raising this issue when returning a product. And this is the first time I've encountered a store where I can only return store credit. Will not go back in the future!

This is far from an ordinary clothing store. It's a Designer store! That's right, take a look around and everything is priced accordingly. Simply add another zero to the price you wanna pay and there you go. Why do I still go, well for inspiration and to see what these designers are up to. When I dropped in recently the door was locked and they had to unlock and let me in. And then they asked that I leave my coffee at the front and not walk around with it. Probably a good idea given how valuable everything is there. But if you want to see interesting collaborations between manufacturers and artists, this will be the place. It's a fascinating look at the direction of street style and attitude. Worth checking out next time you are strolling Spadina and Chinatown downtown.
