NOMAD Yoga + Barre

Nomad Yoga and Barre is so much more than a studio. The different classes offer something for everyone, including barre, yoga, weight training, slow flow, flow and stretch and more! Each class has a different twist and the owner Justyne offers modifications to include all levels. You will never be bored as the classes change weekly but are always challenging. The members are so warm, welcoming and supportive of everyone that joins a class. Nomad is one of North Haven's best kept secrets! I highly recommend this studio!!!

Nomad Yoga + Barre is an amazing fitness studio and community. The owner, Justyne, encourages us to believe in ourselves, pushes us to achieve more than we think we could, and makes it fun. She creates a wonderful balance of mindful exercises and challenging workouts, all accompanied by great music. And she is right there doing the workouts with us. I highly recommend!!

NOMAD is a great fitness community! I love the integration of strengthening exercises with yoga, working my muscles, flexibility, and mental clarity. Classes are challenging, but there are always modifications. There is plenty of support from Justyne as well as everyone in the class. It felt like a class with close friends from the moment I walked in to my first class.

Nomad Yoga Barre has truly become my second home! The sense of community here is unmatched, especially among the incredible group of women who share this journey with me. Justyne, the owner and Yogi, is not only an expert in her craft but a caring and supportive guide who makes every class feel welcoming. She has been instrumental in my fitness journey, helping me find strength, joy, and confidence in every session. Nomad Yoga & Barre is unlike any other yoga or fitness studio. I’ve been attending since May and the owner, Justyne, makes you feel welcome from the very second you walk in. Over the last few months, I’ve felt myself get stronger and improve as a yogi. Justyne is awesome at giving modifications when you need it and has killer playlists too. If you want to grow as a yogi and feel comfortable in the space, Nomad is the place for you!

I have loved the warm welcome that I received from this studio! The studio is clean and beautiful and it offers a variety of classes. I love that you can switch between cardio workouts and deep yoga flows. Justyne is an excellent teacher with a contagious kindness and passion. I am so happy I found this spot!

Justyne has poured her heart and soul into her NOMAD business and it shows in everything she does. All the classes are expertly crafted to build strength, flexibility, and most importantly self-confidence. I always feel so supported by Justyne and she offers so many options in each class that you can truly get the workout that's right for you. I have tried many workout classes and found my home at NOMAD. You should too! Justyne's workshops are also amazing (I just took another one today!) and so thoughtfully put together. She thinks about every details to invite reflection, joy, and growth. I am grateful for this community.
