Unforgettable Honeymoon. Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived,starting with Eric at the front desk. The welcoming, the attention to detail,he set the tone for our entire 4 night stay. Beautiful vibe(the music,the copal scent) and well thought out hotel and rooms. I loved the tree house room (#9)with outside shower,the terrace on top, the open screen restroom,the view and the location. The restaurant also leaves an impression due to the amazing staff, but especially hostess Angie, servers Andy,Raimonds and Nayib who made us feel like we were the most important guests,every day. Naomi at check out,made the process pleasant and easy.Will highly recommend to everyone,any chance we will get.

I had been wanting to stay here for years and finally decided to splurge and got the Path to Holbox package and every penny was more than worth it. Everything was PERFECT from the beginning until the end of our trip. The 3hr transportation from the airport to the island was comfortable and seamless. We were welcomed by the delicious scent of copal and low light that enhanced the branch-made architecture and created a magical atmosphere. Misuri at the front desk was lovely, warm and welcoming throughout the check in process, and they even had bug repellent ready for guests since everything is open-air. Including the en-suite bathroom which made you feel really connected to the environment while showering “outside”. Everything we ate at the gorgeous restaurant by the sea was delicious and all the staff was super friendly! The highlight for us were the spiritual/wellness activities which were life-changing. Their Michelin recognition is well earned, absolutely everything was thought of and perfect. We had the most peaceful, restoring and romantic vacation of our life at Nomade. This place is nothing short of magical and I can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved this spot. Beautiful decor. Very friendly staff. Environmentally conscious and thoughtful touches. The food was incredible. Massages with Eduardo and Flor were exceptional. We loved yoga, sound bath….such a wonderful spot off the beaten path for relaxing for a few days. I would love if there was a bit more light in our room as it was hard to read so bring something. They are very thoughtful about having bug repellent and managing it on the property but maybe pack something for this too.

Holbox is a different experience. Not average. This hotel is very far from average. Unique, creative architecture and decor. The staff is amazing. Food ,excellent. The background music is pleasant and unobtrusive. For those who want to "get away," this may be perfect. Be aware that flies and mosquitoes are unavoidable. Staff do their best to help, but insect repellent might be a good idea.

During my stay, the overall experience at the hotel was very good. The staff was incredibly attentive — even before my arrival and all the way through to check-out. The hotel itself is beautiful and harmoniously integrated with the surrounding nature. The beach area where it's located is spectacular and very peaceful. The restaurant is also excellent. However, a few days after leaving the hotel, I noticed a mistaken charge of $600 USD on my card made during check-out. I contacted the hotel to clarify the situation, and they acknowledged the error and assured me they would process the refund. Unfortunately, a month has passed and despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received a response or the refund.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Room Cleanliness and Comfort: While the room was aesthetically pleasing, it was not properly cleaned. The fan was full of dust, shampoo and lotion bottles were not closed properly, and the bed had not been made by 7pm. The lighting was so poor that we had to use our phone flash to see inside our bags. Breakfast: The breakfast was very limited. Only black coffee, eggs with two sides, and a small basket of four breads (not enough for each person to have one of each type) were provided, and the breads were heated in the microwave. Guests had to choose between a small glass of fruit juice or six fruit slices. Additional bread had to be paid for, which felt unreasonable. Privacy: There was no privacy—opening the curtains meant anyone outside could see inside the room. Service: Some waiters never smiled, though one or two staff were friendly. Receptionists were nice, but despite all our complaints during the stay, nothing was offered in response, except the bread baskets we refused to pay for. Overall, the stay was far below expectations.

Very unique accomodation that is very calming. Loved the yoga available and the fact that we could use the bikes for free. The location is a bit further out from town, which is great, except for when the roads flood and makes it really difficult to get anywhere. Whilst the lighting was very moody, made it very difficult to see. Would be great to have some options. Our shower privacy screen wouldn’t fully close and lacked some amenities like an iron in the room. Coffees with breakfast were also quite expensive.

This is the second time I stayed at Nomade Holbox.Astonishing in every way.||Property is beautiful, service is great, food is amazing and all members of the team are polite, friendly and very kind.||In particular we interact at La Popular with Andy, Daniela, Rey (love to joke with him), Yesi (head bartender), || Cristy, Victor & chefs plus all the team at reception.||Management does an impecable job and it is highly appreciated.||From Mezcals on the beach at noon to fresh catch of the day at night while the best playlists in the World sound at the beat of wild birds under the moon light…This is DEVOLUXTION at its best.Total Bliss.||Please refrain from booking here if u like all inclusive type of vacation, or loud music or big groups of friends or if mosquitoes bother you.||This is a quiet natural environment suitable for those who want to chill within nature.||Thank you all at Nomade.||Will be back, again.
