"Calling all turophiles: NoMad New York is your next destination. In a few weeks, the hotel bar will be reprising their pop-up prix-fixe fondue menu—with an entire course devoted to melted cheese. For $55 a person, you can eat your way through three courses, but take note: The menu will only be available in the evening on Sundays, from November 11 through the end of the year, with a special New Year's Eve menu on Monday, December 31. So make sure you block off at least one of the days on your calendar (or all of them, we won't judge). Inspired by NoMad chef Daniel Humm's childhood in Switzerland, the menu begins with chicken consommé soup, partnered with a winter green salad, charcuterie board, and pretzels with Dijon mustard. What follows after is the true pièce de résistance: For course two, guests will be served fondue moitié-moitié, a traditional Swiss recipe that calls for half Gruyere cheese, half Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP—a cow's milk cheese with buttery, nutty flavors. The mixture will be accompanied by boiled marble potatoes and crusty Pain au Levain, a naturally leavened French bread, as well as black truffle with scrambled egg. The special New Year's Eve menu takes things to the next level; for $125 a head, the charcuterie board and pretzels are swapped with caviar (to be enjoyed during course two instead), and the main fondue is replaced by fondue Chinoise, served with dry-aged ribeye, beef tenderloin, and veal. Of course, certain etiquette applies to communal dishes like fondue, and we've got a list of rules straight from The NoMad. Double-dipping is an absolute no-no, as is dropping bread into the pot of cheese—if you make that crumby faux-pas, you'll have to buy the table a round of drinks (they're joking...we think). True enthusiasts also insist on stirring the fondue counterclockwise, in order to prevent the cheese from separating. But in reality, you'll probably be too focused on the melted cheese to think straight. Should you find yourself overwhelmed by cheese (unthinkable, we admit), you'll be able to cleanse your palette with dessert. Surprisingly, chocolate fondue didn't make it onto either menu. But after a slice of tarte Tatin and sips of shümli pflüml, which is essentially the Swiss take on Irish coffee (coffee, sugar, plum eau de vie, and whipped cream), we doubt you'll miss it. Once the meal is through, you can spend the rest of your Sunday exploring the NoMad's gorgeous Beauxs-Arts rooms—and mentally prepare yourself to do it all again the following weekend. Good news: The hotel is taking reservations, which can be made using Resy."

It’s pretty comfortable co-working with laid back atmosphere. Enough professionalism so you can feel at ease with an all day work environment. People are friendly and staff is helpful. Amenities are sufficient and kitchens reasonably stocked. Roof top view is the extra special treat!!!

Scoping out a new office space and got the grand tour. Love the rooftop access, communal spaces, phone booth rooms, and let's not forget the boozy vending machine for happy hour, or whenever! This place is definitely in the running, however the only downside is space as it has some tight corners and seemed a bit congested.

Great atmosphere really welcome for a coworking space. Professional and relaxing at the same time with good views of the Empire State Building also. Has great amenities and the staff was very friendly. The owner is awesome as well.

I have been at Nomadworks for several years. They offer entrepreneurs quality work space that is open and well designed. As an architect, I find the layout works well for collaboration. The large number of differently sized office suites and conference rooms is a huge plus as well. The corner location gets great sunlight which makes the offices really well lit. The team is incredible and very helpful. They have recently added a rooftop section with a view of the Empire State Building and a podcast studio. I highly recommend this space for startups and teams looking for a space in the heart of the city to get work done.

Long time co-worker. I joined here in May 2024 after many years at WeWork. It feels good to go back to a coworking spot filled with entrepreneurs working on the grind. (The other places I worked had a lot of employees of large companies, a very different vibe than a place where a lot of founders work). The space is flooded with natural light, has plenty of coffee, bagels, and a weekly happy hour. Just enough community to take a break from the general grueling schedule of being an entrepreneur :).

Female front of house staff (specifically, wavy hair brunette female and blue hair female) are so cold and non hospitable. I felt completely unwelcome at this coworking space which is a shame since I was looking for a permanent coworking space. I absolutely will not be chosing Nomad Works due to these two staff members. If I were a coworking owner I would not hire staff like these who will inevitably run your business to the ground.

I love the vibe here, it’s a great place to work. Nice perks like after-work yoga and a stunning rooftop deck. The other workers are a diverse group of start-ups, freelancers, and corporate offices - professional and friendly vibe. Also - great lighting! Big windows make it look bright and airy like a studio. Plus, I think NoMad is a great neighborhood to work in.

Excellent staff and great co-working space that has a unique offering. Aside from the benefits and chill environment, this co-working space is well run: multiple associates always available to help you in the space. Highly recommend to any looking for space in the area.

Yelp
Great coworking space in Midtown. I picked this as my primary location given the access to monitors and standing desks, which a lot of other coworking spaces don't offer. The staff is friendly, and the amenities make it feel homey. The one downside is that the phone booths aren't very noise proof.

Yelp
A very comfortable and clean coworking space located right in the heart of Midtown! There's many great spots around this location to grab lunch or after work drinks, as well as the space itself having many amenities and events. This coworking space not only offers memberships at a great price but it has a hair salon, meditation room, and a beautiful Rooftop Terrace. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Coworking shared open desk space, available by the day, and conference rooms by the hour. Unlike WeWork, you don't need to pay a monthly membership fee for a once in a while daily use- you just book it as you need it after an initial membership set-up fee. Conference rooms are available by the hour, and cafe event space can be rented in early mornings or late evenings for larger group events and workshops. Daily working time can start early and go until midnight- unlike a few other spaces. If you're curious, you can always stop by and request a tour on site.

Yelp
I've been using Nomadworks for several months in the open space area. It's been all I've hoped for. Everything works as it should. Staff is extra helpful, competent and friendly. They host various events like Yoga, Happy Hour, Bagel Mondays. It's comfortable, an extremely convenient location. Plenty to do nearby for errands, leisure. Live music daily 2 blocks away in better weather. Good privacy when you need to make video or audio calls. A mix of regulars and groups popping in for meetings. If you're an entrepreneur or solo professional who is tired of WFH, try them. They have more extensive space for larger groups too.

Yelp
I have been at Nomadworks for a few months. The area has lots of nice restaurants and relatively lively for Manhattan at this time. The staff is wonderful, quite helpful and accomodating. They also have a fantastic roof lounge for warm days. I highly recommend them.

Yelp
Came to Nomadworks for a business meeting late afternoon, fortunately I came 30 minutes early. It was also my first time visiting this office space. Upon arrival, the main elevator had just broken down 2 minutes prior. Luckily, a gentleman had opened the fire escape door which is usually locked and informed me that the elevator broke down and is no longer working. I waited in the fire escape not knowing where to check in. Luckily, I inquired with a very friendly staff member who was running up and down the stairs. She led me through door #2, we walked passed several packed cubicles and finally arrived at the front desk. Unfortunately, the restroom stall that I had used was very unkempt with toilet paper strewn on the floor. Based on cleanliness, space/layout, and aesthetics I prefer WeWork.

Yelp
Awesome coworking space in downtown Manhattan. Working here is an enjoyable experience because of the amenities that are provided. The cafe is fully stocked with high-quality coffee, aromatic teas, and flavored water. There is an abundance of conference rooms to host team and client meetings. Personally, my favorite thing about Nomadworks is that they host a speaker series every week where top industry professionals share their experiences and provide insights on how to navigate their respective industry. It has given me a chance to learn, network, and enjoy my time at the space. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for office space.

Yelp
Very professional and quiet with multiple phone booths CEO is also very hospitable and kind Free bagels for breakfast on Mondays (from Zuckers, I think)

Yelp
errible experience. Nomadworks team is sleazy, they would charge you without notifying you first. When we toured the place they said they're really flexible and chill about conference room usage. They only gave us 15 hours a month of conference room space for a team of 20 of us but they said don't worry just sit in the conference room when no one is there we are really chill about it. Lo and behold, when we ended our lease they did NOT return any of our security deposit and said it was for conference room charges. They're not upstanding people, how can you charge someone without notifying them first. They have bad WiFi service, we have had many client conference online calls drop during the meeting. It's so embarrassing. It's standard to expect working WiFi. If you don't want to lose your entire security deposit, don't come here!

Yelp
Been looking for a new coworking place with COVID, and this is it! The space is so clean and modern. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and were super helpful in explaining their COVID protocols. There was plenty of space to work, and a lovely outdoor roof terrace for fresh air. So happy I found this spot!

Yelp
We rent office space here, MUCH better experience than our former WeWork. Convenient location, amazing staff, attractive and comfortable environment, many personal and office amenities -- delicious complimentary coffee and tea options. I used to work at home 50% of the time when we rented at WeWork. Now I do 100% of my work from Grind.

Yelp
Facilities are outdated, toilets have black marks all over, water filter has mold. Management is rude, says one thing but then changes course without telling you and lies about it... Their WiFi kept dropping for 6 weeks in a row and they finally got us our own router device, told us to keep it a secret from other companies as this was a favor and then charged us the router fee when we ended the lease. Don't risk coming here to deal with shady people! The coworking area is packed with people working shoulder to shoulder, trying to squeeze every bit, making it not a comfortable place to work. Stay away!
