Google
One of the top spas in Chicago. Best massage, facial, and back facial by Vicki and a relaxing body treatment from Valerie are my favorite slate of technicians. The stream room, showers, and waiting rooms make you wanna make half day of relaxation and pampering. Book now and be prepared to come back often!

Amazing experience, never experienced this level of holistic relaxation from a hydrafacial treatment. Green juice & fresh fruit at the end of the treatment was a great touch too!

Très belle expérience au spa du Park Hyatt Chicago. Malgré une steam room en maintenance, les soins étaient très réussis et agréables. L’emplacement est parfait à Chicago ! Je recommande grandement.

Yelp
I went in for a treatment yesterday morning at this spa. I got there 8 mins prior to the start of my appointment and was shown around the facility. My therapists greeted me and discussed any concerns I had prior to the service beginning. The massage was amazing. I had some discomfort in my upper back for over a week and felt brand new after my service. I was provided with a pressed juice and water after the treatment and spent some time in the steam room and pool area. The facility was clean and everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. I throughly enjoyed my experience here!

Yelp
We booked a resort pass to use the pool, hot tub, and steam room at the spa. The locker rooms were small and cramped. There was no hot water in the women's locker room and no way to adjust the temperature in the steam room. On the other hand, the men's locker room had hot water in the showers and had 4 options for the steam room. The aromatherapy shampoo and conditioner were mediocre but the shower stalls were clean. There were plenty of clean towels and bottles of water to drink. Each locker also included plush slippers which was a nice add on. The ambiance was lacking and did not feel like a luxurious getaway.

Yelp
This place feels more like a gym than a spa. The sitting area prior to massages is the size of a closet and not very comfortable, the women's changing room feels like a locker room and the massages were lovely but halfway through you could hear the hotel guests and kids playing in the pool next door. It's a fine place but if you're looking for a lux experience, there are plenty of better options elsewhere.

Yelp
I booked resort day spa passes for my daughter and I for her birthday. We were greeted by someone who aside from not being very friendly or helpful, she said she didn't know about the spa pass and what was included. We had to ask for robes and which were not initially offered to us. She later found out and shared the information with us. While we rec'd the 15% discount for the massages (which were excellent) we forgot to ask for the discount at Nomi for lunch and it was not offered. It was an expensive lunch and it would have been nice if server asked us if we were using the spa. This is a small "spa" and while it was great that we were the only two guests there on a Monday, it was very basic, small, not luxurious and felt like a gym locker room. I would not recommend nor visit there again. As mentioned, the massages were very good but the whole experience did not feel pampering or special and for the approximately 500$ dollars spent, it was not worth it.

Yelp
Private spa within walking distance of Magnificent Mile. Access to pool, fitness center, steam room and whirlpool with treatment. Wonderful aromatherapy massages and Justina the facialist was great! I highly recommend trying the Hydrafacial treament with her - it really helped my skin.

Yelp
Ugh, yikes!! My husband and I went for a couples massage. It started with no attendant at the front and just went downhill from there. The facilities were a joke. We were expecting a lovey relaxing spa experience. Instead the locker rooms were dirty, they didn't have spa shoes for me, urine splashed on the toilet, dirty towels everywhere, loud music at the pool with teenagers jumping in and being loud. No area to relax in before your treatment or any classic spa treats. No supplies stocked in the locker rooms (razors, lotion, etc...). The hot water didn't work in the shower. And it was severely overpriced for the service and amenities. We had so many choices and are very sad we chose the NoMI. Go somewhere else! I've been an experienced spa goer and this is one of the most lacking experiences I've had. Yikes!

Yelp
As other reviewers have said this place is not a luxury spa. It's basically two small treatment rooms and a relaxation closet with no amenities. We went for a couples massage for our anniversary since we were staying in the hotel. We regret not going to the peninsula across the street. The entire time we were having our massage we could hear kids screaming in the hotel pool. We said something during the treatment and the therapists laughed it off. The massages were fine but it was impossible to relax given the noise. Also the locker room was a mess. There were towels and robes piled up both before and after we left and empty glasses and trash everywhere. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Yelp
Had a weekend getaway planned with my sister at the Hyatt Park Chicago. The hotel was very accommodating and nice. I am a hotel member so I happened to use my points for the hotel and had some left over to use for spa services. I booked both my sister and I massages in the Nomi Spa with points and not sure, but they didn't allow me to use all my points for the service so I had to pay a cash difference. I used both mine and my husbands points so not sure why they couldn't do it?? Anyways, we got our massages which were ok (nothing special for the price) and it was time to leave and pay the difference that supposedly the points couldn't cover. She had my husbands Hyatt card on file (which I was unaware of) since he had the most points between the two of us. When she asked me how I wanted to pay the difference I handed her my Chase Sapphire card, signed and left. A couple of days go by and my husbands asks me why he has a charge on his Hyatt card and I respond with huh? Well sure enough she didn't use the card I handed her and still charged the card on file that I did not authorize!! I then had to call and explain to several people who couldn't figure out how to fix the situation. I can't believe how unprofessional they handled everything and how many times I had to reach out to fix their problem!! What a joke! I would never recommend them to anyone nor would I ever go back. Such a waste of points and time! Beware...
