Soup dumplings were excellent! Loved the scallion pancakes (fresh and great texture). We also had the pork fried rice and roasted duck on top of noodles. Enjoyed everything and is a perfect lunch spot on a chilly, rainy day. Fast and attentive service. We’ll be back!

Google
What a great place! We had a wonderful late lunch outside on the shaded patio and couldn’t be happier. The Shrimp Dumplings were super tasty as were the Soup Dumplings. My girlfriend loved her Singapore Noodles with shrimps and I ate every bite of my delicious Pork Katsu Curry. We can’t wait to go back. Good selection of Beer and Wine and a large assortment of soft drinks as well.

It’s a charming place in Manchester, the service was excellent, the food so tasteful and beautiful! We tried the Pork katsu curry (it’s a big plate) and the Miso Ramen, both delicious. The Thai Fried Banana Roll for dessert was perfect for two! There is a parking lot on the back of the restaurant with a lot of spots.

It’s been over 10 years since I had a ramen dish and I was pleasantly surprised. It hit the spot. Our male server was very friendly! Didn’t get to try the din sum but the table next to us was raving about it. The have a lunch menu with 4-5 options which is what we went with since it was half the price.

Came here for the first time for a late lunch. Friendly service and good food that took us back to NYC Chinatown. We will add this place to our Manchester regulars.

Google
It was delicious! Chicken Buns was amazing, Roasted Pork Bun was incredible, and Roasted Pork Bao was to die for. Everyone needs to experience this in Vermont. Dim Sum, I want some!

Google
The food was delicious! The food presentation and staff were amazing as well. Went back twice in one weekend. Great variety of apps, main dishes and desert.

Google
Place is so beautiful on the inside they really did well with making a small space luxurious. The service is great very attentive. Music playing a created a good vibe. Food was great I got spicy tonkatsu and wow a creamy ramen broth filled with everything you could want in ramen and more. Food cam out quickly which is what I hoped for my daughter was at karate I had exactly one hour I was in seated and left happy within an hour(I was alone). I also got the soup dumplings which is a must. Four dumpling in individual cups and a delicious broth with a side sauce . Wow I ate all four on my own and barley had room for my ramen ( which I got to go and tasted great to go also). In the future I know Ill be back. They have a cute round table with what looked like a spinning middle piece to share food that looked like a fun idea if u had friends.

Yelp
Ever loved a restaurant experience so much that you didn't actually want to tell anyone else where it is? If it wasn't for the fact that I desperately want to this amazing place to thrive, I wouldn't tell another soul about it!! Service: welcoming, attentive and professional. Food: Without exaggeration, some of the best dim sum I have ever eaten in this country. Don't pass up the chive pancakes or the soup dumplings! Save an egg tart for dessert! Stunning ramen that doesn't dumb down the spice. Drinks: complimented the meal perfectly. I am so happy this restaurant is here in Southern Vermont!!

Yelp
Met my friend here for lunch. As usual service was prompt. Food was consistently delicious. The place was not crowded today. Will definitely comeback.

Yelp
I had my husband pick up dinner here tonight. It included tonkatsu ramen, sesame balls, and pork buns. Yes takeout is a bit pricey but that's standard everywhere nowadays. Everything is so good and you can tell it's high quality. Will definitely have to stop in to eat another day!

Yelp
We had a fantastic meal. The scallion pancakes we ordered on a whim and wanted seconds. Soup dumplings were great. 5 spice duck soup we enjoyed and enough to share.

Yelp
I enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere at Nong's. TBH, when I think of Vermont, Asian food is not what pops into my head but in this town, there's not a ton of options at 7 PM and this is a good place to feed different types of appetites. My Katsu was very good and the chicken was crisped to perfection. I wish the curry was a little bit spicier, but I have a feeling that spicy food doesn't play very well in Manchester, VA. The entree was filling and I thought the starter soup dumpling served in soup with the soup spoons were both tasty and very creatively plated. The tofu, while way too sweet for me, was how I like tofu cooked. A little tough on the edges and soft inside. I'll add the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. This is a great spot to feed a family or a group. It's a thumbs up for me!

Yelp
Loved everything about this amazing restaurant. The decor and aesthetic is absolutely lovely. All of the staff were super sweet and attentive. And best of all, the food is amazing. Would recommend this to anyone in the Manchester area.

Yelp
We had a decent meal. Nice atmosphere, and plenty of options to select from. The soup dumplings were delicious. They were certainly different from what we had been accustomed to in the NYC area, but they were delicious. While the main dish had a nice presentation, it was definitely light on flavor for our palettes. It was not a spice-level critique, but overall flavor, being a curry dish. A good place but not a write-home-about place.... except for the soup dumplings. See pics attached.

Yelp
Nong's is an absolute must-visit. The food is top notch and service is warm and friendly. Do not leave without ordering the soup dumplings. They are truly the best dumplings I've ever had. All the food is delicious. Come for lunch or a casual dinner.

Yelp
Very friendly staff and accommodating to our toddler. The food was also delicious--we had some dumplings, which came out fast and steaming fresh. The katsu was perfectly fried; not too thick in batter and very crunchy. The eggplant was also delicious. Looking forward to returning with friends so we can order a wider variety of food family style.

Yelp
We were in town for a few nights and chose Nong's Kitchen based on the reviews we found online. It was excellent! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was attentive and friendly. I only wish I lived nearby so we could frequent it on a regular basis. Don't hesitate to go!

Yelp
Excellent dumplings & friendly service! The interior is very comfortable. The flavors were on point, and paired perfectly with Tsingtao beer. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp

Yelp
Both the food and service were spectacular. We had the soup dumplings, rice rolls, egg custard and split the roast duck over jasmine rice. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend.

Yelp
Food, service , ambiance was AMAZING! Kudos to the Chef and the young talented staff. We would come back everyday if we could!

Yelp
Very excited to have a new Ramen place in Manchester. The dining room is open and cheery with well spaced tables. The service is friendly and professional. I had a solid bowl of tonkotsu and a beer. There were plenty of other "Asian" dishes including dumplings and stir-fry. They are open everyday which is welcome and rare in the area. Be prepared, however to pay up for it, as prices are higher than NYC!

Yelp
Right here in our town, we have this unique & popular restaurant serving dim sum, noodles & more! One of the specials tonight was a delicious salmon over garlic enhanced thinly sliced veggies. Also accompanied by a delicate fluffy rice. Fabulous! My guy had a wonderful crispy curry chicken (sliced) with rice & bok choy. Dim sum dishes are always a treat too. Topped it off by sharing dessert: their fried spring rolls filled with banana! And we choose to add chocolate ice cream too & it was divine! But share this! There's plenty for two. Service is always friendly & the rooms are very comfortable. Good for couples or families. Stop in for lunch or dinner. Yummy!!

Yelp
Unbelievable food. The highlight was the Soup dumplings. I had the chicken Katsu Curry and pork buns as well which were unbelievable. Followed by some fun dessert options. You don't have many good food options in Manchester at this price point. this place is a welcome addition and an instant favorite.

Ande L.

Yelp
Nong's is for those looking to satisfy a craving for Asian fare, far from NYC, with a nice selection of dim sum, noodle and rice dishes. Prices are commensurate with the uniqueness of the cuisine, as you are unlikely to find dishes like Nong's xiao long bao (soup dumplings) elsewhere in town - or served like they are here, as individual spoonfuls swimming in broth. The broths for the dumplings, as well as for the noodle bowls, are unctuous and savory, so the giant spoons ensure you don't miss a drop! For dessert, try the Thai banana rolls, which are fried banana-filled spring rolls, served with berries and drizzled with a choice of honey, maple or chocolate - enough for 2 for share. Service was friendly and quick, and the dining area was cozy but spacious.

Yelp
Service was amazing. Food was spectacular. Dessert is a must. The roast duck over rice was so good and the shrimp was incredible. We will be back for the ultimate dry noodles as they come highly recommended by our wonderful server Sabayo!!

Yelp
We had a lovely experience from the moment we arrived. Service was efficient and extremely pleasant. The dining area is charming. The steamed chicken buns were wonderful. We had the barbecue pork with wonton, orange stir fry plus snow pea stir fry with chicken. All the food was beautifully presented and excellent. We also had the fried banana desert which was plenty to share. The price seems completely reasonable--we would recommend and will go again

Yelp
Food was not good. front door was left open and there were flies all over the place. we had a huge dragonfly swooping over our table. opted to not eat half of the food. a huge disappointment

Yelp
I was excited to see this new restaurant pop up on my last trip into Manchester. A week later, my husband, daughter and I tried them for lunch. It was not apparent on their website that their whole menu is not available throughout the day so I was disappointed when the lunch menu was set down with only a handful of items to choose from although we were then told that we could order from their dim sum menu as well. My husband ordered a pork and wonton soup dish (from the lunch menu) while I ordered a slew of dishes from their dim sum menu: xiao long bao (soup dumplings), spare ribs with black bean sauce, shrimp rice rolls, steamed roast pork bun, fried sesame balls, egg tarts. I grew up eating dim sum and found most of their dishes authentic and tasty. The soup dumplings, pork buns and sesame balls were absolutely spot on from any dim sum restaurant I've been to in the past. And while the spare ribs, egg tarts and rice rolls were good as well, they were not what I expected. Though I would not NOT recommend them. The shrimp rice roll, while different from traditional, was an amazing, fancy take. Service was excellent. Food came as quick as one can expect for being freshly made. Would definitely go back for lunch and looking forward to trying their dinner menu as well.

Yelp
My lover and I drove three hours out of our way both ways just for an authentic New England experience right here in the middle of Manchester! Nongs kitchen did not disappoint! What a joint! My honey and I were looking for a little midday pick me up and nongs tiny ceiling and almost slanted floors knew just how to set the mood for us. Let me tell you, we became an X RATED NIGHTMARE after a few drinks at this joint. We started our lunch with some white wine of course, which made the ceilings open up more. Wine tends to open up my ceiling and Nong's kitchen sure had it flowing! The wait staff was EXTREMELY attentive. We ended up sticking to just drinks as their menu was a bit disappointing. As the conversation was flowing, my associate and I caught a whiff of some burnt waffles. Due to the listeria outbreak in waffles at the time we went - I was craving nothing more. Boy does it feel good to be bad! We asked the waitress for some waffles, given the fact that we were in the middle of Vermont. She repeatedly said no! Now, my 5'9 date is NOT a man that takes no for an answer. The staff was so kind as to provide us with heated mini strudels from the grocery store covered in sticky sweet Vermont maple - an omen to what lay ahead.

Yelp
Great food, we ate there 3 times while in town skiing. Soup Dumplings were excellent, though served in a broth unlike the traditional ones. All meals were delicious and filling. Try it out, you'll be glad you did.
