Google
Looking for Dan Dan noodle to eat, found Harmony noodle while looking through Yelp. My wife likes her Dan Dan noodle to be not too "peanuty", and Harmony Dan Dan noodle delivers that. Their noodle is very chewy, not soggy at all, they separate the sauce and meat for to go. The only thing is that their portions are toward the smaller side, as you can see from my pictures. Even the dumplings are small, however, they do taste good. I would suggest to call when ordering to go, using the online order will be a little more pricey.

Google
Currently my go-to place. Their Szechuan dumplings and Chengdu noodles are my favorite, but I've had the sour Bean noodles, the special beef noodles, and the cold sesame noodles and they are all really good. They're cucumber salad has big chunks of cucumber and has a really good balance with the dressing, which isn't too sweet. I really love the thick hot sauce that's on their tofu appetizer --that's the green onion and chili paste cold tofu. Next time -- which might even be today -- I'll probably get the dan dan noodles. Oh the desserts are really good too-- I had the sweet black ice sugar jelly and it was a nice pallette cleanser. But here's the incredible thing, all this food is really good hits the spot and creates a positive memory that keeps in coming back -- and the prices are excellent!

Google
It was our first time eating here, we enjoyed every dishes we ordered. The appetizers are wonderful especially the pig ear(豬耳朵). The portion for all the noodles are big, I couldn't finish a bowl by myself. This noodle restaurant is relatively new therefore it's very clean and appealing. Hopefully it would stay the same next time I visit. 👍

Google
We came here because we wanted noodles and it had a health grade of an “A.” The waitress recommended Beef Noodle and the House Deluxe Noodle. I enjoyed my Deluxe noodle bowl. The Beef Noodle has a flavorful broth but the meat was not lean. If you don’t mind that, it’s a good dish. We also ordered a side of cucumber & bean curd. All were flavorful and was served in a reasonable amount of time.

Google
Takeaway Dan Dan Noodles were good. Noodles had some tooth to them which is nice however they were a bit stodgy. That makes it tough to mix in the meat and even the chilli oil. Taste was nice but not creamy like some versions of the dish. Next, I want to compare this Dan Dan with Dim Sum Worlds. The telephone ordeeing process is very smooth and efficient here. The pick-up as well went very smooth except for people who walked up behind me and attempted to jump the line by calling the restaurant. "Hello, is my food ready for pick-up? Yes, where are you, come pick it up?" "I'm here in line after this person in front of me" Hang up stupid and wait your turn.

Google
The noodles were tasty and delicious ! The broth was exceptional! The staff kindly waited for us as we called in 5 minutes before closing time! Definitely a must try !

Google
This place is good but a little salty and oily. Get the Szechuan Dumplings. Beef noodle soup is not Taiwanese but flavorful.

Google
Authentic northern noodle restaurant. Like the interior concept, very cool table setting. I order the spicy intestines noodles soup. It was spicy but great flavor of the broth, the intestines were cooked perfectly (without any off putting smell or taste). Services were friendly and fast, definitely another lunch spot near work.

Yelp
omg I just found out this place closed?? I am so sad, it was my favorite Szechuan noodle shop when I lived in Alhambra. I will fight tooth and nail for a spot in this tiny plaza to eat here (yes the parking lot is atrocious) and it's even worse because its all old asian families trying to get a spot for either 99 ranch or going to a nice dinner at the chinese restaurant in the same plaza. My favorites noodles would have to be the dan dan noodle and their spicy beef noodle. Those two dishes and their Szechuan dumplings had me in a chokehold with their mala numbing spice. It has a lot of numbing but not too much spicy, which is great for me, who can't handle that much spicy. I started to really enjoy mala flavored foods because of this restaurant. Their pork intestines are great here too. I that that nice funky taste and perfect chew and crunchy exterior. The times that I went, there weren't that many people there, so service is always great for me. Food comes out prompt, piping hot and delicious! I wish this place was still open... ):

Yelp
Love the Dan Dan noodles, tasty and filling. The flavors are bomb! Fried dumplings was kinda on the raw side. I expected it to be crunchy because I ordered fried but it was like half cooked only. You can tell by the color of it. It wasn't busy so my order came quick. Staff was fast and efficient. The place was a little bit outdated but nonetheless it was clean. The fried dumplings was a bummer!

Clarice T.

Yelp
Sooooo good!! I ordered the Dan Dan noodle and their wonton in spicy hot oil and the cucumber salad!! All of them perfectly complement and complete each other! My kids loved their noodles as well!! Noodle cravings more than satisfied! Great place not just for noodles. We will definitely be coming back!

Elena C.

Yelp
This is not a gizzard dish for the fainthearted. Forget those mild gizzard taste you get from your local fried chicken or mexican food places, because this gizzard got game. It's gamey town. But don't leave yet. Because the gamey taste is on point. The spicy broth gives refreshing taste that complement the gamey taste very well. And the noodle flavor is to die for! I ended up finishing them in one breath. Well, not literally one breath, but you get my point. I love gizzards, so when I took the first bite, i was like wow this one is gamey! And yet, I can't stop! I blinked, and suddenly it's all gone. The noodle, the gizzards, the broth, all gone. They are very generous with the portion, so for me this lunch lasts me the whole day.

Yelp
This is a terrific spot for noodles in Monterey Park. We came in on a Saturday afternoon, and we were the only ones there. I am surprised by this because the food was insanely good! Our waiters were attentive, as well. We started off with the Szechuan Style Dumplings, and wow! That's a perfect appetizer to share and it's full of mouth watering flavors. To balance out this saucy appetizer, we also got the Cucumber Salad. This is a basic option, but provides a nice dish to cool off with. For the main meals, we split the Chengdu Style Dry Noodle and the Signature Beef Noodle Soup. If you're looking to split two dishes with a nice contrast, this is the combination for you. The former is a cold noodle dish, with a ground meet atop it. The latter is a warm, slightly spicy soup with savory beef chunks. Both have thin noodles, which are super delicious.

Yelp
I came here after reading raving reviews about this place. Unfortunately, i personally would NOT recommended their beef noodle soup. For me, the beef soup in this dish should bring out the natural flavors and aromas of the beef. However, as you see in my photo, all I am able to taste and see is spicy oil. While this may be one style of beef noodle soup, but it isn't for me.

Yelp
I had this place book park for a while but I can't remember why. I happen to be working in the area and it came up as the closest location so we decided to go here. This place is located in a small strip mall with actually a lot of different other restaurants. seating wasn't hard to get at all during lunchtime on a Thursday. We were sat down right away and given menus. There were some lunch specials so we actually all ended up ordering the same thing (when in Rome, right?) but utilized the special to get an order of the Szechuan dumplings along with the signature beef noodle orders. The dumplings had a great spice to them and we're cook so well. Not mushy or too firm at all. The beef noodles were super tasty. The noodles had a nice consistency to them and the soup was less spicy than I expected which was a good thing for me. The beef was tasty. Overall, this place was super easy to sit down order eat and leave offer a workday lunch. There was other things on the menu that I would love to try on another visit but if you want good noodles and quick, this is the place. The service was good and no nonsense which I like once in a while especially for a place like this.

Yelp
I go here all the time! The food is always so good I like the soup cause it's just a nice light and tasty soup and it always makes me feel better after I eat it. I think the variety of mushrooms in the soup truly add to the wellness in my life. The dumplings are amazing they have 3 spice levels I like the extra spicy if you like getting spiced out the medium is spicy but more of a kick. That being said I eat a lot of spicy food! So to be safe just go with what you know! Everyone should go here! They have a lot of other items as well. But these two menu items are my go to! Also service is really great too! Lots of tables !

Judy T.

Yelp
Came here at night to try some noodles and got their raved about dan dan noodles, mung bean cold noodle, and their mushroom noodle soup. We are vegetarian. They made a vegetarian version of the dan dan noodles and despite all the excellent reviews, the dan dan actually was a bit of a disappointment. It was tasty but it had carrots which made it sweeter than I liked. The mushroom noodle soup was surprisingly flavorful and there were different types of mushrooms on top. It also came out piping hot! I love a hot soup! The mung bean cold noodle I agree with. It was delicious and spicy. I would definitely get that again. They had outdoor and indoor seating. We weren't in a hurry so it was interesting watching the 1 person that was in the front staff taking phone orders, prepping drinks, taking orders in person, and bringing out the food. He was BUSY! Long story short, service was slow but we understood and weren't in a hurry. They do have a TV you can watch in the corner. At some point someone from the back came out to help and processed our credit card. Overall, I would come back especially if I'm shopping at 99 Ranch which is in the same plaza.

Yelp
Endless options of noodles and it all looked so good that I ate with my eyes and ordered too much, oops! The texture and flavors of all the noodles were so good but I was disappointed by the spice level. With all the chili oil and redness I had hoped for more. Spicy Chicken Gizzard Noodle - My favorite entree! It was my first time trying gizzards and it had a variety of textures that complimented the comforting noodle soup. Chengdu Style Dry Noodle Soup - A punch of flavors from all the sauce. The nuttiness of the peanut paste was definitely present when mixed all together. Dan Dan Noodle - A classic dish that we got non-spicy. Can't go wrong with it! Spicy Mouth-Watering Chicken - My favorite side dish! This chicken was so tender and the chili oil gave it a good flavor without drowning it in sauce. Jellyfish Salad - So refreshing and crunchy. A great way to cut the flavors of the noodles. Mung Bean Cold Noodle - I can't say much because I've never had it until this moment but my group has had it multiple times and they said that it wasn't that great.

Yelp
Nope. Work pays for my lunch on Fridays. And I chose this place. So in a way, it's free food right? I wasn't too hungry so I ordered the Dan Dan noodles. Liked good. And I wanted to try it. I didn't know, but there was a good amount of mashed/minced garlic under the meat. So when I dug into it, that's all I tasted. Burned my throat and had that gross garlic breath all day lol $12 for noodles? Idk. Even though I didn't pay for it, I still think it's an it much. Not enough meat. The flavor was ok. But not worth coming back for. I hate leaving 3 star reviews but this was just my experience. Maybe let me know there's garlic paste and that I have to mix it first. I just take great photos so it might look good on camera lol I don't think a server and a menu is necessary for this kind of restaurant. That basically means you're going to over pay and feel obligated to tip. Not what I'm looking for. Service was cool. The gentleman was great. But yea, not my kind of place.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of spicy food even though my mom would frown at me and say I need to stop eating 'yeet hay" food... but I can't stop, and won't stop~ The spicy chicken I got was a solid 100, and had a nice kick of mild spice and chili oil. The fried intestine wasn't too bad since it is lightly crispy and they provide spicy flakes to season the dish. I think it taste even better when you dip it into the chili oil of the chicken appetizer. The Signature Beef Noodle is a classic, and my absolute favorite. The noodles were so chewy and flavored. The broth had a nice aroma and got me slurping my noodles like crazy. The Dan Dan Noodle was equally as good since the seasoning really coated the noodles and you can really taste the mixture of multiple ingredients. You got the minced meat and vegetable coated in chili oil and flakes. Honestly even though some of the dishes are considered spicy, it's actually mild in terms of spiciness. It is still pretty good, but don't expect tongue burning spicy level. Maybe next time I can ask to make those adjustments.

Kimberly G.

Yelp
Decent noodle soup option. The pork rib noodle soup has a pretty rich broth, which is a plus. The actual meat though was too dry for my taste. It comes off the bone easy, but don't expect it to be too juicy. I think the soup would benefit from a vegetable too.

Gloria L.

Yelp
This Chinese restaurant serves a variety of Szechuan dishes from noodles to cold dishes! It is hidden in the corner next to the 99 Ranch Supermarket. We came on a Friday afternoon and the restaurant was pretty empty but they had some to-go orders going. There are plenty of tables available and parking can be found in the parking lot right outside. Shredded Chicken Dry Cold Noodle 9/10: this was my favorite dish! It had a hint of spice and the cold noodles were refreshing with a generous amount of chicken. Signature Beef Noodle Soup 7/10: this was mediocre but came with a generous portion of beef and noodles. The beef wasn't as tender as I'd like and the soup had a lot of oil but not a lot of spice to it. Wonton with Hot Oil 8/10: the wontons were pretty good and I enjoyed the chili sauce Pork Ear in Chili Oil 9/10: I enjoyed the pig ears which you can never go went with! Pan Fried Dumplings 6/10: these were my least favorite item since the pork was a bit too gamey for me and I would've liked the dumplings more crispy. Black Sesame Sweet ball with Osmanthus 8/10: I really enjoyed this dessert because I love black sesame glutinous balls and the osmanthus soup was pretty good although a bit too sweet Overall a pretty decent spot to satisfy your noodle cravings, but personally for me I would've liked a bit more spice to the dishes or a choice to adjust my spiciness levels to be higher.

Christyl J.

Yelp
This has kept popping up on my yelp recommended so finally went. Wish I had sooner! Got the Dan Dan noodles and they were so good! Not overly spicy, right amount of everything. Same with the Sichuan dumplings. And also got the red/black sugar rice cakes, not super sweet which was different but nice. Service was fast and the ace itself is nice. There some outdoor seating and a lot of indoor seating. Everything seemed clean too. Will be returning for sure!

Michael P.

Yelp
Started ordering here during the pandemic and have been ordering ever since. The flavors here are a little more modern and clean for my taste buds. It's definitely a distinctive taste compared to your street flavors. Normally order the House Beef Noodle Soup and Dan Dan Noodles with some added sides here and there. My pick here would definitely be the Dan Dan Noodles! It's a good savory flavor for dry noodle enthusiasts. The Beef Noodle Soup is 7/10 for me. I feel like the beef is a bit tougher compared to Mandarin Noodle House just a few hundred feet away in the same area and the broth is a tad bit more oily. I've tried a lot of appetizers from dumplings to garlic pork belly and they have all delivered on taste. So why 4/5 stars? The price to food ratio would have to be the deal here. You get a little less for the money spent and some of the flavors is missing that street flare you would get from a Taiwanese noodle venue!

Kevin M.

Yelp
The parking lot has no fee. The service was great. The food was very filling and delicious especially the wontons and dumplings. Noodles could be more thicker and beef could be more tender, but I would still recommend this spot to try!

Monica K.

Yelp
DELICIOUS. Tried the spicy beef dish-medium and wow! So garlicky, spicy, and I got a mini workout stirring in the sauce! Lol so good. Try it.

Jenny O.

Yelp
After a full day of hiking, beef noodle soup just hits the spot! Came here after hiking in Pasadena and wanted soup and noodles to feed my soul. It was a bit chilly out so anything warm in a bowl would do the trick. This place has been in my bookmarks for awhile so decided to give it a try since I'm already in the area. I could not have been more satisfied! The dumplings as appetizers were so good - very authentic and lots of sichuan spicy flavors (which I love). Next came the signature beef noodle soup which was spicy and delicious too. It wasn't too spicy but then again, I'm used to eating heavily spicy food so this didn't really make me sweat. The beef was tender and the noodles were cooked perfectly - the added cilantro really brought out all the good flavors. The restaurant was clean with not a lot of people dining in - but a lot of take out orders. The service was super fast - literally got our food within minutes. I would come back for the amazing food here.

Yelp
4.25! SGV is known for authentic Chinese food, and Noodle Harmony in Monterey Park is proof! They specialize In Szechuan-style noodles, soups, and other dishes that scream comfort. -- Signature Beef Noodle Soup: The broth is deep and flavorful with a manageable level of spice. I've had mroe tender beef, but it was decent. Eat it fast before the chili oil cools and congeals! Tri-Delight Noodle Soup: This was the sleeper hit. The cuttlefish, pork,, and shitake mushroom creates a deep, earthy, porky/seafood infused broth that felt like a warm nostalgic hug. The owner recommended we try this (non-spicy) dish despite beef noodle and Dan Dan Noodles being the most popular orders, and I can definitely see why it's one of her faves. Pan- fried dumplings: a little salty but very meaty Jellyfish Salad (cold dish): If you've never had jellyfish before, you're missing it! It's super refreshing with an crunchy texture, and slurpable like noodles. This place takes their broth seriously. We learned that they make a limited amount of broth each day for their noodle soups, and don't dilute or add fillers when it runs low, keeping the flavor strong and authentic. One reason they don't sell extra broth in bulk.

Cyl C.

Yelp
My brother decided on this place to have dinner at after picking up my raffle prize at NeoFuns nearby. They had outdoor and indoor seating available, but we opted to sit inside since it was a bit chilly that night. My brother had in mind for what we should order, which was the Dan Dan Noodles, Pork Intestine Noodle Soup and Signature Beef Noodle Soup. The two soups that we got had already spicy broth, so my mom asked our waiter if he could possibly bring her some broth that wasn't already spicy for her to have with the Dan Dan Noodles since those came dry. The waiter was able to fulfill my mom's request and we were very thankful. I was able to try all the dishes and surprisingly enough, the Pork Intestine Noodle Soup was actually my favorite considering I am particular when it comes to food textures. The pork intestine wasn't off putting at all to eat and definitely between the two soups, this one had more flavor and kick to it. I did enjoy how tender the beef pieces were from the Signature Beef Noodle Soup and just enjoyed the noodles overall from all three dishes. I wasn't a big fan of the Dan Dan Noodles after the flavor packed soup noodles I had tried.

Tiffany W.

Yelp
Warning: Manager/Owner is a LIAR and would rather make money than protect customers safety from bad/expired ingredients. My mom, sister, and friend all broke out in rashes. My mom got small pink dots on her forearm, sister broke out on her arms, and friend broke out around his lips. Luckily I didn't break out BUT tmi we all had diarrhea from the food here. Service and atmosphere: Clean and comfy place. Can't complain much. Server was chill. Food: Dan Dan noodles: very oily but good! Beef noodle soup: soooo SALTY we had to pour our drinking water in our soup to make it bearable Minced pork over rice: the best thing here! I was annoyed that the sever said I had to order a rice dish in order to order a side of rice. Made absolutely no sense to me and he just kept saying "we're a noodle place" the worst excuse I've ever heard in my life especially because they also serve rice plates and a bunch of appetizers that would pair nicely with rice like garlic pork belly!!!! I would give this place a three but the rashes and irregular bowl movements made me give this place a solid 1 star. Please please please check your chili oil or something because for three people to break out that's not okay. Update from managers response: I wrote this review around 12am and the manager responded around 4am which insinuates 1. Either he made his staff go to the restaurant to check all the ingredients at 4am or 2. He lied about having his staff check his ingredients which makes me even more furious. I'm Taiwanese and have had these combinations many times so the response from the manager is calculated and looks like he's trying to cover his bass because there's no way his staff checked and no way they reached out to their "regular customers" at 4AM!!!! Please don't lie :(

Justina W.

Yelp
The beef noodle soup is okay. I also ordered black sesame rice balls with osmanthus soup and it was delicious. I also ordered red sugar rice cakes and they were really greasy. The black sesame rice balls are the best.

Mandy W.

Yelp
With the pandemic and all, it's been quite some time since our last visit. We decided to swing by for a late night dinner, and to our delight, there was plenty of parking available compared to what it's like during normal business hours. A super pleasant experience. We noticed that they have indoor and outdoor dining at this time, and it wasn't too busy. We ordered individual noodle soup dishes, and dumplings to share. All delish! Perfect level of spiciness, but I'm totally fine with sweating and crying in public. Will definitely be back.

Stephanie L.

Yelp
The food is definitely packed with flavors and spices. Everything was so well seasoned; it sure satisfied my tastebuds! My favorites have to be the Dan Dan Noodles. I love their chewy noodles which soaked up all the delicious sauce and toppings. Also, I'm a fan of the Cold Tofu! The chili paste and green onion went so well with the creamy tofu. This restaurant is literally a hidden gem in the SGV area! The service was super friendly and attentive; but it's quite sad to see the store a bit empty when I visited. Please please come by and show your support! You will not be disappointed with their food

Valeria A.

Yelp
I was craving Dan Dan noodles but hoping for a vegetarian option and came across this place. I decided to place a pick up order for the noodles and cold tofu appetizer. The order didn't take too long to prepare, probably 25ish minutes. Upon arrival we were greeted and we quickly picked up the order. It wouldn't be fair of me to give a rating on service since it was a pick up order. I can only give a rating on the food itself and I personally, was not a fan. The cold tofu in chili paste was incredibly salty. I tried eating it with white rice at home and it didn't help very much. I scraped majority of the chili paste but at that point, I'm basically only eating tofu. The Dan Dan noodles were a good texture but the sauce was also, a little too salty. I had to toss the tofu away sadly. All in all, I don't think I'd come back to this place but I wanted to make sure I gave it a try.

Eugenia L.

Yelp
Tried this place out for the first time a few months ago and really enjoyed the food here! Also came here because they have a small outdoor seating area with 2 tables I believe so I could bring my dog with me. It was perfect. Tried one of the dry noodles, got the beef noodle soup with rice noodles and the cucumber appetizer. The broth of my beef noodle soup was so good. Not overly salty but had so much flavor. Also love that they have rice noodles since those are some of my favorites. Would definitely come back, also hoping they keep their outdoor tables!

Grace N.

Yelp
I love this place! Have been coming here before COVID and still do now and they have been consistent throughout! The place takes credit cards and opens on Christmas and New Year in case you want some take outs. It is also spacious inside and clean and they have tables for outdoor dining. Everything is so good here but my favorites are: cucumber salad (to refresh your taste buds in between in n out bites of the chili oil flavored food), mung bean cold noodle, garlic pork belly, spicy dumplings both style, signature spicy beef noodle and Dan Dan noodle. I also like the pigs ear and the intestines. Highly recommend this place! Staff is friendly and online /pickup order is easy.

Kimmie N.

Yelp
Major bummer. I havent gone here for lunch in a while due to the heat&covid but their food quality has gone down. I ordered their braised pork belly rice dish and spicy wonton in hot oil today. The braised pork belly was dry and did not taste tender or braised at all. Paid $12 for a bowl full of rice and 5 pieces of braised pork full of fat. The wonton in chili oil lacked flavor and spiciness. I had gone last month as well to get their house special beef noodle soup and soup didnt taste the same. Meat was dry and tough and it was such a bummer since this was my favorite szechuan restaurant

Wayne G.

Yelp
Haven't been here in over a year and yes, they're open with indoor and outdoor dining! They have 3 tables with 4 seats each, extended outside in front, and several more tables inside. We ordered the N1. Signature Beef Noodle Soup and N3. House Deluxe Noodle Soup. Both were delicious and there was a good amount of noodles. But if you can handle spicy, definitely try their Signature Beef Noodle Soup! Still one of my favorites. Staff was courteous and spoke English. They wore masks and gloves. Tables and chairs were clean. We felt pretty safe dining outside. Highly recommend for the food!

Anna L.

Yelp
Came here around 3pm with some friends after driving from the Bay Area and MAN this hit the spot. We sat outside because I had my dog with me, and it was quite hot (not a lot of shade and direct sunlight), but that didn't stop us from enjoying the delicious food. We ordered the beef noodle soup, dan dan noodles, and fried dumplings. Everything was SO GOOD and pretty affordable (~$10-12) for the main dishes. I mainly ate the dan dan noodles which were the best I've had. The flavors are soo yummy together and the noodle texture is so good! I also really loved the fried dumplings. The dipping sauce was sooo good. I know usually the highlight of a dumpling dish is the dumpling itself but man that soy sauce was suuuper good. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

Matthew C.

Yelp
Got: sparerib noodle soup, spicy chicken gizzard noodle soup, Chengdu dry noodle Price: ~$12 Value: big bowl of steaming, flavorful soup, great value!

Tammy T.

Yelp
(2.5/5) I ordered takeout and didn't love the flavors. It is okay if convenient and you have a craving but there are better options in the SGV for this type of food. This is what I tried: - Dan Dan Noodles (Extra Spice) : Spice level was perfect if you like a kick but it seemed pretty average in flavor. Also, the noodles were a little dry. - Mung Bean Noodles: Noodles were not tender. Flavor was lighter. I did like the beans at the bottom - Szechuan Style Dumplings : Good flavor but dumpling skin was quite thick.

Jonathan C.

Yelp
Yum, beautiful pictures, pretty good food. Came here on a Friday night and was seated promptly. Got a mixture of both wet and dry noodles. Noodles were pretty good with its consistency. The soup broth was good but kit extremely flavorful. The braised beef was a bit more bland but something a little Chilli oil couldn't fix. The Chilli oil they provided automatically kicked the meal up one star so definitely ask for that if your meal is feeling a bit lack luster. Didn't have room for the desserts but they looked very very good.

Jennifer J.

Yelp
I met up with a friend here on a Wednesday evening for a quick and casual dinner. I had this place bookmarked for some time, so I was excited to finally stop by. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, and we were the only party there for some time. We ordered the popular dan dan noodles, spicy bean and minced pork noodle soup, chili oil wontons, pig ears, and cucumber salad. Since we happened to be there during happy hour (5pm - 8pm), we were able to add on the side dishes to our noodles for less than the regular menu price. I enjoyed the dan dan noodles! I liked the texture of the noodles, and I thought that the flavors were really good. I had asked for the spiciest level, and I barely felt any heat, so that was a little disappointing. Same goes for the chili oil wontons and the sour bean and pork noodle soup--good flavor to each dish but really lacking in spice for both of us. The pig ears were really good! The portion was huge, and it had a nice sesame chili oil flavor. I couldn't stop eating these :)

Yelp
What's up: Meeting up with friends and we wanted to try this noodle place. I've been to the 99 Ranch Market and Capital Seafood for dim sum nearby, but never ate at this place before. Parking: There is a parking area that's shared amongst the businesses nearby. In the day time, it can be tough to find parking, especially during peak dim sum time. We came for dinner and there were plenty of open spots. Environment: It was fairly empty when we walked in. The staff member greeted us and told us we could sit anywhere we liked. The dining area was simple and the place was well lit. There was also a TV hanging from the wall and a nice wall mural. Restrooms are located towards the back, on the right. What was ordered: - Pork Ear in Chili Oil Dressing (crunchy and slightly spicy) - Fried Intestine (personally, I was not a fan, but it was decent) - Szechuan Style Dumplings (yummy) - Crunchy Beef Noodles (tasty) - Dan Dan Noodles (not bad, but I liked the beef noodles better) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Both the food and the experience was good. Only thing was that the food took a bit of time before arriving, but we weren't in a rush, so it was fine. Credit cards are accepted; minimum charge of $20 or a $1 transaction fee will be added.

Yelp
I was so impressed by Noodle Harmony as it's a smaller restaurant tucked inside a busy plaza with 99 Ranch and Capital seafood! I've always driven by, but I finally stopped in to give it a try after hearing great things from friends! My friends and I got the spicy beef noodle soup, Dan Dan noodles, schezuan wontons, and jellyfish. My favorite was the beef noodle soup due to the complexity of flavors and large portion! Beware, it is on the spicier side and you can't adjust the spice level. I also really enjoyed the cold jellyfish appetizer. It had a good crunchy texture with a good level of spice, but you can also request a non-spicy version! Overall, I would definitely come back! Great quality at a reasonable price point!

Yelp
So glad I found this lovely Chinese restaurant. It's a small restaurant in 99 ranch plaza (aka plenty of parking spaces). All of their items are reasonably priced and their portions are generous. I highly recommend the Dan Dan noodles, cucumber salad, spicy wontons, and green onion chili tofu!

Yelp
Spontaneously found this place on Yelp while hungry on a Saturday evening. Ordered the Signature Beef Noodle Soup & Dan Dan Noodles. Both were very scrumptious & filling. Also, the hot tea is free. That's always a nice perk. Definitely recommend this place for mpk locals.

Yelp
This past Sunday I (annoyingly) woke up my boyfriend with promises that I would be the most magical of days. I wanted a day filled with wonder and amazement. A day we would never forget. And everyone (who resides in my fantasy world) knows the best way to start such a day is with a big ol' bowl of...NOODLES! I have been eyeing Noodle Harmony for some time now. Its been hanging out in my bookmarked noodle places that I've wanted to visit. The photos look amazing and I was waiting for the perfect day to finally get my hands on that beautiful beautiful Dan Dan....Sunday, was indeed, that day. We arrived around 3pm and waited about 2 min to get one of the seats outside (they only have 3 tables for outdoor dining- FYI). In my truest fashion, I had already spent three hours that morning salivating over what I was planning to order. I was stuck between the Dan Dan Noodles and the Chengdu noodles. The waiter explained that there wasn't much different between the two except that the Dan Dan didn't come with a beautiful giant scoop of sesame paste. I opted for the Chengdu dry noodles (and I think I made a great choice!) My bf got the Dan Dan which was great since it gave us the opportunity to try both. We also ordered some dumplings in chili oil and fried dumplings as well. Oh.My.Word. The food was sooooo good. The photos definitely do this place justice. Everything was amazing. I'm a simple creature. The only thing I need in this world is a good noodle, some dumplings and a gigantic beer (they don't serve beer here, which is great because I would never leave if they did.) OOOH I can not wait to try Noodle Harmony again. It totally lived up to my expectations. I definitely want to try the beef noodle soup next time!

Yelp
Best place to get Dan Dan mian! My friend brought me here and ever since I've been hooked. Located in a plaza next to 99 ranch, and there's plenty of parking. If you're looking for authentic Chinese noodles this is it!

Yelp
I had the beef noodle soup and my friend had the Dan Dan noodles. Both are good, but I prefer the Dan Dan noodles. It was much more flavorful with the ground pork.

Yelp
Great spot for noodles, even if its to-go. I came here recently before the lunar new year and they didn't have outdoor dining but looks like they'll set that up when they re-open after the new year. There's a giant tent in the parking lot for Capital Seafood/dim sum, but not for Noodle Harmony. Parking lot wasn't overly busy even with fewer spaces from the tent. As for food, the sauce and broths continue to make this place one of the better spots for spicy noodles in the area. They separate noodles from soups and sauces so the noodles are more on the al dente side and good for not getting soggy from to-go. I did wish the noodles didn't stick together as much and was a little shorter, as it was hard to break them apart for sharing. Beef was tender in the beef noodle soup too. Come and support this local joint!

Yelp
The signature beef noodle soup is SPICY but oh so good. I'm still dreaming of the impossibly tender beef. I asked for any possibility of numbing the szechuan peppercorns to which the server said he would try, and true to form, my partner did say it wasn't as spicy. Still destroyed me of course! Bless that cucumber salad for sustaining my ability to eat this fiery bowl of deliciousness. I must applaud the noodles here. They have such a satisfying bite to them and the portion is beyond generous. The dan dan noodles were similarly buoyed by these noodles, but that's not to dismiss the delicious culmination of minced pork, green onions and whatever magical elixir in the bowl. The restaurant itself is very clean and inviting. I loved the different motifs on the table and the beautiful wall mural is a great backdrop for the tasty fare here. Noodle harmony indeed!!

Yelp
Husband found this place to try for lunch. We ordered: 1) Beef noodle soup $13.99 x 2 , spicy and very oily but tasty. Hits the spot on a chilly day , good amount of noodles and lean & fatty beef cubes 2) fried intestine - pretty good but had better at Chef Hung's , texture is soft and they removed most of the inside fat which is nice

Yelp
I was in the area and was super hungry. I pulled up yelp (of course) and found Noodle Harmony, the reviews looked great and honestly, I am sold any time I see Noodle in the name of any place. I picked up some Dan Dan Noodles and honestly, so good. I dream of their Dan Dan Noodles, I cannot wait to be in the area to swing by again. The place is super clean and the staff is very friendly and I had no issue finding a parking spot in the lot.

Yelp
First time trying their signature beef noodle soup and it was very delicious! They give a good amount of beef and the noodles were just the right amount of chewy. The soup is also very flavorful, perfect to sip on a cold night. I personally thought the soup is quite heavy on the beef fat though because towards the end when the soup gets colder, you can see it start to solidify. I don't prefer a very fatty soup because it gives me food coma and sit really heavy-- it will be a once in a while indulgence. I didn't try their other dishes, but they all look so good. Will be back to try them next time!

Yelp
A really great place for noodles!! My go-to here are the dan dan noodles and spicy wontons! The flavors are great. The wontons have a pork and shrimp filling. They definitely do not skimp on the filling either. I've also tried their beef noodle soup and it's pretty flavorful + yummy Service is always super nice and sweet. For covid take-out, everything was packaged really well. I called in to order and it was ready in 10 mins. The best thing is that their prices are cheaper than most restaurants who serve the same type of foods!

Yelp
I enjoyed my meal here. Not a bland bite was to be had. The cold chicken was flavored really well. I also enjoyed the cold tofu dish. This was a bit on the salty side for me only because they are super generous with the seasoning and I didnt want to waste any of the sauce but you can just take off some of the sauce. My daughter especially loved the dumplings in the spicy sauce. She can't really handle spicy but insisted on eating it anyway. I ordered non spicy dan dan noodles and my kids enjoyed that as well. The only thing I wish they had was fried tofu or chicken.

Yelp
Tried Noodle Harmony out of the blue and am so glad I did! The Dan Dan Noodles are my favorite - the regular spicy had just enough kick, but my niece and her boyfriend were over, and we tried a few new items. My niece really liked the Signature Beef Noodle soup and her boyfriend really liked the Spicy Chicken Gizzard Noodle Soup. The beef noodle soup was very yummy and had lots of noodles and tender beef. She ordered mild spicy which definitely had a kick. The chicken gizzard soup was also full of noodles and had plenty of gizzards. He ordered extra spicy which was true to its name, but the broth was still full of flavor and was delicious! The wontons were also very good - tender and not too spicy. Dan Dan noodles were yummy as always! Portions are generous and leave you filled but not stuffed - plenty for us. Everything was excellent! Highly recommend!! Thanks Noodle Harmony - we love you!!
