"Noodle-Ly should be your first stop for noodles. With a wide variety of Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese noodle soups, it’s always difficult to choose between options like pho with braised beef, BBQ pork egg noodles, and khao soi. Another favorite is the veggie option, which comes with a choice of noodles (rice or egg) with mushrooms, baked tofu, and bok choy. Noodle-Ly is by no means a secret—wait times for a table can reach 90 minutes—so it’s a good spot to order from on a night in that won’t cost you more than $20. If you decide to eat here, though, you’ll find a room filled with brightly-painted walls and even more colorful paintings." - Danielle Bauter

A good place for Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) at Mammoth. Nice location, very popular and busy. We were seated at the "kids area" (back room with colorful tables and chairs) which could bother others. But since we like kids and can tolerate some noise we were fine. The server was very friendly and gave us tips of where to visit in the area. He also gave a funny performance to remind the young kids at the next table to avoid touching the hot bowl. Definitely top-notch service! The pho we ordered were mostly done right except maybe a bit on the too-salty side. The noodles might be a bit too much for the proportion of the soup. We are big fans of pho and are well experienced, but of course are more picky as we seek perfection.

I’ve got a large noodle soup and could barely finish it. It was delicious and exactly what I needed to cure my hangover:) Thank you chef. Staff were also very nice. Highly recommend it!

The food was good for being the only pho place on the block. The large pho # 1 was huge. Good portions . Boba and Thai tea was okay. Service top notch, shout out to our waitress. Atos was good. Not too noisy. Pho place is close on break at 2-3pm

We had an amazing experience here! Big portions, good food & boba, friendly staff. The sign in front of the door said that they are short staffed but our food came in a reasonable amount of time and was delicious! Will definitely be coming back, highly recommend!

Good Laotian khao soi, especially for a mountain town in the eastern Sierra! Noodles were well cooked, broth was very flavorful with plenty of lemongrass and other herbs, and there was plenty of meat. I ordered a large bowl, and the portion size made me very, very happy. It really hit the spot after a long day of lapping chair 23! There was also a nice jar of dried chili on each table, and while not the spiciest, it was good at increasing the heat without overly changing the broth’s flavour. The dumplings were overcooked and I wouldn’t recommend them despite a good dipping sauce. But I don’t think that matters much since it’s just not the focus of the restaurant. There’s also a great selection of Asian drinks, I would recommend the sparkling Soju. Service was friendly, responsive, and fast.

Good pho overall I wish the broth had more deep umami flavor. Good portions, plenty of meat! Happy!

The noodles here are very good, and the portions are big. I got the regular sized #3 Khao Soi noodles with a hard-boiled egg and mushrooms. I also recommend getting the #7 veggie noodles. It's very good and unforgettable. The spinach noodles taste fresh and light! Customer service deserves a 5 star rating, which is very pleasant and excellent. Would definitely come again!
