Can’t-Miss Dishes at 99 Ranch’s New Food Court in Flushing | Eater NY

"Staffers roll out dough throughout the day to produce four different noodles — wheat, soybean, buckwheat, and spinach — and my spinach noodles in a braised beef broth ($15) had a delightful buoyancy." - Caroline Shin

We recently dined at this Asian restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! We tried the soup dumplings, potstickers, fried shrimp tempura, and the special noodles, and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were authentic, and the presentation was beautiful. Plus, we were amazed to see them making their own noodles right in front of us! such a cool experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal!

My husband and I finally had a chance to have lunch at Noodle Master! We have been wanting to try this place since they opened a few months ago. We ordered the Spicy Beef Brisket Noodles with Knife-Shaved Noodles $14.50 and House Special Chow Mein with Hand Pulled Noodles $13.99. The Spicy Beef Brisket was good, but not great. The beef was tender and the broth was tasty but we've had better, tastier Spicy Beef Brisket Noodle Soup at other places. The House Special Chow Mein was a bit disappointing. The shrimp was small, the ham looked like proceed meat cut into cubes, old celery and small. Over all, small portion for the price. The tempura shrimp was ok, again... small. The waiter was very attentive and the place is clean. The noodles are also hand made in the front so you can watch.

Update as oh 7/7/25: try their new chicken cold noodle! Perfect for the 110 degree summer. Ask for the sesame paste on the side to add on for a welcome add up the delicious flavor profile! Wow! Wow! Wow! Authentic Chinese noodles in this area??? Finally!!! Located inside the target mall on Silverado Ranch and that's why I spotted it. I had the spicy beef brisket noodle, which is a stable at Chinese noodle shops. The broth was very flavorful. And it was spicy enough, which is surprising bc it's almost never spicy enough. The brisket was very tender and just melts in your mouth. Partner for the dan dan noodle and the spicy wonton. The spicy wonton was ok but that's usually not my favorite dish, so this is just a personal preference. Dan dan noodle, I'm told, was good and on par with Chinatown quality. Jason, our server, was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return and try other dishes. So happy that we get authentic noodles without having to drive to Chinatown!

Google
Absolutely loved everything. Had to take an extra chili oil home because it tastes so good. If I were to recommend anything, it has to be the brisket beef noodles. Made fresh, tastes fresh and has a small but comfortable atmosphere

Google
Hand pulled noodles made to order, you can’t go wrong. Everything we ordered was delicious and full flavored. Definitely worth the try!

Google
I ordered the spicy brisket soup with original noodles. The noodles, perfect. The broth, perfect. The brisket, perfect. Their broth was so much better than most of the Chinese noodle places I’ve been to. The spicy wonton sauce was super good too.

Google
Wow the spicy brisket and pulled noodle was very spicy five alarm, but very good. The owner came out and gave us a sample of his new chicken wing dish. Nicely done well cooked with a sprinkle of spice on the side. Definitely something to try out.

Google
Found this place by accident and so glad we did! Authentic Chinese food...not at all what we are used to. Absolutely highly recommend! Great, friendly service, too!!

Yelp
TLDR: Yummy and authentic noodle spot in Vegas that serves a variety of noodles, broths, and appetizers. Service was great and prices are a good value. Noodles were flavorful and came with a large portion filled meat and veggies Food: We ordered the spicy beef noodle, lanzhou beef noodle, and xiao long bao. When selecting the noodles there are 3 different noodle types. We both chose the original knife cut noodles and even saw the staff making a batch of fresh noodles. The broths were rich and flavorful with a large portion of noodles and pieces of tender beef. The xiaolong bao were juicy and generously filled, but the skin/wrapping was on the thicker side. Price: Prices are pretty standard and bowls come with a large portion. We spent about $22 per person for noodles and splitting the XLB Service: The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to answer any questions. It was also cool seeing them hand make noodles!

Yelp
11/11/2025 Came back to Noodle Master again tonight -- even on a Tuesday evening the place was packed, which says a lot about how good it is! The food is still as amazing as ever -- flavorful broth, perfect hand-pulled noodles, and everything comes out fresh and hot. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. It's always a great experience here. Definitely my go-to place whenever I'm craving authentic hand-pulled noodles! 9711 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas

Yelp
I have came here few times already and food has been consistent. The past couple of times I tried the picked fish noodle soup and it was super tasty. Big portion and good to share too. They also do hand pulled and knife cut noodle. I usually do hand pulled noodle as I think the knife cut noodle in general can be little thick for me. Their soup dumplings are ok but I do like their green onion pancakes and chicken wings. Service is good. Attentive and fast. And ambiance is great. It's open kitchen and you can watch them doing hand pull noodle too. Definitely entertaining with it. Will have to try their other soup noodle next time.

Yelp
Nestled in the plaza by Target and Nothing Bundt cakes, this was perfect for a rainy, stormy day. We were seated and ordered quickly, as it wasn't too busy for a weekend lunch. The food was on point. We got a wonton noodle soup with hand-shaved noodles, fried dumplings, chicken fried rice, and soup dumplings. The shaved noodles had a great chew and mouthfeel. Flavors were great all around, great broth in the soup and soup dumplings. The service was amazing. He checked up on us frequently and our drinks were refilled often. Great price for what we got. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
First time here located in Henderson S Eastern in the Target shopping Center. Friendly staff clean restaurant we enjoyed all items pictured fresh to order and loaded with flavor. Fresh made in house noodles

Yelp
We rented a car this time that we were in Vegas and were able to explore restaurants that were off the strip. This noodle place was amazing! The servings were huge, they were 2 meals for my fiancé and I. I got the beef fried rice and he got the short rib noodles, we both enjoyed our meal a lot. The customer service was also great! They were very attentive. Thai tea was also really good!

Yelp
Came here for dinner and was a pleasant surprise! This whole in the wall spot has great service and serving tremendously tasty food! We got the spring rolls to start, then got the spicy beef noodle + the fish soup The spicy beef broth was tasty and not oily the beef was tender and the noodles were perfectly done. The fish soup was the perfect amount of sour and with the spice it hit the spot!! Ambiance was A1 small and intimate. Need to check this out!

Yelp
Cucumber salad (5/5): delicious and refreshing, highly recommend Chinese beef burrito (4/5) Shredded chicken cold noodle (5/5): this dish is quite spicy so beware! It's perfect for summer.

Yelp
Taste: 5 Creativity/Authenticity: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: 5 Bang for your buck: 5 Wow talk about some of the most flavorful delicious beef brisket soup outside of China!! And who would have thought I would find it in Vegas! And the egg rolls don't know what they put in it but it was everything I was craving, Lol. Service here is great for a Chinese restaurant fast and efficient. Best part is the price will definitely be coming back soon! Thanks for the Amazing soup

Yelp
Did I come here because I saw Jimmy Yang come here? Why yes, I did. Well, and also, I was here the same weekend and my husband loves beef noodle soup. We had to try to see if it was worth the hype. We went on a weekend and for most of the time we dined, we were the only ones there. The beef noodle soup lives to the hype. Good flavorful broth, beef texture was good, but my favorite part were the noodles. The noodles were bouncy and chewy and perfectly soaked up the soup broth to make the perfect combo. The menu isn't that big but there's another options to satisfy your cravings. The service was quick and attentive. The ambiance was nice, nothing too crazy but that's also not why I come here. It's in the opposite direction of where I usually stay and hang out when I go to Vegas, but, it is on my way home. :) See you next time!

Yelp
You know it's good food when all four of you have different favorites. EVERYTHING we ordered was top notch delicious! Mongolian beef chow mein was my absolute favorite and the reason I'd go back again and again. Husband loved the beef pancake burrito, and kids fought over the chicken fried rice and cucumbers. All so good and in a little strip mall with lots of parking. Service was quick and friendly and kids are already talking about going back.

Yelp
Decided to try Noodle Master out while meeting some friends who were in town. Inside of the restaurant is very clean and welcoming, ample amount of seating and it doesn't feel cramped at all. We ordered the Lan Zhou noodle soup, Spicy beef brisket, Chinese beef burrito, Soup dumplings, Spicy wontons, and the Shredded chicken noodle. I definitely recommend all of these dishes, everything was super tasty. If I had to recommend one soup dish it would be the Lan Zhou because it's refreshing and on the milder side. For the sauce noodles, I really enjoyed the Shredded chicken noodle. This dish is so good on a hot day and I loved the textures from the cucumber and bean sprouts. The Szechuan really stands out at this restaurant compared to other taiwanese restaurants in Vegas! The service was excellent, never felt rushed during our visit and they were welcoming. I would recommend this to any local and anyone visiting las vegas!

Yelp
A gem. With a surprizingly cozy interior for a amall corner store, their specialty is pulled noodles but the kenu is slowly expanding. I tried the spicy fried chicken and it was excellent. The noodles are excellent and you can watch the chef pulling them while you wait. The fried rice is delicious. It is now a monthly spot for us. Prices are more than reasonable and portions are large Enjoy a visit. Yelpers who check in get 5%off!

Yelp
Hand pulled noodles made to order?!? How could you go wrong? This place was so good. We were greeted right away and sat quickly. The food tasted delicious and full of flavor. The broth was so yummy! Everything came out quickly. It was cool to see them pull your noodles in front of you. The restaurant is updated with cute decor and was clean. I would definitely come back to try all the other items on menu.
google avatar

Yelp
Came here to get the beef wrap, green beans, beef noodle soup (knife shaved), and xlb. Honestly everything was pretty good, the beef roll maybe could've used more flavor and I would pass on that. Green beans are standard, the xlb was solid, but the star was definitely the noodle soup. Broth wasn't too salty and very wholesome. Noodles had some great chewiness and texture.
google avatar

Yelp
Plenty of neighbors in my neighborhood suggested Noodle Master as a good place to eat close by. We went in on a Saturday night for dinner. We were greeted and seated right away. The service is quick and you can see them making the noodles fresh in front of you. They have plenty of seating and counter stools to get a front row seat of the noodle making. We ordered the potstickers to start. Then for entrees we ordered the house special chow mein and wonton soup. The potstickers were really good and so was the chow mein. The wonton soup was a bit of a miss with egg and cilantro in it. We'll definitely return to try other menu items.

Yelp
Love being able to watch them hand pull the noodles + Spicy Cucumber Salad: solid, crunchy, sweet, vinegary cucumber appetizer (8.8/10) + Dan Dan Knife-shaved Noodles: was a 3/10 numbing spice, very mild, perfect for people like me who aren't great with spice! Chewy noodles, savory meat, good w vinegar. Felt there was bit too much noodle (7.5/10)

Yelp
Small restaurant, about 8 -10 tables. The tables are small. Our table was pushed up randomly against the beverage cooler. They don't sell fountain sodas, just canned soda, bottled water . Apple juice and bottled green tea. The food was just OK. We all got some sort of chow mein. I got the spicy Mongolian beef with the original noodles and half the plate was red onions and red bell peppers. Portions were on the smaller side. I have been to other hand, pulled noodle places and I'm not sure if this is normal but the guy making the noodles was banging the noodles so loud that it sounded like gunshots. It was fine in the beginning, but got really annoying towards the end. I don't think all that banging is necessary. Maybe I'm wrong, but they don't do that at other hand pulled noodle places.. Service was great, they took our order pretty fast and the food came out relatively fast as well. I don't think I will be coming back here.

Yelp
Dan Dan Noodles were great. Saw them hand pull the noodles which was great to see and know the food is fresh

Yelp
Amazing service. The lady helping us out was very attentive. A+! They have a short and simple menu, but delicious food. Everything was made fresh. Once the order was inputted into the system, the guy started making the hand pulled noodles. Loved that there was no need to ask for anything except placing the order and drinks. The lady brought out chopsticks, extra napkins, and forks on a plate. Even though the place was empty when we arrived, I did notice several to go orders being picked up. I also noticed that what you order there and to go, is the same exact amount. On the to go orders, the guy serving was placing the food in a bowl and then transferred it to a to go bowl. Love It! Even though it was cold outside, it was nice and toasty inside. Plenty of space to sit. I will return once I'm in the area again.

Yelp
... master of none? Noodle Master is one of the newest Chinese noodle soup spots in town. Consider how spread out the valley is, they're not all that far away from a location of one of the local trendsetters in the genre. The high Yelp rating had this spot at the front of my mind, and when my friend expressed interest in something soupy, I was more than happy to oblige. We got there around 7pm and it was the polar opposite of crowded; we had our pick of any of the tables or counters. The menu is the smallest I've seen from this type of cuisine, so we quickly figured out what we wanted. Shanghai Soup Dumpling ($11.99, 8 pc): a relatively smaller size of the xiao long bao which is actually not usually present in this type of restaurant. The wrapper seemed to fall apart a bit too easily for some reason, but it has a good amount of soup, tasted savory with maybe a light sweetness, and wasn't scalding hot by the time it was ready (actually after the entrees). They premixed a sauce for us and it seemed pretty balanced between soy sauce and vinegar, but we couldn't really figure out how to use the sauce in the right amount without a spoon and without separate sauce bowls. Beef Brisket Noodle ($14.50): comparable flavors and portion to competitors, and my choice of knife-cut noodles was cooked enough but retained a decent chew. The more meaty cuts of the beef seemed a little tough though, and the broth wasn't intense as other local spots. Fish Noodle with Pickle Veggies ($14.50): a more interesting and lively option than my own bowl. The broth is lighter but carries a bit of an acidic punch from the pickled greens. The fish was super tender and richly flavored with the broth. I'll have to order this for myself in the future. Noodle Master was pretty good, but they didn't do quite enough for me to recommend them over similar restaurants for the most part. I am intrigued by the fish noodle though, so I may come back just to have that.

Yelp
This place is exceptionally good! First time trying! We decided to grab a bite here since we were in the area. We arrived around 1145am and it was packed with just one party ahead of us. We waited about 5 min -tops! They have a decent amount of seating including bar seating. There was one gentlemen handling everyone and he did an awesome job maintaining orders, seating customers and tending to everyone with a positive attitude. We ordered the Spicy Beef Brisket Soup along with their spicy wontons. That first bite and sip of the soup hit them nasals pretty hard but it was very good lol. Just the right level of spiciness to fully enjoy it. Loved the texture and chewiness of the hand pulled noodles (just how I like it)- I got the regular and my husband got the knife cut.. The brisket was soft. The spicy wonton was delicious! Definitely worth trying. When we come back we'll have to try other items on the menu. We left pretty happy with full bellies! Definitely would come back if we're in the area again!

Yelp
Right when you come in, you are greeted by a super nice hostess. He welcome ma you to sit where you feel more comfortable. He recommends a few things if it's your first time. Thai tea was perfect! Not too sweet. I ordered the combo chow mein noodles , since they are known for their noodles and it was perfect and plenty to take home too.

Yelp
While not quite able to dethrone my favorite spot in the valley, Noodle Master is definitely a Henderson staple. Although, the value here is a bit better than my go-to spot. The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup has a great beefy broth with tender braised beef, but could use a lil' more spice/mala. I got the knife cut noodles and wished there was a little more chewiness to them, but still better than what I get in Brooklyn (which is high praise). The highlight of this meal were the Spicy Wontons - good level of spice/mala that had me wiping my nose, pork filling was tasty, the wrap had a nice chew to it. The place had a great friendly local feel with good service. When I'm Henderson side, I won't hesitate revisiting.
google avatar

Janess B.

Yelp
Definitely satisfied my cravings! It's not easy to find amazing Asian soups in Henderson especially wonton or noodle soups! We need more places like this! I literally found a gem here and can't wait to come back. The wonton soup with handmade noodles was amazing! The broth was perfect- not too salty or bland. Just the right flavors with the perfect fixings of green onions and seaweed. The wontons were plenty and delicious! They didn't even fall apart! Noodles were fresh and great! This soup just blew me out of my seat especially since this is Henderson, not Chinatown! Service was quick and kind. Nice ambiance. I can see myself eat here inside. I love how you can see the chefs cook! Will not hesitate to come back!

Yelp
We were in Vegas and turned to Yelp to find some hidden gems. With almost a perfect rating, I decided on this place. When we walked in, the restaurant was empty and I was not too sure if I made the right call. But we decided to dine anyway as we were hungry by this time. We got- Scallion pancakes-5/5- most places tend to make these greasy and thin but the ones here were thick and still cooked through. They were not greasy as well, easily one of the better if not the best version I ate. Spring rolls-4/5- surprisingly not greasy and absolutely delicious. Combo chow mein-5/5- these were made with handmade fresh noodles. The chicken was unbelievably soft and perfectly cooked, the noodles absorbed the sauces beautifully. These were lip smacking delicious. Combo fried rice-5/5- umami rich, perfect chicken and moist delicious rice. We cleaned it up in no time. I loved every dish we got, and I can see why this place is rated so high. Quantities are less though and I was craving more at the end of my meal.
google avatar

Richard Z.

Yelp
Smells fantastic upon enter. I like that the waiting area is more interactive than just a bench, and we can immediately see the crew performing the art of noodle making. We ordered what we usually order from these places, they seem to always have the same menu. My daughter loves the beef burritos. My wife and son likes the non spicy noodle soup, and I get the spicy noodle soup. Jason is the owner. He's very friendly, knowledgeable, and took good care of us. We will be back!
google avatar

Adam K.

Yelp
A truly wonderful place to get a steaming hot bowl of the best hand-pulled noodles around this area! What makes this place stand out from other noodle shops in the area is the fact that you can see noodles being hand-torn and made, so you know you're getting the very best noodles in your bowl! My friends and I wanted a little taste of home, and this place nailed it. The restaurant is spacious, and there's a good amount of seating. Service is attentive and quick without being too intrusive. We got a Lanzhou noodle and spicy beef brisket noodle to split and share. I can't tell which one was better, because both were amazing! We got wide noodles with the Lanzhou noodle. The broth was super rich but light, the noodles very chewy and fresh, and the slices of braised beef fell apart each at bite. The spicy beef brisket noodle with knife shaved noodle was the same awesome taste, but in a spicy richer broth that had a solid kick to it. The owner even came around to our table to ask our opinion of it! My friends and I knew this place would be amazing knowing he goes around to ask his patrons what they like of the food and what could be improved on. Overall, what we ate was excellent and everything was spot on. Highly recommend coming here to try some of the goodness that is offered!

Yelp
I really enjoyed this place. Both the beef noodle soup and soup dumplings were delicious. Plenty to have leftovers for lunch the next day. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable and the service is friendly. RECOMMENDED

Ang L.

Yelp
It was lacking in flavor . The sour cabbage and fish soup lacked in balance of flavor . It was sour but not in the way that it's suppose to be for this dish . The noodles were like 6/10 . If your specialty is noodles ... it should be pretty darn good.
google avatar

Yelp
The place I normally like down the road has been having consistency issues. I thought I would see if the grass was greener over here. Has this totally replaced my old spot...no, but I will be back. Lets break it down a bit. Service was attentive and you could see them hard at work cleaning and keeping everything moving. On the menu I got the beef noodle soup, potstickers, and spicy wontons. Beef noodle soup- perfect hand pulled noodles. Not to soft, great chew. The broth was lighter than I am accustomed to. Almost like a pho hybrid. I enjoyed it, but if I am craving this type of soup I like something with a deeper flavor. The meat was super tender and plentiful. Chili oil wontons- the wontons themselves were delicate and cooked just right. However the sauce was lacking. Just garlic and spice. Normally there is a sweetness I'm used to and some other elements that make it addictive. The potstickers had this dark sauce that I added to the chili wontons, and I felt it made ita closer to what I personally enjoy. Potstickers - hearty and not to oily. I was surprised how much I liked them, and I liked the dipping sauce. Drinks- limited selection they at least have coconut water and not just soft drinks. However I feel of you have a menu with spicy items it's important to have selections that pair well with that, like a milk tea for example or creamy coconut drink. Something to help calm your tounge.
google avatar

Linda N.

Yelp
The food here is excellent! It is a hidden gem. The hand pulled noodles are great as was the service. We had the beef brisket noodles, scallion pancakes, bock choy, soup dumplings and Dandan noodles, everything was delicious and we will definitely be back!
google avatar

Mark H.

Yelp
This is an excellent addition to the neighborhood to get authentic noodles without having to make the trek to Spring Mountain. I've been a few times now and food has been consistently great. The noodle soups are their specialty. You can choose from either hand-pulled or knife-shaved noodles. I'm sure they will draw a lot of debate with nearby Shang's, but I think they're complementary to each other and each great in their own rights. They're both flavorful in different ways, with Shang's being heavier with more spice, while Noodle Master is lighter and more refreshing. Beyond their noodle soups, Noodle Master has the best beef rolls I've tried so far in Vegas. Theirs has a perfect balance of veggies, meat, and sauce, with the dough being just the right texture. XLBs weren't anything memorable, but this restaurant doesn't aim to specialize in this to begin with.
google avatar

Karin C.

Yelp
Omg. Insanely good, even better than expected. The food was delicious, the flavors were on point and the service was excellent. My husband had the brisket soup and it was the best soup weve ever had.

Yelp
Wanted to check out this new restaurant. We ordered their Chinese beef burrito, spicy won ton, beef noodle soup and Dan Dan noodles. The Chinese beef burrito was filled with flavor. However it was cold. I've had this before at other restaurants and it always came freshly hot. We asked our server if it was supposed to be cold and she said yes. The spicy won tons were okay. The pork was not as seasoned, but the sauce made up for it. The Beef noodle soup was okay. The noodles were Al dente and the beef was tender, but the broth was slightly bland. The Dan Dan noodles were delicious. It was filled with flavor and surprisingly not as spicy as I thought it would be, which was nice. I do wish there was more meat with it. Overall, the service was great and the ambience was welcoming.

Yelp
A new place that just opened by Eastern. I'm a big fan of hand pulled noodles and I like that you can see them making fresh noodles to order. They offer the original, wide and knife shaved noodles. Not a lot of places offer spicy beef brisket noodles. Tried both spicy and regular. The spice level is not too much for people like me who doesn't have high tolerance to spice. The regular is also tasty. Thry put a lot of meat on their noodle soups. Also tried the appetizers: Spicy wonton. Shanghai soup dumplings and Chinese beef burrito. Wonton is not too spicy, I enjoyed that. The xlb (soup dumplings)has good flavor and the beef burrito is loaded with meat, not dry..crunchy as well. Better than others I've tried. Curious to try the fried rice next time!

Yelp
Always excited to try new places and this place had some really good dishes. The noodle soups with the knife cut noodles are all great! Soup flavor was great, texture of the noodles perfect. The fried chicken, similar to Taiwanese popcorn chicken but in wings was packed with flavor. Spicy wontons had a good flavor and texture to the filling. The soup dumplings...well they taste similar to a packaged brand. The beef shank wasn't sliced thinly but in large chunks making it difficult to eat. Also the cucumber was cut in huge chunks as well. Overall, solid for this location. I don't think there are too many spots like this for the area.
google avatar

Kenneth T.

Yelp
Tried just about everything on the menu. Feels lighter and cleaner than Magic Noodle or Shang. Big portion sizes and beautiful ambiance. Perfect little gem in the south/south east side of town. Service here was very friendly and on point. Excited to come back soon!

Yelp
I'm pleasantly surprised with this place. I honestly wasn't expecting too much but when I came across it on Yelp I decided to try it out. I've tried similar noodle places around Las Vegas and I can't complain, this spot is good! I got the spicy beef with brisket with knife shaved noodles. The broth was delicious! It wasn't spicy at all but it's okay, still pretty bomb. The noodles were super fresh! They give a solid amount of meat and lots of noodles too. Standard pricing too! The employees were nice and checked in on me. The space isn't too big but there's enough seats. I would def recommend this place! I'll be coming back to try the appetizers.
google avatar

Yelp
It's a small dining space in an unassuming shopping strip. Friendly staff. The noodle chef masterfully pulls the noodles right in front of you. Everything we ordered were tasty. Noodles had a great QQ texture. Super affordable!

Yelp
New spot and what an experience! This place is a must try if you love hand pulled noodles. We have tried a lot of noodle places and this one really stuck with us. The servers are absolutely amazing, warm and welcoming, helpful with the menu and took great care of us. The owner even took the time to talk about their opening and their amazing dishes and worked alongside everyone! This place is small but cozy and has a fun intimate setting for friends enjoying a good meal or a date night occasion. Now to the food - holy moly mother of goodness. The spicy beef brisket with hand pulled noodles (any review won't do this one justice). You get tons of meat and noodles and the broth is amazing. It's the perfect mix of spicy and flavor. I seriously couldn't put the ladle or fork down. We also tried the house special rice - again filled with pork (meat you could see), beef, chicken and shrimp. The rice was really good, tip to try use the chili oil it brings it to a whole other level. Don't skip out on the appetizer, we went with the traditional spicy wonton. Not a lot of heat and good to eat. This place is new and a must try.

Yelp
Tried out Noodle Master and really enjoyed it! The place is on the smaller side but super cute, with a nice ambiance. They even have a little photo spot, which is a fun touch if you're into snapping food pics or selfies. I had the beef noodle soup, and it was full of flavor--rich broth, tender beef, and perfectly chewy noodles. Definitely hit the spot. We also ordered the soup dumplings, which were tasty and nicely done. Overall, great little spot for a comforting bowl of noodles and solid dumplings. I'll be back when the noodle cravings hit again!

Yelp
First time here. I was craving spicy beef noodles and normally I'd head to Shang, but this spot was closer to where I was and my stomach doesn't like waiting. Walked in at noon, and the place was totally empty -- which immediately had me thinking, uh oh, did I just noodle myself into regret? The place is cozy, and even has a little "Instagram corner" if you're into documenting your dumplings. Service was friendly and fast. Ordered the spicy beef brisket noodle (with their original noodles), steamed chicken with chili sauce, and stir-fried bok choy with garlic sauce (I like to pretend I eat my vegetables regularly). All freshly made, the noodles were hand-pulled on order and the beef was tender. Flavor-wise? Good. Not mind-blowing, but satisfying and exactly what I needed. People started walking in around 12:30 and the place was almost full by the time I left.

Yelp
We went to lunch here today. We were greeted immediately at the door by a friendly smile. We ordered a couple different appetizers which were both very good. Then we enjoyed two different fried rice entrees too. Definitely give this place a try. Next time we will try some noodles, it was very entertaining watching him twist and twirl these around masterfully!

Yelp
Noodles were delicious. A batch of noodles has 4 servings, so you're not always going to watch them make the noodles. Kids just got noodles and chicken and it wasn't overly saucy. One serving is enough for 2 kids

Yelp
This place was a delightful surprise! We went there on a Saturday late afternoon and there weren't many other patrons inside. The place was clean and unassuming and we were seated quickly. The menu is similar to noodle houses like Shang Mian and our expectations weren't that high since the prices were so low. I ordered the beef soup and spicy beef soup, along with cold spicy chicken and cucumbers. The food came out fairly quickly and boy was I surprised! Everything fat surpassed my expectations. The cucumbers were tasty and refreshing, and the cold chicken was flavorful and tender. The biggest surprise was the beef noodle soups. Rich in flavor, the broth was superb, and noodles were chewy and firm. The meat portion was generous and had an excellent chew but was tender at the same time. Overall, the meal was well worth the humble price and Noodle Master is on par with far pricier places!

Yelp
The food was delicious! I came in last week and just realized I forgot to leave a review. I ordered the spicy beef brisket, and it was full of flavor exactly what I look for in a noodle dish. The noodles themselves were tasty, not bland like some other spots I've tried, and the soup was just as flavorful. The server was very attentive, and while the place is on the smaller side, it was clean with a nice vibe. I'd definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Yelp
Simple menu and good great food! Love that the scallion pancakes are crispy. Service was great and attentive. Ambience is cute for restaurant tier.
