"Headquartered in Shanghai, Dagu Rice Noodle planted the flag for its first U.S. location at Shanghai Plaza in 2019 with a menu of specialty soups, fried chicken cutlets, marinated beef shank, and the sliced ox tendon in Sichuan chili sauce. Diners can choose between boiling rice noodle soup served in a stone bowl, prepared with a choice of proteins including shrimp, satay beef stew, and shredded chicken, or the Crossing the Bridge option, with ingredients provided separately for customers to drop, mix, and dip into their meals." - Janna Karel

I knew I wanted noodles today but not sure what and where. Saw high ratings for this place so we gave it a shot. We were thoroughly and incredibly satisfied with every dish we ordered! I’m not a beef brisket noodle soup person but my friend ordered it so I tried and I didn’t give it back to him. It was THAT good! The beef was tender, broth was rich, and noodles chewy. The black ink squid fried rice was simply perfection. The popcorn chicken was the best I’ve had. I’ve been to Taiwan and they cannot even top Noodle Nest. It is not overly salty, not so crispy that it cuts your mouth, and it is JUICY!! This was an incredible surprise for us and we highly recommend everyone to try them out!

Google
Nice new noodle spot. The spicy beef noodle soup (stew) was very nice. Perfect for a light meal and priced to match. The mushroom dry pot is perfect for vegans. Will be back for sure.

Let the waiter order their special for us Pepper & Pepper Beef. Large portion with a huge bowl of rice. Very tasty, free iced tea and water. Delicious!

I’m sorry the photo didn’t turn out well. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after a taste, it brought back childhood memories. I really enjoyed it! Highly recommend the shredded pork with garlic sauce rice, salt and pepper chicken rice, and beef noodle soup.

Google
Got a beef noodle soup and seafood noodle soup and vegan dry pot. Dry pot was too salty and the seafood noodle had a strange smell. We didn’t appreciate the waitress who was very impatient and not attentive.

Yelp
So glad we stopped in to try Noodle Nest in Shanghai Plaza. We ordered Deep Fried Sweet Buns, Cucumber Salad, and House Honey Shrimp appetizers. The sweet buns were hot and crispy, served with sweetened condensed milk (to dip or drizzle). Served 6/order, we each had already grabbed one when I remembered to take a pic. The House Honey Shrimp is like Walnut Shrimp, without the walnuts. Crispy and not too sweet or mayonnaisey. The cucumber salad is Taiwanese style and one of my favorites I've had. For soup, we had the Sliced Lamb w/original rice noodle soup and the Angus Beef w/original rice noodle soup. The broth was comforting & yummy, served with sliced of fried tofu (so it absorbed the broth), black fungus, and a Chinese green (some type of Choy), with plenty of noodles. You can add soy sauce, vinegar, and chili paste in oil to your liking. We really enjoyed them. Their menu also had various fried rice dishes, yakisoba fried noodles dishes, and more appetizer options to choose from. I apologize for not snapping a picture of their menu. Our server was working all the tables and he was friendly and checked on us often. We will definitely be back in the future.

Yelp
New noodle restuarant at shanghai plaza and they are amazing! The have a little of everything so it's not just noodles! The service is quick and the place is clean and comfortable! Perfect spot for a family or date night to chill and relax! Food: super duper squid (10/5) is a must have! It's SUPER HUGE! Which is why it's called "super duper"! A shareable appetizer that wont break your budget! Not only was portion size great, it tasted amazing too! Try and you be the judge! Kimchi fried rice 5/5 was definitely yummy and paird well with the squid! On it's own, it was delicious but with the squid, it was extra yummy! Beef rice noodle soup 5/5 was definitely yummy too! It's not ramen but the broth was tasty! Almost like wonton soup but the flavor is like comfort food! Tonkatsu ramen 5/5 was also delicous as it came out creamy and with all the good toppings! Broth was creamy and flavorful and paired well with the ramen noodles. Overall, we are definitely coming back! They have so much more to try in the menu and that super duper squid just beckons us to come back!

Yelp
Shanghai Plaza got a new restaurant in town and Noodle Nest is it! + LOCATION/PARKING: Noodle Nest is located in the heart of China town Las Vegas in Southwest in area of Las Vegas on the corner of Arville Street and West Spring Mountain Road. It shares the same parking lot to other amazing restaurants CrunCheese, ShangHai Taste, 85* Bakery, China Mama, Pepper Lunch, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, and more. Parking is extremely limited at this location due to many popular restaurants. I suggest parking toward the back nearby ChunCheese Korean Hot Dog or on the street behind ShangHai Plaza on West Pioneer Avenue. + AMBIANCE / CLEANLINESS: Noodle Nest was extremely clean, and staff were seen cleaning after each table. The ambiance, although small, is quite mighty. Space is limited for large group. I came here with my coworker for lunch meeting of about 8 people. They were able to accommodate our group, however, if it was during the weekend or on a Friday night, it could be hella busy. + EMPLOYEES: Staff were extremely nice and courteous but nothing felt outstanding. + MENU: Noodle nest provides a variety of food items including, but not limited to rice noodles, rice dishes, cold dishes, Yakisoba Ramen, and more. + DRINK(s)//FOOD(s)//SHOW(s): I got the "Spicy Rice Noodle Soup with Braised Pork," because it has been really cold lately in Las Vegas. It was full of flavors and the broth + OVERALL EXPERIENCE [Rating 4/5]: I would come back again to check out other menu items.

Yelp
Noodle Nest replaced Dagu's rice noodles. Their soft opening is still going on, with various menu items. I tried the cucumber salad and sauerkraut angus beef rice noodle soup. Both dishes were tasty. The sauerkraut angus beef was a nice sour and mild spicy to it, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The cucumber salad was served in a nice sauce that definitely had sesame oil, vinegar, and salt. Service was mediocre, and limited seating.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this place and finally went today. Ordered beef stew tomato soup, chicken yakisoba, salt and pepper wings and chicken cutlet with rice. Everything tasted good. So much flavor especially the beef stew soup. Definitely coming back here! As always I forgot to take a pic of the food. I always get excited and eat right away lol.

Yelp
I'm here for their Super Duper Squid (deep fried giant squid) and their popcorn chicken! There aren't many spots in town that do them well, but theirs is solid! Their rice noodles are pretty good too! I love their chewy texture, and I usually get their angus beef and tomato rice noodle soup. Service has always been quick, efficient, accommodating! The only downside here, like all the other establishments in Shanghai plaza, is the parking. Come early or between 3-5pm!

Yelp
The food was pretty good, the drinks I feel like it could of been better. However, I would recommend trying this place out for lunch. Seeing that it wasn't busy and it is a small place. I would say no more than 20 people can fit.

Yelp
Lunch at 12:49, 1/5/24 ! Check out our orders - great for 2-person. Excellent location, clean, quiet, safe ! Reasonably priced, delicious ! Tyler, the manager was making himself available at all times to insure that the we are taken care of ! We'll be back [again] soon to try their other dishes ! Thank you Tyler & staff for an excellent lunch experience ! See you all soon !

Yelp

Yelp
new restaurant, soft opening. owner is apparently the same as tea mason. i had the popcorn chicken and salt and pepper pork chops. both were well seasoned and delicious. the vegetables were served cold, dont know if thats the norm. overall i enjoyed the meal.

Yelp
The noodles are alright and the soup was great and you can add spiciness to it. The basics are green veggies, some tofus and very little meat. I was surprised that they also include an unknown 3% "convenience fee" to the bill and it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the restaurant. We were only a party of 2 dining in. Will never support restaurants that charge an unknown fees to consumers. Will be reporting this to related department when I get a chance as well. Stop ripping customers off.

Yelp
I'm extremely unsatisfied with the cleanliness of this restaurant. We were given a stack of side plates with napkins and chopsticks as we were grabbing the plates underneath one were a group of live roaches, yep you read right, live roaches. I was honestly disgusted and they didn't bother giving us any kind of discount for the inconvenience. The crazy thing is when we told her and showed her the plate of live roaches she looked at it as if it was just normal thing that happens.. no apologies or anything, that was crazy in my opinion. Food was mid at best please dine with caution.

Yelp
New but they gotta get their service straight. We Came in first before two other groups but the girl took their orders before us. I hope they're still learning since it's a newly opened establishment. Our soup was good but shy on the protein. We felt like we're still hungry after eating, so we went to churches chicken for our second meal. Not sure if I will order their soup again, but will their pork chop next time.

Yelp
After walking past multiple times since , I finally got a chance to try it out. I ordered the sauerkraut lamb rice noodle soup. I enjoyed how the sauerkraut was subtle yet still pronounced, giving a savory and slightly sour taste while still making way for multiple different vegetables along with the lamb and tofu to still hold their distinct flavors. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, checking in as needed but not disrupting my meal. Overall enjoyed the quiet and clean ambiance, little clutter in terms of decorations and very clean environment. Will definitely come back soon!

Yelp
Amazing service and MASSIVE portions. Loved the different tea options. Appetizers were great and definitely my group's favorites over the main entrees, which I felt needed just a bit more seasoning. Aside from that, everything was pretty good. Now, I'm all for leftovers, but it was a bit too much for me to eat all of even with that. I would recommend you split one bowl with someone, and I think you'll both go home full and happy you didn't break the wallet too much. This place is brand new, so I look forward to seeing how they hopefully improve their dishes in the future. I have high hopes for it!

Yelp
The food was so amazing, chicken wings were super crunchy outside but juicy inside. The fungus salad and cucumber salad were super flavorful. The soups are made with quality ingredients and no msg added! The restaurant is very generous with their noodles, recommend sharing with your friends if you are not a big eater! Their house special ice tea was sooo refreshing! Very friendly staff! Highly recommend you try this place!

David H.

Yelp
Not sure about the ratings here, previous place had better taste and more menu options. Order the fish soup and giant fried squid, spent over $40 and this is without a drink. Soup somewhat bland taste, fried squid was good but not worth $14 price. Place needs more selection and better taste. Also don't like how they pass credit card fee back to you. Do like a normal business and cover this not slip in for unsuspecting customer.

Yelp
Good service, tasty food. Ordered chicken wings, noodles with lamb, and beef. Tea is very good too. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
Saw this new restaurant and decided to give it a try. I was greeted by the friendly staff, and the food was mind blowing. I ordered the pepper chicken leg w/ rice noodle soup, the soup was full of the natural ingredient flavors, and made me warm instantly. The chicken wings were so juicy inside. I will come back soon with my husband.
