Where to find Taiwanese food in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Soup is the star menu item at Noodle Pot. Diners line up for spicy beef tendon noodle soup, wonton soup, and smoked chicken leg soup. Also on the menu are shrimp and pork dumplings with squash, eggplant ground pork over rice, and simmered beef tripe." - Krista Diamond

As a Chinese who was born in Shaanxi province, the noodle food lover, i really appreciated the food here. We ordered 2 bowls of Beef noodle and one bowl of Tomato noodle and a cold salad (Chinese style). Both of the noodles tasted great, which made me feel my hometown. Thanks for the chief. You made me a good day, especially for the one who drove 400 miles from Salt Lake City. I strongly recommend this noodle house.

It feels pretty much like food court so don’t expect too much from the dining experience itself. The food is a good portion with ok taste. It is healthy~ they always serve you some vegetables on the side to get some fiber for you body

Google
Small restaurant. Service was fast. It was pretty slow, and I got sat right away. Prices were fair with the amount of the portion given. There were only about 8 people in the restaurant, including us. The food was good, though. Broth from noodle soup was flavorful and delicious. Never saw the server once our food came, so there was no water refill. But overall, it was a good experience.

Google
Yum! The spicy beef noodle soup was delicious and had extremely tender beef. The noodles had the perfect texture and the broth was very flavorful. We also got the wontons in spicy sauce and they were good. I preferred them with some black vinegar added to them. We got seated immediately and service was speedy. We only got these two items this time, but we will definitely try more in the future!

Google
If you’re looking for Chinese food off the Vegas strip, this is the place to go. Their Beijing style Zajiang noodles are some of the best I’ve ever had (high praise having lived in SoCal, Boston, and NorCal. Perfect balance between sweetness and saltiness in proportion to the noodles and other toppings. The beef noodle soup was also perfectly balanced and had a nice richness to the broth. They provided a good amount of meat too. The scallion pancake appetizer was well prepared. Compared to other scallion pancakes, these were thicker and crispier (which I personally prefer). Excellent price for the quality and quantity of food!

Sometimes I just simply want a bowl of noodles. The noodle pot is such place for such craving. We had been at more popular noodle places, but in comparison quality wise I love this place better. One more reason I liked is that they provide more flexible options to add noodles or add vegetables. Beef noodle is my choice.

Google
This place reminds me of small restaurants in Taiwan! Come early because there will likely be a wait but the food is quite tasty so it’s worth the wait! Be prepared to sit very close to others 😉 The restaurant was super packed and was hard to tell how clean it was but they do clean the tables after each use and the restroom was okay. The service was quick and efficient. The food comes out super fast and hot. Their menu is a good size and offers many Taiwanese favorites. The food is yummy and the flavors are very familiar and delicious. In particular the beef roll was better than most I’ve had. We didn’t order much but I kept seeing them bring other tables dishes I definitely wanna try my next visit!

Yelp
My wife and I have a vacation in Las Vegas, We lived in Park MGG(June 01-06), and Treasure Island (June 07-12), we tried few different restaurants for our dinnerat beginning, then we found this small one, it provides so delicious Chinese food, so we have been chosen it as our default dinner location, highly recommend for those who love Chinese food in Las Vegas area!!!!!

Yelp
The place may be small and always packed, but trust me, it's all about the food. Their beef noodle soup is hands down the best we've ever had. We've tried other places, but nothing comes close to Noodle Pot. We lucked out when we arrived around one o'clock - a whole tour group walked in at the same time, but we managed to snag a table. Phew! We ordered our usual favorites - beef noodles, wonton soup, and two servings of spicy beef tripe and tendon. Everything was spot-on delicious. If you're ever in Vegas and craving some legit beef noodles, you've gotta check out Noodle Pot. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
This place is small and the food was bad. There was a bug in our food. This place is very dirty. The floors were sticky. The tables were uncleaned. My stomach had pain after 30 minutes. But the staff were nice enough I guess Environment: Dirty -1 Small -1 The tables were dirty -1 The place was half decorated-1 Bugs -1 Service: The waiter can speak Chinese +2 Gave us some complimentary food +1 They were a bit noisy -1 They didn't rush us, but they were fast +2 Food: The meat tastes not like meat -1 The meat looks gray, not brown -1 There was a bug on our food -1 The side dishes were good +1 The noodle and soup is pretty fire (except for the meat) +1 Overall: 2/5 Im sorry, but you can try a little better on food.

Yelp
Found this small Taiwanese noodle shop on Yelp and glad my friend and I decided to give this place a try. It was our first meal in Vegas and it was delicious! My friend ordered their popular spicy beef noodle soup. I was craving a lighter noodle soup so decided to try their clear beef broth. I was shocked and speechless when I tasted the broth. I have never tasted a clear broth that was so flavorful. I didn't realize a clear broth can still be bursting with so many flavors. The veggies and onion toppings added great flavor to the soup. The meat was tender and the noodles had a great chewy texture that it even reminded me of hand pulled noodles. The portion sizes were worth it for the price. There was plenty of meat and noodles. The interior feels like an authentic Asian restaurant that's how you know it'll be good, reminds me of a small restaurant in Taiwan. We were sad that we got full and couldn't finish all of the noodles. It was so good that we tried to stuff ourselves even more. Can't wait to return back to this shop and try their other noodle soups and items next time we're in town. They have a vast selection of different noodles, appetizers, and even serve rice dishes in case you are not craving noodles. We didn't know Vegas had such authentic delicious Asian food and wish this restaurant had a location back home!

Yelp
Came in for breakfast, one of the few places that open before 11am. Came in around 10:30a and already a few customers in there with 1-2 who have already finished eating . Free parking!! Small, but decent size restaurant. We were seated right away and orders taken right away. Warning if paying with credit card there's a 4% processing fee/charge. We ended up paying in cash. I ordered the beef roll and my husband ordered the noodle. We shared both, I liked the roll more. The filling in the roll was similar to the topping of the noodle soup.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday morning and it was packed! We were lucky a group of 4 were paying so we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. After looking at the reviews and the menu online, we were hungry and really stoked to come here. We ordered a lot, we got beef rolls, cucumber, spicy wonton, pork chop, minced pork, beef stew, and eggplant. The food came out reasonably quickly considering how much we ordered and how full the place was. IDK if its cuz we're from 626 or what, but every single dish was a little underwhelming. It all came out hot and looked great, but after the first bite, just left something more to be desired.

Yelp
The food was pretty good Taiwanese fair but not a standout in the Las Vegas scene. There were a lot of options and the food was delivered as it was prepared which we appreciated. We were very disappointed with the tendon noodle soup as it had very little protein in spite of the name and the price. The space is a bit generic and definitely not going for authenticity. Backless benches and small tables. It is not going to evoke thoughts of Taiwan or even a Chinese restaurant. The service was a bit of a letdown. The server was not friendly and seemed annoyed that we wanted a larger table for the two of us even after we articulated that we were going to order many dishes. In the end she seated us at a larger table and understood when we had eight dishes in front of us. There is better in Las Vegas and I am not sure that I would return here.

Yelp
Delicious comfort food that hits all the spots, regardless of what you order. Dishes are well portioned, staff is friendly, and restaurant is kept clean. 10/10 must try

Yelp
Everything is so delicious I love it here the food is so so good one of Vegas hidden gems we have tucked away in a little corner but it's always busy when I come in always I had just about almost everything but my stomach was to small to but if I could I would great customer service and very fast service like real fast

Yelp
Great little establishment that is a little run down. The servers speaks perfect English so ordering was a breeze. Was greeted and seated quickly. I think they are known for their beef noodle soup so that's exactly what I ordered. Having tried many beef noodle soup in the Vegas region, I would say my standard for beef noodle soup is very high. The beef broth is more on the lighter variety and not very bold tasting. Not necessary a bad thing but that's something to keep in mind if you're coming here. Unfortunately, the beef pieces I got tasted old. The noodles had an amazing chew and bounce to it. Overall, a solid beef noodle soup but the beef pieces tasted too old for my liking and completely ruin the experience for me. I don't think they make their beef broth fresh each day. When I dine out, I like fresh food so for me personally, I would not return.

Yelp
This place has won awards for a reason. One of the best noodle soup gems in all of Vegas. If you are familiar with chinese/taiwanese noodle soups and small comforting dishes, this is the place for you. I have been coming here for a few years and I leave with a happy tummy every time. Food is delicious. Service is quick and efficient. And the restaurant is small but has a cozy feel that reflects their comforting menu.

Ron Y.

Yelp
It was a bit hard to find this tucked away restaurant. Signage is not very good but worth the address search. Pork and chive dumpling was tasty but too much dough for my preference. 3/5 Onion Pancake... very good fresh 4/5 Spicy Beef soup with regular dumplings... was Very Very good. The broth and beef was perfect! 5/5 stars.

Yelp
ugh i first came here in 2017 after the lantern festival thing. friend who moved to vegas took us here n i literally was so impressed with the beef noodle soup!!! i could honestly say they were the bestest ive ever had here in the states! love the rich yet home made taste beef broth soooo much! i love to order all tendon beef noodle too! it's def one of my go to spots in vegas! last time tho when my friend and i came here - i did feel like something changed. no more hand pull noodle and tendon was not marinated/soaked in broth seemed like. beef roll also wasn't as good, outside wrap tasted like tortilla :/ hopefully it was one off with the tendon.

Yelp
Been coming here for years! Food is great, but honestly its declining now. Was better last few years. Its so crowded though! This time I got the tomato egg with rice instead of noodles and it was so good! but has no meat and costs $14, so I think its not worth it. The Vermicelli with beef tendon is a classic I always get! It's very mid but classic. Last is the pork chop rice. This one was better last time than the last few years I came here. Overall I give a 8/10 because it gives me childhood memories

Yelp
Wonderful snack on a busy saturday night in Las Vegas! Couldn't resist my go to spot when I want a quick snack for dinner when most places are packed and usually an hour wait time. The food no matter what you decide to order is consistently great. A great hidden locals location for great Taiwanese food.

Yelp
Portions are big, so come hungry. It was a great meal after visiting Mount Charleston, which was a little over an hour away. Service is fast & prices are fair. It is a little cozy inside, but don't let that deter you from stopping in & ordering a meal.

Yelp
We decided to give the Noodle Pot Restaurant a try when we spotted it when strolling to 99 Ranch Market while shopping in Chinatown, Las Vegas, and needed somewhere to eat without having to drive. Very basic restaurant with minimal decor. We had Stewed Beef Tendon with Noodle in Clear Beef Broth, Wonton Soup, Fried Pork Chop with Rice, Stir-Fried Eggplant Ground Pork over Noodle, Soy Sauce Seasoned Seaweed and Simmered Pig Ear. My family and I were astounded by the quality of the food, especially the Stir-Fried Eggplant Ground Pork over Noodle, A must-have!
google avatar

Roxanne E.

Yelp
My husband and I came here because we were craving noodles. We were greeted and seated right away! Pig Ear Salad: 4/5 The flavoring of this dish was on point. I don't usually eat pig ears, but this was good. It was filled with flavors. Surprising the cilantro went well with this dish. However, our mouths started to feel numb after eating this dish. Not sure why that happened. Spicy Pork Wontons: 2/5 I was disappointed with this dish. I was super excited to eat it, but it lacked flavor. The pork was not seasoned at all and it was a bit tough. We added vinegar and more chili oil for flavor. Beef Noodle Soup: 4/5 This dish was delicious! The noodles were Al dente and the meat was tender. The soup was filled with that beef broth flavor. It only had 4 pieces of beef. I wish there was more of it. Braised Pork with Noodles: 4/5 This dish was flavorful and satisfying! The noodles were Al dente and veggies were fresh! The meat was super tender and bursting with flavor... however, the dish was skimpy with the pork. I wish there was more pork than noodles. The egg that was served on top was just half an egg and it was over cooked. Overall, the the service was great and we satisfied our cravings.
google avatar

sophia Y.

Yelp
The restaurant is conveniently located 10 minute from the Las Vegas Strip in a shopping mall with lots of other businesses including 99 Ranch. The prices are reasonable and the food is tasty: - Beef Noodle Soup: soup base is good, regular noodles. Would be even better if the had hand cut noodles - Dumplings with vegetables, egg, and meat: seasoning does not overpower the flavor of the filling. - Beef roll: okay. Would have liked the wrap to be a little more fluffy

Yelp
We came here right before it opened because it was crowded anywhere you go for lunch. We didn't want to wait in long lines. So we were glad we came here. The restaurant was a bit small and felt like a hole in the wall. Not much decoration around the restaurant. The bathroom was the worst. It stunk and it was dirty. Food did come out hot and good portion. I did overall enjoy the food at least. We ordered the stewed beef with noodles in spicy beef soup, stewed beef with noodles in clear beef broth noodle soup, steam eggs with shredded ground pork. Just note that if you prefer to eat less oily dish, do not order the stewed beef with noodles in spicy beef soup because they use chili oil. Serivce was good! I told my server my son was hungry and before I figured out what to order for my family, my son was already first to eat. He really like the food too and finished it. Ordering was a bit confusing because you had to scan the QR to pull up the menu and then order from the website. I was able to figured it out eventually. If it took a little thinking from my end, I'm sure if was frustrating for the older folks. But at least with self ordering you don't have to wait for the server to take your order and this allows them to free up their time in serving the food faster to everyone. Would I come back? Yes I guess I would if it was just a busy Vegas weekend and I am hungry and don't have the patience to wait. The food at least was decent and service was good. This would be a place to eat and leave. So not a place to enjoy and hang out for a bit.

Yelp
Such an underrated hole in the wall spot! I stumbled across this place while exploring the plaza. What stood out to me was that it won an award for being voted in the top 20 category for soups in the world, so i decided to give it a try. The service was typical mom and pop restaurant service but my goodness, the food was delicious! It is always so busy in this restaurant too, no matter what time of day. I always get the beef noodle soup with a side of spicy cucumbers and I keep craving it. Their quality and flavor is always consistent and the broth isn't too salty unlike other Chinese soup places. If you are just thinking about it, you need to try it because it is truly delicious comfort food!
google avatar

Jen C.

Yelp
Small mom and pop restaurant serving authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Located in the same parking lot as 99 ranch market, we had a slightly hard time finding it since the name was all in Chinese. We ordered a bunch to go to dine back at the hotel. The pork chop rice was delicious. I got the eggplant minced beef noodle based off another Yelpers recommendation. The flavor was good, but it was mainly noodle and very little eggplant/meat. Minus one star for that. Otherwise, we enjoyed our other dishes.
google avatar

Yelp
We always return to Noodle Pot whenever we're in the Vegas area. You really can't beat the authenticity of their beef noodle soup. I usually get the beef noodle soup with tendon only, but it can come with beef or both beef and tendon. The restaurant is usually packed, but there's a high turnover rate so you usually won't wait for too long. The spicy sauce they keep on the tables with the silver lid is a MUST to put in the soup to enhance the flavor even further. Pay at the register when you're done (they take card). Reasonably priced as well!

Yelp
We were in the Chinatown area and decided to try this place out. As a California at heart, I am used to good authentic and delicious Chinese food. I grew up eating in Taiwanese restaurants that specialized in amazing beef noodle soups, minced pork rice dishes, etc. I was hoping to awaken those taste buds coming here. Alas we were sorely disappointed. We ordered the beef noodle soup with beef and tendon, beef roll, minced pork rice dish, and Cornish hen rice dish. Every dish was mediocre. I would not get any again. The beef noodle soup did not have the flavorful broth that I am used to. The broth was the major losing point in this dish. The ratio in packaging was also all wrong. There was not enough broth to cover the noodles in to-go. The meat was low quality and not typical of authentic true beef noodle soup. The noodles were fine. Of note, I also properly reheated the noodle soup, so being take-out had no influence on the quality of the food. The beef roll was not my preferred take. It was more akin to a soggy jianbing (Chinese egg wrap) than a crispy niu rou jianbing (what we call beef rolls). I love the ones where the wrap is like a crispy scallion pancake rolled up. This one was soft and soggy like a wet crepe. The filling was bland. It needed more sauce and fresh veggies. The rice dishes were terrible. The Cornish hen was dry as a rock. The minced pork was good but there wasn't a lot. The braised eggs were not flavorful, but I'm not surprised since the beef noodle soup was also lacking. And usually you need a good broth to make those braised eggs. Or the eggs didn't use the broth at all and were just soaked in a lackluster marinade. The bok choy was overly cooked and soggy. Needless to say, we're not coming back. Vegas might not be able to compete with California for good Taiwanese food, but there are stronger contenders than Noodle Pot out here.

Yelp
Wasn't too hungry but had to stop by due to how crowded it was yesterday. Parents liked the noodle, nice and soft. Broth is flavorful and the chili oil helps it further. Service was kind. Gets pretty busy during lunch hour.

Yelp
Best place we ate at while in Vegas and o e of our favorite restaurants of all time!!! It tastes like someone's grandma is in the kitchen cooking!!!!

Yelp
Small 'hole in the wall' kind of vibe amidst the many restaurants in the plaza. We went at 5:00pm and It was empty at first but customers started pouring in right after. It has 12 tables only but the aroma is incredible and made me even hungrier. I had the simmered pig feet with rice and my spouse had the Wonton soup. They were gone so quick -delicious.
google avatar

Vincent L.

Yelp
Ordered from here for many times when I got chance to come Vegas, price increased a lot, compare with year ago. Noodles always taste good, like their cucumber salad, also Chinese kimchi, but not this time....Kimchi just got no taste, looks they didn't take long enough, like water boiled cabbage, plz.....keep the quality!

Yelp
#1 and scallion pancake. My sweetheart likes #13. Fresh and flavorful noodle soup. Generous portions. Casual room. Everything is great at Noodle Pot. Staff is welcoming and kind. The best

Yelp
Delayed review for a visit from early June. Hole in the wall serving authentic cuisine. Tastes like home. Pretty quick service. Very casual atmosphere. Noodle soup was very good. Would return.

Yelp
4.5 stars. As a Taiwanese American, Noodle Pot is by far the best Taiwanese restaurant in Vegas. I know that's not saying much, but to me, it's a little underrated in this town. You can get classic Taiwanese dishes such as pork chop rice and beef noodle Soup, and a lot of traditional side dishes as well. Everything is actually pretty tasty here, but their best item has to be their beef noodle soup. Their broth is nice and rich, while having some spice from chili oil. The meat is super tender. The noodles are cooked just right and have a nice bite. Call me crazy, but I'd rather have the beef noodle soup here over Shang Artisan Noodle, which has been hit or miss for me. I'd definitely recommend their noodle dishes over their rice dishes, hence their name ;) Def a good spot to get your Taiwanese fixings. Let's be real, Taiwanese food is pretty mid in Vegas, and we lack pure Taiwanese restaurants in this town. This, and Din Tai Fung are probably our best options until that changes.
google avatar

Tim T.

Yelp
This is the spot I go to when I miss home! From the service, interior, to the authenticity of the foods, Noodle Pot is what a hole in the wall in Taiwan looks like. I've been coming to this place for almost 4 years now and my go to has always been pork chop with rice. Served with sides of stir fried vegetables, minced pork rice, and the pork chop entree. The portion is generous and will assure you leave the restaurant full. If you are reading the review looking for an authentic Taiwanese spot, Noodle pot is the way to go.

Yelp
After 5+ years we have returned for a great lunch experience. This restaurant was very busy but definitely worth the wait. We ordered four different dishes. 1) Spicy Pork Dumplings 2) Minced Pork I've Noodles 3) Pork Meatballs In Soup. 4) and????

Yelp
Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - delicious and hot food which is absolutely wonderful on a chilly day (1) Stewed Beef with Noodle in Spicy Beef Broth - 5/5 was amazing! The soup was a bit on the saltier side but so yummy. The noodles did absorb the flavoring and the beef were so tender. This is my comfort food and they nailed it (21) Old Beijing Style Zajian Noodle with pork - 2/5 since it was really salty. My SO stopped reading after half of the menu and didn't realize it was a zajian (zha jiang) noodle. However, it was very soy sauce flavored and salty rather than a black bean sauce. Typically, I would expect more cucumbers to offset the heaviness of it but the ratio wasn't quite right (46) Simmered Pig Ear - 5/5 in flavor but definitely on the expensive side for such a small plate. Ambience: 4/5 - minimal decorations that's focused on the food. Soft Chinese music playing with large LED board that advertises the food (in Chinese) Service: 5/5 - very responsive and attentive even with a packed store. She does transition between Chinese and English very well and seems to be able to handle both languages with no issues Value for price: 4/5 - great value for the noodles but the side was on the more expensive side for the serving size we recieved

Yelp
Strongly recommend this Taiwan food restaurant. We miss It and so happy to see it opened in Vegas. We tried each in the pictures below and surprisingly no disappointment. Everything is tasty, pig feed and beef are impressively tender. Hope it will be consistent so that we can enjoy Taiwan food regularly here.

Yelp
One of the best bowels of noodles u can get in Vegas! Beef and tendon noodles are amazing here! Of course all the lower rated reviews were from people with no sense of Asian food...
google avatar

Yelp
I have been to the Las Vegas Chinatown several times but never ate at the Noodle Pot Until when going back to Las Vegas this year... And it's My 1st eating dinner at the Noodle Pot And what I ordered was The Mince Pork Over Rice... Which was really yummy!!! The Noodle Pot is a cool place for tourists who are on vacation... If your here at the Las Vegas Chinatown and looking for a good Asian Restaurant my suggestion to you Yelpers & Yelpettes try going to The Noodle Pot at Las Vegas Chinatown Area!!!

Yelp
Small, no frills restaurant that was almost empty at lunch time on a weekday. Service could have been better. I wanted to sit against the wall since the seats were cushioned and the girl gave me a hard time even though the restaurant was empty. Pickled cucumbers - sour and bland. I've had better Spicy wontons - small, extra thin shell which I liked. The sauce was only chili oil and black vinegar though. Eggplant and pork over rice had good flavor but barely any pork. Silken chicken noodles had great texture and the sauce was thin and not chalky. I would want to come back to try the beef stew and fried pork chops.

Yelp
I was craving some Taiwanese food and a friend recommended this place. It's at the Ranch 99 plaza in a corner on the first floor. Parking can be hard since so many places share the same lot. The store itself looks fairly generic so nothing special about it and it can be a bit cramped. The servers and food come out pretty fast even though we ordered 3 bowls of noodle, rice plate, dumplings, and a beef roll. Beef noodle soup - Al dente noodles that are really good with soft pieces of beef and tendon. I really liked this one. It is a bit spicy. Beef noodle with clear broth - similar to the regular one but non spicy. Beef roll - beef with cucumber slices and scrambled eggs. It is a pretty clean taste but I think plum sauce would have made it better. Rice plate with egg plant - this was okay. We ordered it since it looks nice but the taste was average. Payment is at the counter in the front. Overall a decent meal.

Yelp
Soup/broth and the noodles were good. They serve the food quickly. I had the minced pork soup, scallion pancakes, and the dumplings. All were good and would recommend. There is ample parking and the place is easy to find.

Yelp
Probably one of the few remaining Taiwanese joints left in town. Dining here always brings back feelings of nostalgia of eating comfort food back home in Taiwan. My boyfriend and I like to order their braised pork dry noodles, the spicy beef and tendon noodle soup, chili wontons, scallion pancake, and chilled pig ear and seawe appetizer. Last time we came was during EDC weekend and even though it was packed, we were lucky enough to get the last remaining table and got menus, water, and our food super quick. We usually spend about $70 with tip every time we come but we always get to take home leftovers which we enjoy just as much. Not the best ambiance, a little cramped and older furniture, but these are the least of my concerns when the food quality and service is bomb diggity. Every time I post photos/videos of my food on my socials, I always get tons of replies asking where I'm at. This will always be the restaurant in Vegas that I recommend my friends to dine at if they want to try authentic cuisine of my people :-)

Yelp
This restaurant is a must stop every time we are in town. They offer such great dishes, that we both and our children love. Beef rolls, hot chili oil wontons, scallion pancakes, are just a few must haves every time we are in Vegas. Hope this place is around for a long time and can't wait until next time we are in town.

Yelp
Food is always delicious. Customer service is the best. It is a small and cozy place. I ALWAYS get the spicy beef noodle soup and scallion pancakes. Soup is always hot and in this cold weather.

Yelp
We went to have our braised pork rice which deserves 4-5 stars, the plain beef noodles was tasty, the dumplings, some was not fully cooked so deserves 2 stars. The services were good. The restaurant ambience was presentable.

Love this hole in the wall! Feels like home haha. It's not the cleanest joint but the food is banging. Service is sooo nice and super quick! I have gotten the beef noodle soup here and just be aware that it's more mysterious type of meats but I like dat. This time I got the beef stew and added tendon. Oh my golly this was bomb. So rich and savory. I love the sauce with the rice. So much umami and the texture with the tender beef and nice tendon. Delicious. I added some black vinegar and that added a nice earthy acidity to it!

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem that is small, but packs a punch. Authentic Taiwanese food that feels like comfort food. I ordered the minced pork with noodle and the beef roll. Both were delicious. I didn't try the soup this time, but will definitely have to come back! The food came out fast and the portions are pretty sizeable. You pay at the front at the end of your meal. The service is friendly and made sure to check that we had everything we ordered. I came with a group of 6 and we all ordered our own bowls. My whole party left happy and full!

Yelp
The first time that I ate here was back in Dec 2020. After hiking and exploring Utah for a week, I really missed Asian food, so my friends and I came here for dinner. I ordered the braised minced pork with noodles. Usually, minced pork means ground pork at Taiwanese restaurants. I was actually surprised that the pork wasn't ground pork. The noodles were chewy and had the right thickness. I love how this dish includes a boiled egg. I was super satisfied with this dish. After leaving Vegas, I still thought about this braised minced pork with noodles every once in a while. Fast forward to May 2022, I finally had a chance to come back to Vegas. During my long trip here, I decided to come back here twice and ordered the same braised minced pork with noodles. The flavors and textures are as just as I remembered them to be! This dish really hit the spot for me. I've never been to Taiwan before nor do I eat Taiwanese food often, but I would sure love to visit Taiwan and try their yummy noodle dishes!
