4 Restaurants to Try This Weekend in Los Angeles: August 2 | Eater LA

"After a 90-minute wait at Din Tai Fung’s Arcadia outpost left us desperate with a hungry toddler, I was thankful for Noodle St right next to the mall restaurant, which serves a tight set of hand-pulled noodle dishes that come out a few minutes after ordering. The cucumber salad is laden with so much garlic you’ll almost breathe stinky anti-vampire breath after dinner (I say this in a good way). The beef noodle soup comes with a choice of four kinds of noodles—standard round, flat, triangle, and knife-cut—and while it’s not a city-class version of the dish, it’s something most palates can enjoy; my highlight was the egg and tomato noodle with chewy knife-cut noodles that soaked up the broth, a comforting dish that tasted a bit like the greatest version of Spaghettios ever." - Eater Staff

Simply delicious noodles and beef roll!! It’s nice you can choose which noodle shape you want, and they’re so yummy and perfectly chewy. You can choose how spicy you want it by adding the chili yourself at the table. The beef roll is my absolute favorite. The service is friendly and fast, and I love the view into the kitchen of the chefs hand pulling the noodles!

Had to try this place when I saw they had knife cut noodles. We tried 3 different dishes and were in a trance when we ate. The table was quiet and silent dancing occurred with each bite. Chicken wontons were big and juicy. The noddles were the perfect texture. Tomato Egg Noodle actually had flavor, some places water it down, but not here. The sauces used for the wontons and Qinghai noodles is so addictive we added the rest to the Tomato Egg Noodle and it was amazing. This place blew us away. The whole experience was perfect, even the service was sweet and quick. Will have to come for the rest of my life.

Google
We came across this restaurant while looking for a place to eat and thought we give it a try. I mean, you can’t really go wrong with noodles, right? Well, the food was just okay. We got their Signature Beef Noodles. While the broth was flavorful, the noodles were a bit hard for our liking. And, the scallion pancakes were not very tasty—it was hard and bland. It’s a one and done visit for us.

Google
The atmosphere and aesthetic are the best part of this restaurant. Even in a mall it is very beautiful. The menu is simple and has many different types of noodles. The noodles come out very quickly, which makes me think that they are premade because they did not taste super fresh. The chicken was a bit rubbery, and the beef noodle soup only had 2 small pieces of beef but lots of noodles. The staff only took our order, brought the food and the check. They did not refill my water the entire meal. Overall though a decent noodle spot to grab an affordable bite to eat.

Google
Visiting Los Angeles for hubby's business trip and decide to try this restaurant next door to Din Tai Fung (did not want to wait one hour for seats). We are glad to have chosen this place! It was yummy and fast, as well as good service being provided for us as first time visitor. 😃 We will recommend this place if you like fresh noodles. Their fried rice, which was recommended by the server, is also pretty tasty!

Google
Great service, tired of waiting Ding Tai Feng 1.5hrs, just right next to it DTF. Great selection of noodles and various snacks, taste no bad no comparison to DTF may worth the long waiting time

Google
The signature noodle soup I had was delicious with a deep, flavorful broth, and the beef roll pancakes were great, too.

Google
Their food is absolutely delicious. The Customer Service is amazing. They treat everyone equally. I noticed a woman having a hard time with their child due to being on the spectrum and the staff handled it so well my food was hot and fresh and The prices are definitely worth it

Yelp
I was surprised how good these noodles were for a restaurant in a mall. The noodles are made fresh and you can see the chef making them while you're there. We ate the signature noodle and spicy beef noodle. We wanted to try different noodles in each so we tried the flat with the signature and standard noodle with the spicy. First off, both were excellent and the beef in the spicy noodle was also excellent. Although both noodles were good, I did tend to like the flat noodle more. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to eat some fresh noodles . Also, the service was also really good.

Yelp
I came here for lunch with my co worker. It was a rainy afternoon. I ordered the signature beef noodle soup in knife cut noodles. The service was great and the food came quickly. The broth is amazingly satisfying with beef flavor and the fragrance of green onions and cilantro. The beef is deliciously tender. The knife cut noodles are very chewy. When I crave for a good bowl of noodles, Noodles Street is around the corner.

Yelp
The inside space is very nice and well-designed. The service is great. The servers are on top of things, and make sure you get what you want or need. The food is excellent. Any noodle you order is going to be of the best in Chinese style. Knife-cut fresh noodles are my favorite. Left-overs absorb flavors and taste is even more pronounced, it's amazing. Must try! Definite must try! My favorite noodles!

Yelp
This is a small restaurant inside Santa Anita mall. It's located near the restaurant Din Tai Fung, which is away from the food court. We ordered their signature beef noodle soup and the noodle with minced beef sauce. They were both good. It's not the best I've ever had but it was good. I would come back to try other items.

Yelp
Walked around the mall and had cravings for noodles. Didn't want to wait in line for DTF and decided to try Noodle Street. Service is prompt. The signature beef noodle with knife cut noodles was so good! I liked the flavors of the broth and the chewiness of the noodles. The green beans were super garlicky while the scallion pancakes were a bit doughy but still crispy. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal and would come back again.

Yelp
[July 27, 7:50PM] One of my go-to restaurants at Santa Anita Mall. Prices are fair for the portion and quality. The space is limited and can be crowded during busy hours. My order: - Egg with Tomato Noodle ($14.80): Flavorful with perfect balance between the sour and sweet. Every strand is coated with rich tomato juice, satisfying to slurp up. Not a fan of knife cut noodles, so I requested standard round instead. - Oolong milk tea ($5.80): Surprisingly fragrant. The cup is large size (see photo for cup comparison). Downside: no topping. Final thought: Not the type of restaurant I'd go out of my way for. Generic menu item, nothing groundbreaking, just a reliable option when I am in the mall.
google avatar

Queena Z.

Yelp
Delicious noodles and very tender meats! I've tried the dry chicken noodle, chicken noodle soup, and beef noodle soup and they were all delicious! The portion sizes were decent too and left feeling full and satisfied :) the staff were also friendly and helpful.

Yelp
This place is pretty good, I liked their spicy beef noodle soup, the meat was soft and gelatinous. The cucumber salad was refreshing for the heat and flavorful. My little cousins like the green onion pancakes but I wasn't a fan. The noodles are so long they give u scissors to cut them, i highly suggest you do or you'll be in some major splash zones. The food came out fairly quick.

Yelp
First off, shout outs to the staff for letting us dine in right around closing time. We really appreciated the gesture since we were walking around the mall we decided on a late night bite to eat. Our server Jason was professional and attentive. We decided to share the Signature Beef Noodle Soup with standard round noodles. The price was $15.50. The order was taken and the soup came out fast! The location is right by Din Tai Fung and there's a lot of seating. The soup was really good! They have chili oil and vinegar to adjust your spice levels and taste. The broth was very light and packed with major flavor. The bowl is good enough to share and they give you scissors to cut your noodles. We enjoyed the beef noodle soup immensely. We'd definitely come back to try some other options. Thank you Noodle St for the great dining experience!

Yelp
So glad I tried this place! The food was really good. Service was very quick, my food was served in what felt like the blink of an eye (1-3 minutes). My mom and I shared a spicy beef noodle soup and beef roll. We ended up taking home half of the beef roll. The size of the spicy beef noodle soup is a bit deceiving: the bowl looks huge, but when my mom and I split it, there was only enough noodles to fill two small rice bowls. There were also only four pieces of beef shank. The rest was broth. Other beef noodle places that I've been to appear to have much larger portion sizes. We ordered standard noodle, which I thought was really good. The beef roll was not as creamy or crispy as other beef rolls I've had, but I still enjoyed it. In short, would definitely return here! One con was that there were a lot of flies, which was a bit of a nuisance. I think this is because the establishment is located close to the exit/entryway to the outside dining area.

Yelp
Delicious food & great service! Came to eat today in the afternoon around 2pm & the wait wasn't too long. The workers are attentive & kind. One worker offered a bib since I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup which was so nice, I didn't know they had that! The first time I tried the noodles a few years ago, my friend and I were avoiding getting our clothes stained by the soup splash, so this was much needed. The noodles, meats, & soups were so tasty! I loved the flat noodle option & how the meats are really tender
google avatar

Selina L.

Yelp
I always pass by this restaurant when I am at the mall! I finally decided on this place with my husband. The service and food is extremely fast and efficient. We got our noodles within 5-10 minutes. I ordered the bone in rib rice noodle soup, the meat was soft and flavorful. Portion size is also big. For your noodles you have the option to choose between flat, standard round, triangle and knife cut. I opted for the standard round which is similar to spaghetti.

Yelp
Is there anything better than a cold noodle on a hot day? Specially, with a side of pancakes, scallion and some ice cold green tea to chase it down. I don't think so. However, if you wanna go for a watermelon ice instead of green tea over ice, you won't be disappointed because it's just as refreshing and delicious. I'm really a fan of cold noodle on a hot summer and this one is delicious and refreshing. What I like the most is the chili sauce, that has a ton of garlic, crunchy flavor and the same time it doesn't take away from any of the noodle taste because it's not too spicy And these noodles are really delicious. If you like a little bit of chew, the pulled noodle really has a great texture and tie the dish together with all the fresh ingredients. There's nothing good or bad I can say about the scallion pancake. It's a pretty standard, scallion, pancake, but really it goes up a few points when I'm able to dip it in a delicious chili sauce from the noodles. Service was really prompt and great, everyone was very attentive and it was nice and pleasant. I wonder if they call it noodle Street because it feels like sitting on a street café patio even though it's indoors and has some cool air blowing through. The ambience is very bustling and if you like people watching or labubu sighting, then you can spend more time in the seating than you care too. What is a little boo-boo?

Yelp
Quick Service. Fair price and portions. Spicy Beef and Beef Tendon Noodle Soup $16.50: Tastes good, might have a kick to the spice sensitive but it is not too strong. There's a version with just beef but I like tendo so got thr version with both! Noodles with Minced Beef Sauce $15.80: I actually like this one a lot! I didn't order it but picked it off someone else's plate and thought it was tasty. The texture of the blanched vegetables inside and the pickled mustard greens insides were great compliments to the dish. Savory Braised Chicken Noodle $15.80: Portions are really good for this dish. However, the chicken was a bit dry for my preference, even though it only used dark meat. (Would have been too dry if it was white meat.) The sweet onions was good inside.

Yelp
i love trying cold noodles (in chinese, some places name it "liangpi"), so i was quite excited to try their qinghai clear noodles. it was different from what im used to, the noodles are a lot thicker and i couldn't pinpoint what it's made of, gelatin? mung bean? the texture is almost jellylike, either way it was very flavorful and not too spicy. it's perfect for sharing as an appetizer/family style, and great for anyone who prefers a non-soupy dish and if you're one for skewers, you must try their lamb skewer. it was so delicious, the powder flavoring they use was pretty good, even my bf who doesn't like lamb was liking the flavor. this totally satisfied my skewer cravings :) as for the signature noodle soup, i really liked the texture of the triangle noodles. it's almost as if you can tell it's handmade/handpulled because the texture was just so bouncy and perfect. and for a clear broth soup, it is very flavorful and i love that is so simple and non-greasy. i'd say this was great for when you're wanting soupy but not a heavy soup service was also great, staff was nice, friendly, & attentive. overall i highly recommend trying this place out!

Yelp
This was a surprise. Seeing the long wait at Din Tai Fung discourages you to go somewhere else especially when you're hungry. We're so glad we tried it. The beef roll and spicy beef noodles with broth to die for were the star of the evening. We sat right away and service was great and friendly.
google avatar

Sheldon C.

Yelp
Noodles are delicious. My favorite here is the Tomato Egg Knife Cut Noodles dish - always flavorful and almost like broth. The beef noodles are also solid. Ambience is nice and chill. A more open space compared to the darker and more private Din Tai Fung right next to it. Sometimes lines can be long on the weekends but I've usually gotten a seat with no issues at all.

Yelp
After shopping at the Westfield Santa Anita Mall, we decided to have Noodle St as our dinner pick since it's in the mall, and we were not disappointed at all. I had the Spicy Beef and Beef Tendon with Rice Noodle Soup ($16.50), which was excellent. The soup was delicious, the beef and tendon were so tender and flavorful, and the rice noodles were a great match. Another unique feature was the addition of kale in the noodle soup, which was very different from traditional beef noodle soup but turned out really well--it exceeded my expectations. The Signature Beef Noodle ($15.50) was delicious as well; the soup was great! The Cucumber Salad ($7.80) was refreshing, and the Lamb Skewers ($9.50) were good. The Scallion Pancake ($7.80) was great! The service was fast and efficient, and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and will visit again!

Yelp
Dropped by on a friend's recommendation. We ordered the Signature beef noodle soup, spicy chicken wontons, and Beef roll pancakes. The noodles were well cooked, firm with a little chew. You can choose the style of handmade noodles...standard, flat, triangle or knife cut. The broth was nice and tasty. The highlights for me were the Spicy chicken wontons and Beef roll pancakes. The spicy chicken wontons are covered with this delicious red sauce that's not too spicy. The Beef Roll pancakes were a good size with a nice crunch. An open air located inside the mall. There is a good amount of tables and the wait time was about 10-15 min. The staff were super attentive and helpful and we look forward to trying other things on the menu. Happy Nom Nom!

Yelp
Came here for lunch with sis, and it got recommend by her co worker so we decided to come here. So first of all it's inside the mall so if ur going to the mall it's ok but if u want a quick bite I dont recommend cause parking is very hard to find of course. The food here is salty to me and my sis, we had order bone in with noodle soup and spicy beef noodle soup. It taste ok only if it wasn't salty. The spicy noodle had only 4 cubes of beef and the rest was noodle. We also order cucumber salad which it's a small portion, for $7.99. Service was good. No complaint. Ambience, its in the corner and I mean u can see people walking g and others stores , tats about it.i would not come here again for the price for noodle bowl.

Yelp
We added ourselves to the Yelp waitlist and our party of 2 was seated pretty quickly on a Friday night. The service was good but we waited a long time for our drinks even after we ordered. We ordered the signature beef noodle soup (without spice), tomato egg over noodles, and scallion pancake. We got knife cut noodles for both dishes. I would suggest trying the normal beef noodle soup instead of the signature beef noodle soup. The beef slices in the signature soup were very lean and lacked the juiciness of chunks. The knife cut noodles seemed hard and undercooked, not chewy at all. I've had properly chewy knife cut noodles and these were not it. The scallion pancake was light and crispy but seemed very bland and didn't have a strong scallion flavor. The tomato egg was my favorite because of how light and silky it was. While Noodle St can be convenient, I think there are better noodle options in the mall and in SGV for soup noodles.
google avatar

Jason Y.

Yelp
Noodle St was surprisingly good for a restaurant at the mall. They are a chain and I've passed by the Pasadena location before but have never given it a try. My friend and I decided to come here since he was craving beef rolls. The beef rolls were flavorful and the pancake was crispy. It was a whole meal itself. Also if you're coming here you cannot leave without ordering noodles as it's in the name. We decided on the special beef noodle soup with tendon. The broth came out piping hot and the noodles were Al dente and chewy. The noodles were long so if you are splitting with someone they have scissors to help you cut the noodles. The meat and tendon were surprisingly very soft. The spicy chicken wontons were standard. They weren't anything special nor memorable. Definitely give this place a try if you are ever at Santa Anita mall and don't know what to eat.
google avatar

Mody M.

Yelp
This is my third time to go to this place. The place is handy, easy to get to, simple menu. Although it's in the middle of the mall, crowd passage is fun to watch. The servers are very attentive, you just need to catch their attention. The food is good for what I need.

S W.

Yelp
This restaurant was recommended by my daughter. However, every time I had a chance to eat here, all of the tables were full. We were lucky to get a table for lunch on a weekday at 11:45 am. By the time our meals came, every table was full. The food is terrific! The broth is so delicious, and the flavor in the stir-fry was awesome. We'll definitely looking forward to coming back and trying other dishes. It's located inside the Santa Anita Mall next to Nordstroms. I thought it was going to be noisy, but it was pleasantly on the quiet side. Highly recommend this place.
google avatar

Irene C.

Yelp
This location is inside the mall next to Ding Tai Fung. It gets noisy bc the seating area is just out in the open of the mall hallway. Not much room so you have to park your strollers outside the seating area. Service is quick. I think the noodle soup here was less impressive than the Pasadena location. I went to that one first and was excited to come here but was underwhelmed. I think the soup base tastes slightly more bland and the portion is slightly smaller. The clear noodle also looks smaller but the taste is there.
google avatar

Hayden L.

Yelp
Super fast and friendly service. The place is clean, modern, no frills. Unfortunately, the clear noodles appetizer and Spicy Beef Noodle soup just wasn't that flavorful. Even with extra chili oil, it still tasted kind of bland. If you're craving Chinese spicy noodles in Old Town Pasadena, I guess it hits the spot in a pinch. Otherwise, I think there are more flavorful places in the San Gabriel Valley/Alhambra/Monterey Park areas.
google avatar

Ally U.

Yelp
Came here again to eat lunch with my family and it was pretty packed on a weekend during lunch time. We were seated in 10minutes and ordered different things off the menu. We tried the chicken noodle with standard noodles, the signature beef with triangle noodles, and a side order of the chicken wontons. Everything came out quickly and looked very delicious. Both bowls came with lots of soup, meat pieces, and the noodles were perfectly chewy. We ate til we were full and still had soup and meat left which we loved. The chicken wontons were so good and filled with meat. The sauce they use is sweet and spicy and pairs so well. Glad we gave this spot another try and explored more of the menu for what they were known for. Service was quick and we were in and out in minutes. Solid Chinese noodle spot!

Qu X.

Yelp
Very good staff and food. I love it. Especially for the chicken wonton is the best, and beef roll and all food there are very good.
google avatar

Rish C.

Yelp
I came here with my boyfriend who is handicapped and came in using his walker. The staff was very accommodating considering the tight space this location of Noodle St is. We decided to order some appetizers including the chicken spicy wontons and the wings as well. The wontons were amazing, but I wasn't a huge fan of the wings. My signature beef noodle soup was very delicious though! It's so cool that this noodle spot gives you the option to pick your kinds of noodles. I think that's what gives this spot its name and recognition. It's definitely a unique noodle spot to try and I would definitely come back again!

EJ K.

Yelp
Everything here was good, and by the way amazing skills. And really good food. Try the beef roll or the triangle noodles

Anne P.

Yelp
The food was supper good are group had a blast thank you noodle St the also the service was good to

Yelp
A great place to come to for a comforting meal. I came here on multiple different occasions and got to try different items each time. Egg with Tomato Noodle - This dish is like a combination of the Chinese Tomato Egg Stir fry dish mixed with noodles. The sauce had a nice balance of sweet and savory flavors, with a homemade taste. Chicken Noodle Soup - This dish was pretty good. The broth was clear and light in flavor, with subtle undertones of chicken. It sort of reminded me of a Korean bone broth. Beef Roll Pancake - Probably one of my most favorite beef rolls so far. The pancake was crispy and the beef inside had a great amount of flavor. Savory Braised Chicken Noodle - I've had this dish at different restaurants and I'd say this one tasted pretty authentic. The sauce was spicy and savory and the chicken was soft and tender. This is not usually my go-to dish, but it was good for what it is. Overall, each dish I've had so far was pretty good and had a comforting, homemade taste. The service is pretty quick based on my experience, and the place is clean and well-maintained. The portions are quite big, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with family.

Yelp
The food is amazing ! We frequent this location often and they are quick in services and hospitality. They always have a line but because they serve the food quickly it's constant movement with customers going in and out . It's a fast food noodle joint but with high quality dishes . We especially love that it's at the mall with the hustle and bustle really making you feel like you're at street side dining . The chefs make the noodles behind a glass showcase and so you get to see the entire process. The mood and vibe is really on the go and the prices and portions can't be beat !
google avatar

Daniel C.

Yelp
food is beautifully seasoned. i got to pick the protein type and noodle type for stir fry noodle. the noodles were absolutely phenomenal and well executed. the veggies were plentiful and the beef i choose definitely was cooked perfectly. the service was quick and food came in less than 5 minutes. perhaps i will try this place again someday. very nice mall environment.
google avatar

Yelp
Great noodles and I love their beef roll. They have many options to pick from not just noodles but the noodles are the star of the show. Service is quite good as well, they make you feel like they care!

Yelp
Easy dinner (and lunch!) spot inside Santa Anita mall. Came here on a Wednesday around 6:30pm and was immediately seated. I've been here a dozen times and the wait definitely ramps up during the weekends, but never as packed as its sister restaurant Din Tai Fung. Although I haven't tried the entire menu, most (if not all) noodle dishes are quite delicious and super authentic. I come here about once a month and their quality is consistent with each dish. My go-tos are typically: 1. Qinghai clear cold noodle 2. Spicy beef noodle 3. Beef roll pancake 4. Lamb skewers Also good to note that it's one of the few places in Arcadia that serves delicious halal food. Big ups for that :) All in all, this place is PERFECT if you're trying to get a quality meal without breaking the wallet or needing to wait long for your food. Their service is super fast and you can definitely finish in under an hour.
google avatar

Eddie P.

Yelp
Can't help but feel this place is a little racist. They sit us down and ignore us but serve everyone that's Asian around us. Another non Asian couple was also ignored which makes me feel it's a little more systematic and a little less coincidence. I can't recommend coming here. I highly recommend not visiting this location. In short, the servers will ignore you, unless you're Asian. 0 out of 10, I do not recommend.

Yelp
I was shopping with my daughter at Santa Anita Mall.We were really hungry. Having loved the Monrovia Noodle St., we decided to try the one in the Mall. We put our name in the waiting list. It took around fifteen minutes until our table was ready. We ordered the following; - Stir Fried noodle with chicken - Beef Roll - Scallion Pancake -Signature beef noodle soup I noticed that the menu is smaller than the Monrovia branch. The food was delicious and flavorful. The portion was generous. It was enjoyable time. I will come back for sure.

James E.

Yelp
Located in the Santa Anita mall , this place is always busy . Great spot to eat and people watch . Lol They do a lot with the amount of space they occupy.
google avatar

Christa R.

Yelp
Our waiter was really nice and got everything we asked for pretty quick. We ordered the beef stir fry with knife cut noodles, and the spicy beef with triangle noodle. Everything was flavorful and the spicy beef had the perfect amount of heat to it. It was spicy but still very enjoyable. I really liked how chewy the noodles were too. It made it different from other places.
google avatar

Karen L.

Yelp
Still a great spot for noodles in the area. Most people are usually going for the noodle soup but I'm going to recommend the spring cold noodle. It doesn't look like much but trust me, it's flavorful. I love the garlic in this dish and it's great when you're looking for something that isn't too hot. Plus, you can actually order this non-spicy even though it says spicy on the menu. A good item to try if you want cold noodles.

L A.

Yelp
I had the beef rice noodle soup it was delicious service was very good and the ambience cozy

Yelp
Food was great! Got the signature beef noodle soup, and it tasted great. Their fries are also suprisingly good - it tasted fresh out of the fryer and their seasoning is unique. 5/5 Shoutout to the staff here because they let us sit near closing time and were very kind throughout the dining experience. We felt bad for arriving later than expected but the waiter and the team today made our experience smooth and unrushed. The food came out super fast as well! 5/5 The environment is very clean, I will say my friend's cup had some lipstick on it from a previous customer, but other than that everything was very clean. I really enjoyed the overall ambiance. 4/5 TLDR : yummy food and great service, would come back for sure!
google avatar

Christy C.

Yelp
One of my favorite noodle spots! It is conveniently located inside Santa Anita mall near Nordstroms. Service could be improved by being more attentive. It is not too loud in there so it's enjoyable. I ordered the beef noodle soup ($13.80) and it had sliced beef shank, radishes, cilantro and leeks inside. The beef was tender and very delicious! The noodles were the star! So chewy and fresh! You literally see them in the glass window making the noodles fresh! You have a few options for the noodles - standard round, flat, triangle, and knife cut! The broth was very flavorful and not too overly salty. I'd say it's 9/10! Also, got the beef rolls - 4 pieces ($10.80) which were stuffed with beef and so yummy! I'd say it was 8/10. Would definitely recommend and return!

Yelp
On weekends or holidays totally recommend joining on the waitlist through Yelp if you wanna dine in, it's just easier, but otherwise they have a screen there where you can also join the waitlist! The food is so yummyyy. I only had the beef scallion pancake thing and their signature beef noodle soup. I'd say it's great comfort food, definitely coming back.

Yelp
This is the right spot if you're in for a quick, hearty, delicious, affordable, and big-quantity meal. This place is great. We come here for its excellent broth flavor in a well-articulated Bone-in Rice Noodles Soup recipe. The broth itself has so much flavor and kick, and it just gives you overall comfort. The Korean BBQ with Rice had a very delicate taste and was catered to perfection. There is plenty of space and a great ambiance, as this is located inside Arcadia Mall. The staff are phenomenal and professional. I highly recommend it!

Yelp
after spending a morning at the los angeles county arboretum & botanic garden, my partner and i walked 18 minutes to the noodle st conveniently located within the shops at santa anita. the service was as quick as our wait to be seated. i ordered a plate of beef rolls and a bowl of signature beef noodle soup (hand-pulled noodles, sliced beef shank, radishes, cilantro, and leeks). since noodle st offers the option to choose the type of noodles, i opted for the flat noodles for the extra chew. the noodles were chewy as advertised, the beef was tender, and the broth was light. devouring half a plate of beef rolls in addition to a bowl beef noodle soup within one seating was the norm tor me, but i wasn't able to eat my usual amount because the portions at noodle st were more generous than expected!

Yelp
Been here multiple times, this Noodle St is located in the Santa Anita Mall (The Shops) near Din Tai Fung, on the walkway to the promenade. They had a yelp waitlist and I ended up waiting about 5 minutes on a Sunday around 6 pm. Food here is pretty similar to any other Noodle St, prices slightly elevated. I tried out these items. Spicy Beef and Beef Tendon Noodles (Standard Noods) - The noodles had a good texture and the soup was actually very flavorful. It's on the stronger side compared to other beef noodles I've had. Tendon was super tender as well as the beef. I thought this was actually very good. (4.5/5) Beef Roll Pancake - Solid beef roll pancakes with good flavors. It's pretty standard but overall it was good. A simple classic. (4/5) For food in the mall, this place is good. Nothing over the top good but it is a place I would go. Prices are okay and the food was good. The tip options they give are 18%/20%/22% so be ready to put other if you want less.
