I really enjoyed the food. The noodles and soup are on point. My friends got stir fried dishes and they said it was delicious. All around well done and agreed by the group.

Glad I found this spot while driving by and it’s a great spot for soup and appetizers. Their beef noodle soup was delicious, the noodles were great and the broth was on point. The beef roll pancake is what I highly recommend because it was phenomenal. The calamari was about average but descent. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

This is the third different Noodle St I've been to, and they are all exceptional. The food is fresh, and you can see the chefs actually making the pasta.

I've been here a few times and have broken down each aspect that I've experienced. Service, food, atmosphere/environment, price are the categories I'm covering below... Food: This is honestly my favorite part here. I've had the spicy beef noodles, the beef pancake (dip it into the spicy soup for much more flavor), cha shu pork fried rice, and spicy wantons. Each item has been excellent. The food came out quickly and was hot/fresh. No better conversation can be had unless it's over delicious food or in a hot Jacuzzi, those are my beliefs at least. Service: Everyone that I've interacted with whether it's ordering food, refills for drinks if offered, and even the paying experience. The time it took for us to get our food after we ordered was very short, I'd say maybe 5-10 minutes but this variable can be different for other times of day. I've primarily come here for dinner and it hasn't been extremely busy where we had to wait for a table. Atmosphere/vibes: It's honestly fantastic. The ambiance is so casual, you can have really good serious conversations and not really have to worry about speaking over other people. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves, unless you forget your glasses on the table and a nice lady yells for you out the door to let you know and give them to you, this was my friend and my experience, so very pleasant. My final opinion of the place with everything taken into consideration I'd say it's an amazing place to enjoy good vibes/hangs with friends or just sit there and enjoy fantastic food by yourself as well. My friend would describe it... "is a deliciously fresh eatery." Give it a try, or don't. The world is your oyster...

Food was good. We got the Dan Dan noodles, juicy pork buns, and the beef roll pancake. The beef roll pancake was my favorite. Their chili sauce was really spicy so if you can't handle the heat don't use too much.

On February 12th, my friends and I placed an order through Uber Eats from this restaurant. Unfortunately, upon starting our meal, we discovered multiple small pests in the food, making it completely inedible. Shocked and disgusted, we immediately contacted the restaurant and returned all the dishes, requesting a full refund. The restaurant informed us that refunds had to be processed through Uber Eats, so we followed the necessary procedures. However, Uber Eats only refunded the cost of two of the least expensive dishes, leaving us significantly out of pocket. When we reached out to the restaurant again, they assured us they would try to resolve the issue, yet they have since refused to refund the remaining amount. Instead, they insist that Uber Eats is responsible, all while only offering us a gift card—which we declined, as we have no intention of dining there again. Despite multiple follow-ups, the restaurant continues to shift blame to Uber Eats, and Uber Eats has now stated that too much time has passed. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of accountability from both parties is unacceptable. I strongly caution others before ordering from this establishment. If you have any questions del free to contact me.

Everything was delicious! We order multiple items and enjoyed every dish down to the last bite. Noodles had a wonderful QQ texture. Both the cold and hot noodle soup that we ordered were flavorful and a joy to eat. Beef tendons in the noodle soup was cooked to perfection. Not hard and not mushy. A little firm and chewy. The cucumber salad was crunchy and nicely flavored. Green onion pancakes was crispy on the outside, not greasy with plenty of onions and just the right level of savory. Lamb skewers were an excellent complement to what we ordered, but with its excellent flavor, it would’ve complement anything on the menu. We could’ve eaten at least another tray, or two of the juicy pork buns (小龍包). The restaurant had a simple and appealing decor. The tables are not close, which is nice in comparison to most restaurants that squish too many tables and make the dining room too confining. The window to the kitchen provides wonderful theatre when the chefs are making noodles or wrapping dumplings. All dining implements, dinnerware, chopsticks, and even the condiment containers were engraved with the name of the restaurant. There is an elegant permanence in how invested the owners are to this restaurant. And it shows in how they design the restaurant, their food and service. Look forward to returning.

I found this through Google map explore and someone recommended this restaurant. I'm happy to say I came and the food is excellent. Servers were fast and courteous. Ordered the signature beef noodle and chicken and spinach noodle soup bowel. The soup base was rich and has bold flavor.

Yelp
Ambiance - Super clean and well kept! It has a simple look to it with pictures/canvases of noodle making steps on the wall. The ceiling fixtures have a black steel grate sort of look to it with those "retro" (not sure what to call it) lightbulbs. It's a nice place to come eat at! They played pretty chill music too, nothing super bumping. There's also a big window towards the back to look into the kitchen and see the chefs working. Service - Polite, helpful, and friendly. They promptly took our order upon letting us get seated and giving us a little time to look at the menu. I also heard them help out another table and clarified how the order of food comes out. Food - I got the Egg with tomato noodles! I chose the knife cut but I think any of the other noodles would've been better here as the knife cut tends to have smaller more broken strand lengths. I usually like that but not with this dish! The chewiness of the noodle was spectacular though :) Very nice but still soft enough as well. The dish was super flavorful! A great balance of sweet and tangy and just enough savoriness with the egg. I usually think this can be made too sweet sometimes but it's just right here. Crispy tofu was a great appetizer!!! I loved it. Having it cut into little cubes like that is great because you can easily get that crunch but still retain a bit of fluffiness inside. Bigger tofu chunks tend to get me tired of the dish much faster. Overall, this was a nice experience and I'd 100% recommend this place and specific branch!

Yelp
The noodles are Noodle St did not disappoint! The handcrafted noodles were deliciously fresh and high quality. You have the option to choose between: standard round, small flat, triangle or knife cut. I prefer the knife cut, it was chewiest option and it was perfect! The signature beef noodle soup came with a flavorful broth and beef shanks, I highly recommend trying this out. The beef roll pancake was amazing as well, but I would have to pass on the soup dumplings, definitely not my favorite dish at Noodle St. The servers were attentive and the place was cozy and welcoming. Once you walk in, you'll notice the big clear opening for you to see the chefs crafting noodles, which I thought was a nice touch to the restaurant interior. Can't wait to visit again to try other menu items and order the signature beef noodle soup again!

Yelp
I love coming to this location. The staff always greet us warmly and go out of their way to ensure we are well taken care of. I recently visited with my family to enjoy some freshly made noodles. Watching the chefs hand-stretch the noodles is always a treat. I ordered the Korean BBQ, and my husband had the Dan Dan Noodles. We also tried the pan-seared dumplings. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures this time, but I'll be sure to snap some when we return. I'm a big fan of their black iced tea and peach iced tea. I always ask for a splash of peach to reduce its sweetness, making it just right. The ambiance is pretty chill, quiet, and clean

Yelp
This restaurant was such a hidden gem. I've always thought their Arcadia, CA branch was the only location they own. What a nice find from 'the City of Monrovia,' CA. I used to go to their Arcadia, CA location for drinks when I worked at the Santa Anita Mall, Arcadia, CA. before. Service~5/5~Any ways. The host was very inviting, friendly and efficient: I ordered their KBbQ Rice dish, Fried Tofu and Beef Fried Rice partly for tomorrow's lunch. Food~5/5~Prices were extremely fair because ultimately portions were large enough for 2 meals. I can't finish my KBBQ Rice dish. The steamed rice were all properly cooked. This place should be remaining at a solid 5 stars..... I've included a bunch of pics for reference. I'll be back in no time. Thanks for showing me a great time with quality food I can taste!!!!

Yelp
Came here because there were a lot of positive reviews. My family and I were also craving dumplings and noodle soup. As we walked in, we were surprised to see a big window to the kitchen. There were chefs making fresh noodles. Jackpot!! I ordered a shrimped, pork, and chives steak dumpling. It was so good. Nice and fresh. I ordered the Bone-in noodle soup with knife cut noodles. So good!! The brother looks clear but it is so good in flavor. The noodles that were knife cut are the chewiest noodles and they were. The other family members ordered the same as me and the other one ordered the spicy brisket noodle soup. My family loved all the dished and were utterly surprised how good it was. I would recommend this place to anyone. We will certainly be back. The atmosphere was low key and this ambiance was simple but cute.

Yelp
Cold noodle appetizer / Beef Roll / Beef noodle Soup / Lamb Skewers...all solid very consistent clean tasting and the restaurant service is good too. Dont't forget to try tomato egg too!!!

Yelp
Came here for a quick lunch while we were in the area. I ordered the spicy beef soup with the standard noodles. Loved the flavor, I do think it could have used more beef in it. My coworkers all ordered different stir fry and loved what they got. For the table, we ordered the beef buns which are actually soup dumplings. The quality was good and I'd order again.

Yelp
Noodle St is so good! We are staying in Monrovia for a mini vacay & I was pleasantly surprised to find so many Asian & noodle spots around! After browsing Yelp, I quickly decided on Noodle St. I placed a delivery order through UberEats for the spicy beef noodles w/ round noodles. Their food tastes just as good as it looks. Their noodles are perfectly chewy in texture, broth is delicious & perfectly spicy & they also include 2 of my fave toppings (pickled mustard greens & kale). We're not often in Monrovia, but if we ever come back, I know the first place I'll be!

Yelp
The food is absolutely delicious after living in New York for close to 20 years, the price is a little shocking but the food is definitely delicious. We got pan fried dumplings, Taiwanese style beef roll and some absolutely delicious fried rice. We would definitely recommend this place.. we were the last order they took. The kitchen was closing within five minutes. They were so kind to let us place the order and sit and wait for it to be done and then even allowed us to eat a few bites outside the restaurant as they continue to close up. Listen New Yorkers if you're longing for a taste of home, this is a great place to stop by

Yelp
I've been to Noodle St a couple times and I can't seem to love it. Cucumber salad is always good. Scallion Pancake is also always good. We got the potato string shrimp, that's also really good. Last time I got the noodle soup which was mostly noodle and really plain, not really worth the price. This place is known for their handmade noodles that they literally make in front of you and I love the freshness and the chewiest noodles but again, not too impressed with the menu. I also got the build your own stirfry was which disappointingly very oily and greasy, which ended up making my stomach hurt later in the evening.

Yelp
Quick and easy dinner for tonight. This was our first time eating in at this place, & that was a good call. Noodles soup for a chill wet evening was a perfect combo to satisfy the hunger with warm and in a cozy restaurant. We didn't get to order other goodies such as soupy dumplings, scallion pancakes, etc. so much to look forward to visit again next time. Services was quick and friendly. Restroom was rather clean! Parking is abundant but shared with other facilities around the plaza. No EV chargers near by. Bon appetite and enjoy...

Yelp
I was so happy to see Noodle St open up in my area, right on Foothill Blvd, next to the Vons I shop for groceries! I've been to other locations before but the experience at this Monrovia location tops all the rest! The food, the welcoming staff, and the perfect interior space with comfy seats. What more could a gal ask for? This Noodle St location is by far my favorite. I got the Signature Beef Noodle $14.50, Spring Cold Noodle $13.50, Pan Fried Dumplings $8.80, and Juicy Pork Buns $12.80 to share. The portions are just BIGGER here and the flavors exceeded my expectations. All these dishes stood out by itself and everything from the noodle texture 拉面 (la-mian) to the toppings to the dumpling wrap was great! If you didn't know, you can get your noodles in different sizes - from round, flat, triangle and knife-cut shapes. My favorite is knife-cut! Our server was especially nice, too, and it made my party all the more happy to be there. This Noodle St is definitely a gem in Monrovia and I recommend everyone to try this to get an authentic and delicious noodle or 拉面 (la-mian) - its all hand-made here! This restaurant has undoubtedly earned a spot on my list of go-to places. I look forward to returning (hopefully very soon)!

Yelp
Beef noodle now serve with great portion of authentic chunky beef . Menu shown slice beef. Very delicious ! Also ordered xiao long Bao $12.80 ! It's bigger than Ding Tai Feng for sure ! Great prompt service and very clean inside . Vegetarian menu selections are delicious although little on the sweet side . Totally not bad for Monrovia !

Yelp
I really enjoy this place. It's always clean and the service is wonderful. My go to is the spicy beef noodle, it's delicious! We tried the spicy chicken wonton, cabbage and shrimp dumplings and they were delicious. No complaints here. This place is a must, you won't go wrong. Highly recommended. I wish i would have taken pictures.

Yelp
Located in the mall, the restaurant is surprisingly very busy and in some circumstances you may have to wait for a seat! But, it is definitely worth the wait. My friend and I ordered two of their noodle dishes and the beef rolls. The noodles are definitely what they're known for and you can even see them being made! The portions they come out in are very generous and they are so delicious. There's so many different kinds of noodles and can even accommodate for different diets, which I love! The beef rolls were also a lot bigger than I expected but so full of flavor and I thought they were amazing. I would come here even if I wasn't already shopping in the mall.

Yelp
Reliable flavors and knife cut noodles. They have different type of noodles to choose from. Noodle Street Monrovia is my go-to for Knife Cut Noodles. The Spicy Beef Noodle has tons of flavors. The beef was tender and tasty. I enjoyed the beef roll with the cilantro and onions. This is a local favorite. The restaurant is clean and offers hot/cold water.

Yelp
I ordered to go when I happened to be in the area. Everything was amazing and fresh. The staff is extremely nice. Would certainly make the drive out of my way to dine there or pick up food again.

Yelp
Located right next to the Vons and blaze pizza, in a nicely lit moderate sized restaurant. Service was quick and responsive and knew from the dishes we ordered that we will be needing two small bowls to share food. They were even attentive in seeing the slight struggle of cutting the noodles to offer nicely packaged scissors. I wish I gotten the beef noodle soup with hand shaven noodles after reading other reviews instead of the small flat noodles. The beef rolls have a little too much green onions, but they were repurposed into the beef noodle soup. It would be better to have the shredded ginger from the soup dumplings in a sauce plate than piled on the center dumpling so it can be mixed with soy sauce/vinegar/chili oil. Restaurant was surprisingly busy on a Tuesday at 5pm.

Yelp
My mom really wanted to come here after her neighbor mentioned liking it. We shared three items. Fried calamari - 4/5 Nice mix of rings and tentacles. Flavor was good, but it was a tad greasy. Portion was decent. Beef rolls - 3/5 The flavor was really nice, but the roll was like 90% cilantro / green onion. I'm assuming beef costs are causing them to skimp on the beef. I wouldn't recommend getting this unless you're really craving beef rolls. Spicy beef noodle soup with thick noods - 4/5 The broth was very full bodied. Noodles were made / cooked well. The spiciness was fine. It was the right level for my mom so I didn't mind it being not super spicy. I thought the kale was a bit weird, but it worked just fine. This place is really clean, service is good, and food arrived quickly. It's quite pricey for what you're getting though. Would I come back? Probably not.

Yelp
It was a hot summer day in Los Angeles and the perfect solution for that was the Qinghai Clear Cold Noodle + the Beef Roll Pancake!! The cold noodle was refreshing and packed with flavor and texture. It was so delicious that I wanted to look up the recipe so I can make it myself. The dish has flour based clear noodles, Chinese chives, garlic, tofu, and chili sauce. I would definitely order again. The service was great too. My cousin and I came during the afternoon on a weekday so it wasn't busy and got sat down immediately. Our waiter was also very kind, soft spoken, and was ready to help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend especially if you're looking for a fast dine in experience.

Yelp
What a gem. Didn't realize this was a quality chain restaurant offering up delicious Chinese food ! Beef noodle soup, dumplings, xiao long bao dumplings, chinese style beef burrito rolls, and more. They are opening a new one near my house, so I'm pretty happy I'll get to frequent a Noodle St. near me ! Great quality , amazing wholesome dishes you'll enjoy, and great service !

Yelp
I didn't know there was a Noodle St. in Monrovia. I found out through my yelp friend Cindy. She did a review not too long ago, and she's right, the parking situation is much better at this location than the Pasadena location. In Pasadena, you're going to have to pay for parking. Public parking in Pasadena are $1 for 3 hours on certain parking lots. Monrovia location is in a strip mall with tons of free parking. And this location of Noodle St. has items the other locations doesn't have like Kimchee fried rice and Korean beef bowl. This is a Taiwanese restaurant, so I was a bit surprised to see those Korean food items. This is the best location because A) Parking is abundant & B) More variety in the menu.

Yelp
After a long day of LA adventures, my date and I decided to get take-out for dinner so we can be a little lazy. Neither of us were in the mood for anything in particular, and somehow we ended up picking Noodle St - Monrovia. We weren't too hungry since we had some snacks earlier, so my date suggested we get a noodle dish and a dumplings dish to share. He phoned in the order to be time efficient, so sexy, and went with their Signature Beef Noodle Soup ($14.50) and their Juicy Pork Buns ($12.80). Their estimated time was 15-20 minutes for the order to be ready. Plenty of parking available in this plaza. The inside looks really clean and modern, with a decent amount of customers for a Monday night. Our food was ready when we got there. I like that the staff checks your name and phone number, and re-reads your order to make sure they give you the right order. I also appreciated the packaging. The soup was kept separate from the noodles and had an extra bag around it to prevent spills. The only weird thing is that they only gave us one set of utensils for these two portions. I think the portion is good for the pricing. There was definitely some user error, which I will completely own up to. I put in too much of their chili/chili oil concoction into the Signature Beef Noodle Soup... like so spicy I had to go wash my lips after eating. And my date was just sweating, but ate the food like a champ. My bad... Sorrrryyyyy!! Basically don't put in all the chili they give you. Just go a little at a time if you're doing take out. The dumplings were not juicy as imagined, or compared to other xiao long bao spots. Din Tai Fung is still the best. It might be due to the nature of take out so I'm not docking points on that, but we also thought it was strangely sweet. My date also had to cut up extra ginger since the amount provided wasn't enough. I think I'm being very fair with this review giving the nature of take out and my user error. Hopefully we can come back in person for a better experience next time.

Yelp
Hand-pulled Noodles made in-house got my attention: round, flat, triangle, knife-cut. Noodles are the specialty. I ordered and pigged out on: Spicy Beef Noodle Soup with knife cut noodles. It was absolutely delicious! Chunks of tender beef shank, broth seasoned with Chinese herbs and chili sauce. Served with fresh spinach, green onion, and cilantro. The broth is beefy, balanced, and savory;not spicy at all imo. Beef Pancake Rolls were fantastic! Tender beef, green onions, cilantro, hoisin sauce wrapped in a flaky chewy thin pancake. Pork Buns as described on the menu. Pretty much Xiao Long Bao. Very tasty! Not the juiciest with soup but very good. The wrapper/skin was bite size and nice. I would get this again here. I believe Noodle St is a small restaurant chain that has 6 locations as of this review. Not every location serves pork; the beef offered is halal. Check the menu of your preferred location. I love this location in Monrovia due to easier parking compared to Arcadia and Pasadena. Service is attentive-friendly; and the ambiance is contemporary casual comfy... I definitely will be back!

Yelp
Compere to the noodles quality and flavor, the price is freaking so ridiculous and unreasonable. We Asian never try it twice.

Yelp
I got Covid again and was dying for some hearty soup yesterday, so ordered from this place through Door Dash. I had the spicy beef noodle soup and it hit the spot!! The portion size was also enormous, so I was able to save almost half of the dish for dinner #2. On a spicy level, I'd give it a 3, so not actually spicy at all, but at least had a kick to it. As others recently mentioned, the beef in this dish is exactly like birria and the dish overall was a wee bit salty (and I admittedly love salt too much, so that's saying a lot coming from me lol). But overall, 5/5 for sure! The homemade noodles were bomb and I love how you get to pick the cut of the noddle. Also loved how much spinach was in the soup (as well as the other toppings, but it was def heavy on the spinach). We can't wait to order from here again and try some of the other dishes!

Yelp
It's been awhile since I've eaten at Noodle St, but every time I go I walk out happy! The service is always great and their locations are always clean & spacious. It's a nice place to come with friends and family especially when you're hungry since the food comes out pretty quickly. We ordered the pan fried dumplings which you can choose 4 or 6 pieces, the beef roll (spicy), and their spicy beef noodle soup to share. 1. Fried Wontons - the wrapper is chewy and doesn't fall apart when you go to pick it up. The bottoms are crispy and the wontons are decently filled. 2. Beef rolls - we got it spicy but the spicy level is not unbearable. To some, you may not even taste the spice at all. The pancakes are crispy and not soggy. The beef is cooked perfectly and sliced thinly so it's not chewy. If you love green onions and cilantro, these were filled to the brim! 3. Spicy Beef noodle soup - even on a hot fat it's honestly the star dish on their menu. I don't find the dish spicy, but definitely flavorful. You can taste the beef in the broth and the flavors all work together. The beef is tender and the vegetables included are not soggy. We got the triangle cut noodles which was a good level of chewy and holds up well in the beefy/oily broth. Overall, the restaurant is pretty consistent with their dishes and I have yet to order something that I didn't like.

Yelp
I have been here a few times and the food is always great. My go to drink is always a passion fruit green tea which I will always recommend. Our server this night was very kind but I didn't catch his name. He was kind enough to bring us an extra chair to put our bags on without us asking which we really appreciated. Overall, good vibes and good food!
google avatar

Ivory R.

Yelp
Food was so delicious, staff was super nice and so attentive! The place was spacious and they offered me and my cousin a chair for our bags so we had a place other than the table to set them. We ordered the miso ramen, spicy beef ramen, fried chicken and the pork buns. My cousin loved the miso ramen, I loved my spicy beef ramen but it was just a little salty to taste for me, but it wasn't that bad, so if that's your thing, highly recommend! We shared the fried chicken and pork buns and they were amazing!! Would definitely eat here again, was expecting a high bill but was surprised at the cost. Thank you for the experience

Yelp
The taste is OK, and sometimes it is suitable and convenient to eat alone. I usually order a bowl of noodles with a side dish. Lamb kebabs are good. Close to home, very convenient, occasionally come back to eat.

Yelp
Nestled in a low-key strip mall anchored by a Vons Supermarket, Noodle St lies ready to fill your cravings for noodle soup and asian inspired goodies. In LA, strip malls are ubiquitous so it's no surprise that many of them are home to hidden gems like this one. With a view of the foothills, you'll get speedy service and no frills cuisine. The staff is quick on their feet and the the kitchen gets the order right. I will definitely keep this on my radar whenever I am in the SGV.

Yelp
This place has amazing and wonderful service!! The food is off the charts amazing! I love where it is and it is just great!!!
google avatar

Isabella S.

Yelp
I got the beef noodle soup with knife cut and it was great. I don't eat spicy and the soup had a very light but flavorful taste. I would definitely come back. Parking is easy since it's in the same lot as Vons.

Grace K.

Yelp
First time trying Noodle St! My boyfriend and I went in on Fathers day and was immediately greeted and seated. Service was very quick and they were very attentive. We ordered a custom Stir fry with their knife cut noodles and pork, Beef Rolls, Potato String Shrimp, and their Signature Beef Noodle Soup with Triangle cut Noodles. Beef roll was absolutely delicious and we would come back just for that! The stir fry and Beef noodle soup was amazing as well! The potato string shrimp was good but not something we would order again! Overall, Food was beyong amazing for the price! Because we went in on Fathers day, it seemed to be a bit slow during lunch but the restaurant itself was small but had plenty of seats for customers. We had a great experience!
google avatar

Melisa A.

Yelp
Noodle St is perfection. This is the first time at the Monrovia location and it's exactly the same experience as other locations. Food and service is consistently good. The location is in a grocery store plaza so there's plenty of parking available. The restaurant itself isn't that big, so there was a bit of a wait (but worth it!). As usual, we got the spicy beef noodle soup and beef pancake roll. Highly recommend both dishes.

Yelp
Still love to come in for their lovely hand pulled noodles - and their soups have been perfect in all this rainy weather! I have a new fave here - their Dan Dan noodles are soooo fantastic!! And the staff are so attentive and welcoming - definitely one of our local favorites. The Dan Dan noodles come with a savory, luscious broth with ground pork and spinach. The ground pork is delicious- very well flavored and soft - compliments the broth perfectly. You can choose your noodle style and my go to is always the small flat noodles - they're similarly shaped to linguini but way better! Flawless texture and flavor - and they hold up very well in the broth - always! I add just the tiniest amount of chili paste for a little kick - really takes it to the next level. My default is almost always one of their broth style noodle dishes - but my hubby always goes for their stir fry dishes and he loves them! He almost always goes for the standard round noodles and they're similar to a spaghetti noodle in size. We've tried chicken, tofu, and shrimp and a variety of veggies - all combinations have been excellent. Their scallion pancakes and beef roll pancakes are also wonderful - You really can't go wrong here. It's a very relaxed vibe and always fun to watch the talented chefs work on their noodle craft while you eat. Plenty of parking as it's located in a large shopping center. As regular customers I can highly recommend their noodles!!

Delicious! Noodle at never disappoints when I'm craving beef noodle soup. Definitely recommend their knife shaved noodles which has just the tight amount of chew to it. The broth is flavorful with generous portions of beef chunks. Pair this with a beef roll for the perfect meal.

Yelp
First time coming here after looking up some good restaurants while visiting the monrovia area, and this did not disappoint! Their service was excellent, and everyone was friendly, prompt, and worked quickly to get our orders to us. We tried the Korean BBQ plate, the beef roll, and the braised chicken, and everything was great. The noodles dish was a tad spicy, but the noodles were hand-made, which you can see them making them in the window at the back of the dining area. It was clean and not very busy for a Thursday night. Overall, I would love to come back and try more of their dishes along with another beef roll and passion fruit green tea! Not sweet, just delicious and fresh!

Yelp
Great place for any day of the week! Although they do have a location at the mall, I prefer this one. There is plenty of parking, it is bigger and they have more items to choose from. The last time I looked at the Arcadia menu, I noticed some dishes were not available here. I am not sure if that has changed, but I recommend you double-check before going. I love their Spicy Beef Noodle Soup 20/10! Most of the time it is spicy. I like that you can choose which noodles you want. I always get standard for this. This is definitely my favorite dish at Noodle St. The Cucumber Salad is not my fave, it has a certain taste that I do not like, but my friends do enjoy it. Chicken Wings are good too, but I only ordered it once. I also like their Stir Fry Noodles 9/10 which I do change up here and there. I like to order the shrimp, chicken, or tofu. You get to build your own and choose your noodles too. The Cha-Shu Pork Fried Rice is yummy 20/10! I highly recommend it. I also like to order the Watermelon Juice. It is always so fresh and just the right amount of sweet. My friends order the Passion Fruit Green Tea. *Will post pics soon.* Service is great, they are always nice and welcoming. They take your order right away if you are ready and give recommendations. Food does not take long to come out. You are able to see the kitchen from the big window they have and can see them making noodles. It is family and kid friendly. Even though I prefer to eat at the restaurant I do like to order the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup to go. I either pick it up or get it delivered. You might think it does not taste the same but let me tell you....IT DOES!

Yelp
Delicious food, first time exploring Noodle Street. Love the options of noodle length and width. The drink was specially tasty, nicely brewed green tea with natural flavor. The Korean beef with rice was super flavorful and cooked perfectly. The serving sizes are huge, enough to share family style. The only thing I would want is more broth on my dish, the plate is shallow so there is more chicken and veggies but very little concentrated broth. Will def come back and try more dishes. The service was friendly and inviting, plenty of water refills to go around.

Yelp
Came here on a Rainy day for some soup. asked our waiter which soup he recommended and he said depends if you want spicy or non spicy. I opted for the spicy. I regretted my choice afterward. Noodles and beef were great but the broth was pure oil, chile oil. As pictured side by side comparison. Based on precious pictures of spicy noodle soup you can actually see the broth. I will be back since their Korean Bbq rice, dumplings and beef roll were all excellent. Service wise they take your order and bring everything out pretty quick. They are on it for providing water refill and to go boxes. Location is small and has good spacing between tables. A lot of take out orders just during the time there.

Yelp
A decent Asian noodle place in Monrovia. I tried their signature beef noodle soup and while I enjoyed the noodles, I found the beef too lean and the flavor lacking. The spicy noodle soups I love are usually simmered with spices to give that spicy flavor, but this is just a plain beef broth with chili oil added. If you're in a pinch this would do the job, but I'd probably get my noodle fix elsewhere.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite fresh noodle and fresh handmade XLB and dumplings. This is Chinese, taiwanese restaurant and they have one Korean dish. Food: My favorites and what I've had. You have to get the beef rolls to start with. Stir fry noodles I've had the beef and shrimp good favor and can't beat that fresh noodles. The soup filled dumplings are so delicious. If you're craving soup Ive had the beef ribs noodle soup. Reminds me of Caldo a Res but with noodles. It's good but if you like it spicy I would just add a few drops of chili oil. The calamari isn't bad at all. The bulgogie rish dish is delicious. Another good one is the dan Dan noodles but FYI traditional it's served with Chinese peanut sauce and cold noodles but here it's a soup version. I liked it if you're craving something hot. Parking. It's part of a pavilions parking lot. Typically there's parking but if it's busy you'll just have to walk further away. Restaurant. Clean and their bathroom is clean as well. The bathroom is a little small and for the parents out there there's no baby changing station. Final thought Highly recommended. I'm here at least once a week.

Yelp
Great unique option in the north 626 area. To be quite honest, Monrovia does not have a lot of great Asian food options so very happy to have a noodle st nearby. I would give this spot a 4.5 out of 5. Go-to options are the beef noodle soup (the best dish they have) and the beef pancakes. If it's your first time, I would highly recommend those two. I've been many times and have also tried the regular noodles not in soup, and it's pretty good. There's a variety of noodle options and knife cut has always been the best in my opinion. My only knock on the food, it's not something that'll blow your socks off. It's good, standard Asian food but nothing crazy. Staff is great and always welcoming and prompt. Inside is very nice, clean and modern. Had an open kitchen concept where you can see what's going on with the noodle prep, a very cool feature. Overall would recommend and I'll continue stopping by.

Yelp
We got the bone in rib soup with the knife cut noodles. The rib meat is very tender and I ate the meat with some chili oil for extra flavor. The knife cut noodles are thick and super chewy.

Yelp
We came here for a Chinese New Year celebration. Everyone was happy with everything ordered and service was good. Their dining room is on the small side, so you might be waiting a bit, as we were. It's fun watching the chefs hand-pull the noodles through the window in the back. My only gripe was the beef noodle soup, which was more like beef pho than like the traditional Taiwanese beef noodle I was expecting. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty!

Yelp
Gets pretty packed during weekend nights, it's a convenient location right at the edge of Downtown Monrovia. They do have a Yelp waitlist also. We came here as a party of 5 and waited ~30 minutes on a Friday night. Once we sat down, the service was pretty quick. Honestly, wasn't sure what I was expecting out of Noodle Street in Monrovia, as there are many better options for noodles in the 626 area. To my surprise, the food was actually pretty good! Scallion pancakes are the most basic, generic Taiwanese food you can get. You can't really mess it up, but typically you don't see them being the star of the show either. For some reason, the scallion pancakes here just hit the spot! Very crunchy on the outside, and still soft and chewy on the thin center. We also got a pan fried fish dumpling, and the dipping sauce that accompanied it was great. We also got an order of the beef noodle soup, and the beef was VERY tender.

Yelp
There's so much variety here at Noodle Street. A good mix of Asian fusion options. Plenty of open space and seating at this location too. Very accomodating to parties of 10. Sometimes I'm craving beef rolls or jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) and this place hits the spot. I of course had to try their beef noodle soup and xlb. I love that I can change up the thickness of the noodle type too! I would probably try the spring cold noodles next since it's been getting pretty hot. It sounds refreshing and delicious!

Yelp
I really love Noodle Street in Monrovia. I came here when they first opened with my wife and my boss (two separate people, this time), and I have returned several times. This last visit was extra nice because we brought two of our four kids. What a treat! I'll start with the food. It's great. I generally come for some variety of soup, most often ramen. This visit I ordered the Japanese Style Miso Noodle Soup. At Noodle Street, one can choose from a variety of noodle "types." Texture is a big part of the eating experience, so choose wisely. I wanted something hearty today, so I went with the triangle cut. We also ordered some sides, most notably the scallion pancake, which is a family favorite that we order wherever we go, and the pork dumplings. Once again, we had options: pan fried or steamed. We went with fried today. Both sides were absolutely delectable. The ambiance is relaxed and the decor modern. It can get a little noisy when it's packed, but I don't mind the noise, most of which is from the customers, not the restaurant itself. Don't worry, it's a polite kind of noisiness, happy people eating delicious comfort food. This isn't a Patrick Swayze Road House situation. Last but not least, the service is swift and attentive. The wait staff move swiftly from table to table, taking orders, delivering food, and checking in to ensure everything is satisfactory. The level of service is enough to make me feel valued without crossing the line into intrusiveness. On our last visit (Nov. 27, 2022) the place was absolutely packed, but we managed to get seated quickly. We had a slight snafu with our order. My daughter and I both ordered the Japanese Style Miso Noodle soup, but the kitchen only sent one out. I waited a bit to see if it was just taking longer or if it was truly forgotten before alerting our server. He felt so bad and rushed back to have one made on the fly. I had my soup in minutes, and it was worth the wait. I mention this issue because this can happen anywhere. What matters is how the establishment responds, and I am happy to say that this was not only an honest mistake but also one that was corrected swiftly and professionally. This incident makes me love Noodle Street in Monrovia even more. If you are reading this review, I hope you'll give Noodle Street a chance. They are just the nicest people, and the food is great. Especially now during the cold-weather season, why not have a bowl of delicious soup? Enjoy!
