Noodlelicious Located at Saigon Mall 6/25/25: I had a lunch meetup here for pho. My mom said this restaurant is known for their fresh made noodle. My foodie friend and I both enjoyed our small bowl size of pho noodle soup. I had the beef balls, soft tendons, and requested the rare thin sliced sirloin served on the side so I can dip it into my hot broth to cook it to medium rare. Broth has a strong aroma of essential pho spices. The only down side is that they didn't serve me any sawtooth/culantro/ngò gai herb. We also tried their charbroiled grilled pork spring roll which I think would have been better served with the sweet and sour fish sauce than the hoisin peanut sauce to dip with.

Very busy on Saturday, day after black Friday but service didn't take very long. We got menus as soon as we sat down. Person taking and giving orders moved very quickly never lagging behind. We order shrimp spring rolls and pho. Spring rolls could've been better, not very generous on the shrimp filling, lots of lettuce and noodles. Pho was delicious, generous amount of meat. They ask if you want house noodles or regular noodles- always get the HOUSE noodles!!! They're super soft and don't leave a starchy texture in your mouth.

Google
Got their large combo pho with the rib addon. Bowl was huge. It was the first place in DFW where the noodles were truly fresh. Nice chewy and silky. Lots of meat and broth was tasty though not the best I have had. When they ask, choose the fresh noodles. It's stunning

Server came quick, food came quick. Yummy pho. I really liked the thicker pho noodles they have here. Its something different then all the other pho places.

Love this place! They have one of the best pho in the whole DFW and they're super unique in that they have FRESH rice noodles!!!! The noodles sell out really quick, so if you want to get it, make sure you go earlier in the day instead of late at night. The pho broth is super flavorful and rich and they gave a lot of meat! Pricing is amazing and worth the cost. I didn't get any pictures of the pho cause it was so delicious that I ate it all and forgot to take pics 😂 but I also ordered a Grilled Pork rice dish and it was delicious too! There was plenty of meat and they even gave a bowl of soup. There Vietnamese coffee is AMAZING and made to order. It's has the perfect coffee strength with the perfect sweetness. It tasted very smooth and perked me right up after a full meal. $5 a cup is totally worth it. Highly, highly recommend coming!!!

Google
If you are new to Pho, start with a small order of bowl P15 Tenderloin. We had the egg rolls, too. Very good! MAKE SURE to get the "house-made noodles" with your order! Note: for the add-ons, yes to lime and bean sprouts, but if you dont like the taste of licorice, do NOT put the Thai Basil leaves in your soup! Definitely add the chili sauce if you like spicy HOT. Excellent!

Google
I love how the fresh noodles come out this day. Its a little bit wider and its softer compared to the regular one (market noodles). They’re fresh make it everyday so come in early before out for the day. Highly recommended!

Google
One of the best places to have a Oho. I used to live in Vietnam for a while so can say I know the taste of original Pho. But same time have to say there is a difference. Although I like this one I still miss that taste back in Vietnam. Anyway, come and try this one. And choose large one so 2 people will be full.

Yelp
The chicken pho with house made noodles absolutely blew me away! The service was quick and friendly, and there are plenty of tables for seating. The BEST pho i've ever had!!!

Mi S.

Yelp
I love their FRESH made in house noodles, very chewy and especially their beef broth & chicken broth are so delicious and not thirsty like all other places. Quick service, nice and clean place. Definitely will recommend to family and friends

Yelp
First and only time I've been here. This place was DIRTY. Like our table was sticky. There was balled up used napkins everywhere. The bowl they served our food was dirty! I'm sure there's tons of health code violations happening in the kitchen. No thanks. HARD PASS.
google avatar

Nga N.

Yelp
The best pho in DFW area. The noodles are freshly made daily, the broth is well seasoned and beef tenderloin is perfectly prepared.

Yelp
This place is busy, but they get you seated quickly. The pho broth here is good and flavorful , they have fresh in house noodles which taste kinda different, very soft, less chewy, sometimes fall apart when you pick up with chopsticks. I will probably order regular noodles next time but that's just my preference.
google avatar

Cathy C.

Yelp
The fresh - made noodles are the best here ! Definitely one of my favorite go to spots for lunch with family . The service is fast and the staff is very nice and I love small restaurants. I'm The chicken pho with house noodles are the best.

Jim V.

Yelp
The best pho in Dallas. My wife and I love Pho and even though it's a little bit out of our way we go there cause it's that good. The service is always great.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of this place. They have a fresh noodle option which is good (even thought I recently decided that I prefer the classic thinner noodles, the fresh noodles really soak up the broth well). But I love this place for their broth, it doesn't taste so saturated with MSG like some other places do. Don't get me wrong, MSG is tasty and all, but I don't wanna eat a delicious bowl of pho at night and then have to consistently get up in the middle of the night to drink water. At this place, I don't have that issue, the broth is light and delicious. I've never eaten at the restaurant (I always do take out) so I can't speak on the service but this is my go to pho place.

Tin A.

Yelp
I got dried seafood egg noodles today it's very good. This is my first time trying this dishes and it will be my favorite from now on. thank you so much for your recommendation! It's a must!

Cole C.

Yelp
Best pho in Dallas hands down. They make their noodles in house and it's consistent every time.

Yelp
Food was service was excellent and the ambiance was nice and pleasant to dine at.Vietnamese Pho delicious

Yelp
One of the best pho in DFW area. Their service is choppy some time but they did served a delicious hot bowl of pho. 4.5 stars.. Definitely recommended!! Pros: using fresh noodle, their beef is bomb, their broth is bomb Cons: service..
google avatar

Alicia D.

Yelp
I've been searching for a new pho place dense moving from Houston. Most around the area had little to no flavor or were inconsistent with their flavors not to mention VERY tough meat. This place won my heart. The broth has enough salt with a good sweetness. The Tenderloin is melt in your mouth good!! It is about $14 for a regular, but well worth it.

Yelp
Good food and quick service. Wonderful vibe and the restaurant was clean. Overall great experience.

Yelp
So after trying some other menu items other than the pho it's safe to say that my family still makes the hour long drive from Fort Worth to come here! The stir fried flat noodes are a must try at least once! My favorite was the seafood stir fried flat noodles because you get a little bit of everything from squid to imitation crab and of course shrimp with some veggies. The noodles themselves were perfection and had me craving them long after the meal. During the most recent visit I decided to try the Curry chicken stir fried noodles and... they were okay. Some of the chicken slices were very large to where you really had to cut them. The noodles once again were good but the flavoring was inconsistent throughout the actual dish, like they didn't mix it well enough while cooking so there were some spots that very curry-tastic and others that were bland. Overall an okay dish but nothing truely noteworthy. Still a highly recommended restaurant and well worth the drive for the fresh noodles!

Yelp
Not as good as it was a year ago. They have reduced their menu do go by what you see online.
google avatar

Keri L.

Yelp
Happened by here by chance and totally surprised how good the pho is! The broth was so subtle, and utilizing the fresh noodles made a huge difference. Had the tenderloin and brisket pho plus meatballs. Threw in some of the fresh basil and jalapeño also added to the perfection LOL. So good that I even added a Coke to my meal to create this perfect brunch!

Yelp
I have eaten here 3 times. I am forgiving and would return because of superior taste BUT..... They have TROUBLE BRINGING OUT THE SOUP HOT . My meat is always slightly red still and halfway through the meal, the water is cold! This grinds my gears because a hot soup during delivery would likely make this place better than Pho Bac. Please fix this by making soups consistently hotter and I will up the review and return more often. Either way... they don't need better reviews or more business. They are usually quite packed on the weekends. On my last visit, we requested for the soup to be hotter. It was slightly hotter but i can easily sip on the cool water right at delivery.
google avatar

Amy W.

Yelp
I ordered pho combo (P01). The meat selection in the noodle soup was good. However the soup base tastes too much MSG. After I finish eating it, I feel very thirsty. If you don't mind MSG, this place is for you.
google avatar

Kim L.

Yelp
This place has really good Pho! Reminds me of the NW area. The broth is so flavorful with the right balance of ingredients. The noodles are soft and chewy. My favorite pho spot in Texas. Calling all Houstoner to try this place out for some real pho! Not the stuff on Bellair;)
google avatar

Lam D.

Yelp
This restaurant is the only one I know in Garland with fresh-made noodles. I've tried a lot of dishes from their menu and they're all excellent. My favorite is roast chicken (ga ro ti) and rice. The staff is very friendly. Usually, the weekend is busy so I go on weekdays. It is convenient because it's located in a Saigon mall where you can go to the Asian supermarket if you need to grocery shopping. This restaurant is one of the top pho places in Garland. I highly recommended it.

Yelp
Noodlelicious is a Vietnamese restaurant in the Saigon Cali mall that specializes in pho. Now there are many places in DFW where you can get a good bowl of pho, but what sets them apart is you can order your bowl with fresh pho noodles made in house. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - You'll find Noodlelicious in the same Saigon Cali strip mall that contains Lee Sandwiches and a number of Asian businesses. It's your typical Vietnamese/pho restaurant. It's a simple layout with plenty of tables, chairs, and Vietnamese patrons (good sign). Honestly, it's not the cleanest restaurant nor is it dirty. 1/2 Star. Service - You'll get typical service at a Vietnamese restaurant: 1. You sit. 2. Your order is taken. 3. Food comes out. 4. You pay at the front. Rarely is there any follow up - but this is par for the course at authentic Vietnamese restaurants. If you know what you're getting going in it shouldn't be a surprise. Good news is that they are fast & efficient. 1 Star. Food - My favorite pho place in the DFW area is Pho Bang in Garland. Noodlelicious is a close second. I've probably been here more times than I think - usually with a group. So why do I keep coming back? It's the pho noodles. Now, most restaurants just boil up their dry pho noodles from a package. Here they make their noodles fresh and they're served al dente. Their broth is well seasoned, clean & clear, and their vegetables fresh. Minor complaint is that their bowls are more broth & meat (Tai\Chin\Bo Vien is what I get) than pho noodles - or maybe I just always eat the noodles first. Keep in mind you have to request the fresh noodles. Stick with the pho & pass on the Vietnamese spring rolls. They're just ok. Then again, this place IS called Noodlelicious. 1 1/2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. Not only do I find myself here more often, the convenience of the location at the Saigon Cali mall means you can also grab a Vietnamese Ice Coffee at Lee's or dessert at Bambu. Yes, not only will I be back I'll be a regular. 1 Star. My Yelp Rating Scale (Sum of all parts): 1 Star - Atmosphere - Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I'll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star - Service - You can have a great meal with bad service. But that's also what can make a five-star joint drop to four. It's important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars - Food - I'll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it's really all about the food. 1 Star - Will I come back? - If I know for a fact I'll return, I'll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food (2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Yelp score.

Yelp
Ate here for the 1st time and was my last time. Pho brisket was served with very rubbery old meat that tasted like liver. If you look at the picture below, the meat is so dark! Just gross
google avatar

Yelp
I'm very often to come here because I like the food here. This morning I called to order the beef with onions. It look so good, but it is not clean food.
google avatar

Yelp
Deep into the heart of Garland and attached to this Vietnamese supermarket plaza, you'll find Noodlelicious. Pho and grocery shopping. Can't beat this combination! :P Interior is nicer than the exterior. Decent portions and selection. All the bean sprouts, herbs, and sauces expected were there. Don't pay for extra for the "fresh noodles" though. My reputable source says it's not worth and not even as good as regular noodles haha.
google avatar

Jade T.

Yelp
I love the fresh noodles, but the broth is not so good as other pho places. I wish they would improve their broth, then this would be my go-to pho place
google avatar

Lara C.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my pho and bun Bo hue here! They offer small bowls! Yay! The soup was not greasy at all!! I was so pleasantly surprised! Also, they wipe down everything! Super clean in here - they even wipe down the siracha bottles! Not sticky and no residue on the cap either! It made me so happy :))) Ok last note - the veggies were clean and fresh. The sprouts didn't have those long tails - I usually spend a few minutes breaking the ends off but didn't have to do that here :P
google avatar

Yelp
Whenever I am in the Garland area, I have to get my foodie on! I have heard good things about this place and finally was able to try it. I never had freshly made pho noodles and now that I have, I want more! I do like the "fresh" instant ones they typically serve at other pho joints but here, you get an option for the fresh made ones. The texture is different, seems softer and not as chewy. The freshness of the noodles plus the great flavor of the pho broth, paired nicely! I also liked that they have a variety of sizes. I opted to get regular size but think the small size would have been perfect. We also ordered the spring rolls, which were meh. I wouldn't recommend. It needed more leafy greens such as mint, green lettuce (not iceberg), and other green veggies such as cilantro, perilla, or Vietnamese coriander. But I WILL BE BACK FOR THE PHO. YUM!
google avatar

Yelp
It appears to be an unassuming pho restaurant in the Saigon Asian shopping center. There is access from outside the mall as well as from inside. I like this restaurant because of the fresh noodles (made in house) and flavorful broth. I've been here a few times and tried a few things, and I can say that you need to stick to ordering the pho here. My daughter had the chicken pho and said it was super delicious-lots of chicken and noodles along with an excellent broth. My son ordered a pho dac biet and really enjoyed it-lots of meat and noodles. They come in 3 sizes. If you have a regular appetite, the small is really all you need. That's what I order. The large is if you are super hungry-it's a giant bowl. Pros: clear flavorful broth that is not too oily, fast service Cons: anything that's not pho. Inconsistent in quality of dishes-a couple times the spring rolls had hard noodles in it. Also, not a fan of the preboiled bean sprouts. Tip: don't come late because they do run out of fresh noodles. We came within an hour of closing one time, and they were out.
google avatar

Cecilia H.

Yelp
Make sure you get the pho with fresh noodles and beef balls! Noodles were soft and you can tell difference between fresh and regular! Bo Vien was very delicious, soft, and just amazing. I love hand made beef balls, it brings the dish up a notch! Fried noodles seafood and My Kho noodles were just ok. If you have a large to go order, make sure you call ahead. Otherwise you can wait a minimum of 20 minutes.

Xena N.

Yelp
We went on a really busy day so service wasn't the greatest, but overall they're very nice people! I ordered a rice dish (C2 - Com Thit Nuong) and I liked it. I was kind of surprised that the rice dishes weren't served with a side of soup on the side.. The meat itself was sweeter than what I was used to, but overall it was an okay dish. According to my friends, their Pho broth was bland and lacking that bone broth savor. They needed to add in different herbs (that were already offered to us) and sauces to "umph" the flavor. I recommend going in on a day that's not busy, or maybe making an early reservation. We waited 30 minutes for our table and about 15-25min for everyone's food to come out (again, it was a busy day.. so it's understanding). The dining area is very small and crammed.
google avatar

Meghan D.

Yelp
Best chicken pho ever! The fresh noodles are soooooo yummy too. The broth of the chicken pho omg..........you can taste the ginger and vinegar. It's so flavorful but still feels so light. New go-to spot for pho!
google avatar

Kathy T.

Yelp
This place is pretty damn magical!! One of the best places for bo luc lac (shaken beef). Huge chunks of tender beef, sauteed with garlic, green bell peppers, and red onions. The quick outside sear is just fabulous! Fresh noodles made in house makes this a stand out. It can be a little soft so if you like a chewier and firm noodle, I'd suggest you get the regular noodles. However, broth is full of flavor, barely needing to add more hoisin sauce. The thit tai (tenderloin meat) is sliced extremely thin making it so soft and tender. Noodlelicious is always packed when I go and for very good reason!!! :)
google avatar

Luna R.

Yelp
This is the best pho place in town, located in the Saigon Shopping Mall! I'm a huge pho fan especially on those cold winter days. My friends recommended this place, raving about the "Fresh Noodles" that you have to secretly request and the limited quantity they serve each day. This place has fast service and good quality authentic Vietnamese food. The beef combination pho hits the spot. The portion size is plenty, especially if you upgrade the size for a few bucks you get twice the size. Great for sharing. Pho broth was great flavor. It was on the lighter side not too salty. Make sure you ask for FRESH NOODLES! This is the secret to the great tasting pho that makes it stand out from other pho restaurants. It is a much thinner and softer consistency but if really does taste fresh. Sometimes they can also run out of fresh noodles, so first come for serve! The freshness of the ingredients speak for themselves. The other dish that was amazing was the garlic noodles with seafood combo mix. OMG this had so much garlic flavor! I love garlic noodles. All the flavors of the shrimp and seafood with the garlic sauce on the egg noodles went perfect together. It also had sautéed vegetables in the mix as well. It had a slightly sweet taste to it that was not overpowering. Presentation was good, they put fresh greens on it to give it a refreshing look. You can't order this with the "fresh noodles" option, they only have that option for the pho noodles. Overall this is a really good authentic pho place with great prices. I removed one star because the table was not completely clean when we sat down and I had to re wipe it. They get super busy so I guess thats the reason. When your done with the great tasting pho, just walk right across the hall for dessert at I Heart Boba. (see previous review) They both go hand in hand.

Yelp
The pho was good. The service was not so good. We were service after 2 groups that was sat after us. Won't recommend this place

Yelp
There are a TON of pho restaurants in the DFW area (especially in Garland) but Noodlelicious is one of those restaurants that actually have something to make them stand out: fresh, in house noodles. When you order the pho, you get the choice between fresh and instant noodles - instant noodles are what you get at every other pho restaurant. It's not instant in the way you think of instant ramen, but instant as in they're prepackaged and boiled before put into the broth. The fresh noodles are made in house and have a much different texture than instant noodles. The fresh ones are much more chewier, with a much thicker and softer texture than the instant one. Personally, I'm not a fan of it, but my parents love it. I don't like it because I don't think the noodle soaks the taste of the broth as well as instant noodles do. But when you try the fresh noodles, you can DEFINITELY tell that they're fresh, which I definitely appreciated. The broth here is good and not oily or overly sweet or bland like some other places, but came out slightly lukewarm. I get that it was extremely busy, but it still doesn't excuse lukewarm food. This place will satisfy your Vietnamese food cravings, but if it's too busy, you're probably better off finding another place to eat.

Yelp
Food - 4/5 Service - 3/5 Price - 4/5 Atmosphere - 4/5 Best Dish: Anything with homemade noodles Oh wow look! Another pho restaurant in the Richardson/Garland area. Noodlelicious is located in the Saigon Mall where Pho Que Huong used to be. They completely remodeled and rebranded the space (the facelift was much needed). According to their website, they are promoting healthy alternatives to the usual MSG and other preservatives commonly found in Asian soup dishes. The most unique thing however is that they claim to make their own noodles! I can't really confirm, but that is pretty neat. I hope to talk to the owners to get a grasp on their entire cooking process. Their menu is pretty basic: appetizer (egg rolls and spring rolls), pho, vermicelli, and stir fried noodles Personally, that's just how I like it. I like when restaurants focus on just a few things and try to perfect those particular dishes instead of offering pages and pages of items that lessen the quality of the food. I will return soon and take pictures. With all that being said, I have a soft spot for this new pho restaurant because the Vietnamese name is "Pho Tuoi Nhu Y" and Nhu Y is my mom's name =) They got me good. --- By the way, PROPS to opening at 8 AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings... for those who don't know, pho is the best hangover cure ever. Trust me.

Yelp
Pretty good pho and really good bo luc lac. Service is ok. I would come back for the food.
google avatar

Yelp
Good authentic Vietnamese Pho, with fresh made noddles. One of the best Pho in DFW area, will not disappoint you.
google avatar

Kevin N.

Yelp
This pho place is one of the best in the DFW area. The meat is very tender and and not dry like many other pho places. The noodles and soup spells freshness and could rivals the pho places in Houston's Chinatown. However do stay away from the Bun Bo Hue. The soup had a funny taste in my mouth and was not as good as the one in Houston's Chinatown.

Yelp
I'm sorry. I can see that you are trying very hard, and I wish you all the luck in the world. I truly do. We noticed a major improvement in the service. You expressed to other reviewers how you were striving to fix this, and it seems you really are. I am adding one star for the improvement in service, and because I stand by the fact that [for me] pho is mostly about the broth. It is the broth which takes [or should take] the most time and love to prepare. And, the broth was much less oily, yet still fairly robust, this time. I have not tasted a sweet/honey flavor, like another review mentioned. That is a trait of more Northern styles, and I loathe it. I would definitely mention it if I tasted it. I did not. But, appetizers were still forgotten, then "remembered" later on in the meal. Drink refills had to be flagged down. The large globules of oil were gone, but the meat... The first time, the meat was nothing to complain about. This time... ug. I have had better cuts of meat, as well as larger portions of meat, in many hole-in-the-wall places. And, what is with the glistening, slick veggies? Is that supposed to seem as though you've just washed them? Nothing really stands out, still, but the decor and the high price. You are selling out of this, daily, though. So, maybe you are doing everything right, your pho is worth its weight in gold, and and we are the oddballs, here.. You sincerely seem like very sweet people. I'm sorry. We are going to have to move on and find a new place, though. Noodlelicious will now be our stand-by, second choice.
google avatar

Shelley V.

Yelp
Came by on a whim after reading the reviews. Ordered the black peppered steak rice plate with a fried egg. The rice, egg, veggies were good. The meat on the other hand was either old or was a cut of meat I was not familiar with. Ended up eating everything but the meat. Outside of the unusual flavor the seasoning was lacking. Disappointed. Was really expecting this place to pull through. Leaving hungry and ready to seek out another find.
google avatar

Rachel N.

Yelp
Updated review to say... they finally have banh pho tuoi!!!! Which means fresh, homemade pho vermicelli right from the kitchen! The noodles are thicker in width and very soft, very reminiscent of pho noodles in Vietnam! I grew up on the packaged, chewy, thin pho vermicelli here so this is something new. I like chewiness so I don't prefer the fresh ones over the store bought ones, but will definitely continue to order banh pho tuoi whenever I come here!
google avatar

Kathy N.

Yelp
Noodle lockouts was not delicious. Ordered 2 bowls of pho and the bean sprout plate had 2 stem of basil no jalapeños. Another order was the crispy noodle with seafood and tofu. Sorry out of tofu today. The sauce was so thick it became jello as we were eating, I tried to save the noodle from getting soggy but too late. A few guys were smoking right outside the front and we smell all smoke. Overall not a pleasant experience.
google avatar

Khanh T.

Yelp
We ordered the beef pho and basil chicken flat noodle. The flat noodles were not greasy, which was good and the pho was made with fresh rice noodles, something you could tell from the taste. I'm giving the restaurant a below average rating because the tables remained unclear throughout our entire dinner time, our table lacked utensils, chopsticks and service was very very slow.
google avatar

Samally R.

Yelp
Pho was okay. The bun bo hue was okay. We didn't get water when we came in like the rest of the customers. Felt like that was suppose to come first. But overall it was okay.
google avatar

Andy U.

Yelp
Very good food, friendly staff that was helpful as we were the only ones in here speaking English. Very welcoming environment. I had Thai flat noodles, wife had seafood stir fry noodle. Daughter had beef fried rice. Each had a very distinct flavor and very fresh.

Yelp
It's that time of season again, and nothing hits the spot better than a bowl of Pho during this time of year. I needed something light and fresh especially since I have my acro yoga class later this evening, and I couldn't have made a better decision than this place tonight! This little hidden gem was revealed to me just last week by a friend, and it has since become my go-to spot for Pho!This kitchen hits all the right points, making this place one of the best spots in DFW for a legit bowl of Pho. They offer a nice option from your standard Pho noodles which are called: Bánh Pho Tuoi AKA "fresh" noodles. The broth definitely has a homemade feel to it and not many restaurants can get this right in my opinion. It's the first thing I taste to determine if I'm about to eat a good bowl of Pho or not. And to make things even better, you get quality Grade A rare flank which are served perfectly tender, an often overlooked thing when it comes to enjoying a great bowl of Pho! I'd highly recommend this place if you're truly looking for an authentic place that knows how to make it right; you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
We drove 45 mins for this and it was worth it! Noodles were soft. I've never been to Vietnam so I have nothing to compare fresh noodles with but it was soft and sliced thicker than regular bagged pho. Must try if you are in the area and craving for good broth and perfect textured noodles!
