The food here is very mediocre and the portions are pretty small. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi and had to order extra shrimp as it was too small. The service was also slow.

Google
Noodles and Company is a joke. They scam people with bogo deals and don't have remorse at all. Today's bogo deal is buy 1 entrée and get the second one free. I was charged for both entrée protein. I didn't add additional protein, I ordered an entrée from their menu. It makes no sense to pay for protein when the entrée is made that way. I shouldn't have to pay for shrimp for the shrimp scampi smh I was told by management people have called complaining but she can't do nothing about it. SCAMMERS!!

Google
Sucks when you're a regular and they're always nice and all, but they continuously prepare the order incorrect. Monica attempts to correct order issues each time, but fails to satisfy the mistake made in the order. "Come back tomorrow" Rockville location is MILES better, drive over there if you can.

Google
My order was alfredo with perm crusted chicken. It was quite tasty but the porportion of protein as well as the tomato and mushroom were little less than standard proportion. I enjoyed my pasta. I will go back to try their other options.

As someone with gluten sensitivity who frequently visits this location, finding a regular penne noodle in my order of gluten-free pipette pasta is really unfortunate and dangerous to my health. If there were any care being taken to keeping the pasta gluten-free , this wouldn't have happened. Won't be visiting here for a long time.

I took my daughter here last night around 10:30pm to get two teas and macaroni and cheese. By 3 am my daughter woke up throwing up the macaroni and cheese and having multiple bowel movements since. This morning I called the restaurant to let them know my daughter got food poisoning from the macaroni and cheese and asked to speak with a manager . The girl that answered said hold on then picked up The phone and said I’m the manager . When I asked for her name she wouldn’t give it to me , wouldn’t give me any corporate information, mocked me in Spanish to her co workers , told me it’s nothing they can do and take my daughter to the hospital then hung up. Once I called back she gave me a fake name and number to a group home for the managers contact information. She was very unprofessional. She told me her name is Belka Aui. I will never come to this location again and better customer service should’ve been practiced .

Took the 3-cheese tortelloni rosa pasta. It's really good. The ambience is great and the service is amazing. Great for a decent dinner. Recommendation : Would like larger portion sizes.

Google
Very clean and friendly. They understood my concern with cross contamination and prepared our food with care.

Yelp
Idk I've tried noddles and co a few times and every time it's just left something to be desired. I think this time was the last straw when the side salad I got was SO sad a 2 bite salad??? The pasta dishes were subpar and not very big. Wouldn't go again.

Yelp
I've done Uber eats orders for noodles & company twice. The food is pretty good and they have a decent amount of options. I'm not a fan of the size options because their bigger size isn't big at all. I do like that you can customized the orders and you're not just stuck picking out ingredients you don't want.

Scott E.

Yelp
Imagine being thrust into the emergency role of a ghostbuster and being told you would have to pay extra for the one-time use of every accoutrement and weapon. Your proton pack? That will $13. Your P.K.E. defibrillators? Another $13. Your slime vacuum? $13. And your Ecto1A? $13. Now, at Noodles & Company, the extra charges range from only 75 cents to a dollar for extra sauce or veggies and $2.75 to 3.25 for any particular protein. If you are fine with any one of the meals without additional customization, you are in luck. Noodles & Company's entrees, whether Beef Stroganoff or Penne Rosa or Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, are delicious and inexpensive. If you, on the other hand, require double the green onions, double the meatballs, and double the tomatoes, your entree price for each could quickly start to approach the cost of your favorite entree at your favorite sit-down restaurant. Here's the thing. My wife and I love the food, but we only love it when we double some ingredients, add others, and grab a couple homemade Rice Krispies treats for dessert. Those customizations are what make each entree delectable, succulent, or mouthwatering; and they are what elicit our return visits.

Yelp
Saturday around noon and not a single person in line in a college town Noodles & Co. I didn't mind but I found it peculiar. Then I remembered that everyone is probably sleeping in still! This Noodles & Co. has survived the test of time and has been here since I was a student at UMD. The interior is just as I remember it. Surprisingly clean, bright and airy, and plenty of seating including booths. My friend and I visited for lunch before an afternoon at Maryland Day and enjoyed our meals. My pesto cavatappi (no mushrooms, extra tomatoes, extra pesto) was absolutely delicious: hot curly noodles, warm pesto, plenty of shredded cheese, juicy tomatoes, and of course fresh cream to give it that amazing taste. The service was fast and the cashier, Diamond, was super nice. She even came by our table to ask us how or meal was going, twice. The only down side was that the music was blasting and the speakers are out of commission, so all the voices were cracking and it was quite jarring. I'm surprised they didn't just turn it off or down.

Yelp
Noodles & Company used to be my jam back in the day. So, while I was away from home, attending a conference, I decided to give the local place a try. Ordered and received food pretty quickly. There was no wait. Initially, I enjoyed the first bites. Nostalgia instantly! As I worked through the rest of the bowl, the noodles were over cooked and dry. I was a bit disappointed.

Yelp
Servicio excelente las personas de el mostrador me trataron de maravilla son muy amables

Yelp
Not a great experience. I ordered a small salad before catching the bus. My boyfriend got his cooked order before me, even though he ordered after me. Then, another customer who ordered after me got their food. Then another. Then another who also ordered a salad LOL. Asked them about my caesar salad, and they made it in less than 15 minutes. No apology for literally forgetting my order for 40 minutes :l ~10 minutes later, I proceed to EAT my salad and LMAO I'm sorry but I cannot believe I spent $10 for literally a salad that's worse than 7-11 salad. The cheese is extremely rubbery and stiff, the lettuce is poorly cut (the pieces are SO BIG), the chicken is SO DRY and honestly it just tasted so bad even with the dressing, I was so sad :( I don't know if they just made it that bad in a rush, but that was honestly so gross and not worth 40 minutes waiting for (like really,, a small salad? lol) Probably never coming back after that terrible experience :(

Yelp
Got the Thai Noodles (small) here. It was ok. The noodles were a bit hard to bite into. The place is huge and has a paid parking outside.

Joseph T.

Yelp
Easy, quick meals that are reasonably priced. The larger portion isn't huge to be honest, but is filling. The Japanese Pan Noodles are a personal favorite but they can be a little hit or miss, depending on whether or not the noodles are tough. Most of the time, the noodles are a good chewy texture but I've had some experiences where it took far more effort to even swallow the food.

Nick R.

Yelp
We have been seeing this business through out our travels across the USA. They were eother closed or we had already eaten in each case. Finally got a chance to eat here. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Mike. Place looked clean and not run down. Menus were for the most part clear. The food was great and hot. Nice to have something different and delicious. We ordered the pad thai and zucchini spicy korean beef. Look forward to eating at another Noodles and Company soon.

Shelly J.

Yelp
I loved Noodles and Company when they were beginning to branch out but my last two visits were not good. Although, the service I received was outstanding each time. My meals were not so great. I'll start with pad Thai with chicken. I love me some pad Thai and I had it many times from Thai restaurants so I was expecting to taste kinda the same. Did it? NO! My chicken pieces was huge and cold to say the least. It was dry! The carrots were too thick. I don't understand why there is cilantro in their recipe? Usually it's suppose to be Thai basil. there was no heat all and it hardly had any peanuts. The noodles were ok. I was very disappointed in their version of pad Thai. On another visit I had butter noodles with meatballs. This visit I phoned in order. My butter noodles stuck together, it didn't taste buttery at all. My meatballs were overcooked or sat in some warmer till it was time to add them to my dish. The meatballs taste weird. I was told it was mixed with ground beef and ground chicken. That's not something I was expecting. Usually it's mixed with ground pork or lamb at other pasta places. Both visits were disappointing but I received great service each time. 3 stars for great service. 0 star for their food.

Massiel M.

Yelp
Ordered a regular classic penne pasta and it was drier than a kfc biscuit. And had barely any vegetables. I should have just made my own. Would have been 100 times better.

Jessie G.

Yelp
I love the entire Mediterranean menu and my husband loves the entire Asian menu! My favorite thing is that they make your order fresh every time, so it's easy to customize if you don't want cheese, mushrooms, etc. I only wish they would go back to paper-based takeout containers - or even better, a compostable version without that shiny lining they used to have - instead of the single-use plastic they use now. Bear in mind this parking lot is kind of tight and has meters!

Dakotah C.

Yelp
I ordered food from them through DoorDash. I received my order and was highly disappointed. I ordered a meal (Wisconsin mac and cheese with a large sprite and dessert). The dessert was supposed to be a Rice Krispies treat but they gave me a chocolate chip cookie instead. I can't eat chocolate chip cookies anymore because of food allergy!!! I had to call DoorDash and they gave me a full refund. It would have been nice if I received the dessert I paid $3.44 for! Never giving this location my business again!!!

Paul H.

Yelp
I ordered they pasta and chicken bowl the chicken was half rotten and the pasta was half cooked. If you held the chicken close to your nose you could smell the rotted meat. I had to take an antibiotic immediately after eating this shit. For your health and life do not order from this place. Just simply disgusting.

Amber M.

Yelp
I'm usually not a huge noodles fan because their pasta dishes are so bland...like no flavor. But, my wife recently convinced me to give it another try. I had the whole grain tusca fresca with tofu and it was actually quite tasty. It had the right amount of oil, cheese, and savoriness to satisfy me. Good job, Noodles. Good job. This location is pretty large with lots of seating. It was totally empty when I came in on Saturday, so my wait was pretty short.

Lily R.

Yelp
They wouldn't even give us a cup of water with our meal... beyond terrible customer service

Donyiel C.

Yelp
During my most recent visit, I must say I was very disappointed with my meal. I got my go to, penne rosa with parmesan chicken. The ingredients were not fresh. What a waste of $9.21

Susan M.

Yelp
Amazingly fresh crunchy vegetables in the noodle bowl. The green curry sauce has a nice kick to it. The sweet tea tastes like my grandmothers sun tea from the South. I love the fresh filling large portioned food here!

Jonathan J.

Yelp
Disgusting. One of the workers dropped a stack of napkins on the floor, then picked them back up and put them in the napkin bin to roll silverware for customers. Then they told me to mind my own business when I mentioned it was unsanitary.

Zach P.

Yelp
Overall the place is very good but the one problem I have is that there are always other kinds of pasta in your order and something about that just bothers me. It makes me feel like my food was mixed with other peoples or the pots they use are dirty.

Veronica Q.

Yelp
I had the Bangkok curry, it just looked pretty, but I would not have expected the food to be that great. No body does noodles better. I just loveed it.

Tiana B.

Yelp
Had the penne rosa and it was pretty good! Just wish it was a little bit spicier but overall good. I was there this past Tuesday and the cashier was very nice as well.

Roma K.

Yelp
Ordered: Pad thai and Pesto Cavatappi Branch: college park, MD I have seen this restaurant go from excellent to okay. I feel they are under going cost-cutting. Their noodles used to creamier and richer in taste earlier but taste pretty bland off-late. I still wouldnt call it bad because they have an innovative menu.

Karen C.

Yelp
2 1/2 stars Pros: The staff is friendly, the food is edible, and it's convenient with a lot of variety. However, the quality/authenticity of the food at mr. noodles is mediocre at best. i come here when i'm desperate for iffy food but just need to get out of the office and pretend it's 'exotic'. There's better Thai food (pad thai) just down Greenbelt Road at Siri's Chef Secret.

Jen F.

Yelp
For fast food, Noodles is surprisingly great! I have tried several dishes here and they have all been delicious. They have something for everyone- Asian (like pad Thai), Mediterranean (like penne a la vodka and pesto noodles) and American (mac n cheese, mushroom stroganoff, tomato sauce). For extra, you can add your choice of meat and vegetables. As for the salads, they have one for each category and you can choose your meat. I've tried both the chinese and med salads, but are pretty good. I wish they were bigger. They also have great dumpling appetizers! The chicken noodle soup is also amazing as far as chicken noodle soups go- if you're sick and want soup, get it here. You can even get wine... yes, its the perfect version of an Italian restaurant for College Park. Whoever came up with the concept is genius.

May C.

Yelp
Quality of food consistent with other locations. The staff is really friendly as well. The location is especially convenient for college students as it is located on route 1 right by chipotle and Starbucks. There is paid parking right outside.

Stella C.

Yelp
Less than 10 hours ago, my husband and I decided to eat at Noodles & Company in College Park Maryland because my husband was craving something from Noodle Bowl. The employee interacting with us for our orders was helpful and pleasant. Fortunately, we both liked our food. My husband had the udon noodles with steak and some limeade drink while I had the pesto cavatappi with shrimp and a minute maid brand strawberry lemonade drink with a slice of lemon. My husband paid for our food.

A. B.

Yelp
This is a decent place for a quick lunch that breaks the norm from "hamburger and fries". It's slightly more expensive than that, but it helps break the monotony of eating out. I enjoy it occassionally and this location is pretty good.

Tooba M.

Yelp
The worst worst costumer service on the planet the lady asked for my name and I told her my order and she told me to wait because she asked for my name not my order!

Rotem K.

Yelp
I took the Japanese Pan Noodles dish. It was really bad :( SO dry and tasteless I took it to go, so not have much to say about the place itself - though it felt like good vibes and nice employees.

Kizi N.

Yelp
I visited about a year and half ago however the Pad Thai I ordered was dry. I just didn't like the quality of the food and never went back. My coworker loves this place so she convinced to give them another chance. The Pad Thai did taste better. It wasn't dry and was well coated with sauce. It was good. Maybe it was the chef that day? Who knows?

Polo S.

Yelp
So the wait time for pick up was great. My order was WRONG. My daughter begged for shrimp so I added them to her Butter Noodles and someone forgot to put them on the dish. She was very upset and I had to take shrimp out my dish to compensate for that. All I wanted was what I paid for NOTHING ELSE. Soda machine ROCKS, that accounts for 1/2 of 1 of My stars.

Jared L.

Yelp
I ordered a catering package to serve 20 people more than two days in advance. The scheduled pick-up time was 6:15pm. They only *started* making the food when I walked in at 6:25pm. I watched them make my order while I stood around for thirty minutes. I didn't get my food until 6:53pm, and was more twenty minutes late to the event where it was served. Neither catering dish was supposed to contain mushrooms, but both did. None of the requested items (serving utensils, hot hold kit, napkins, forks) were included with the order. Zero compensation (hey, a drink maybe?) or refund was offered. This is the third time in the past year I've had catering problems exactly like this with this location.

Ryan V.

Yelp
I simply love eating here whenever I visit college park, md. Amazing food and it comes out to your table very quickly. I always dine in because I just enjoy smelling the variety of cuisines they are preparing! Everyone should try a meal at least once!

A.j. R.

Yelp
I try to be fair and open minded when it comes to trying new things and not be such a harsh critic but I got to tell you this was some of the worst food I have ever tasted. I ordered the chicken and shrimp Alfredo pasty with extra sauce. Last time I checked Alfredo was not supposed to be chunky, clumpy, and watery. This was indeed a truly nasty meal I paid for. The food was bland with no seasoning or distinct taste to it.

Patrick T.

Yelp
I was impress with the cashier who took my order today on 5/25/2021. Her decorum was superb and excellent services. The person made sure everything was prepared with excellent taste, and temperature. The order was excellent and I will return again. I know that they will more come back. The floor were nicely kept up and looking great.

Natalie N.

Yelp
I'm not sure if their workers are not reading the directions or there is a language barrier but I clearly stated no tomatoes or onions in my salad and what happens to be in my salad right at the top....TOMATOES AND ONION! This isn't the first time they've neglected to read and make my order correctly! Thankfully I'm not allergic to either one or else I'd be complaining but I still find this unacceptable. Clearly management needs to pay attention to they hire to make sure they are reading correctly.

Da C.

Yelp
First time there and when I got home, they didn't even give me my potstickers. I paid for two dishes and only for one. Not very happy about it. I was extremely upset. Should have checked the bag before I left. Never again.

Bo Bae J.

Yelp
Stay away. Came to this place for the first time and was very very disappointed. First of all, the cashier was rude and didn't know what she was doing. She didn't know anything about the food and had to constantly try to ask the women trying to cook. Also, the food quality was the worst. It tasted like they took a few things out of a package and mixed it up. Everything from pad Thai, pot stickers, to the soup, and the Korean beef noodles were the worst I've ever had. I would stay away completely.

Maya K.

Yelp
my friend got salmonella from their chicken but everything else is pretty good. i recommend the pesto cavatappi but AVOID the chicken

Angela W.

Yelp
It's crazy to think that a self-procliamed noodle-lover like myself had never been to a Noodles & Co. before last night. Maybe because I was being smart, since I know myself all too well. I would only eat noodles if I could, my favorite variety being plain, buttered noodles. Omg. They had that on the menu and I thought - fate has brought me to my knees. Their Pad Thai with chicken was better than most "authentic" Thai places I've been to and rather than to have to hear the hubbs complain about, "there's nothing to order...everything looks gross...I don't like Thai food..." he can get his simple-palate pleasure out of ordering spaghetti and meatballs. Woot. There's lot of seating and even though this place is smack dab in the middle of the college scene, it's wasn't overcrowded, loud and obnoxious. Not to say that college hang-outs are all like that. It was a nice place to get a quick meal and read my book. I like how they have Sriacha and soy on every table so you can top your noodles with spicy or salty goodness. Quick turnaround on the food & tasty chicken as well. I'll definitely be back to sample those buttered noodles.

Eva L.

Yelp
Being from the west coast, this was a new experience for my family. I'd heard good things about it so we decided to give it a try on our way home from a morning touring DC. My uber-picky 10-year-old sister gave it two thumbs up which is very rare occasion. Noodles and Co is the perfect option for a family torn between different genres of food. They have Italian, Asian, Mediterranean and more with options ranging from noodle dishes, soups, salads and sandwiches. I loved my Pesto BUFF bowl with pork. My dad got a Mediterranean flatbread, my mom a Spicy Caesar wrap, my sister the Japanese noodle bowl and my little sis the buttered noodles. Plus we shared a potstickers and a margarita flatbread. We were all over the place but couldn't get enough of it! We are only here for a few more days, but we might have to fit in another Noodles & Co meal before heading home to CA.

Ben P.

Yelp
Very good standard dine in fast food restaurant. I usually go here once a week. I just get buttered pasta with grilled chicken with a great seasoning on top. The service is usually really great and the staff clearly goes out of the way to make sure you're enjoying your experience. Place is reasonably priced and is clean on the inside. Would definitely recommend for a casual and affordable meal.

Jill S.

Yelp
If you compare it to the other options around, this is a great choice for lunch or a quick and cheap dinner. The meal is made to order, and if you do it right you can even get something healthy and low-fat... or high-fat in the case of their mac and cheese, which is really good with chicken and/or broccoli. I usually go with one of the Asian choices, which are not in any way authentic, but I am not expecting that from Noodles & Co. Instead, I appreciate it for what it is - a filling bowl of noodles, topped with grilled meat, fresh veggies and Asian inspired sauce, that I can happily smother with Sriracha, for under $10.

Jules K.

Yelp
I can't remember the last time I ate in there but if you're thinking of getting carry out, here's what you can expect: 1. Place your order. 2. Sit somewhere you can't see the food prep area. (Honestly restaurant owners/designers, NO ONE wants to see what goes on in a working kitchen.) 3. Wait. 4. Wait some more. 5. More waiting. 6. Brush off layer of cobwebs that have formed on your body. 7. Wait. 8. Experience brief sense of elation when they call your name. 9. Take order home. 10. Wonder why the heck you didn't just toss some pasta in a pan. Nothing will alter this course of events. I don't care if it is an early Monday night and there are only three other customers in there. You. Will. Wait.

Fina A.

Yelp
Maybe, just maybe, they have some other awesome dishes, but definitely not the one I ordered. As an Indonesian, coming to this place for the first time and wait what, did I just see Indonesian Peanut Saute under their Asian-noodle menus? I picked that in a second. O boy was that dish just simply a joke! It tasted, awfully horrible. Enough said. Ps: don't believe what you see, people! Indonesian Peanut Saute's taste is nothing close to this one. They should stop claiming their menus by picking countries.

Ben Y.

Yelp
Fast service, and fast cervix if you're in labor! Noodles & Co is slightly overrated in the pasta dishes themselves. Too many people rave about the mac & cheese, it really is nothing special. The other spaghetti dishes are quality, but the mac is just underwhelming after all the great interpretations I've had of the dish in my life. The soup is mad good, and I don't even love soup. My girl gets that tomato bisque soup and it's so fine. The regular sized bowl will feed every nation in every continent in the world, so I'd consider getting a side of it instead!! This Noodles has a ton of seating!!! And the servers are like lightening. The pasta arrives before you even ordered it. Somethin about the space time continuum being bent. Also, the cookies are to live for! Not as great as Potbelly's cookies (same size/style, hence comparison) but great in their own right. Chocolate chip forever. This place is clean and true, not to mention efficiently run by extremely nice people. If you need Noodles NOW, go here.
