Google
Food is decent, but highly recommended for takeout, do not recommend dining there. Most tables aren't clean, lighting is bad and staff isn't friendly at all.

Google
Great atmosphere and delicious food. I would definitely recommend it if you want to grab something quick to eat.

Google
i’m not one to usually complain especially on google but i ordered 2 mac and cheese with parm crusted chicken (which neither came with) and a pesto cavatappi that included some yummy plastic :/ i’d definitely choose another location next time, especially cause management was less than helpful

Google
I've never had a bad meal or experience here. Every staff member I've talked to has been so nice and everything is always perfect in my orders. I'm really hoping they don't ever shut this one down 🙏

Google
I feel as if noodles has been going down hill the last several years. On recent visit, there was a 15 minute wait for food after ordering. The food quality has decreased as well. I always get Japanese Pan Noodles and it was so dry. Disappointing especially after waiting 15 minutes. Prices are affordable tho. Kids meals are average.

Google
Delicious food and great customer service! I had the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac!

Google
The fast food of pasta and noodles joints. Food is decent and will serve for a quick carb meal, but it's far from the flavors you'll get at more specialized spots. They serve some Italian-style pastas as well as some Asian-inspired dishes. For the quality of the food, it's a bit over priced. They do have one of the fancy Coke machines with all the flavors and combinations, which can be a treat. If dining in, be sure to bring a light jacket because the AC is ALWAYS cranked in there (even in winter), and the vents are everywhere!

Google
Noodles&Company has become one of my go-to spots. The food is always super tasty and hot, which I really appreciate. I usually go with the tofu protein, and it’s always cooked just right—flavorful and never soggy. One thing I really like is they’ve never messed up my order or forgotten anything, which is rare these days. The vibe inside is pretty average, nothing fancy, but honestly, the food more than makes up for it. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving something solid and satisfying.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and delicious food. I would definitely recommend it if you want to grab something quick to eat.

Yelp
The food was ok. I would have liked it better if they use more Alfredo sauce. It seems like when I order I have to wait awhile to receive my order. It wasn't busy when I ordered. The inside is very nice.

Yelp
Appreciate the ease of ordering online and pickup. Order was correct and included napkins and utensils. Portions were good size. Expansive variety of noodle options. Always fresh, if not the most flavorful. We didn't dine in, but I know every time I go the restaurant is uncomfortably cool. Bring a jacket or sweater. Refreshingly, no streaming sports on monitors and no loud music to talk over. Usually plentiful seating inside or out. Not my first choice for noodles, but generally a crowd-pleaser for young families due to macaroni and cheese or buttered noodles.

Yelp
bluf - a chain fast food restaurant that delivers exactly what you expect it to - fast noodles + some sides. If you're coming here to get top of the line noodles, you should probably look elsewhere. Noodles and Company is more about offering a variety of noodle dishes ranging from Italian takes to a couple Asian dishes. The food comes out fast and has okay flavor. Service has been nice every time we go. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating as well. I enjoy it for a quick meal with noodles when time is in a bit of a crunch.

Yelp
Overall- great price, yummy, well-balanced fast casual food with fine service, single stall inclusive bathrooms, and a casual ambiance It's wild to think that I've been coming here for almost 20 years. For the price and the speed, I find it to be a great deal. I love the Japanese pan fried noodles, but lots of their other options are good too. I think the menu has decent variety for a fast casual spot and there are also zoodle, low carb noodle, and lots of kids options.

Yelp
The Wisconsin Mac n Cheese is amazing! The service was almost immediately after we sat down. The vibe and graphic design were also a plus!

Yelp
Convenient location . Staff is always welcoming . Restaurant is never to pack and never too loud . Nice place to have a quick lunch or dinner . Food is good . A variety of options .

Yelp
Generally, everything about this particular Noodles & Co is fine. It's clean, usually not too busy, and the food I've received it always good. I just have one major issue. I order the entree with shrimp and zoodles. I always order extra zoodles. WITHOUT FAIL, it takes at least 3 cashiers and a manager to figure out how to charge for extra zoodles. Now, if this wasn't an option plainly listed on their menu, I would understand the confusion. But since extra zoodles IS on the menu, I feel everyone working there needs to learn how to key that into the register. Every new and existing employee needs training for that particular thing. It's not rocket science and I end up standing around in excess of 5 minutes just trying to complete my purchase. Got to get it together on that. Otherwise, decent spot to eat.

Yelp
I've been to the California locations and from what I remember, the large orders had a lot more food in it. I ordered a large Korean Spicy Beef but was disappointed to how small it was. I didn't check until I got home. There was also a dent in the bowl so it goes to show that there was a lack of care by them went preparing my order. It tasted fine but I'm just disappointed at the serving portion.
google avatar

Yelp
Noodles kept reminding me by e-mail that I have a free entree that they had dropped in and that was expiring soon so I finally heeded their alerts and placed an order online. Ordering online is a cinch---including customizing the sauce, adding proteins, and adding a side! I ordered food on Thursday for pickup at 1:30 pm on Friday after a dentist appointment I had nearby. I had ordered a pesto cavatappi with extra pesto, without mushrooms, with extra grilled chicken breast, and with spinach. For my sides, I ordered a salad and tomato basil bisque soup, which came with oyster crackers. I arrived at 1:40 pm, and the order was ready on their to-go order bookshelf, accurate and with a plastic fork and knife, and still hot. I did not have to interact with the cashier. The only very minor down side of the experience is I went to get napkins and sriracha sauce, and an employee was sluggishly removing a container from a cabinet beneath the condiments station. Both soda machines had a customer in front of them, so the employee should have waited. He noticed me hovering but still did not move. I ended up eating on-site. The pesto is never enough on the regular bowl, so the extra pesto certainly helped pick up the flavor of the otherwise bland cavatappi. There was a ton of delicious and well-cooked grilled chicken breast in small, bite-sized pieces. The soup was hot, a good portion size, and tasty. The salad was very good and not wilted.

Yelp
Gross. Walked in and the entire staff was goofing off and yelling at each other. The atmosphere of this place is horrible. Won't be back.

Beatrice Z.

Yelp
We had a great experience due to excellent customer service!! Junior greeted us with a smile, and a pleasant attitude.
google avatar

Angela P.

Yelp
Most of the noodles were hard and undercooked. The cheese on the garlic bread was burnt and the burnt flavor ruined the food. I expected everything to be super fresh since I went pretty soon after it opened for the day, so I'm surprised everything was so hard and dry. Officially taking Noodles & Co out of my rotation, since the last few times I've gone have also been disappointing.
google avatar

Dianne Z.

Yelp
Hadn't been here in a long time so we decided to have lunch here today. Even though I asked for the smaller sized portion, I was charged for (and presumably received) the larger version. Now that I think about it, this happened on the last visit as well. Apparently the employees are trained to ignore the customer's requests and just upsell to the higher cost item. Unlike other recent reviews, our meals were prepared and delivered in a timely manner. However, I don't think we'll be back.
google avatar

Jody M.

Yelp
I love that they have zucchini noodles now! My husband and I have been trying to eat less carbs so we miss pasta! Now we have a way to enjoy our pasta as a veggie. It was delicious. I had Korean beef and my husband had Pad Thai. Both were great with the zucchini noodles. I am excited to try some other options as well. I will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
This was once a great chain restaurant that just went downhill. Prices way up, quality and portion sizes down. Tonight I ordered extra meat on their website and it was delivered to me with a regular portion. It was once high in our family's rotation and has dropped out.
google avatar

Yelp
My go to item on their menu is the Pesto Cavatappi with Parmesan Crusted Chicken and Alfredo MontAmore. On occasion, I have also gotten their potstickers which are good too. I just registered for the Noodles Rewards today. I received a $5 coupon instantly after doing so. A few years ago, I had signed up to get emails and they would send offers such as BOGO. It also includes a free Rice Krispie treat for your birthday that comes in your email. This was the first year I used it. Their rewards program will definitely keep incentivizing me to return.
google avatar

Nicole B.

Yelp
This noodles & company is the only one I have ate at and the food tasted disgustingly. Some noodles were hard. The chicken was rubbery. I don't recommend this location.
google avatar

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Japanese noodles with broccoli and chicken Noodles were dry and tough. 5 tiny pieces of broccoli. Chicken was extremely drt and tough like leather. Cauliflower gnocchi with zucchini and mushrooms. Detected no zucchini , one piece of mushroom. Gnocci appeared to be browned or grilled(?) Potstickers were good. Won't be back.
google avatar

Joseph C.

Yelp
This is a consistent issue with this location. I ordered a penned rosa with no mushrooms, even spoke with the chef about it. Low and behold, my order came with mushrooms and not extra spinach as I had ordered. Many times has this happened mostly through Doordash. As if they are trying to train us to not change orders to make things easy ? What if I had an allergy?
google avatar

Tiffany J.

Yelp
What a waste of money! This place has went down tremendously. I originally ordered the Penne Rosa shown in the first picture. It was so dry and had no flavor whatsoever. It didn't even look appealing. So I asked that it be made the regular way with the penne noodles. Sadly, while this one had a little more sauce than the first one, it was still on the dry side. Even worse, the noodles were chewy and starchy as if they had not been cooked in enough water. Even the young lady who brought my food asked me to inform corporate as they've been getting a lot of complaints lately.
google avatar

Mike F.

Yelp
Not a bad spot while on the dash for some tasty food. Took the kids and had several dishes. Some items seemed as they were cooked earlier and held in a warmer like the pot stickers. The dishes were big servings and we just beat the crowds. They definitely need to work on training the cashiers to take orders. I could not hear her and it looked like she wanted to be somewhere else. Place was clean and service after we ordered was efficient. Price was reasonable.
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered my food online at 2:30, got there five minutes later. 10 minutes of waiting and my food still has not come out and the place is empty. One of the workers asked me for my name and I overhear her telling her coworker that they accidentally took my name off without even completing my order. She didn't even come to explain to me about what happened. I ask her if my food was coming and all she answered was a nonchalant "yes". 10 more minutes I finally got my food, without so much as an apology. This is some abysmal handling of botching up an order. You can't even apologize to your customer about the wait?? Unacceptable.

Kyle V.

Yelp
Noodles & Co just lost my bag with 26 items in it for twenty people. I called and they said they can't do anything about it. The order simply disappeared. Our event is in two hours. This is not the first time their online system has failed us. We are never getting catering from Noodles again.
google avatar

Donyiel C.

Yelp
Hadn't been to this location in awhile but it was somewhat on my way home yesterday so I stopped in to redeem a free entree (was going to expire soon). It was busy on a Sunday but not too bad. I placed a to go order for my usual, penne rosa with parmesan crusted chicken. It was just ok...didn't have the usual taste from this meal that I'm used to.

Yelp
Came late on a Friday afternoon. We've never been but was told it was "National Mac and Cheese day". So we wing it. There's no line, and barely anyone in the store. We took our time looking at the menu and finally decide. I order the small bowl of spicy Korean beef noodles with no cilantro. My husband orders he small Japanese pan noodles. And since it's free Mac and cheese, we get that for our kiddo. We sit down, and they bring the food to us. The lady looks at my bowl and she says, "oh you said no cilantro right?" I look at her and say, it's fine. It didn't bother me since they literally put a sprig of cilantro on top, so it's easily taken off, not mixed in. My bowl is delicious. It's spicy, flavorful, the meat is tender, it made me wish I got the size up. My husbands was not pleasant to me, but he loved it. I didn't like the flavors at all. Since udon noodles are bigger he felt he didn't get as much as me, so he'll probably get the size up next time. The Mac and Cheese was very bland. I feel you could get better flavor from box Mac and cheese. It really wasn't that good, so we're happy it was free. We wouldn't order that again. But we'd come back.
google avatar

Carmen M.

Yelp
If you are looking for cheap pasta, then that's what you're getting at Noodles & Company. Personally, I don't think the noodle dishes have a ton of flavor. However, I do like the Penne Rosa because it has a bit of spice and some veggies. I wouldn't try the Asian noodles like the Pad Thai or Japanese Pan Noodles because they don't taste anything like authentic Thai and Japanese dishes. For the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, all you really taste is pasta because the cheese flavor is very faint. If you get the meatballs with the Mac & Cheese, then that is probably the best thing you are going to eat. Overall, I think the meats added to most of the pasta are what makes the dish. As far as this location, I think the service is pretty good, but they need to make sure the tables get cleaned.
google avatar

Bruce K.

Yelp
A quick lunch with colleagues, Noodles & Company did a great job today. I chose the Spicy Korean Beef. The noodles were tasty and spicy, there was plenty of properly cooked beef and the "regular" was a good portion. It was served fast and it was served hot. I can't think of a thing to complain.

Yelp
PLEASE READ THIS!!! Is the food good, fresh, ample portions? Yes to all! HOWEVER, what makes this little spot the bomb is the people. It sounds cliche, but the caliber of cool ass, super friendly, conscientious young people who work at this location sets it apart from other dining establishments. We were served by a guy named JUNIOR. Oh my God! It was like this young man wanted us to have a great dinner. He actually wanted us to enjoy ourselves and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. If I owned a business, I would steal him away from this restaurant, he was THAT cool to interact with. All the time, he never took his mind off of our experience for the short time we were there. He wasn't overbearing, or trying too hard, he was just the kind of person you're happy to be on the planet with at the same time and space. Kudos Junior!! The diminutive, cute GM was there too and she was just as awesome. I'm telling all of my friends about this spot. Dinner was fantastic tonight!!
google avatar

Dominic S.

Yelp
Staff very friendly the food was pretty good. I remember the portion sizes being a little be larger but overall it was flavorful.

Yelp
Despite being an excellent location for years this place has recently started to suffer dramatically. I'm guessing it's new (and horrible) management. Delays of at least 30 minutes to get food are not uncommon which is bizarre since other N&C locations I've gone to with more foot traffic and an equal number of staff seem to keep up just fine (as did this location for several years). Corporate needs to step in and clean house here unfortunately to bring it back up to franchise standards.

Kaitlynn M.

Yelp
Super rude employees. when I went to pick up my mobile order they told me to stand in line when I was standing where it said mobile pickup. After they ignored me for a few minutes.
google avatar

M S.

Yelp
I love Noodles and Company. I am a vegetarian so I order extra veggies in my Penne Rosa. I resent paying a dollar per extra veggie and getting less than the normal amount of included veggies and none of some others. I paid 4 extra dollars and got nothing in return.
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
The online order (paid for) was deleted from the system so the store did not make it. I was at the location for roughly half an hour (after the "prepared by time" before I received my meal, which equates to about an hour total for essentially mac and cheese. While at the store, when they realized someone had deleted it, they still made it incorrectly saying that the order I had placed did not indicate that I requested the chicken with the pasta. Nor did it list that I asked for Parmesan. I literally had to give them my cell phone with the receipt on it to show what I paid for. I'm concerned that ordering online is not something this location is ready for. As this is only my 3rd visit to a noodles and company, I will not be returning. A 1 in 3 chance that the order will be forgotten/incomplete are not odds i'm willing to take. The customer service followup was nice enough, but of course only offered to give me a gift certificate to return. No thanks, not worth it. Luckily in Columbia there are a billion other places that would be more than happy to make lunch!
google avatar

Jenn B.

Yelp
Please, do NOT go to this location. At least until they update their employees on health code regulations. I ordered the penne pasta yesterday (9/17/17) and I've been sick thinking about the experience ever since. You can see the staff cooking while you're in line and it made me want to turn around but my friend insisted. The two working at the time, BOTH no gloves. One on her phone texting with an earbud in while she was making food. She had the longest nails I've ever seen and I'm assuming the most bacteria under them. Her being the main cook, I was nervous. The other girl had long dreads spilling down her back and was just popping handfuls of pot stickers lazily in a fryer. Can I stress that they had no gloves or hair nets. A side note, the portions are ridiculous. Either get smaller bowls or get bigger portions. My friend ordered the Beef Ramen and her bowl was skimped. We both got side salads, mine came in a regular dish and hers in a to-go...so she had way less than I did. Us being servers, we just shut up and ate, I just wanted to leave. Please, if staff or managers are reading, mandate clean habits. I was happy to see people washing their hands, but when you're just touching your hair and texting and then touching food you've already gone 2 steps back. I'll be telling a lot of friends about the hygiene issues with your staff in hopes things might change or people will just wake up and realize.

Yelp
In summary, if you're looking for a fast food alternative that serves Asian/Italian flavors and is NOT McDonalds or something, this is a great place. Personally, I think it's best suited for a group of girls on mostly vegetarian diet or a girl who's dating a guy with a dainty appetite. Otherwise, someone's gonna leave hungry. Honestly, I'd come here a lot more if not for how expensive they can get; I often felt like I needed to order two large bowls in order to be satisfied. So most regular bowls are about $6 and large bowls are $6 something. But we're not talking about Pho Dat Thanh sizes here. It's like half the size of a small bowl of Pho due to the shallow dish design. If you add meat, it will get you up to $8-9 easily. They have really made effort to diversify their offerings with salads and sandwiches and new flavors of noodle bowls. But their specials are over $8. I tried the Thai Hot Pot this weekend and it was disappointing. It didn't taste much different from their Thai Curry Soup--they just added some shards of beef and chicken. I discovered there was only a mere handful of noodles in the soup. I slurped it all up in 2 bites--and still felt hungry when I finished! The other beef I have with Noodles is...while it mostly tastes good due to the sauces, you have raw onions and just pieces of veggies thrown in. There's been no marination or real cooking. And you feel it. The consolation is that it's next to a Jimmy Johns, so if you're going with other people, a person with a smaller appetite can order from Noodles and the other(s) can order from Jimmy Johns.

Yelp
So this little cute noodle place is my heavenly escape. I love it. Japanese Pan Friend Noodles with steak and no mushrooms is where it's at! It's spicy, sweet and tangy! Not only is their savory food good, but their rice crispy treats are to die for! Home made, you can tell because of the flavor. And lets not forget their cookies!!!! OhMy. This is a must go place if you like trying new places. You will not be disappointied! And besides, they have a awesome soda machine!

Yelp
I used to come to this noodles location frequently around 2004-2010 and it was always clean and efficient. The quality here has definitely gone down I went last week and waited 20 min for an order - there was only one person behind me who had already gotten theirs and no one else in the restaurant. The staff appeared to be cleaning (this was around lunch time so its not like it was near close time) and completely inattentive that I hadn't gotten my meal. When I asked for my meal - it appeared that it had been sitting out for a while so they topped it with cold parmesan which didn't melt cuz the entire dish was already cold. The noodles were all stuck together and lumpy and the entire meal was disgusting. The location is also not very clean as it used to be! I think i'd rather make my own noodles from now on.

Yelp
Please open one in New York City ! Amazing food, and quick service. Every time I'm in Maryland, I HAVE to go to noodles and company. I always get the Pesto Cavatappi with shrimp and a rice crispy treat! Best rice crispy ever!!!!! My boyfriend recently tried the Indonesian Peanut Saute. To me it's similar to Pad Thai but much spicier ! The flavors in that thing is to die for ! Never ever ever had a problem with the food or the service. Please open one in nyc ! lol

Yelp
The food was very dry. I contacted the company they sent an email asking me for my receipt. What was that for ? I sent it. That was three weeks ago. Never herd back !!!
google avatar

Yelp
Food here is nothing to brag about. I've had better. I was more impressed with the variety of soda flavors in that new soda fountain machine. It's a nice clean place, the food is just overrated.

Yelp
I was never a fan of Noodles & Company even after trying most of their dishes, but I thought I would give it another try after avoiding it for 2 years. In short, my opinion of them haven't changed a bit. Maybe I'm expecting too much when I say that their dishes can be better, but for what they're charging me I don't think it's worth it. Their Pad Thai and Japanese Pan Noodles (what my gf and I got) was just as dry and every less flavorful as I remembered it to be. The steak in my pan noodles was extremely salty... To the point where I couldn't eat it without bites of the noodles to offset the saltiness. I'd much rather go to an actual Asian restaurant and order noodle dishes there. The servings run on the smaller side too. The only thing I like about Noodles & Company is the variety: you're not limiting yourself to a specific culture of noodles. But unless they enhance the quality of their dishes or increase the serving size, I'll take my $8 to the Chipotle next door or somewhere that specializes in the type of noodles that I'm craving.

Yelp
Tonight was my first visit to N&C... I ordered Steak Stroganoff It was ready within 5 min and it was hot and yummy I really liked what I ordered! The restaurant was pretty clean and staff were friendly! I will come back more to try more foods on the menu!

Yelp
First time dining here. Overall it has a very welcoming and comfy environment. The food was prepared quickly and brought out to the table. We were very pleased with the amount of food we received for the price; which would definitely make it great for a family. The only downside to us was that the food wasn't very flavorful. So make to grab a salt and pepper shaker to get your food seasoned exactly how you'd like it. We'll definitely be visiting again to try out some of the other bowls!

Yelp
The food was good and the service was good. Kudos to the manager helping his team members and being kind and interacting with the customers. I had the garlic noodles and they were yummy! They have a rewards program I may join.
google avatar

Rick G.

Yelp
Noodles expanded their menu nicely to include more than soups and pasta. With the addition of sandwiches, there's something for everyone. Actually, I find ordering from their app is easier since you can see options such as cheesy garlic bread which is quite delish! Had the Pad Thai which is yummy with shrimp but have them good the sprouts unless that's your thing. They don't add to the dish. Share a rice crispy treat with someone. It's ridiculous in size. :)

Yelp
$5.59 - Large Japanese Pan Noodles $2.59 - with Shrimp $1 - add on to meal side order with my choice of tomato & cucumber salad = $10 total Large Japanese Pan Noodles were made with al dente sticky, sweet caramelized udon noodles. The size large was enough to fill me up but not shareable-large. You get a choice of several types of protein like chicken, steak, shrimp, tofu, etc...The shrimp were medium in size and there were 6 in my bowl. Overall, this is a good dish, noodles were slightly a little too al dente but I'd order it again. For an extra buck, you have a choice of side salad choice of Caesar, tomato & cucumber with vinaigrette or mixed greens or soup, Thai curry, chicken noodle soup, or tomato basil. I chose the Tomato & Cucumber. There were onions in it but I opted not to get that. It was on the sweet side with a dash of a type of "seasoned salt" on top. It for an interesting contrast of taste in your mouth but a little too sweet and watery for my preference. Service was good. After you order, you take your number to your table and the servers bring the food to your table with gloved hands. There's an abundance of sriracha bottles you can use. I added it to mine and made the dish better.

Yelp
Thanks Jesus I decided to read the restaurant description before I started writing this down. What's great about this place? The single source of light in the whole place is the cheerful server who brought in the food (food?) She deserves a large tip and please someone save her from this train wreck of a place. Let me begin. The ordering process... Who doesn't ask if I needed anything to drink with that? Paid for the yuengling after the second ring. I've never had bad Yeungling until this place. The only explanation i had was that they left out the bottle under the sun. The pad Thai was mostly soup Thai. The veggies are old... The linguini is just that... Linguini. The hot pot "specialty" is I'm not sure what they're trying to do. I guess it was supposed to be curry? But tastes like beer bullion cubes with way too much water. It was not cooked but assembled. The chicken in it was old. The shiitake was a waste of good ingredient... I felt sorry for the shiitake for suffering such an embarrassment... I gave it a mercy killing by finishing all of it. Thanks to the beer gods for the bad beer to remove the bad slimy aftertaste of the food. Again kudos for the lone waitress for keeping the customers from revolting. One . But I gave another star because they are fusion...! Fusion means bad... AFAIK. and this is Asian fusion. Oh yeah the bottled water is great. :)

Yelp
This restaurant is not the cleanest. The food is decent. I've been here twice and I haven't loved the food. It's very dark in the restaurant and as I said before not very clean.
