First time and the young lady who helped me answered my questions. great service and such a very clean and well stocked restaurant. The food was sooooo good and I will definitely be back. This trip I ordered the Pad Thai and a baguette. The best best I had in a long time, very good!

Kelly Peluso

Google
I only rated the food because we ordered via DoorDash. We were quite pleased with the food. All dishes were big portions and flavorful. It would be great if a Noodles and Company opened in the Fort Myers area.

Google
22$ for a small bowl of noodles, smart water. And a soda. One person. Oh and tip. This was my first time here and my last. Slow service, nice but slow, expensive and not worth it. A bit dirty.

Google
I got an add-on of steak to my bowl bringing it to about $19. There is barely any steak I can’t imagine what regular looks like. It’s less than a single serving of steak at chipotle. This is one star worthy prices. However Quisha with the red hair had amazing customer service not only to me but everyone that walked through. That is the only reason for the extra star or I would’ve left it at one. I came many years ago the portions were much larger which made the price a little bit more reasonable but this is ridiculous. I could’ve gotten two bowls at chipotle, and gotten 4 or 5 times the amount of food with the same good quality ingredients.

Google
Very disappointed! Their version of Mac and cheese is throwing cheese from a bag on top of lukewarm noodles as seen in photo. At least microwave it. The staff was nice though. Well it's fast food so....it is what it is

Google
The options were plentiful, the food itself was well done, simple, wholesome and affordable. The staff was great to me and each other. Reasonable space in the lobby as well. I had the chipotle chicken cavatappi and was very fulfilling. I admit the chicken itself could been a bit hotter but everything else had a satisfying flavor. Definitely coming back. 👌

Google
Came here during an Orlando trip with a larger group. Accommodations for us were nice. The noodles were good and I liked the open kitchen and the ability to see inside. Bathrooms small, one per sex. I’d recommend for noodles but the only other food here is some dessert, salads, garlic bread (very crispy and good by the way), a bit of soup, and some broccoli so a very specialized menu. Large variety of pasta, though. Interior was nice but unclean in some places. Overall good and love the vast selection of pasta related items.

Google
Absolutely amazing!!! Went to this restaurant while on vacation!!! They did not disappoint!!! The noodles were delicious and very filling!!! Great job crew! My son loved your Mac n Cheese!! It really is world famous!!!

Yelp
A great quick bite location! Service is quick! Ambiance is cozy! Definitely a large variety of options to choose from!

Yelp
Listen, sign up for points because they have good rewards lol I have been here about 8 times within the last 2 years, all of which I've ordered the same thing so I can only speak on these items: Spicy Korean Beef Noodles with extra marinated steak, (so good) AND a rice crispy!!! Let me tell you about these rice crispy treats! They are huge and they the are super homemade type and I'm addicted. The staff is nice and the place is clean from what I have seen although I always order online and pick up to-go. My order is always fresh and accurate.

Marsha G.

Yelp
I love this Noodles & Co! This location in particular is awesome! The manager, Jeff is always so kind! He always makes sure I'm taken care of. He is professional and welcoming.

Yelp
My family normally really loves Noodles & Company / Noodles World Kitchen but this visit wasn't the best we've had. The young man who took our order may have been new as he didn't really comprehend things fully and most likely confused the cook. The young lady that brought our food out accidentally brought out too many items (not a huge deal as we just let them know the extra meal wasn't a part of our order). My son's and my food were good but my wife's and daughter's Mac and cheese were cold. The Mac and cheese had shredded cheese on the top of the dish which was not melted due to the temperature. The men's restroom was in definite need of mopping / wiping down. I'm not sure if this responsibility lies with the staff that was present or if they have a dedicated cleaning crew ‍ The tables and floors in the dining area were nice and clean so that was a plus. All in all, I'm giving this review a 3 star rating for an average experience. I had higher hopes for a $70 meal but I guess $70 doesn't get too much these days.

Amy K.

Yelp
Horrible service. My husband went in and it took 10 min for him to get anyone's attention. We've now been waiting over 20 min for our food since ordering. Meanwhile there's staff wandering around the dining area eating rice krispy treats. We would've gone somewhere else but were crunched for time and it took a while to find a restaurant we agreed on. Never coming to this location again. This is the second time we've had poor service.

Yelp
10/10 for me here. Gluten options tend to not be so good, but this one did it for me. Enjoyed the zucchini chicken pesto, I def will get a large next time. Fresh food takes time, so a little patience is required. Chicken parm was way better than a lot of places and we were in for a good surprise. Love that they bring the food to uou as well! Recommending to my friends for a great bite!

Joey C.

Yelp
Cook looked at us for 15 minutes before saying "someone will be with you shortly " 10 minutes went by with blank stares before we walked out! Can't imagine they will be open much longer! Awful business practices!

Yelp
Best restaurant ever the mac & cheese is so cheesy. I love this place but you gotta add cherry Coke more often to the Coke machine

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch today I've never tried this place before so I figured I would give it a go I got the Mac and cheese there was two diffrent kinds the bbq Mac and cheese and the Buffalo Mac and cheese I haven't had good Mac and cheese in a while so I went with just basic you know it's good when you don't have Buffalo chicken or bbq and it's delicious it was definitely worth it I recommend this place and the Mac and cheese

Yelp
I have been to other Noodles & Co, and traditionally, I'm a fan. Today, at this location, the noodles lacked flavor. I ordered the Thai Noodles with added chicken. They tasted more like eggs and cilantro. A serious amount of scrambled eggs. Feels more like a breakfast bowl. My preferred taste highlights are Pad Thai sauce, peanuts and Thai basil, not eggs. I get this is a fast counter service, but for me - today, it missed the mark. Ohhhh waiiitttt...FOUND MY PEANUTS! Below the eggs... :(

Kat M.

Yelp
Genuinely the worst catering experience I've ever had. Emailed three times and called twice to confirm order ahead of time. Food was over two hours late. Will never order from this location again.

Yelp
Abysmal customer service and they have thugs working at the store. The guy at the counter started yelling at a toddler (under 2 years) that accidentally ran past their counter while I rushed to grab her. I told the guy to chill, to which he continued yelling and kept getting aggressive. Eventually the argument got to a point where he told me to step outside so he can kick my ass. All of that in front of my two young kids and other customers. I pressed him from the store managers contact information, which he blatantly refused to provide. Eventually the entire staff in the restaurant all gathered up to intimidate me into leaving the restaurant. Absolutely despicable company for staffing an entire crew that would much rather gang up on a customer instead of intervening and seeking a resolution. The thugs name is Jeff according to the receipt, but in the grand scheme of things the company and the entire staff is just as much to blame for this incident.

Yelp
Very first time at Noodles and Co. The host who took my order was extremely nice- his name was Jeff. I got a Mac N cheese and a kids spaghetti and meatballs with no meatballs and no cheese. I got a kids organic fruit punch and a side of applesauce. I just picked up my order and Jeff brought it to my table; absolutely amazing service! I can't wait to dig in when I return home.

Yelp
Placed a delivery order and they forgot half of my order. I called for a refund and the manager said they'd have to call me back. Naturally, I never received that call

Yelp
I haven't had Noodles and company in so long but when searching door dash, and it came up, i knew i had to get it! They have soooo many different pasta options to choose from! I got the zucchini noodles with chicken and light pasta sauce and it was so fresh and so delicious! I love how they have gluten free options to choose from and you can really customize any dish how you need and want it! I haven't been inside this location in awhile but i remember it being spacious and clean on the inside of the restaurant and the staff is all very kind and accommodating! Definitely a great place for lunch or dinner-- whether in the mood for a small pasta dish snack or a filling and large pasta meal!

Yelp
I had heard of this place but never tried it out. Recently passed by it during a trip and decided to give it a go. Service was good and our food was super quick. My bf enjoyed his food a lot and I was really not a fan of mine. There was no flavor, it just seemed like bland noodles. It was pretty expensive too for what you got.
google avatar

Yelp
Out with the family in Orlando never seen this place before and decided to stop by to see what it's about. Boy was that good decision Jeff greater us and was amazing hiding us through ordering as well as when he brought our food really lively staff super professional well trained. My visit was just spectacular. The prices are super fair compared to everything around them and the quality was amazing. All and all it was an amazing experience. I would come back if it wasn't because of how far it is from me.

Yelp
What happened to Noodles & Company? They went from a fast causal and affordable place to try some interesting noodle based dishes served on real plates to a place that costs more than going to eat at a full service restaurant served in tiny plastic to-go containers even when you are dining in? The pasta was fine, the chicken was rubbery and the garlic bread was hardly cooked. This location seems a bit dirty as well with no one to clean after customers and overflowing trash cans. I don't think I'll be back.

Sarah O.

Yelp
Firstly, I never leave a written review but my short experience left an impression. I haven't eaten at this business in years and was excited cause I remember loving what I tried. The portion size is not be so great for the price with what I ordered but the cook and flavor was good. I ordered pick up for my lunch break and was a bit relieved because inside the restaurant was filled with a really dirty and musky smell, as if an old bucket of cleaning solution was re-used all over the tables and surfaces; improper/lack of cleaning by staff members. This causes me to wonder the cleaning methods of the kitchen and chefs. Maybe I hit a bad day but I noticed it was empty inside with no customers. I'm a bit reluctant to return..

Henry C.

Yelp
Sean gave us amazing service going above and beyond making sure that our dinner was amazing. Food was great and was one of the better noodles and company's I've been too.

Yelp
Always great food at Noodles & Co. restaurants. It is a little pricey but definitely reasonable, dishes range from about $8-10 depending on type and size. I am an avid fan of the Noodles & Co. chain of restaurants, however, this location is probably my least favorite solely due to the customer service. This is the second trip I've made to this location specifically and the employees have not been very friendly either time. I get that the customer service industry is tough especially now with everything going on, but as a consumer it doesn't feel great to not even get a greeting or smile when you walk in and order. Oh and be sure to join their rewards program! I randomly get sent free drinks and dishes ALL the time!

Elle P.

Yelp
ordered pad Thai with tofu and extra sauce on the side. The noodles were barely cooked and the had no sauce. There was hardly any red cabbage. I will never come back to this location.

Sharon K.

Yelp
My son and I came here for lunch today at 12:30 PM. What are the Japanese noodles? My broccoli was completely raw. They just laid two pieces on there. at least I could've been blanched. My son ordered the chicken Parm. He had to wait for another order because the cashier came out let him know. They had burnt the first order. I also overheard the cashier on the other side of us, but they had to give him plastic silverware, due to their several, but they have a lot of people standing around that could be getting the done

Kaijah W.

Yelp
My family and I are huge noodles fans and have been to various locations. however this one, is just not it. personally, I order the same thing everytime, spaghetti and meatballs and not only my noodles, but my family's ALL were so chewy and felt undercooked. it was terrible and when asked if they could just remate 2/4 plates, the employee said that she can refund us but they use the same noodles from the morning so if it's the noodles that are an issue it'll probably be the same. so it wasn't the best experience and it was mostly the food that was a let down, not the service.

Yelp
I am a total noodle fan and was excited to come here for dinner on a Saturday night. The images on yelp looked delicious and when I received my meal it looked equally yummy. My boyfriend and I decided to share the Japanese Pan Noodles and the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles (substituted beef for tofu). The Japanese Pan Noodles were okay... nothing particularly special about them and not worth anything to come back for. Some of the noodles weren't properly cooked and had clumped together. The flavor itself was acceptable though. I was most disappointed by the Spicy Korean Beef noodles. I am quite familiar with the flavor of the Gochujang sauce they were trying to incorporate but unfortunately it was way below expectations. The dish had an overwhelming sour/vinegar taste that ruined the entire plate. The cucumbers weren't pickled either so I'm not sure what made the sauce so acidic. I am not one to waste food and even less likely if they are stir-fried noodles but I only managed to eat a few bites of the Spicy Korean Beef noodles before I couldn't take it anymore. The menu here has high potential to cater to various cuisines and tastes but my experience here has been disappointing, so I will not be back again.

Yelp
We ordered buttered noodles with meatballs, buttered noodles with chicken, and Mac and cheese with Parmesan chicken. It's normally pretty good. It tasted off tonight. It was still decent and a quick dinner since we ordered through Door Dash and it made it to our house shortly after we arrived home.
google avatar

Ethan T.

Yelp
Our team at work typically orders from Noodles and Company. All orders are fresh and tasty. Very good value.
google avatar

Allen D.

Yelp
Friendly, clean, good service with a smile. Each order made after ordering. Regular size was big enough to take home for tomorrow's lunch. Spi y Koean beef was spicy, but didn't take the skin off your tongue. The al Fredonia bowl was awesome.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food, quick and served with one of the biggest smiles I have seen! Definitely recommend this location.
google avatar

Yelp
Tables are dirty but fortunately the food gets served in plastic bowls, food was good a bit loud but EV parking next door

Shannon Psychic Medium C.

Yelp
Good food... We have the lo mein, orange chicken, rice noodles... Gluten, free! Fairly priced. Customer service is good. We will definitely come back here yes
google avatar

David T.

Yelp
Food wasn't as good as other noodles and co. Chicken was burned really badly and noodles weren't hot. Food took a while to come out as well. Unprofessional atmosphere behind the counter.

Mekayla H.

Yelp
I ordered the chicken parm and a kids spaghetti and meatball to go. first I asked for silverware didnt get it no big deal have some at home. The kids broccoli smells old, the chocolate milk was hot, and my chicken was burnt. I would not recommend.

Phil S.

Yelp
The food taste fine, buy the time you add meat to your noodle dish it's about a $10-12 meal. Two people can expect to spend $30 with drinks. The starving size is certainly enough. This place is a easy alternative to a burger place for about same cost. Staff was very friendly, place was clean. The only thing I didn't like here is that the card payment interface prompts you for suggested tip amounts to add to the total purchase. The business also seems to promote tips as part of the wages to employees. There was a help wanted sign that says $14/hr plus tips right next to the register. A subliminal message maybe reinforcing the idea guests should be tipping? If your establishment is serving its dishes on disposable plastic, guests serve themselves for drinks and refills, guests throw away their own trash when finished, and you stand at a counter to place your food order...don't try to guilt guests into tipping.

Yelp
This location is so close to Trader Joe's that it is difficult not to stop by before or after a shopping trip. Their noodles are delicious and the portion size is large enough to split a meal. Service is always friendly and the food quality is excellent. On my most recent visit I ordered pad Thai and Spicy Korean Beef. They were both very good but the spicy beef was the favorite. The ramen noodles are tossed in Gochujang BBQ. Mixed in is cabbage, steak and spinach. They top it with green onions, cilantro and cucumber. The BBQ sauce is sweet and spicy and tastes great. The steak was marinated and had the perfect combination of tenderness and flavor. The pas Thai was also very good. It was made with rice noodles and tossed with cabbage, green onions, cilantro, peanuts and egg.

Yelp
This is a very well run outlet, with friendly staff and a nice seating area with a roll-up glass door that lets in a bit of the outdoors. The menu offers a good variety of different noodle-based cuisines, plus salads and soups. The noodle dishes have the same issue as at Pei Wei where the calorie counts look attractive until you realize there are two servings in each bowl. However Noodles and Company has come up with a great solution. Their "Buff" bowls leave out the noodles, and substitute spinach, while doubling the other ingredients. I tried the Buff version of the Japanese Pan Noodles. It seemed funny to remove the Japanese Pan part from the dish, but it more than halved the calories, to just 320 in the whole bowl. And it was extremely tasty. I feel like I got all the flavor, without the carbs. And since the veggies (other than the spinach and cilantro) were hot, it didn't seem like a salad. As with the other bowls, you can get a side dish. I had a Caesar salad (side salad with a salad, ha!) and it was also tasty, and added only another 90 calories. They also have the Coke Freestyle machines that can make a hundred or so different combos, including many with no calories. In all, quite a satisfying low-cal lunch.

Yelp
I've eaten Pad Thai at many privately owned Thai restaurants. They provide portions that are 2-3x what I had today, for about $9-$10. Today was my first experience here, which is walking distance from my workplace. The $9 Pad Thai was pretty much the size of my hand, which is the typical retail profiteering of "less equals more money". The staff was very nice and the spice level of my food was perfect. However, for $9 I'd rather save my urge for a privately owned Thai Restaurant after work.
google avatar

Yelp
I've always loved Noodles & Company and this location did not disappoint. Located on Sand lake (I drive) this specific location is bigger than most, with an attached eating room where one can eat, read or even catch up on work. The cashier was wonderful and made my ordering experience quick and easy. My food came out hot, fresh and full of flavor with every single bite! I usually order the large portion but decided to opt out for the small size portion. Still a whole lot of food, yet it was enough to finish and not need a box. The smaller portion pastas run about $2.00 dollars cheaper than the large portion. I went with my go too favorite Alfredo Montamorè with breaded chicken. If you haven't tried this dish I can't recommend it enough. Definitely give it a try. Stop by grab a bite and see for yourself. Enjoy!

Lydia W.

Yelp
First time trying one of the N&C here in Orlando. I had the Korean BBQ noodles and my daughter had the three-cheese tortellini with pesto. We shared the cheese garlic bread with marinara. Both noodle dishes were very good and well sauced and spiced. I added some siracha sauce to the BBQ noodles, which provided additional heat but wasn't really necessary. Bread was good, but portion was very small for $6.99. Clean dining area, not too long of a wait. Will be back!

DaVon B.

Yelp
They canceled my online order minutes before I was supposed to pick up and did not answer the 3 times I called
google avatar

Brittany F.

Yelp
Pretty solid quick little lunch spot with a rewards program! Fast and efficient counter service. I love that you have the option for zoodles if you wanted to go more of the healthy route. They also have a very large seating area so there's plenty of space. I ordered the beef stroganoff to go, as it was a recommended staple dish on their menu, but they had a wide variety and the ability to build your own bowls. And it's not just noodles, rice bowls work too! The portions are huge so you can either get two meals out of it, or go for the smaller half option, which is still definitely a meal.

Eduardo N.

Yelp
Food was ok. Little expensive for what you get. Sitting area wasn't super clean. Our order was accurate and the service was quick.
google avatar

Jeremy L.

Yelp
This is the best noodles and company ever! I got my birthday celebrated by Kaitlin who in my opinion is best cashier I ever met and gave me superior guest service! I got a coupon in the mail for a free bowl so I chose the Thai curry. It is so full of flavor and has a nice kick to it. The veggies and shrimp complement this very well. As a birthday gift Kaitlin surprised with 2 cookies. I was so touched! I wish I could do more to thank her!

Yelp
Noodles Company is the best for anything pasta! Thai, Italian, American.. you name it. They have all types of Pasta dishes. I've tried just about every pasta dish they offer. Some dishes they offer is Macaroni and cheese, Pad Thai, Japanese Pan Noodles, Pesto Cavitapi and more! The way it works is you choose your bowl size, your choice of meat (if you want any) and you pick your entree. A small bowl is $4.59 and a regular bowl is $5.99 before meat. Meat type varies in price. You can even add a soup or salad to your entree for 1$. For soups they have Chicken noodle, tomato bisque and my personal favorite Thai Curry. As for salad they have caesar, house salad or cucumber salad! I love Noodles Company because they use all fresh ingredients. Although the suggested meals are the best it's still nice to be able to take away toppings or add veggies as well. This means if you don't like mushrooms you can take those out and add spinach or tomatoes! Also you can change your noodle type. They offer all different types including the gluten free type. As for the service I've ate at just about all locations but this location is my favorite because service is fast and friendly. It's also only the second location to open in Florida!
google avatar

Elyssa M.

Yelp
I love that they have zucchini noodle dishes. I really like the Zucchini Romesco. It was a large portion with great flavor, feta cheese on top with broccoli, and a sauce that's similar to vodka sauce. Download their app for discounts. This is a great stop if you don't have a full hour for lunch because the food comes out pretty quick.

Yelp
Love this place!! Hit up the ones in Cali and was craving this place bad.... soooooo glad I found it and its GREAT!! The Pad Thai is awesome.... Korean meatballs are fantastic... mac n cheese is great! Thai green curry with shrimp is really good. Great service... great location near iDrive...

Yelp
I have been here twice with friends and since I feel in love with my meal the first time, I got the exact same thing the second time! I know, so adventurous! Potstickers- They are made with chicken and were packed with flavor and the sauce was perfection. These come as 3 or 6 which is perfect because when I see Potstickers on a menu I always wish I could just order a half order for myself! Japanese Pan Noodles- These udon noodles are very thick and at first I wasn't sure I liked them, but after bite two I was hooked. The veggies (I got no mushrooms with my meal) were fresh and crisp and the chicken was nice plump pieces of good chicken, none of the small, questionable, pieces of meat elsewhere. The best part of this meal was there was some left over for my lunch the next day! I want to go again soon to try something new, but lets be honest... I will probably order this again because I know I enjoy it so much but I will bring my fiance this time and steal some of whatever he orders!
google avatar

Sheila S.

Yelp
I ordered the Korean BBQ bowl and I barely had any meat in the large bowl that I ordered :( and it was wayyyy too saucey for my liking.....my friend ordered the Pad Thai with chicken. Same deal, too saucey. I mean the noodles were good, thick and cooked well and the size portion was good too. We ordered a large bowl because it's only a $1.50 difference and you can always eat it for later. But I've had way better Korean BBQ and Pad Thai dishes elsewhere.....I know it's suppose to be a quick fast food place, but I think can use my $10 bucks somewhere else :/

Yelp
I really think this place is so good. It's a nice little spot to grab a quick dish. It has the vibe of a pei wei. This is the second time visiting and the food was delicious. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend the spicy Korean dish, actually has some spice to it. The buffalo Mac and cheese was delicious!
