(+) Great modern atmosphere, satisfying food, food generally comes out within 5-10mins! (+) Place is always kept clean! (+) Has lots of choices on the menu, 50+ soda choices, free lime and spices to add. (-) Portion sizes aren't huge, and price is around $10-$20. It's high quality but definitely expensive!

I’ve been coming to Noodles & Company in Logan for a while now, and it’s one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something satisfying. I love the variety of options on the menu—there’s something for every mood, whether you’re in the mood for pasta, Asian-inspired noodles, or something a little lighter. The food is always tasty and usually comes out pretty quick, which I appreciate. It’s a solid place for a casual date or just grabbing a meal when you want something more comforting than fast food but still convenient. Prices are a little on the higher side compared to other quick eats in the area, but the portions are filling and I usually leave full. Overall, Noodles & Company is a reliable choice in Logan when you want a mix of flavor, variety, and a casual dining experience

I hope my review can help a few people make their decisions. Don't waste money at this specific location. Go to either Ogden or Pocatello if you HAVE to have Noodles & Company, because obviously the management here is lacking highly- either that or their on-the-job training is some of the worst and most lazy I have seen in a hot minute. My mother and I live about an hour away, but I work in Logan, and I was craving pasta. It took some begging because it isn't the cheapest for faster food places... But she eventually agreed. We ordered on the app, which worked well of course, and bought one of each of the tortellini bowls in a small. I get that smalls are smaller than the regular, but every single one of our tortellini dishes were lazily put together, the cheese was almost half unmelted, the food was not very hot at all, and the sauce was so abysmal that it seemed almost dry LOL. I hate complaining, but I asked for extra sauce, and three soup containers and lids were wasted on like 1/4 a cup if extra paid 'sauce' which in the one shown had a decent burned section. If I had an allergy to carrots or broccoli or whatever else made it into my side of mac n' cheese, I could have had more troubles. Yes it is visible to the naked eye- but👏🏻that👏🏻is👏🏻not👏🏻okay. It shows how lazy the workers and/or supervisor is that this large amount of veggies made it into my side. Not only that, but we got a tomato basil small soup and a side of chicken noodle soup... I think the only way to get food that's worth your buck at this location is to buy sides of everything. We basically got the same scooping of soup for my side soup as my mom did for her half-full small size. And for multiple dollars cheaper?! What a steal! Either way, I'm quite disappointed with this, and I will know for the future to not go to this location again. I had an hour drive home and we just trusted it was okay- next time I'll make sure I check closer and not trust in the good name of the company that my food will be correct... I was mildly worried when we had showed up a bit early and I watched a customer storming out of the food place with a heavy-set grimace on his face... But now I know why he may have been upset. I am glad that I chose not to go inside the building, for I fear that the energy inside would have soured this food even more. I hope you guys get this fixed soon, because tbh, your most recent two comments besides one "It was good" 5 star in between them say "Food poisoning" and "severely shorted on scoops of food"... Thank you for coming to my TedTalk. LOVE Y'ALL AND STAY SAFE! 💜💜💜

Google
The Pad Thai was absolutely awesome. The zucchini and asparagus in lemon was equally as delicious. The servers were prompt and friendly and the atmosphere was good. The entire experience was pleasant and comfortable and their facility is well captain clean.

Google
To the Lady working today (sorry didn't remember your name) thank you so much!! I ordered a mac and cheese and a chicken Alfredo today. When I got home I realized I only had the chicken alfredo. When I looked at how much they charged me (I didn't keep the receipt so I looked at my bank account) I realized I only paid for the chicken alfredo. When I went back the lady recognized me from earlier. When I ordered the mac and cheese again she said she'd whip it right up without charge. She even threw in a rice Krispy treat! My wife was having a bad day today and the mac and cheese was all she wanted. Miracles happened today!

Google
I love the variety of options here. Having many different ethnic foods makes it fun to try new things! Pot stickers were delicious, although I think next time I'll ask if they can crisp the outside more. They were softer than I wanted. I also tried the Thai Chicken noodle soup. Very different! First bite the spicy hits your throat. But it tons down as you eat it. Although my spice tolerance is smaller than most peoples! It is more a sweet and spicy. :) staff was friendly.

Google
Rotten & wilted lettuce in the chicken caesar salad. And they forgot my chicken. I loved this place but this is the second time i’ve had rotten lettuce and I won’t be going back.

Morgan L.

Google
Pretty disappointed. We’ve been to noodles and company many times and have never been disappointed in the service. But this time we got our food and the noodles were a little hard, the sauce was watery and the portions for the regulars were off. I don’t know if it was just this time but I also don’t know if we will be back to this location because of the issues. Said we couldn’t get a refund just because we weren’t happy with the sauce and etc.

Yelp
Last Thursday I called Noodles and Companyrestaurant to order out. I was at a conference at Utah Sate University. When I began my order, whomever was on the phone refused to take my order because I had an accent. It is unfortunate that these things happen on this day and age. However, let this be a cautionary review to avoid this restaurant unless you are Caucasian. Major disappointment and then I realized that this may be the new "normal." I gave it one star because I could not give it less. Avoid this place because the food may be good but racist attitude are not conducive to anything good.

Human W.

Yelp
Food is tasty, but my portion did not even fill half of my bowl. I had cheese tortellinI. This was my first and last visit.

Rachel O.

Yelp
I never leave reviews, but our experience was so bad that I will never eat there again. We ordered three different meals. Two of our meals had hard, undercooked noodles. And two of our meals had chicken that had the texture of rubber. It was so bad that I had to spit it out because I couldn't chew it. We ended up throwing most of our food away. It was a total waste of money.

Karl L.

Yelp
We dined-in last night. First red flag should have been that we were the only ones there at 7ish. Debated on half bowl vs full. A full bowl is only half full so there is that. The pot stickers were refrigerator cold. The chicken and prosciutto tortellini was about the best but that's not saying much. Also had the chicken Parm with cold chicken and the buffalo Mac with cold chicken. This ran $65 for 2 adults and a child. Absolutely awful!!

Kaydi E.

Yelp
I got really bad super mad food poisoning from their Alfredo. Like seriously coming out of both ends.

Alesya G.

Yelp
I can because I wanted the coconut curry soup but was told they no longer have it. So then I ordered the garlic bread and ALSO was told they do not have it. The kids spaghetti was boiling hot in the middle as though it was throw into the microwave. For the amount they charge, I expect good food and I was disappointed.

Yelp
I've been to lots of Noodles locations across Utah and California. This is probably the first one that was really, truly delightful customer service in a long time. Our cashier was super sweet and patient with our requests. The eating are was clean and spacious, plus they have the coke machine with the touch screen. My mom was very pleased to find they added gluten free noodles to the menu, which she had as a replacement on the penne rosa dish. She said they were cooked to perfection, which is quite difficult for gluten free products. My grandma had just noodles, alfredo, and grilled chicken in her bowl due to food sensitivities. They still garnished the dish with a few pieces of tomatoes and another veggie. She picked around them but just be aware if you actually have an allergy situation to let them know. She ate more than I have ever seen her eat before in one sitting, which was really good because she tends to under eat. She said it was so well prepared and tasty that she didnt want to stop! My grandma is really critical of food places, so this was impressive to me. I had penne rosa with parmesan crusted chicken and a parmesan cheese sprinkle. It was perfection as usual. I would also add our food came out faster than expected! We were happy and full tonight.
google avatar

Christine B.

Yelp
We had the Japanese udon noodle, tortellini, Mac and cheese and spaghetti and they were delicious.
google avatar

Franklin H.

Yelp
Literally just started to eat this when I decided I needed to review first. I took the first bite and expected it to be flavorful and satisfying. It tasted like I was eating plain crispy udon noodles. My dish had no flavor and no vegetables. This place is a huge disappointment especially considering it was 10.00 bucks. Udon noodles are $.99 a pack, that's retail with sauce. So for 10 dollars, I should be wowed with my dish. I would implore anybody of thinking about dining here to look elsewhere. They are selling an idea, but not a great product. The product is downright a ripoff. I had 4 tiny pcs of broccoli in my bowl as well as a few carrot strings. You got me this time, but you won't do it again. Restaurant was clean and service was good, but the food, not so much!
google avatar

Katie C.

Yelp
I love noodles and company. But this particular location has questionable night shift employees. Every time I'm there in the evening, they all talk (very loudly) about how much they hate their jobs and how the don't want to work here. One particular time there was a young boy who was joking about spitting in someone's food. Very unprofessional
google avatar

Cameron S.

Yelp
This location has poor management and they do not care about their employees at all. It's also super expensive. Definitely not going back
google avatar

Bailey B.

Yelp
We ordered 3 dishes for delivery. The Japanese pan noodles, zucchini pesto with grilled chicken zoodles and a Caesar salad. They were all sooo delicious. The pan noodles were a lil spicy, and the zoodles were still crisp and in no way over cooked. The delivery was fast and our dishes were hot! Super happy with a first delivery from Noodles & Co!

Tyson R.

Yelp
I ordered 3 entrees: pad Thai, Korean beef, and tortellini alfredo. I ordered online. Ordering went well and pickup was convenient. The food quality was sub-par. Eating the food was not that enjoyable. I wasn't interested in leftovers of any of the entrees. I don't anticipate going back, and I probably won't recommend it.
google avatar

Lizzy P.

Yelp
They officially have gluten free noodles (besides the rice noodles used in the Asian dishes)! I LOVE Penne Rosa with feta, and have been ordering it with the asian rice noodles since going wheat-free. But the new GF noodles are much better. However, while it tasted great, I was still hungry after my meal. I also love the soda machine at this Noodles! There are so many to choose from (even though I really don't drink soda, I usually get tea). I'm not big into chain restaurants, but until I figure out how to perfect cooking penne rosa at home, I'll keep going to Noodles for my fix.
google avatar

Derrick P.

Yelp
Interesting little place. It's all about the noodles in a small chain restaurant in the high dessert area of the United States, not exactly known for noodle cuisine. So you can get either tradition Italian-inspired noodles, Asian-inspired noodles, Mac and Cheeses or vegetable zoodles. I say inspired because the dishes don't look all that authentic. Did the Spicy Peanut Noodles take me back to Malaysia? No, but they were good and a nice break from fast food. Service was friendly, place was clean. Nice break from the rather heavy comfort food found all over Logan. I'll be back.

Traveler D.

Yelp
if you're in the mood for mediocrity, this is the place to come. I actually eat at Noodles and Company somewhat regularly... When I'm in the mood for mediocrity. The fried potstickers are consistently pretty good. on the other hand, the Alfredo bowls never have any real Alfredo sauce on them. Kind of weird.
google avatar

Joseph L.

Yelp
The food is pretty good. But some of the staff don't wear masks while requesting that guests do. During a pandemic, this seems very irresponsible to be making food and serving guests while not being cautious about the food that's being served.
google avatar

Nan G.

Yelp
This has got to be the most overpriced, bland food option in the valley. Ordered from Door-dash and took over an hour to deliver. They got our order wrong AND the food arrived cold. Never again.
google avatar

Brenden J.

Yelp
My wife and I decided to try this place for the first time. After discussing popular items with the staff we ordered our food. My food was just mostly wet noodles. They weren't good, they had no flavor or anything. My wife's noodles were good but she also ordered a side Cesar salad. She loves Cesar salads, she got a small size but it was SMALL. I noticed she hadn't eaten any of it, so I snuck a bite and it tasted awful. It must have been the dressing or something but it was disgusting. We brought home a menu to do a sort of check list thing, so we check stuff off as we try it but it's probably going into the trash at this point because we don't want to try anything else.

Ma B.

Yelp
DO NOT GET ANY OF THE ASIAN NOODLES. I got the Japanese udon noodles and they were the driest, least flavored things I've ever eaten. Some of the broccoli florets were good but others were old and rancid. Half way through my bowl I found a hair too, so overall just nah.
google avatar

Brittany L.

Yelp
Pretty marginal in terms of quality. Food is predictable and unimpressive. Portions are small for the price. Dishes are made with simplistic ingredients. Wait time is reasonable. I really like their online ordering option. The establishment is usually unclean and messy.
google avatar

Charlene H.

Yelp
Had great service and great noodles. Got my favorite the Pad Thai and tried the Zucchini & Asparagus with lemon cream, both were delightful.

Kelly H.

Yelp
So bummed. Usually always LOVE Noodles & Company, but not this time. Got some potstickers for takeout and I have no idea what happened? I've never seen them look like this. I thought maybe they would taste alright with just a weird appearance, but they were TERRIBLE. It's like they were smashed on purpose? It was the weirdest thing!! I've order these before at Noodles & Company and they were great! These left a bad taste in my mouth, literally and probably not going to go back any time soon.

Kamren A.

Yelp
be prepared to waste 20 minutes ordering online or calling in. Apparently It's extremely dangerous and puts there workers at risk to walk up to the register and order food so you have to call it in or order online. But dont worry once you order online or by phone you can then walk to the counter to pick up your food. Makes a lot of sense.
google avatar

Shauna S.

Yelp
Ginger beer! They have several new entrees and kids' meals with healthy sides (broccoli/carrots).
google avatar

Candice S.

Yelp
Logan doesn't have a plethora of places to get a great noodle bowl, so when a hankering for spicy - sweet hits, this is the place to go. I love their Indonesian peanut sauté and I also go bananas for the Japanese pan noodles. Maybe not authentic, but delicious and well-done. And who doesn't love robot Coke dispensers? Just the best. Location would do well to keep the dining area cleaner, as well as training employees to deliver a beautiful dish, as I've gotten plenty of sloppy (but tasty) plates.
google avatar

Chase W.

Yelp
The food at noodles is super good. Go with the pesto cavatappi or the penne rosa with parmesan cheese. I use the mobile app to skip the huge line at lunchtime. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful
google avatar

Julie H.

Yelp
A good "fast fresh" option. I had never been and couldn't decide what to order. I asked the staff member taking my order what she would pick - the Japanese Pan Noodles or the Pad Thai and she said the pan noodles because they have more flavor. So that's what I went with and I'm glad I did, they were really delicious. My two other dining companions happened to order the same thing and we were all really pleased with our meal. I didn't do any add ons and found myself hungry again in about three hours. The restaurant got a little bit loud between the somewhat open kitchen, the music, and the amount of patrons but that's to be expected on a Friday night at 7pm. I've been told the chocolate chip cookie is incredible and it looked amazing. Kicking myself for not trying it. I guess I'll just have to go back!
google avatar

Alex P.

Yelp
The meals are good. Adding meat makes them incredible but costs significantly more (too much to be worth it for me). They have the fancy touch soda machine, which is fantastic. Last time I was there it was very, very dirty throughout the dining room. It wasn't a lunch or dinner rush or anything either, being a Sunday night here in Theocracy-laden Pollutionland. The dude who brought my meal also got dangerously close to thumbing my food. There would have been hell to pay for that! I don't care about the gluten-free noodle option. Any rational person who can google knows that gluten-free is a pointless fad diet with no scientific basis unless you're a medically diagnosed celiac. UPDATE: I went there again a week or two later, and the dining room was disgusting again. I don't know if the company just doesn't care about cleanliness anymore or what. Downgrade to two stars!
google avatar

JessWes J.

Yelp
It was as if the food we'd ordered had been previously cooked. Not fresh when we ordered. Not clean. I asked the husband if he'd rather go elsewhere. He wished we would have. I love Noodles & Company, this one was the worst.
google avatar

Caroline S.

Yelp
Noodles & Company was the best decision my friends and I made the other day. When you first get there, there is menu's all over the place. On almost every wall while you're waiting in line. But the line doesn't take long, the service there is fast and very efficient. The cashier was very organized and helpful. She suggested what to get and what we tried was delicious. One of my friends had to pay in quarters, which can be difficult and frustrating for the cashier. But she was very nice and calm about it. We felt like everyone there was our friends. Not only that but the food itself was fresh and delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly, not under or over cooked. The pasta to sauce ratio was perfect and we didn't feel like there was too little of either. The portions here was very plentiful, it didn't leave you hungry but it also didn't leave you overwhelmed. I even got just a very basic spaghetti and meatball and it tasted perfectly seasoned, just like how you would imagine at home. Overall very pleased with this restaurant and recommend it to anyone. -Kimmy

Christina B.

Yelp
Always been happy with my meal here. Online ordering is convenient. Penne Rosa is a go-to and their appetizer Korean meatballs are super yummy. I really appreciate that Josh (who I believe is a manager) can be seen often working at the counter and in the dining area, ready and willing to make your visit extra great! Thanks

Kent H.

Yelp
Had the Chicken noodle soup which was really good. I also had the cheese bread. The bread was cold and burnt. Their soda machine was leaking water so bad it was flowing onto the floor. When I told the staff about it, they said ok and went about their business. Nothing was done about it the entire time I was there
google avatar

Todd F.

Yelp
Very disappointed in this place. Yelp and the app say they're open until 10 but in fact they are not. I showed up at 9:30 and the doors were still on what unlocked so I walked right in, but the lady informed me those were their summer hours and they could not help me. Very frustrating especially in this town as it's hard to find any place open after 9 PM!
google avatar

Debbie G.

Yelp
The staff were very helpful explaining dishes and how ordering worked. We met the manager Scott. Great personality, made us feel welcome. Good food. Large amount. I love the soda machine, so many choices.
google avatar

Kirby C.

Yelp
If you're craving meat and noodles this is the place to go. Great comfort food. I'm a college student so I always do takeout and eat it at home while I'm studying. It's the best for when you have a lot to do and you don't have time to cook food at home. This place is never a bad choice.
google avatar

Hannah V.

Yelp
I'm so sad there is no Noodles & Co. near my home in Cali. So good! Granted, I've only had the pesto, but it's AMAZING. And anything my boyfriend has had is also really good. Service is awesome and everyone is always willing to help you make a decision. Will always be on my radar for a quick and delish meal!

G. M.

Yelp
Korean beef noodles ($10) had a nice kick of spice but were weirdly sweet.
google avatar

Scott C.

Yelp
I love this place. Pretty much anything off of the Mediterranean menu is fantastic. Add some Parmesan chicken, a side of tomato basil soup and you're good to go. On a side note, my daughter says the meatballs and Mac-n-Cheese is good, but could use more cheese and less macaroni.
google avatar

Kaja F.

Yelp
I love this restaurant. We never have to wait for very long to get served and the waiters are all very friendly. And the food was delicious. Will be going back!
google avatar

Sierra W.

Yelp
Great food. Really nice when you want to eat out, but don't want something really greasy and fattening. Nice staff. Clean. They bring you your food but it's not a tipping restaurant, so you can guarantee them to actually pay their employees. Never too busy. Patient. Good water and bathroom lol. Would recommend.
google avatar

Rebeca D.

Yelp
Way over priced for two people considering what you get on your plate or bowl. This place is a joke if you want FOOD. Now for you more trendy people who just like the idea of a fancy over priced order over the counter meal go for it. I would recommend making your own canned soup and horrible steak or I think it was steak sandwich. Yuck yuck do not go here please save your money
google avatar

Ryan B.

Yelp
Solid, nothing special, but a good place my wife and I seem to end up at from time to time. Noodle dishes at this location tend to be dryer (less sauce) than I like and have had at other Noodles locations. The magic coke machine is nice (the big silver ones that have the flavor add ins).
google avatar

Devin R.

Yelp
Mac and cheese was good and the potstickers were tasty. However the noodles lacked enough sauce to eat the whole batch and the potstickers are way to thin. The sauce they provide with them is also in need of a touch up. Otherwise it was a simple meal to simply fill up the tummy. Nothing fancy.
google avatar

Cindy N.

Yelp
My husband and I were visiting Logan and usually love Noodles & Company. The staff was very friendly but the restraint was disgusting dirty! The drink stand had soda and trash all over and half of the tables hadn't been cleaned off and even more hadn't been wiped down. The cheese on my Mac&Cheese was less cheese and more soup. It didn't thicken or attach to the noodles at all. My croutons were very stale and chewy. I love Noodles & Company usually but it seems the staff at this one were cutting corners.
google avatar

Emily T.

Yelp
Noodles and company always brings me delight. I go there whenever I'm craving soul food--the kind of dishes that not only fill my tummy but lift my spirits. They are reasonably priced, clean, and courteous. The food is great--and they even have gluten free options! They have an online ordering option which eliminated the waits in line. Overall one of my favorite places to eat.

Brent H.

Yelp
This was the best decision we made today. Stopping in, even on a hot day, all 5 of us were filled and satisfied. The service was very prompt and everyone was super helpful and kind! I made a mistake on my order and they corrected it for me, no charge! They were perfect for our family this day. Bonus, clean and bright building.

Lady B.

Yelp
I'm not sure the exact date they opened, but it was within the past couple months. I went there for the first time ever and the cashier gave me a great and friendly explanation on the menu, there's Mediterranean, Asian and American food menus, which is such a great number of different kinds in 1! I had an OK side Caesar salad but I ordered a chicken penne rosa from the Mediterranean menu with a perfect amount of feta cheese crumbled on top. The penne was cooked perfectly as well and the sauce was such a nice spicy tomato and mushroom combination, it left me craving the leftovers later that very same day! Drinks are double what they are at the gas station, but which restaurants aren't these days? Pricing is pretty good, if you get a full lunch there its about 12 dollars a meal. if your just eating light it could just be 5-8 dollars. They keep the restaurant really clean and its a fun look and the serve beer and wine there as well. I will definitely go back again soon!!!

Patrick H.

Yelp
Noodle bowls were reasonably tasty and filling but side salads were drenched in dressing, which overwhelmed the salad.
