Noodles and Company

We walked in 15 minutes to close and apologized for being those people. We try not to do that to people but we just /really/ had a crazing for Noodles and Co last night. The cashier opened their mouth as if to say something, paused, shut it, and just shrugged at us with an apologetic smile. We apologized again and stepped away to wait for our food. When it did arrive it has this lovely note. The cashier was so lovely! I wish I knew their name! Managers, if you read this and know who closed the night of Sept 30th they were lovely!

I haven't been to a Noodles in ages but my daughter loves it. The staff at this location was truly phenomenal. So much so that I ran to Google to give them this review. The food was actually quite good too!

Staff was incredibly friendly and got the food out in a timely manner. Conversed a bit with the nice lady at the front counter and she was just a bundle of joy and made the trip to Noodles worth it.

Way too salty and spicy. I was unable to eat my food and had to throw it out. My husband tried it too who loves very spicy food and he couldnt eat it either. Wont be returning.

Rude man named Jacob at the register. Argued about the promotion for the 30 year meal deals. Claimed that corporate charges $3 for a cup for water with a meal now and charged $6 for two cups...might as well fill it with everything for that.

Ordered 1 hour ahead for a pickup. Came in and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. That was fine, I can wait. I ordered extra chicken, extra sauce, extra mushrooms and spinach. I got home... and there were maybe 8 pieces of chicken, no mushrooms, and literally only have 1 single piece of chicken... are you serious? I won't be coming here any time soon.

Absolutely disgusted by the woman in this photo. At 9:50 p.m. she approached our table while we were eating to tell us that they were closing. Clearly I'm aware that you close at 10:00 p.m. not at 9:50 and it's extremely rude to walk up to a customer's table and say that you're closing while they're eating. She absolutely should not be working with the public and should reconsider a stay-at-home job.

Was 930 pm they close at 10pm my entree was all noodles even though I paid for steak and barely any vegetables

I went to Noodles & Company at 10:45 PM, well before closing time (they close at 11), and was told they "won't cook anything" because they're "not taking in-person orders." Instead, they said I had to order online--but when I tried to place an order, they weren't accepting online orders either. So let me get this straight: I'm standing there, in the store, ready to pay, ready to eat, and your staff just shrugs and refuses to serve me? What kind of lazy, half-closed nonsense is that? If you're open until 11, you should be accepting orders until 11. Not turning people away because the staff wants to get out early. And don't hide behind the "online orders only" excuse if you're not even allowing those either. Horrible customer service. No courtesy, no explanation, just a bunch of employees who clearly didn't want to do their jobs. I've never felt so blatantly dismissed as a customer. Noodles & Company, fix your store policies or your staff, because this is not how a business that respects its customers operates.

Today is my first time visiting noodles and company, the Mac and cheese with the cheesy bread was amazing. Shane is an outstanding worker and he deserves to be employee of the month. The prices was really nice and the service nice too. I really enjoyed my food. The place is nice I want to come back for my next birthday. The ambiance was nice and the service was worth the wait. Everything went well I enjoyed my food, next time I go back to noodles and company I'll get a nice drink with my meal. I ate some at the place and took some to go.

OK, noodles has THE BEST Caesar dressing ever. I know, weird (because I should be talking about the noodle dishes) but so true! Do yourself a favor and try a side Caesar and you'll be hooked. This location is one of the better noodles and company restaurants in MKE. There is lots of space to eat with some larger table options for groups. Service is always nice! Seems to be a bit slow and understaffed at times but nothing extreme. Noodles is never a bad choice!

Worst service I have ever encountered, stood their for 40 minutes waiting for my food to go. I saw people that ordered after me getting it and leaving and checked on it and they didn't even make it!! Completely skipped my small order. When they took my order they said they didn't have what I wanted for the first two items I tried to order and acted like they didn't want to even take my order. More and more people started to come in and they got even more behind. Ended up waiting an hour for my food, ridiculous amount of time for quick lunch break from work on a Thursday!

The presentation on the board was excelent, but when this was placed on the plate it seems to be lacking any structure to eat. The salad I got had brown slimy lettuce, I was thinking of complaining to the cashier, but after someone I was with asked to have little more sauce and they were reluctant to help him. The noodles sucked up all the sauce and the lime was to dry. When he tried to squeeze the lime into his dish and it dropped out seeds with no juice. I remember now why I did not like noodle and company.

Came here for a nice lunch with hubby at 1:30. Customer service was terrible, rude. Hubby asked for the garlic cheese bread without the cheese (because he's lactose) and the lady in the kitchen says "oh so you want just bread" laughed and turned around. Also ordered the post stickers and they were literally flat and crunchy... (June 11th, 2018)

I used to like noodles a lot. They prepared meals fast and their food was good quality. But now, I feel like they've been slacking on their food. I don't find myself wanting much on the menu besides the potstickers. I like that they have the drink fountain too. Maybe they're changing their recipes, but I feel like their food used to taste better. I don't recommend getting the beef stroganoff or the spicy Korean beef noodles; they are both not good at all.

By far the best experience I've ever had in a noodles and company. The staff was amazing and Juanita was by far the best cashier I have ever encountered. 10 out of 10 I would definitely be coming back here more!

Last Week I ordered Penne Rosa with extra Mushrooms...No extra mushrooms were given. This week I went back ordered another Penne Rosa and told the assitant manager that last week they forgot my extra mushrooms. He has a lot nerve to charge me $1.75 for extra mushrooms when they left them out last Week....Assistant manager Rudely said "You have to pay the $1.75"...very unfriendly.

This particular location is the BEST. Happy employees, great food, clean restaurant. I've never had a bad experience. Can't say the same for other locations though. The mac and cheese could be a bit warmer. Garlic bread, potstickers and parmesan-crusted chicken are highly recommended. The food is reasonably priced.

This noodles is new and I was surprised to see the low reviews. I found the staff super friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and my food was yummy. I had to ask about gluten free items and one of the workers was VERY knowledgeable about what I could have. Very good experience!

Our food was really good , but I don't care for servers who fail at customer service . It makes a good dining experience horrible .

It never fails that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order extra parmesan , I never. ever. ever. get extra parmesan :) I order buttered noodles, parmesan on the side, with extra parmesan - costing $.75 extra. I literally get one cup of parmesan every single time. I always have to look in the bag and then tell them I need another side of parmesan because, well, I DID pay for it......... why can't I just get what I ordered in the first place?

My friends and I came to this noodles 10 minutes before closing and they served us quickly and gave me the BEST Japanese pan noodles I have ever eaten

Service is sometimes slower during rush periods at this generally busy location. Gabriella has amazing customer service and that is what keeps me coming back.

I mean come on at first glance it's Noodles & Company, 3 star food for 3 star service. Boy was I wrong! They gave me a pad thai with chicken that was tasteless and had literally no peanut satay sauce. Then I went back up to the register to complain about the lack of flavor and she charged me a dollar sixty for extra pad thai sauce. I then went back up and showed her my bowl of dry noodles with little sauce. She then sighed, but politely didn't charge me for extra sauce. It definitely was not a good food day for service, or for the kitchen. Sorry I had to do this guys, I know that you just opened, however, first impressions are everything and I hope you take this review as a step to getting better.

This has to be one of the worst Noodles I have ever been to. Dirty floors, tables and bathrooms. Soup was burnt and main dish was room temperature. I would steer clear of this location.

Extremely disappointed with noodles and company. I came in around 720pm it was not busy . Few other customers where waiting for food to be made . I place my order to go and awaited for my food . I ordered a regular Mac and cheese with meatballs nothing fancy. I was given a totally different order some chicken and stroganoff dish .. it's not hard to to figure out what Max and cheese looks like smh . Was a waste of my time

Seriously this place is extremely overrated. First time here and last...service wasn't the problem. I got the buttered noodles with grilled chicken breast...chicken breast was SALTY and overcooked...maybe it was the iltalian seasoning they used. Secondly the noodles were cold and also overcooked. I informed them of my dissatisfaction I then received a new bowl of Chicken and noodles...which I'm pretty sure they Nuked in the microwave. I did not continue to eat...too much salt. No Thanks...Never again.

I was in the area at Children's hospital and wanted something different than hospital food. I called in my order and it was ready when I arrived. I brought it back to the hospital and noticed it was the wrong meal I called and they gave me the chance to pick up my order but I would have to drive back and I didn't feel like going out again so they offered me my money back for the meal or 2 free meals. I took the 2 free meals and they emailed me a coupon. I was back in this area 2 months later and remembered about the coupon, I somehow lost it and called up and they resent me the coupon. Great service thanks so much! Looking forward to a nice meal.

Horrible service waited 15 minutes for one bowl of noodles customer service is very rude and very dirty at this noodles and company will not come back here again
