A Highly Anticipated Seafood Restaurant Calls Off Its Las Vegas Strip Debut | Eater Vegas

"Tony Chi’s redesign takes inspiration from Hong Kong’s antiques market district, introducing Chinese windows, paravents, stone art, lanterns and new booth seating. Executive Chef Patrick Lee offers authentic regional noodle dishes from Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam, and the menu highlights include soy Chilean sea bass, char siew bao, Hong Kong egg noodle and tableside dim sum. Chinese dim sum is available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday." - Janna Karel

Decent little restaurant in the Bellagio. Stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the food was good. Prices were obviously on the higher side but that’s what you get when you eat in a Las Vegas resort. Overall good experience. Would go again. Atmosphere: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Value: 3/5 Total: 4/5

Fairly good service. The two Crispy Hong Kong style noodles we ordered were pretty good. I had the bbq pork, my wife had the chicken. We would have enjoyed more noodles, but portions weren't too bad. Wish they would have made it slightly crispier and less "saucy" which softened the noodles too quickly. These are our favorite kind of noodles so we are very particular and order it whenever we can find it. We had the mango sticky rice dessert. It was terribly. The mango was so NOT ripe that it was sour. The rice was ok, and so was the coconut sauce. The mango skin was still very green. We mentioned it to our waitress. To their credit they gave us a Complimentary mango pudding (which was "ok" at best). Kudos to the server for trying to make it better. Also quite pricy for what you get. Ended up > $100 for the 2 of us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Restaurant: Noodles at Bellagio, Las Vegas We arrived late at night, very hungry after a long day — and this restaurant completely saved the evening! From the moment we walked in, everything was just perfect. Our server was incredibly polite, kind, and always smiling. Every “please” and “thank you” came with genuine warmth — it really felt like he cared about making us comfortable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding! We ordered several dishes — delicious vermicelli noodles, tender pork, flavorful seafood noodles, and a variety of other plates that were all cooked to perfection. Every bite was amazing — authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. Even though we came late, the staff welcomed us with such hospitality. Everything was served quickly, beautifully presented, and tasted incredible. This place is truly five-star service and quality. If you’re ever in Las Vegas, Noodles at Bellagio is a must-visit — warm atmosphere, professional service, and unforgettable food. Huge thanks to the team for turning our late-night hunger into one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had!

Google
I’ve never posted a review before on any restaurant. I’d you are looking for good food, do not go here. Any chinois’s takeout I have ever had is better than this place, save your time and money. I’m not sure what I ordered but pretty much got spaghetti, the pad Thai was burnt. I’m not sure how you burn pad Thai but they did it. The sweet and sour chicken tasted like ketchup? And the dumpling were fine. I’d avoid this place

Quahog

Google
Nothing special but has an extensive menu so everyone should find something that satisfies their dietary requirements. Main dishes served without rice which has to be ordered as a side. Highly unusual for an Chinese/Asian fusion restaurant. Modern decor with good lighting. Noise level is tolerable and prices are Vegas medium. Right off the casino so seating near the entrance can be a little noisy. Overall a solid three clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale.

Google
We had the Soy Chilean Sea Bass and it was very tasty, I highly recommend it if ever you decide to try. I would skip the Hainanese chicken rice. Reservations is highly recommended like most restaurants on the strip specially if you have a party of 3 or more.

Google
We decided to give this place another go. I do think it'll be the last time. Food is good, but the service just isn't there. We go waters right away. But waited about 20 minutes to order. Our food came out fairly quickly, but not our appetizer. This also happened to the table next to us. We did get an apology, but we had to start eating our food before it was brought to us. Our check was brought out right after our appetizer! No one ever came back to check on us for refils, we had to flag someone down. The half booth tables are very close together. You can't have a private conversation and it's awkward to squeeze in and out. Down grading my rating I'm afraid. Our first time here. We wanted to try a new place. After reading others reviews, we made a reservation, and glad we did. We had reserved a booth and were sat at a very small half booth There were barely enough room for our plates. The tables are placed very close together. The atmosphere is bright, airy, and open. The service was "efficient". As it was our first time, we did have questions, and one server actually rolled her eyes at my husband's question. I understand that they were very busy, but there was no need for that. My husband's ice tea and our food came out quite quickly, but it was almost impossible for him to get a refill on his tea. The highlight was the food. Best duck I have ever eaten, and the sweet and sour was just amazing. I would like to come back here and try some of their other dishes, and just hope that the service was a little better and more friendly.

Google
Noodles at Bellagio is a total win if you're craving authentic Asian cuisine with a twist of fusion flavors! 🍜👌 Located on the casino floor of the Bellagio in Las Vegas, this spot brings you dishes from around Asia like Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, and more. ### Highlights - *Dim Sum & Appetizers*: Noodles offers a range of Asian tapas-style plates including pot stickers, vegetable spring rolls, and edamame. Prices are super reasonable, ranging from $6 to $17. - *Vegetarian Noodles & Rice Dishes*: With vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available, there's something for everyone. The menu boasts dishes like vegetarian-friendly noodle soups, fried rice variations, and congee options. - *Sake-tini Mention*: While Noodles doesn't highlight a "sake-tini" specifically on their beverage menu according to the info found, they do offer sake by the glass or bottle alongside a selection of wines, beers, and classic cocktails ¹ ². ### Overall Experience The atmosphere at Noodles is laid-back and perfect for families or catching up with friends. The decor screams Asian vibes with gold and brown tones and noodle-themed decor. Service can be hit or miss based on some reviews, but the food is a definite highlight . ### Bottom Line If you're at the Bellagio and want authentic Asian flavors with a variety of options (including vegetarian dishes), Noodles is a solid choice. Prices for couples are around $100-$150 including apps and drinks.

Yelp
Mediocre overpriced Asian food, but that's to be expected in most strip casinos. I had the crab meat vermicelli and it was amazing pretty flavorless. They also used the wrong noodle as I was expecting rice vermicelli similar to glass noodles, but instead I got the Italian vermicelli noodles.

Yelp
The food is not tasty and the service is less than desired. I had to ask for everything I got. It doesn't taste good. I'm sad the Bellagio has this in their fine casino.

Yelp
I'm a little sad to write this review because my family and I have been to Vegas almost all my life (26+ years) and in the past 5-6 years we've stayed at the Bellagio and in those times, we definitely almost always order from Noodles to get the classic pad thai and the mango pudding. However, maybe it was because this weekend was busy, but I was disappointed in the quality of food as well as quantity. We ordered the pork, the pad thai, oxtail soup, and mango pudding, and my mom wanted to order the iced coffee with condense milk (always her go-to fave). We also wanted to order to-go so we can enjoy in our room, however I felt the employees that were helping us were a bit dismissive - especially with my mom trying to order the coffee and them shaking their heads saying they didn't have any - which was a real bummer. As for the quality of the food, I think the only food item that remained the same in terms of tasting really well, was the oxtail soup. I was disappointed in the pad thai tasting pretty flavorless which was not what I remember at all & we've been here earlier this year & the pad thai is a personal favorite! Mango pudding was pretty much the same, I enjoy how it's always pretty simple and filling without it being too sweet. Unfortunately, just not sure if we will come here again in the future.

Yelp
Return visit 10-12-2025. Still the best Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup ($24) on the Vegas Strip (certainly 1 of top 5 in the entire U.S.) The herby, deep, beefy, steamy hot broth, the firm and bouncy white noodle, the buttery soft brisket that melts in your mouth -- it's a gastronomical masterpiece. The salt and pepper shrimp ($40), de-shelled, is wok-fried with crispy garlic, scallions, jalapeno and red chili pepper. it is surprisingly free of oil and completely scrumptious -- a perfect companion for a bowl of jasmine rice.

Yelp
This place is still delicious! Really good porridge and the chive dumplings are the best! Service is excellent and accommodating! The inside is very nice and elegant. Will definitely look forward to their once a year lunar buffet!

Yelp
This is usually our go to asian spot when we need some soup or rice after the club haha. Not the best asian food but it works and its a lifesaver. The staff here works hard and are nice but once they bring you the food they don't check up on you anymore. We had to flag them down a few times to get refills but other than that it pretty much it. Ambiance inside is cool and always busy.

Yelp
A last minute reservation for dinner and was seated promptly at a great table. Service was efficient although it may seem a bit rushed at times. Noise level rose when the number of patrons increased but still manageable. Decor was gorgeous too. As for the food, it was okay for me. Ordered the Shanghai Dumplings, Hot & Spicy Cucumber, and the 2 meat entrée (opted for the Cantonese Roast Duck & Barbeque Pork) w/ side of Steamed Rice. The vinegar that came with the Shanghai Dumpling was what I used to a a bit of acid to the dishes to bring out more flavor. Otherwise, it was a good dinner experience.

Yelp
Have been to Noodles several times now and always very good. Service is quick and the food is tasty. On this last visit we had some duck, BBQ pork and chicken. The chicken was meh but everything else was very good. Noodles has become part of our regular rotation and it's perfect for a quick meal before a show.

Yelp
Yes, it is pricey compared to your favorite Chinese/Dim Sum spot at home but this is Vegas and it is inside of Bellagio. We came here for lunch after visiting the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. It was four of us and we had to wait for about 15-20 minutes for a table. The dim sum cart caught my eye immediately because you don't see those that often, especially after Covid. We've ordered three dishes to share and several dim sum items that piques our interest, like the mini egg custard tarts and pan-fried green chive dumplings (forgot to take pics). The Hong Kong style noodles with chicken and fried rice was pretty good. Surprisingly, they had a nice variety (about 20) of dim sum choices. You can order from the menu or wait for the server to come by your table with the cart. I think they had two carts rotating and circling around the restaurant. A nice place for Chinese food in Vegas without driving to Chinatown. The ambiance is on the higher-end with a comfortable feel. The service was quick.

Yelp
At the Bellagio, Noodles is one of their Asian restaurants that touts having cuisine from Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam. It is a small, but bustling dining setting that has a fast moving staff and crowd. I came here after a long morning visit at the Petrossian Bar, also at the Bellagio. When you are here at Noodles, what do you order? Dah. It has to be noodles. I chose the wonton noodle soup and their mixed vegetables, as a second dish. The soup arrived piping hot (just the way I like it) with shrimp wontons that had perfect taste and texture. The broth was simple but with a distinct intoxicating flavor. And the noodles, were of the thin type, another of my favorites, al dente, holding up right through the meal. The mixed vegetables were also crisp. I liked the asparagus the best. Stalks cut on the bias, that were easy to pick up with chop sticks and bite. The sliced mushrooms were not fresh, but I forgive. Other vegetables were okay. The broccoli was tough. Oh well. Either way, a fantastic lunch dining experience. The star of the show was the shrimp wonton noodle dish. Fantastic.

Yelp
I don't get the low reviews. I thought this place was pretty good. Yes, it's pricey. But it IS inside the famous Bellagio. And the ambiance is actually pretty nice. On the small side, but quite nice. I really enjoy having Chinese food in more upscale settings, and I don't mind paying a little extra, as long as the food is good. I only had the wonton soup with noodles this time, but it was really good! Plenty of shrimp, and very fresh. Service is where it's a bit off. Didn't quite match what you'd typically find in a more upscale Chinese restaurant. The guy at the front gave me incorrect information. I asked if the shrimp wontons had meat. He said there was a small amount of pork, along with shrimp. Then the server told me the shrimp wontons had no meat whatsoever. Turns out the server was correct. Then when I paid at the table, the older guy who was doing the charges (not my server), literally leaned VERY closely to me, starring at the screen watching how much tip I was leaving. AWKWARD! I've never experienced anything like that ever. I'm also not sure if staff is really so happy to work there. When I asked the guy who showed me to my table what his favorite dish was, he grudgingly said he didn't know much about the food because they're "not allowed to eat there". Interesting. If you're a solo diner, there's nice long bar seating in the back, which makes it super convenient. Anyway, I did enjoy the food and ambiance, and I would really would like to return and try more items here.

Yelp
Make reservations! They prioritize the reservations and you will get a good seat. The restaurant is always full. They have dim sum carts as well as menu ordering. They recently remodeled the restaurant layout. Food is good prices are fair. Employees were nice and restaurant was clean.

Yelp
My dining partner wanted to come here even though I told my last few experiences were not good. He now wishes he had listened to me. He had read they just remodeled and had a new menu. I'm all for giving places 2nd or 3rd chances so I tagged along. Again, the service was just disjointed. Still fairly cold and unwelcoming, almost as if we're bothering them, especially when you ask specific questions about the food. I don't remember the exact questions my dinner partner asked, but the response was delivered with a "why don't know you that already" attitude. The food was OK, but not as filling as we wanted, so we ordered some additional soup. Well, that took way too long, and we're ready to go so we just asked for our check. Of course, the soup was added so we had to ask to have it removed. The final kicker was my friend, who was facing the kitchen, swore he saw the chef and one of the servers EATING!! I kind of challenged that because I couldn't believe they would do that in plain sight, and then the server he saw walked past us and sure enough, her mouth appeared full as if she was still chewing! The only saving grace for the meal was charging it to our dining credit so it didn't cost us anything, but still sad it was wasted while so many other great restaurants are at the Bellagio.

Rachel C.

Yelp
Food and service were amazing. Winnie our server was so sweet and brought out a birthday treat for us. Would come again!

Yelp
inside bellagio...reservations recommended...quite a lengthy wait for lunch...decided on sharing everything amongst 3 adults and they have dim sum carts coming to the table also...ordered some poached chicken dish $22.88...typical, but done well...beef dish to share $23.88...tender and again fine...needed some vegetables so ordered some chinese broccoli for $16.88...some of the dim sum items ordered was $8.88 for items like pan-fried turnip cake, chicken feet and bbq bun...others like pork/shrimp shui mai, fried shrimp balls and lotus leaf wrapped glutinous rice were $9.88...more premium dim sum like crab meat spinach dumplings were $10.88....lot of "88" to keep it lucky for the chinese crowds...the dim sum was fine and priced little on the heftier side...almost $170 total for a casual dim sum lunch for 3 guys...

Yelp
Went here for drinks and some nipping. Got seated fast, but waited for 20mins to get a server. Ordered the cocktails and waited for another 20mins and the place is 1/5 occupied. Then ordered the several side dishes and another round of cocktails since it will take awhile. Yup, drinks came after 15mins and then the foods. Drinks are great (not that we ordered anything hard), foods are good and tasty. The place is nice but needs a face lift since it looks the same for the last decade or more. Not please with the service since we have to wait awhile to get our server and a long time to get the foods and drinks, especially they don't have much of customers.
google avatar

Peace L.

Yelp
I always had great or good services for decades here except at yesterday's lunch. This dim sum cart lady was terrible, moody and must hate her job with a passion. She literally throws the dim sum dish lids left and right WTH lol
google avatar

Yelp
Winnie helped us pick dinner items that were great. Service was excellent. We go there 3 times a year. Better than Jasmine(because they discontinued the Strawberry dessert.
google avatar

Vincent G.

Yelp
Food was honestly stellar and exceeded expectations. Was not expecting to be seated so quickly and greeted with such flavor. Really love the Asian ambiance in this restaurant. 3 stars because the vegetable side we wanted never arrived. When we brought it to the servers attention, she argued that it takes longer to cook than the entree and that she would bring it out despite us telling her it was already too late since we wanted it with our entrees.
google avatar

Diana N.

Yelp
It was okkkk. Got the job done for being on the strip and wanting something quick and simple. I think I'd make the effort to take the trip to Chinatown next time around. The ambiance is nice and clean well decorated and the service was good but paying strip prices for hole in the wall food is not really my cup of tea
google avatar

Celechia J.

Yelp
Amazing, great service. Ambiance was perfect. The food was tasty, well presented and overall it was delicious. We will definitely be back. Our server Winnie greeted us with a smile, was knowledgeable and gave excellent service.

Yelp
Had a late night snack at Noodles. It has a mixed Asian menu with dim sum, appetizers and large Asian dishes, rice, noodles. We ordered pot stickers, Chive buns, beef pho and XO sauce green beans. The food tasted very authentic and surprisingly good. Service was nice, the server took her time to explain when we had questions and water was filled frequently. The restaurant's decor is modern with high ceilings, very simple but elegant.
google avatar

Allen L.

Yelp
There's so many fantastic beef noodle soup places scattered all over Vegas and I've tried just about every one of them. I usually dine away from the strip for more authentic, better value eats. Of course with a dining credit during my stay at Bellagio, it was worth giving Noodles a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the Mandarin beef stew noodles. It was a giant bowl, had great authentic broth and was loaded with tender braised beef and tendon! Honestly, even without the dining credit, I'd have to say the prices are pretty fair for the strip!

Alan L.

Yelp
We ordered to-go. Our food was $120 and it was way overpriced. Portions were ridiculously small for that amount of price. Chicken looked like it was barely cooked and it looked like fake chicken. Food was absolutely tasteless and extremely bland. Never been so disappointed with an Asian restaurant until now especially when it is in such a high end hotel. Never going back!
google avatar

Weilei D.

Yelp
有服务员可以讲普通话, 广东话,性价比也高, 人均30刀可以吃饱了! There are waiters who can take orders in Mandarin and Cantonese. The food is good value for money and there is warm boiled water provided.
google avatar

Mark L.

Yelp
I'm traveling for work and staying at Bellagio so I popped in and was happy that bar seating was available. I was immediately given water and a menu but wasn't greeted by a server for over 15 minutes and the restaurant wasn't overly busy. When I was finally acknowledged, I ordered a beer, the shrimp balls, and Mongolian beef. Everything was good but nothing stood out as spectacular. Noodles is a little hidden but I would recommend it as a place where single travelers can eat at a bar rather than at a quick service cafe. The restaurant is bright and lively. Moderate noise level.
google avatar

Gracie D.

Yelp
The ambience of the restaurant was nice. Decorated very nicely. The food was hot and it was about it. We're not sure what mystery meat was in our dumplings. It was allegedly pork, but seem to be the color of cat when you cook it. The Japanese old-fashioned was really nasty. So if you like regular old-fashioned, don't get this one. The Sapporo beer was excellent. But you can get the same beer at just about any liquor store in the Midwest for $12 a six pack. If you wanna just get a Sapporo and talk, it's a great place to hang out at the Bellagio. If you're looking for an excellent dining experience, this would be a hard pass. The service was average. Food was brought out hot, but once they set us down, they didn't really check up on us.
google avatar

Lecia C.

Yelp
First time dining in this restaurant. Service was excellent. Food was very tasty. We shared the calamari and the sweet-and-sour chicken and the fried rice. All dishes were fresh and plentiful. This would be a great place for a group to share a number of dishes so you could enjoy the variety of tasty choices. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
Noodles was such an amazing restaurant with slightly smaller portions than we expected where the bowls and plates looked too large in comparison. We recommend the duck noodle soup, hainan chicken rice (loved that it comes with soup), and oxtail soup! Things were sometimes a little bit too salty so we added extra boiled hot water to dilute the incredibly strong sodium levels. Also tried Laksa noodles wi try chashau pork bits and the pork was flavorful for sure however we ran out of noodles early on so hopefully the ratio is a bit different and more balanced in the future!
google avatar

Kayla B.

Yelp
Food was so cold when it came out with no flavor whatsoever. The service is quick but they do not check up on you. And atmosphere is clean and nice but nothing crazy. I wish we hadn't come here for our main meal in Vegas.
google avatar

April R.

Yelp
Great service and very nice atmosphere! Their pan fried potstickers were fabulous! I had their Hemingway Daiquiri....very tasty! My daughter and I both ordered the Sweet and Spicy Noodles with Chicken...what a surprise in flavor! My hubby ordered their Chow Mien Mandarin Noodles with Beef...he really enjoyed it! We're definitely coming back next time we're at the Bellagio!

Yelp
It was my last night at Vegas and my party and I did not get back to our hotel room until late. A lot of places were closed and this place was going to close. Luckily, I placed an online order so that I can at least enjoy it in my hotel room. Sweet and Sour Chicken: Exactly how I imagined it. Has the bell peppers, onions, pineapple, sauce and chicken. Though the sauce was a bit lacking and the chicken was not as crispy as I hoped for. I get that it was covered as I walked back to my room, but I doubt it would be this soggy in a short amount of time. Still, it tasted as expected for this typical dish with nothing special about it. Shrimp Tempura: Same as above, the crispiness was lacking when I got back to my room. Still, was pretty tasty and somewhat crunchy to eat. Thai iced tea: Pretty hard if you were to mess this up. I enjoyed having this drink as a complement to my meal. Tasted exactly what Thai iced tea should taste like. Overall, expensive for this kind of food I can get elsewhere. Still, it did its job for me at night and had an alright meal.

Darla S.

Yelp
Dumpling came out cold... steamed veggies spicy garlic was BEST part... Chicken Satay was dry as hell needed needed peanut sauce without Overpriced. Not worth the trip. Do better. NOODLES.

Yelp
Inside Bellagio and inside Jasmine is Noodles from11:00 am until 2:00. Noodles is being re-imagined. Beautiful place right next to the fountains. But it won't be after the re-imagining is finished. Noodles will move into the all new space. Don't know what the view will be then. 3 spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce were good. Apparently the duck noodle soup was delicious, look but don't taste she said. The fried rice was the perfect balance of oil to rice. It was tasty but quite a small portion size for the price. Then the mango sticky rice for a sweet treat. Very good. We also had a glass of Chardonnay and a diet soda. Maybe it's just me but at $5 for a diet soda I expect a refill. Managed to get one but it was only for the exception granted by our wonderful server. With expectations set to expect higher prices you will enjoy the food and service. It is on the strip inside Bellagio so that's just the way it is.

Yelp
Noodles is a fun Asian restaurant with many offerings from pho to soup to traditional dishes to yep noodle dishes. It is all good. Service is exceptional. The environment is very nice. Reservations are highly recommended. Go with an open mind, leave happy!

Yelp
We've been coming to Noodles for the past 3yrs now, 2 to 3 times a year. The food, prompt service and cleanliness is excellent! We always order Dim Sum, Hong Kong Noodle.
google avatar

Yelp
Bellagio had a shortage of casual eats, or places to eat in general before dinner hours when most of the higher end restaurants open. Noodles is a life saver if you're sick of the greasier food at "snacks." The food is decent and we were sat immediately both times we dined.

Lawrence R.

Yelp
I have been coming to the Bellagio since 2021 and Noodles is the best Asian food restaurant on the strip. The food is amazing, the atomosphere in the newly remodeled restaurant is impeccable. The staff is friendly helpful, attentive and they ensure each customer is treated like a VIP. I have to eat here everytime I visit or my stay at the Bellagio is incomplete. I highly recommend to eat here if you are staying at the Bellagio since it is conveniently located in the hotel. If you are staying on the strip or a local that lives in Las Vegas this is a must to visit and experience the amazing food.
google avatar

Axel C.

Yelp
Was excited for noodles but was let down. Ordered Laksa and Spicy Thai Noodles - both lacked flavor. Not very good but we should have know since there was a small amount of Asians dining (that's usually a red flag). Just go to Chinatown for better food. It was also pricey but then again, it's Vegas.

Lucy H.

Yelp
When you go to Noodles hope you get seated at Winnie's table because she recommended the sesame chicken and it was great. Authentic food, great service and very nice atmospher, you will enjoy it too!
google avatar

Janna C.

Yelp
The good stuff: amazing Bao dough and chicken buns! Soy sauce was the best I've ever had, same goes for the chili sauce, the service was good and the place was nice and clean. What needs work: the chow mein noodles were very bland so I added soy and chili sauce. The beef was also bland and tough. More pork free dim sum options would be nice. Crabmeat and spinach dumplings were too fishy for my taste. I would probably still come back to try the soya chicken since it is marinated in the soy sauce I liked so much and the workers were so nice.
google avatar

Jessica ..

Yelp
This restaurant reminds you of a little hole in the wall place. It was fairly packed for lunch and seating can take a bit without reservations. I ordered the mapo tofu with rice. For appetizers I tried the abalone shumai and the potstickers. Overall the everything was decent. I'd try a new dish if I return.

Ingrid H.

Yelp
Well I was not impressed and I ordered because someone gave the sesame chicken 4.5 stars! Super disappointed the chicken was stringy and chewy so much Panade couldn't even tell it had chicken under it the best was the rice dumplings were ok. Justin the host was real nice! The other guy at the front was super arrogant and not friendly at all!

Yelp
Food was amazing. Fast service everyone is friendly. Highly recommend the potstickers and Mongolian beef. Out waitress Winnie was amazing and helpful thank you .

Yelp
Had dinner at Noodles while staying at the Bellagio, and overall, it was a pretty underwhelming experience. The service was slow and inattentive--we waited too long to get basic things like water refills or even to place our order. It felt like we were an afterthought the entire time. The food itself was just okay. Portion sizes were actually generous, but the flavors were muted and lacked any real depth. For the prices they charge, I expected something far more flavorful and memorable. Instead, it felt like they were just going through the motions. Not somewhere I'd go back to, especially with so many better dining options nearby.

Yelp
I was so happy to find this little spot this afternoon, we were so hungry and nothing was open for lunch that caught our eye. It's tucked away in the back of the casino at the Bellagio casino. We only got a couple apps and a dessert to share because we have reservations but weren't going to make it that far without getting irritable and hangry. It was small inside but not crammed. The decor helped it look big and bright, with a beautiful open kitchen, which I'm always a fan of. The staff was pleasant and kind, smiles instantly at every eye contact. Our server was Winnie, she was very helpful and kind, with a great attitude and a laugh to match. They didn't have the sake I wanted but she recommended an outstanding replacement and I wish I had taken a photo to remember the name. We got steamed pork and vegetable potstickers that were just lovely, the meat inside was tender and juicy, while the dough was nice and thin, just enough to hold it together, but not take away from the delicate meat. The shrimp tempura was light and CRISPY with an interesting dipping sauce that didn't overpower the sweet, perfectly cooked, shrimp inside. For dessert, I can't resist mango sticky rice on any menu! The mango was gorgeous and perfectly ripe! I like to eat mine with a little garlic chili sauce to spice it up! The rest of the menu looked so good. It was hard not to order more, if you happen to come across this place, you will not regret popping in.

Yelp
We went to bellagio and had to stop by here bc we were craving Asian food. The wait was 45 minutes long. We came on a Wednesday at 2pm. I had already put ourselves on google waitlist at 1:15pm and we were seated at 2:15pm. We went to the conservatory which is next door so it didn't feel as long. We ordered many plates: yuki udon (3.5/5), beef favorite with the broccoli, mushroom and carrot (3.5/5), Malaysian fried rice (1/5 - it was not edible so we sent it back bc it was wayyyyyyy toooooooo salty), but the staff was nice and made us another fried rice. It was not as salty but after eating everything my conclusion is that Vegas restaurants make everything either very salty or very sweet. Like everything was at a 4/5 salty level for us. We also ordered calamari but it never came. I guess they forgot it. Overall for the price, quality of food and waited time, I gave it a 3/5. I am curious about the dim sum choices next time I come back. But if anyone read this you've been warned about the salt level.
