Ok. The Nanning Old Friend Noodle w/soup is so umami, flavorful, a lot of sour bamboo and pork. I didn’t add extra and I am full. Hubby ordered braised pork intestines noodle, which has a lot of pork I testines for a $14 noodle . All the cold dishes are really good. Love their 🌶️ oil.

I was dumb enough to order the rice dish—big mistake. It tasted off, so I told the server, expecting they’d replace it. Instead, she said, “We all tried it in the kitchen. It’s perfectly fine.” Seriously? Unbelievable attitude.

Snail powder is salty, udon noodles and vermicelli are good, the color matching is good, the service is not flattering, the water is not added, and the guests are called ... Although we gave a tip, we really felt bad ...We are crowded and don't take the initiative to arrange seats ...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noodles Time is amazing! I absolutely loved the pig intestines—they were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. But the real highlight was the duck noodle soup—it was to die for! The broth was rich and aromatic, and the duck was incredibly tender. The staff is super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

This seems to be frequented by locals. The food is average. Friendly but recognize this seems more like a family business which btw I enjoy going to giving these type of establishments my business. They have a special spicy noodle soup not found else where. Otherwise, nothing special.

We have been watching the rice noodle show on Netflix and my husband was curious how “stinky” the snail rice noodle can be. We ordered the “enhanced” version of it, and it came with a lot of toppings. All of them were so well executed. My husband did not find it “stinky” at all. He said it was just normal pickled vegetable smell. He loved the crispy soy beans and peanuts in the soup. I ordered the crawfish rice bowl, and it came with a good amount of crawfish, more than I expected. And the sauce to mix the rice in tasted very hot and flavorful. We also ordered a stir fry AA choy with diced garlic, and it was only $11 for a big plate. Good portion, good taste. Their food is a little too salty to us, but it’s personal preference, and we will ask low sodium next time. Overall, not bad for a quick bite, and their service is fast.

Good place to stop by and have some authentic Chinese noodles and rice dishes. Everything was delicious from appetizers to entrees.
