"There are a lot of restaurants in the Outer Banks that focus on seafood, but also do a bit of everything. Noosa Beach Grill is one of those spots, but they actually execute everything on its all-over-the-place menu well, and it’s a bit less packed than the classic joints along Croatan Highway. The shrimp and grits are rich without being too heavy or greasy, and the fish and chips are perfectly golden and salty. They really hammer in the “beach grill theme,” from the hippie van logo to the cocktails like Tropical Depression, their boozy take on a rum punch. The versatile menu and cozy indoor space mean it’s also a great backup option for lunch, dinner, or drinks if your outdoor plans get rained out." - anne cruz

Stopped here because it was within walking distance of our vacation rental. The outdoor patio is dog friendly, and the waitress immediately came and filled out water glasses along with a bowl for our pup. The food was excellent! The shrimp and grits were a nice portion, with the shrimp perfectly cooked and a nice, spicy chunk of pork under a perfectly cooked dippy egg. The grits were the perfect consistency and nice and creamy/cheesy. It all compliments the sauce well. My husband had the fish tacos with fries and said they were excellent - fresh tasting with the combo of ingredients and the fries were hot and crispy. Great spot for a quick bite.

We were very happy to have chosen Noosa Beach Grille for our dinner. It was delicious! We were happily greeted and seated. I had the Beet Salad w grilled salmon cooked to perfection. The salad was very fresh and the citrus vinaigrette dressing was so light and delicious I wanted to lick the bowl! My husband ordered the fish and chips, his usual choice. 🤣 He loved it!! He even noted that the homemade tartar sauce was really good. The fries were fresh and yummy also. Our server Bridget was so pleasant as well. We have put Noosa Beach Grille on our list of go-to-places whenever we visit OBX. Oh, and if you have room for dessert, they have a wonderful Noosa Ice Cream Parlor right next door! Noosa heaven! Thanks, NBG!

Honestly, we really wanted to love this place. The outside is welcoming and the inside is too. Very nicely decorated and fun environment. The menu and drinks all sound delicious. The drinks were good. That’s pretty much where it ends. The drinks took a very long time to arrive. It was clear they were short staffed? Seemed the bar tender was also serving 5-6 tables as well as making drinks so I understand the long wait time for them.. the service wasn’t good. Rushed. No small talk, nice/warm greetings. Just stuck to the basics and rushed to get away as quickly as possible. The food was very bland and for the prices, HOLY COW at least give a bigger portion if you’re going to charge so much…. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you just want to have a drink. Meals pictured here and 2 drinks cost $107 dollars.

Stopped by here about 6pm and a Wednesday and there was a 45 minute wait for a table inside. We opted for an outside seat despite how warm it was outside, but we were seated right away. Food was excellent! Staff was pleasant however it seemed they were too occupied with the inside guest and outside patrons weren't tended to as quickly. Would still recommend this establishment because the food was outstanding!

I had the jerk chicken. One of the best meals I have had at a restaurant in a long time. We were here for lunch and the service was awesome. Food quality was top notch. They had great gluten free options as well. Everyone at table was happy with meal. Highly recommend

We had a very nice meal here. Food was tasty. They have a nice variety of options. Prices were reasonable and inline with the quality and options. I was impressed with the liquor selection and their cocktail menu had several drinks that looked tasty. I do wish it was available online before I arrived, but that wasn't a big deal. Our server was very nice, polite, and experienced. It did get a bit loud so to several large groups but that isn't too surprising. It was wonderful that they clearly marked GF options on the menu and online. Also the server was knowledgeable about those options. The last little thing was we were surprised that the dessert options were only 2 and no ice cream, but did enjoy going to their ice cream store next door.

First time trying the Noosa Beach Grille.food was absolutely delicious. We tried quite a few of the appitizers (calamari, tuna bites, Scallop appitizers, Buffalo shrimp, and a custom order of clam strips). The folks there were very nice to make a custom order. For main orders we had the Great Barrier Platter, Scallop entry, Seafood past and Cesar salad. Washed it all down with Yengling beer. Service was great, and folks are very friendly. Atmosphere was very comfortable. We were able to watch the football games. Overall we had a great time with great service.
