Norah Cafe - Review - Salamanca - Madrid - The Infatuation
"If Norah Cafe were a color, it’d be pink. There are fluffy, fruit-topped pink pancakes, pink coffee cups, and pink-tiled benches. Even if you typically steer clear of the hue, their flower-topped dishes, which seem tailored to anyone who carries a ring light in their purse, will win you over. The filling Dragon smoothie with dragonfruit, strawberries, and pineapple will satisfy your fruit intake for the day, while the more savory plates, like the omelette crush, a dreamy mix of eggs, parmesan cheese, greens, and perfectly grilled sweet potato chunks, are filling enough to hold you through a day at the Prado. The entire menu section dedicated to different types of eggs benedict (like Iberian ham, salmon, spinach, or avocado) also deserves your attention. Pair your meal with a latte to match your mood—relaxing lavender vanilla, intense pistachio, or energizing iced strawberry." - Lori Zaino
