The staff members I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. They’ve been very helpful with getting us set up to take care of my mother-in-law that can no longer take care of herself. Whatever you need. They’re there to help any questions. Anything in general I definitely recommend if you need help with an elderly family member to give them a call they will help you with whatever you need.

Their services have been excellent I've been with them for three years now haven't had a problem

So of course I can not rate them a perfect 5 only due to the fact I don't start working with Norah's till the 10th of the month but I can rate them on my first impression & I rate them at 4 because let's face it "is anything or anyone perfect?" No . However the gentleman,Roland who came to visit my mom & myself was awesome! He is very professional & charming. He was extremely understanding to all my mother's needs & my own. I look forward to becoming a part of their family for years to come. Thank you!! 🤩
