The Century City mall has it all. The local Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks is on its way out. This is the second time having to drive to Century City because my local Nordstroms didn’t have the size or color I needed. The mall itself is always packed with out of town travelers, looking for something special to bring home with them. The selection of shops and stores is only rivaled by South Coast plaza

Kid section female employee that first offered to help us yesterday couldn’t be less careless. We couldn’t locate her when we needed a fitting room. Then we were looking for her to check out but she was at stroller area then talking with other customers. She finally came back to help us check out but with rush and no politeness. After I paid over $200 and we came home I realized the top my daughter had picked and we paid was actually a part of set . Employee knew that as she scanned the tag that was saying 2 piece. She sold the top to us without the legging that was part of the set. Knowingly scammed us disrespected us and gave us the worst customer service. Why did she even volunteer to help us when we arrive only to dump I’d rush us and go help others looking for stroller. Also when we wanted to try shoes she would bring the boxes of the shoes and put them on register instead of handing them to my daughter so she can try them on . So my daughter wasn’t able to try both pairs. It was disgusting amount of dismissal and discrimination I experienced at kid section and the fact she knowingly only sold us one piece of a 2 piece garment and scammed us big deal. In the picture we just got the top part and she didn’t tell us it’s part of a set. And we paid full price for it all.

We had the best shopping experience because of Jasmine (manager) and Christina in the women's athletic wear department. They were attentive, kind and so helpful. My overall experience was good for my first time shopping at this mall and this store this past Friday. However, the worker at the register Camara was really rude to me. i asked for help with an item i wanted and my size was not on the floor. She grabbed the item for me and it was fine. I did not like how when she was ringing me out she snatched my money out of my hand without letting me know my register and was really rude with her tone. i was so appalled i was stunned for words. I don’t know why this energy was being directed towards me but it made me not want to shop there ever again because of the attitude these employees have.

Had a terrible experience here. Looking at baccarat perfumes a sales associate named Jorge interrupts my conversation with my partner. Making snarky comment about why the perfume is so expensive. I wasn’t talking to you excuse me. And very judgmental not helpful not offering to show us anything. Bad experience other associates are good but one bad apple ruined it. We walked out didn’t buy anything.

Made an appointment online to get Make Up Done ( for free!!!) with Jennifer at the Bobbi Brown counter. I was hopeful because it was for an on camera interview but you never know how these things are gonna go especially when you aren't shelling out $$$$. Jennifer was amazing. She went above and beyond and I showed a couple photos and added an idea or two but she really got exactly what I wanted. She took her time and took feedback and took me outside for better lighting. I couldn't be happier and I felt like a star for my interview and the videographer said I glowed on camera. Additionally she didn't hard sell or guilt me into buying anything. I bought two items I could use and there was no pressure to do more. It seems like she genuinely enjoys doing make up.

The Nordstrom at Westfield Century City is conveniently accessible from the red section of the parking structure, which leads directly to the store. However, parking at night can be challenging, so plan accordingly. A note for visitors: while the elevator area to the parking structure might appear to have restrooms, it does not. Be sure to use another restroom in the mall before heading to Nordstrom. This Nordstrom is decently sized, well-maintained, clean, and very organized. When I visited on a Saturday night, it was pleasantly uncrowded, making for a relaxed shopping experience. The store offers a range of products tailored to business casual, formal, and luxury fashion needs, though the items are definitely on the expensive side. For instance, their impressive selection of belts, while stylish, mostly starts at $59, which might feel steep to some shoppers. One of the highlights of this Nordstrom is its exterior. The store opens up to a lovely courtyard area with tables and seating, providing a perfect spot to relax. The view of Los Angeles buildings and the sky from this courtyard is stunning, both during the day and at night, adding a unique charm to the overall shopping experience.

My first time at Westfield Century City. And it is huge. So huge I cannot remember how to get back to the parking lot! I lovely lady, Ellie in cosmetics, stopped what she was doing to help me. She walked me completely to the Nordstrom exit and from there gave me explicit instructions to the parking lot entrance. Ye! The Nordstrom hospitality!

Here for the second time in less than a month, and all I can say is "There's no reason to trip when you come across Joy Kipp". Came in today with the aim of actually following up and purchasing a Jo Malone gift set for both myself and a good friend. Although a review a little while back mentioned Miss kit, I thought she was exclusively located in the Chanel section. Little did I realize she would be able to give me personalized service and walk me over to the Joe Malone section. She allowed me to smell various testers, and came up with a classic combination that just so happened to also be in the gift sets. And while I'm sure the entire team over there is up to the task, I'll be seeking out Ms. Kipp from the here on out. I also joined the Nordy Club at her request to take advantage of future points via purchases. What a great personal experience. Thanks Joy, and thanks Nordstrom, CC.

One of my bff lives near this mall so we do our black friday/SBiz Saturday in this area. Last year , black friday 3pm shoe dept had 3 people helping us . this year it took over an hour to get a sales person so we could buy 4 pairs of shoes . We finally Got Guierrmo and he was fast , founds a lost pair for my friend and got us checked out.. it took 30-45 just to get him. Seems the store was poorly staffed in some depts this year . Very hard to find the open check out areas in women's /designer clothing . The lingerie had a GIANT skims sale and tons of product so it was packed and had all 4 registers buzzing . Men's, meh nothing stood out at us but there was one super hot associate -tall guy in a sharp as hell blue suit who made me melt , he had a terrific personality i'm sorry I didn't get his name but if you recognize yourself it was around 5pm . Keep smiling at the ladies . You have the gift! . The had a well stocked store in most areas and we didn't want for sizes . I don't get down here due to traffic very often but it's one of the best and biggest Nordstroms with the most merch from Del Amo to Thousand Oaks

It always feels like I'm receiving the royal treatment every time I shop here. Shoutout to Patrice who always goes above and beyond whenever I need to pickup or return an item, she's literally my go to person. And shoutout to Violeta in alterations. She so sweet and makes me feel like a queen, always encouraging me to flaunt my curves, "You know, it's women who pay a lot of money to have what you have." Love her! The alterations are always spot on with everything done exactly the way I want. On a recent visit I was escorted to Men's fragrance and I seriously felt like I had a whole bonding moment with the nice guy who was intruding me to some unisex scents. In the rare event that I have some issue, management is always prompt to address it and provide a happy solution. Like when they misplaced a shipping item but promptly reordered it and gave me a gift card as an apology. I've been a Nordstrom's shopper my whole life as my mom bought most of my clothes from here growing up, so this place is very much like home for me. I'm sad that we no longer have the Westside Pavilion location, but I love shopping here.

This is the Nordstrom located in Westfield Century City shopping mall. It is one of three department stores in the mall. The other two are Bloomingdales and Macys. This Nordstrom is a large one. It has three levels. The bottom level has makeup, shoes, and accessories. The middle has women's clothing. The top is the men's department. I perused the women's shoe department. The expensive designer shoes were right up on display when you walk in. In the very back they had the sale shoes. I wasn't very impressed with the selection. There were a lot of shoes on sale but the quality wasn't great. The display was messy which was fine but there were also shoes left on the floor which is a safety hazard. In the clothing department I used to like to look at the mannequins to get ideas of what to wear. I did not like anything on display. I also didn't think some of the tops and bottoms went well together on some of the mannequins. I went up to the men's department and it was a totally different story. I thought the men mannequin's outfits were wonderful and put together very nicely. I would be happy if the men in my life dressed in the outfits right off the mannequins. I was in the department store for a pretty long time browsing all the different sections. I did not get approached by an associate asking if I needed help in any of the departments and in many departments there were no associates to be found. I ended up leaving empty handed.

Disappointed and feeling like my business does not matter to this location! Placed an online order for a bday gift 2/9. Estimated delivery date was 2/12. As of morning 2/12 item had not shipped. Called 800# and they said they were sending message to the Century store to send out asap. Six hours later still no update in shipping status. Called 800# again and was told order would be either shipped out today or cancelled. 2/12 @ 7:50 pm called 800# and told the store did not respond and they were canceling order. I'm left with no bday gift for family member and having 4 days wasted as Century Nordstrom could not be bothered to fulfill my order. I have shopped at Nordstrom for so many years and have never been made to feel like I don't matter this hard before. No explanation either why the store decided to just not fulfill my order. I wish I had a choice in what store my order was sent to cause I sure as heck would have not picked Century City!

I came here first and I was able to return a dress easy! But when it came to returning the Dior shoes they hassled me. It was okay tho cuz I enjoyed browsing their inventory and by God Nike is taking over! They have the sickest clothing and shoes now. I liked going early in the morning cuz no one was in the lotion skin care section as I was there. Peaceful shopping! I was in and out.

Been shopping at Nordstrom since 1995. As a teenager I've shopped at the Brass Plum then Savvy in 1997 in Valley Fair and SF Center - and then they added TopShop etc in later years. They used to have the best selection of shoes too. What stood out the most before was their well known customer service. I was there yesterday looking for luggage at Century City. No one helped me. Not one person came up to me. I was looking at Beis , Hershel, Monos, Tumi and willing to drop some $$$. The only thing I got was an aggressive "HI" 15-20 mins later by someone who yelled 50 Ft from the cash register and startled me. She failed to approach me to ask me questions about the luggage I was looking at. So I ended up going to AWAY on melrose and bought my luggage there. Much better service and they also had a lifetime warranty.

Today was my very first time setting foot inside this Nordstrom's location. Like many other Nordstrom's, it is very clean and well-organized. Everyone I encountered was really friendly and courteous :) ! I went upstairs to the 2nd floor to pick up my online order of Rainbows sandals from Customer Service and was greeted by a sales associate named Victor. He was really welcoming and warm, promptly looked up my online order, and asked if I would like to try on my new sandals to make sure they fit properly. I was pretty amazed that he went out of his way to show me the fitting rooms just to try on sandals. But I tried on both pairs, which fit perfectly :D !! And I thanked him on my way out for his exceptional and awesome customer service :D !! This is my first purchase at this particular location. But I'm general, I really like how Nordstrom's usually has what I need in stock. This isn't always the case with other department stores. And sometimes with other department stores, you can only order certain items online, or they don't have certain items in stock, or you have to wait for more than a week before they can ship out certain items that they happen to have in stock but are available "online only." I have to admit that Nordstrom's customer service model is very top-notch, which is probably why they have a strong customer base ;) ! Thank you, Victor, for your exceptional and awesome service customer :D !! And thank you, Nordstrom Century City, for brightening my Sat with a great first-hand customer experience at your store :) !! First impressions are really important! And I already have a fantastic first impression from this morning :D !!

Poor customer service from sale associates and store overall. I came down from Palo Alto to LA to visit my friends for the new year, I wanted a New Year's Eve bag so I placed a pick-up order for a Cult Gaia bag ($500). It said it would be ready for pickup but for some reason my order was randomly canceled and I noticed the bag was no longer available online either.. naturally I assumed the bag probably wasn't in stock. When I arrived I went to the century city mall to look for other bags I could potentially use and decided to swing by the Nordstrom in hopes of stumbling upon the bag. When I walked into the handbag department it was on display right in front... I thought that was odd since my order was canceled but decided to take it as a win and purchase the bag. I had to track down an employee to be rung up and ended up working with Svitlana in the handbag department. I asked if there was possibly one in the back, or a dust bag and she immediately said no, didn't check the inventory, didn't walk to the back to see (like my home sales associate would) and seemed slightly annoyed when I asked.. I didn't press further and just let her know I'd need to look up my Nordstrom card. She responded, "okay, text the phone number".... What phone number? It felt like pulling teeth just to purchase this bag and the longer this went on the less excited I felt about my purchase... I noticed LA also has a Cult Gaia boutique store, although I've been a loyal customer to Nordstrom I think I'm just going to return the bag and repurchase at Cult Gaia.. it's a shame how the customer service level at Nordstrom has plummeted. I know I wasn't making a $2,000 bag purchase, but I also wasn't making a $20 bag purchase... regardless I'd hope they'd train at this location to treat all customers with the same level of care... Moral of the story... if another store has it.. you may want to just go there.

Nice store. Rude employees. Especially one named Holly at the customer service desk.. I was returning several items purchased on my Nordstrom credit card plus 1 item that was purchased for my birthday from a friend but I lost my gift receipt. Holly was unable to do her job, she was confused, so she went searching for the back store team for guidance and was gone awhile, so I lined back up and went to a different cashier. Well she finally hobbled back to the sales floor and whispered to the representative that had already started my transaction to not refund my items. He became hostile just like she was but dialed it back after completing the transactions and realizing she was wrong. And he apologized for her behavior. Negative stars for this terrible experience . I do not recommend allowing Holly to complete any transactions and I attached her picture.

This is the best Nordstrom on west side, it's huge with more selections including high end brands. I'v always liked the Bar Verde at Nordstrom stores. I used to have to have alcohol beverages before shopping. The E bars are the best to get pick-me-up coffee drinks. We stopped by for the last day of anniversary sale, this is the best sale of the year at Nordstrom. So many new nice pieces at great prices! Hubby found a great suit and they provide tailor service too. I used to have my jeans tailored at Nordstrom and they did great jobs. All sales ppl were very helpful and friendly but not pushy at all. We would come here whenever we want to shop in person at a Nordstrom store! Ps. Not 5 star because the women's lounge was dirty, it should be cleaned more often!

Almost done shopping for this wedding! Still on the hunt for some high heels shoes. There was a time in my life where I would wear high heels to the pool. Wouldn't catch me dead in a pair of flats . Let's just say the last five years I've gotten real comfortable in my penny loafers , Mary Janes saddle shoes. Pretty much anything flat! Unfortunately the dress I picked for this wedding is high heel length . Just thinking about where High heels makes my feet hurt. I tried on so many pairs , and I walked out of there with a brand new pair of checkered vans. LOL .Seems silly to spend $500to $900 on a pair of shoes I'm probably gonna wear once . Checkered vans I'll put those on every day confessions from a realistic shopper .

Jeanette in the make up department Anastasia section to be exact was more than amazing!! I went to pick up some orders for an impending trip. I work across the street so this store is super convenient and I frequent it often. I walked all 3 floors and not one sales associates approached me, even in the shoe department. Correction the young men at the Nike station did, very pleasant. I had my eye on a creamy blush from Anastasia for quite some time and decided to pick one up. I was trying on the different colors when a sweet voice asks of I needed help, it was Jeanette and she was actually helping another customer. All tree of us hit it off and spent about 20 min talking laughing at was such a nice experience. The customers name was Jennifer and I am Joanna ! I gave us a nickname the 3J's Jeannette Jennifer & Joanna! Definitely going back but only for Jeanette!

I have to admit, I've had countless issues at Nordstrom beauty counters spanning a lot of their stores. This has only grown worse since COVID which seems to be a valid excuse everywhere one goes. BUT, I found a silver lining which made me actually write this review. Instead of reporting on the 1-star behavior and lack of customer service from the representatives in this department, I am pleased that I waited until I met Lilla, who is the current brow shaper for Anastasia services. Note this particular location lacked this type of employee for the longest time where I had to go all the way out to Glendale for this service, then it seemed as though every Nordstrom had someone working this area except for Century City. When I finally saw an employee available, I made the effort to book as soon as possible. When I arrived, another associate saw me wandering in the department and they let me know she was finishing up with another client, and she would be with me shortly. Lilla came over to grab some products, but made the effort to introduce herself, guiding me over to the area where she did her services. I had a great experience here with her; she was fun to talk to, and she did her job very well. I don't want overdone extreme brows like all the reality freaks, I just wanted them cleaned up and natural, and that is what she did. I would gladly return to Nordstrom specifically to see Lilla.

People make the brand and store buyers set the trends. Can imagine our famous store will be around much longer unless they continue the brand motto. Good service and latest trends. Hope Nordstrom will be around in a few years. They must hire better staff or we miss them.

IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, DONT SHOP HERE. THEY WILL RACIALLY PROFILE YOU. ‼ I simply went into this Nordstrom to sign up for a shoe raffle @ " NxN SOLES OF THE CENTURY " I was in this store for less than 10 minutes. I left the mall & was about 5 minutes away when I get a phone call from Nordstrom specifically... I was thinking i was getting a call letting me know that I won the raffle for the shoes I had just signed up for.... turns out I was being falsely accused of shoplifting from the store. They practically threatened me with my name & phone number to track me down with the police if I didn't return to the store & return whatever I " shoplifted " I went back to the store... Tried to speak with a manger & was left hanging for about 30 minutes before I MYSELF called the police. Long story short, they didn't want to show me ANY proof they said they had of me ( because when the guy called he said they had me on video ) They refused to give me the name of the guy who called me in the first place, as well as the name of the manager. When I went back to ask for the info myself, I was told the " manager " was on a lunch break & I had to wait another 30 minutes I will be calling corporate to explain everything, as well as explain how I was being racially profiled for shoplifting when I didn't. On top of everything, if I did steal ANYTHING... The correct thing for them to do was apprehend me before I even stepped foot out the store... NO... they waited until I was already out of the store, out of the parking structure, & on my way home to CALL me. They will be seeing more of me.

My experience a few years ago was not that great in this location, however the service has greatly improved and the selections have also improved! The people working in the men's clothing section are so nice and polite and super eager to help. The selection in the store is really good. I also really like the simple layout that this location has. Returning and exchanging is just as easy as buying something here because the staff try to not have customers wait, and so you'll see more staff come to a register if there are a lot of people waiting period the customer is unmatched! this is why I prefer now to shop in store rather than online, to get that great customer experience that you wouldn't get on your phone. Nordstrom seems to have great customer service and this location is no exception.

Grew up with the original Nordstrom in Seattle. Those days have come and gone in terms of " the customer's always right" and great customer service. I had one young woman employee, when I ask her where the elevator was, tell me to go to the nearest checkout and ask them. The clothes are no better than Target, including Collectors. Gone are the days of high end beautiful clothes. A super disappointment today. Otho g even remotely worth purchasing.

I'm a long time customer of this location. I stopped by this morning to pay a bill & to buy a Lancome lip liner. The employee that processed the payment was very pleasant. Deborah/Lancome Manager, was super pleasant, helpful, & responsive. I had brought the lip liner along that I needed to purchase. She immediately found the exact color. I asked if she had any samples of products. (I'm a long time/loyal Lancome fan!) She gave me several samples & mentioned that they're having a gift with purchase event in March. It was such a pleasure shopping with her. I wish all shopping experiences (in the current "challenging" times) could be this pleasant. Keep up the good work, Deborah! Your professionalism is greatly appreciated! :)

I live just down the street and am a pretty frequent Century City Mall shopper - and I have to give a huge shoutout to Kelly from the women's department. She was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic -- and just an absolute ray of sunshine. Seriously. Her smile is infectious. Kelly came over to help when I couldn't figure out the sizing of a dress (1=XS/s, 2=s/m, and so on). I tried on a 2, because we couldn't find any 3s, and it was just a skosh too tight - and I genuinely feel like Kelly must have scoured the whole of the store to find me the right size. And she did!! In the past, I've always been disappointed in the service at this particular Nordstroms. More often than not I've been greeted with blasé, almost annoyed personalities - this was so refreshing!! So refreshing I wrote a yelp review for a friggen department store that's has been around since the Gold Rush.

I'm not a Nordstrom's shopper. I've been to the chain in the past, mostly with my mom, and had written it off as an upscale store that wouldn't suit my needs. However, I had to return a holiday gift to one of them, so I stopped in and looked around. The people here are so nice and friendly. I really appreciated all the help I got from sales associates on the floor and made a point of telling the manager so, I was so impressed. Fron department to department, there were people around to help guide and assist. I guess I should say I never used to be a Nordstrom's shopper, but after this experience (and finding a couple of pairs of really great jeans) I think I might change my mind.

I got horrible experience with men's department. sales person was very rude. Later on the manager came and he was stupid and annoying. No customer service at all. unprofessional stuff and very bad attitude. I believe the girl was Persian. She had horrible attitude. I was Having difficult time to purchase my stuff. The manager (Omar) had bitchy attitude as well. Anyway,this was my last time to come here. The worst experience ever with this particular Norstrom.

I had the WORSE experience in my LIFE at Nordstrom's La Mer cosmetic department today. I use quite a few of their products and ordered the serum, after using it a few days it made my skin breakout. I proceeded to return it at the store in Century City and was told that it did not match the serum that is in the bottles that they sell. Mind you, just received this bottle DIRECTLY from Nordstrom's a few days ago. How dare they accuse me of putting in some other type of product and trying to return it. I've never been so insulted in my life! DO NOT PURCHASE La Mer products at Nordstrom's go directly to La Mer! The woman who helped me was "Heather" she refused to give me her full name and was the most unprofessional, rude, condescending, insulting sales person I ever encountered.

Although Nordstrom has a great selection of styles, the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I have never had to walk around the clothing department for more than 10 minutes to look for someone to open up a fitting room for me until my experience at this Nordstrom location. Not only did that happen, but when I went down to the Le Labo perfume counter to ask if they had a certain scent, the girl working the counter looked at me like I was an idiot and told me that scent was sold out and then proceeded to scroll on her phone. No "sorry", No "maybe try online/another location". I was shocked at her attitude and unwillingness to help. The least she could have done was slap a smile on her face. Rude!

5 Stars for Ronnell at the Chanel fragrance counter!! 4 stars bc nordstrom was completely out of stock of the thing I wanted (not his fault). Ronnell was super patient with me, and even gave me a summary of how he would describe the different scents & who usually wears them (since it's hard to really know the difference between a bottle that says "fresh" vs "invigorating" lmao -side note- @Chanel, you need to do a better job with your fragrance descriptions). I was shopping for a gift for my bf, and I know which one is his fave, but i was debating whether to get that, or try something new. I felt bad but I ended up smelling like 6 diff scents, but Ronnell was super helpful and sprayed them on the paper sticks for me (another side note: I like that they're being a bit more strict at the fragrance counter due to Covid, the sign says to Wait for an associate to help, altho that didn't stop some girls from just picking up bottles, spraying their body all over & peacing out immediately LOL). When I asked about the smaller size in the fragrance I wanted to buy, Ronnell checked the local system & also the inter-Nordstrom system for me. He double checked the item numbers as well, bc he said he wasn't sure if sometimes diff sizes are the same item # or not. Basically he was super thorough in helping me! When he said it was all out of stock, I asked if I could get a tiny tester sample of one of the fragrances I had smelled (so I could take it to my bf and have him try it to see if I should get the full size of that one when I come back next time), and I actually only asked for 1, but Ronnell also gave me samples of 2 other scents I smelled!! So nice of him TLDR: RONNELL IS WONDERFUL!

I patronized this Nordstrom when they first opened. I was royally underwhelmed. I revisited this store yesterday after going to Nordstrom at The Grove a week-and-a-half ago and having yet another lackluster experience there. This store is exponentially better than The Grove location. I went to return an online purchase I made a week ago. There is a separate area for online returns. An older woman took my return. She was SO kind. I would return just to see her. Upon entry, I saw shoes - beautiful shoes! As I approached the escalators, I saw Birkenstocks. I wanted a particular pair for my mom and they were not available online, so once my return was complete, I went back downstairs to see if they were available in her size. Got 'em! Thank you, Dinora. I purchased them thinking she may wear them around the house. Nope. As I told Dinora, my mom may wear them out 'once [she] gets a pedicure'. When I handed her the bag and she saw her Birkies, that was her exact statement! Lol. It was very enjoyable experience. Passed a couple or a few SAs who looked and didn't speak. That is never acceptable. But I value the polite, professional people who do their jobs and do them well. I'll be back.

My sis and I wanted to treat our mom to some cosmetics for her xmas gift. Let's just say that she is not the easiest person to shop for and has a hard time allowing peeps to spoil her even though she super deserves it So glad we found Gabriela Campa at Lancôme. What started off as finding some lipstick turned into a much appreciated glam over. Gabs :) took the time to find out what looked good on our mother but also what she was comfy wearing and if she would even wear it after purchase. Gabriela was a true pro in application and took the care to thoroughly deliver great end results all the while making process quite enjoyable. Like said earlier, shopping w the mom is not easy but Gabs sure helped out loads and made it actually pretty fun. Got Mama T looking fly!

Every time I come in here I somehow get serviced by the most rude employees. I'm sure they're not all like that. In the shoe department I went up to two employees asking for a size and they gave me the look up and down and then one told the other to help me and she sighed.... Lol. Also noting they have such a small collection of shoes here with no variety it's really disappointing. Another time I asked to try something on in the BP department which is honestly always a mess here - the SA didn't even look at me, grabbed her keys, and walked away and I just followed. She opened the door to a room and walked away with no words. Not to mention the "dressing rooms" in the BP section are so tacky just standing in the middle of the floor? Overall the SA's in this store don't take great care of their departments and are rude to people trying to shop there. I don't think I've ever walked out having bought anything, even though I've always gone in with the intention of spending money. Its so disappointing because I grew up shopping at Nordstrom and have only ever known them to have great customer service. Beware this location. Only good service I've received here is up in the restaurant. But I will say most of their food tastes like it was previously frozen and just heated up in the microwave. Oh well.

I'm not sure what's wrong with Nordstrom employees who are act entitled and stuck up, this is a problem I have repeatedly had. I have heard from people who have worked there that it is incredibly hard to get a position there, yet I keep coming across very rude sales associates. I have worked retail before and just because the job may suck at times, and the pressure on commission is annoying, it doesn't give anyone any right to disrespect anyone. OR pressure someone just because they don't want to buy something, and change their minds. That's exactly what happened to me here, I was going to buy something, and then upon figuring out what the price was, I changed my mind. The sales associate got upset with me, and said things like "why not, you can't do this price?" The other one said something similar, gave me a dirty look and walked away. It is outrageous. I would rather shop on the website than deal with any of the sales associates. I see comments on here talking about racial profiling, and honestly, it wouldn't surprise me with the HORRIBLE attitude that some of these sales associates have. One of the women in the shoe department PURPOSEFULLY avoids me each time I go, and when she helps me she gives me an extreme attitude. For absolutely no reason. Yet she helps the white customers no questions asked, wonder why. I truly hope Nordstrom management can figure something out because I am sure this isn't the first nor the last complaint.

You walk through this almost empty store and absolutely no one asks if you need assistance. The general attitude of the sales staff here ranges from arrogant to indifferent. At these prices, one would expect graciousness. This has been my consistent experience for a few years at this location. They seem to be very good at hiring people who's only interest is expressing their personal sense of style as if this were a runway for their ego, not a place of business kept afloat by customers, not employees.

I love nordstrom, but i went to pick up my order once i got the email. i went to the 2nd floor area to pick up my order, and the staff could not find it. I had to wait over 45 minutes and they still could not find it. manager came over (and was not the nicest person) and ask to place another order. they eventually found the order somewhere, but this was the worst experience i had at nordstrom.

Michaela.! This young lady is a shinning star.! I went in totally confused. I was just going to LOOK. Looking for a gift. I have purchased the Nuna car seat and stroller. She was that good.! And to top it off, she walked me out to my car. I waited for her to assist another customer, she speaks so well. So helpful, and beyond a pleasure. I wish her nothing but the absolute best in whichever way she may go. I could go on and on about Michaela. I am so glad I got the chance to meet her. I will too send this message to Nordstrom themselves.

It's so sad this department store has gone down hill again with Jr's and the women's section. The place is a disaster. The merchandising doesn't mix well together. It seems that this store might be heading to go out of business because of the merchandise they are carrying. Like Bed Bath and Beyond

This is the best Nordstrom I have been to, including South Coast Plaza. The staff are super helpful and knew what choices would be best for each occasion. I am even more impressed with the smooth transitions between Departments and the nice selections. I hope to come to this westside destination more and enjoy the mild weather and excellent selections of both clothing and cuisines.

This is an extremely nice Nordstrom. Newly opened. It's a real feather in the cap of this chain. I just love how clean and organized everything always is every time I go here. This particular store is well stocked with luxury brands. Men's department on the 3rd floor has a really nice selection of clothing. A pretty much one-stop shop for men. I have not yet been to this location's restaurant but plan on doing that very soon. I have to say the constant stellar customer service and the "patron is always right" mantra of Nordstrom is what keeps me coming back. I am really loyal to the Nordstrom company and have shopped online and all the locations for too many years to count.
