Update: do yourself a solid and come for weekend brunch. There are three menu options, brunch, daily special and lunch menu. We had the French dip, avocado toast and breakfast sandwich were delightful! My family goes here pretty regularly, esp when we visit the Bellevue area. Service is always great and food is delicious. Recommend the prime french dip sandwich, turkey avocado club, burrata and tomato salad, ginger sesame salad with petite tenderloin, fish n chips, and of course the tomato bisque. So so good

Sometimes you spend more time than expected at the mall and you decide that you should eat dinner somewhere. Howver if its a Friday or Saturday night then you will find that the wait list for everywhere you want to eat is an hour long. Fortunately there is the Nordstrom Grill and more fortunately the menu is really good. We went for the French Dip, the French onion soup, and the salad. All were well prepared and I would not hesitate to recommend. There is also a full bar and they made a very nice Negroni. I would definitely return. Not just because the wait list for other places are so long, but it is very good on its own.

We ordered an entree, salmon, crab pasta, a big fish burger, Mac and cheese. And a creme brûlée. Everything was simply delicious!! The service was good, I felt a little pressure from the waitress and with no sense because the place was almost empty. But the food was really good

One great burger and fries! Cooked perfectly (rare), juicy and full of flavor. The fries are crispy and seasoned with I believe rosemary. The aioli sauce is very delicious and the drinks are poured very well. The waiter Aaron was super nice and made sure my wife was able to eat due to her allergies by checking with the chefs about ingredients. Only reason for four stars, instead of five. The menu is limited from other places and my wife said the salmon was just "ok"... Also, its at Bellevue Square which can suck for parking and people.

I dine at the Bellevue Grill restaurant two days a month with my 8 year old grandson. We usually order one entre from the kids menu and one entre from the adult Menu . The bill averages $37-50 not including tip. We usually have one of the three service people waiting on us. They know us and always happy to serve us. Today was nothing like our prior experiences. A few weeks ago we did discovered the fish and chips. So today I ordered fish and chips for me to share with my grandson as welll as the Usual Mac and cheese. We had a wait person who was very abrupt and appeared frazzled. This happens so I let it slide. When the order arrived we received a half order of fish and chips. I told the person delivering the food that we ordered a full portion. He said we can redo the order. I told him we were very hungry so we kept our order. The frazzled wait person did not offer my grandson a the drink and fruit cup always included in the meal. I shared one of the two pieces of fish that was included in the meal. . I shared the fries. Well when the bill arrived, they charged me $28 for two tiny pieces of fish. The full portion is $31. So I paid $28 for a tiny-piece of fish for each of us. If I had known this zi would have said yes to the full portion. I asked the waitress why she placed the half portion in the first place she said she placed a whole order. So no one took responsibility. But the half portion was written on the bill. It is outrageous, no accountability, coupled with the poor service has caused me to rethink the amount of money I spend on meals at Nordstrom. During the week I usually have a meal at the Lynwood cafe once a week. I tip well. I am respectful. I should be reimbursed for the ridiculous $28 for two pieces of fish. Tbe fish piece was two and a half inches Lon and an inch wide. Unacceptable $28. Marsha l Damian. Happy to do a tally of how much money I spend yearly at bith restaurants . Found chunks of porcelain in my salad, which I shared and fed to my two year old daughter. I chipped my tooth and cut my tongue. Manager didn’t care, had to ask for my food charge to be refunded.

Oh how I love you Nordys. We stop into the restaurant every time we are in the store and it’s always fantastic. Service. Atmosphere. Menu. All great! But the star of the show is the cocktails and food. Billionaire to drink (always) and whatever special soup and Entree they have. It’s a formula for success. Today I had the Salmon Oscar. So very good (as always). Love Eugene and Alicia at the bar!

Good lunch fare in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Service is top notch a Nordstrom standard we have come to expect throughout the store at every store. Reception was warm and friendly, as was the service! Excellent! Aaron, our server was attentive without rushing us or hovering. A very pleasant and professional individual made for a wonderful lunch experience.

The Nordstrom grill is great because it's a restaurant inside Nordstrom - but that's about where the greatness ends. The food is okay at best and the prices are ridiculous. Service was good all the way up until we actually got our food, and then it was like we were forgotten about. We had to physically chase someone down to bring us our check. I had the French onion soup which didn't have much cheese just a ton of bread and some truffle fries which were decent, but neither were worth the price. If you can hold your hunger I'd recommend going elsewhere.

We stopped in because my friend needed to pick up bday gift for my son. Ive never even thought to eat inside of a Nordstrom. We were greeted and seated and it wasn't very busy. The initial check in from our server was good then once our food came out she seemed to vanish. We had to ask the bus boy for water refills and to go boxes. I had the Cobb salad with salmon and the salad was delish but the salmon was very salty. We also started with the calamari but i don't enjoy fried foods much any longer and I had a few and passed. Unless it's free, I don't think I'll return.

This is one of my guilty pleasures when I go shopping at the mall. Always park close by so I can swing by for the crab bisque. Salads are good, I don't know if you'll be blown away, but it is leafy greens. I can honestly say that the artichoke dip is one of the best things on the menu. Make sure you get the dip!! Everything else is pretty much average, but when you're hungry after shopping, anything tastes amazing... Service + waiters is always nice. The ambience is just chill cafe vibes.

Nordstrom grille is a huddle gem in Bellevue Square. Lots of restaurants in the mall have wait lines over 30+ min, this is a great place to sit down and grab some lunch. (We didn't have to wait at all). I ordered the braised beef sandwich with side salad, a cup of split pea soup and my boy ordered salmon. The soup was very good, full of flavor and great texture. My boy's salmon was slightly overcooked but I figured the chef wanted to be sure the kids meal is fully cooked. The beef sandwich was a bomb. I wasn't expecting food if this great quality. Service was very friendly and helpful. There is not much ambiance but got multiple TVs with diff sports on. A great place to take a break from shopping with No or very short line. I will be back for sure.

Located on the second floor of Nordstrom is this establishment! I've never eaten inside of a Nordstrom establishment before so this was a very interesting first experience for me. We went around 3pm on a Friday and got seated right away. The hosts were very friendly and easy to talk to. It wasn't too busy either, so that was nice! Upon getting seated, we were greeted pretty quickly by our server as well and she was very friendly from the get-go and was very knowledgeable about the menu! We also found out it was Happy Hour! So $10 cocktails was the way to go for our drink of choice besides water for this late lunch. Haha. I forgot the name of the drinks we ordered, but they were both very refreshing and really well made. I did manage to get a photo of them, so if you want to try them, just show your photo to the server. Not all of their cocktail options are on the happy hour menu, but there are enough to select from! We ended up ordering the artichoke spinach dip & a cup of crab bisque as appetizers to share (you also have a choice of a bowl for the crab bisque). Both were honestly a 10/10!! Both very rich with flavor and we finished those quick! Haha. Definitely recommend them! For our main course, we ordered the prime French dip w/ salad and the Nordstrom burger (medium well) w/ fries. Both came with a housemade garlic dill pickle. The choices for your sides are: fries w/ kalamata olive aïoli or salad. The Kalamata olive oil aïoli was a very interesting sauce I've never had before. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't my favorite either. I only dipped the fries with it twice and we both didn't really use it after. But to each their own! You might like it more than we did. The servings are also big which we weren't really expecting. We ended up having to take some of our food back home. But back to the food... The prime French dip was really good!! It had enough meat and the bread was fresh! Their au jus was also made really well. The salad was okay though, I didn't enjoy it much and wish I got the fries instead. The Nordstrom burger was actually really good to our surprise. The fries were also well seasoned and crispy that we cleared out the whole fries from that dish! Overall a solid first time experience! Everyone around us seemed to be enjoying their food as much as we did. The service was excellent as well! They frequently checked-in on us to make sure we were taken care of. It sure was an interesting environment to eat in because you're literally eating next to people who were shopping and shifting through clothing racks, but I didn't mind much. I enjoyed my experience. I would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a place in the mall to grab a bite to eat!

Decided to enjoy dinner after shopping. Always love to have lunch or dinner at either restaurants in nordstrom. We were greeted and served by this wonderful very energetic young man. It is a very rare nowadays to be able to enjoy wonderful food accompanied by great service. For appetizers, we ordered crab bisque, crispy calamari, crab artichocke spinach dip and roma tomato basil soup, and of course the heirloom tomato and burrata. Next for entree, Alderwood wild salmon over Asian pear salad, mushroom ravioli, special menu: ribeye and lamb with sweet potato and Farro. They all are delicious, just a tad in the salty side. Their lemon ricotta cookie is the bomb! Love it. Sorry too excited to take a picture

The Nordstrom Grill offers delicious tacos that burst with flavor, but the portions, even for an appetizer, might leave you wanting more. The staff is friendly, although service can be a bit slow at times. Overall, a tasty experience with room for improvement in portion size and service speed. I would still recommend the Nordstrom Grill especially if you visit while you're doing a little shopping. Although I wasn't overly impressed, still a decent experience.

I love coming to the Grill anytime I'm at the mall - great happy hour menu, there's always new items to try, and friendly service!

The reason I eat there is not the food I know when I come in and see Sylvia the server I know I will be well taken care of! The food is good for the money It's basically the server Friendly people who believe in good customer service! She leaves - I will probably eat in the mall But always will shop at Nordstroms

Food quality grading is 'OK' from the King county inspector, which is verging on not to standard. Despite that went to eat. Pretty horrible food quality and flavor. Been there multiple times but this is super low, definitely avoid until they do something about it.

At least half of the time that I am at Bellevue Square I choose to eat here. I like the coziness and convenience that this restaurant offers. It has a small but nice menu with very good selections. My favorite dish is the Nordstrom Burger. It is a good size portion and comes with skinny fries. The special sauce that comes with it is my FAVORITE. If you like olives so you going to like it. But if you don't tour surely will hate just like my husband LOL We never had trouble waiting for to long to be seated even when the mall is packed. Staff is super nice. A while ago my daughter was being difficult to eat and the staff refill her little bowl of fruit twice and they did not charge for it at all. Those little gestures make a huge difference for me. The kids menu had lots of options and I was impressed with the size of the portion, very generous! Nice time I come back here I got try different items. I definitely recommend this place to everyone that comes to the mall and specially everyone who shops at Nordstrom.

To me it was a diner food inside Nordstrom. The food wasn't anything special at all. But yeah I would rather eating there if I am at the mall than having fast food. The service as well nothing special at all. It was the joke that we shouldn't ask our waiter anything as she seemed she is in bad mood. I honestly don't know if she was having a bad day or what. I did tell her about the celiac disease and I can't have gluten yet my burger showed up with bread and she was like oh yeah no bread let me take care of that. When I told her they have to make new one or I will get sick. the manager over heard me and he apologised and made sure they make new one and being careful. The place itself is fun as you are in the middle is Nordstrom so literally the smartest idea ever. You can shop and then take a break to eat and recharge and go back to do more damage to your wallet lol. Would o go back there again? Only if I am at the mall and got hungry so yes.

Service is great, It's clean but the bathrooms aren't too cleaned, it's vibey, and whenever I go there me and my friends always order the same dishes because we're just too in love with it .

I've been here many times and it never disappoints. Everyone leaves happy and full (including my two picky kids). I love to bring visiting guests here as well because not many Nordstrom stores have the Grill.

really good ambiance for a quiet business dinner. I had a Nordstrom burger but substituted the beef patty with Beyond burger without cheese so it's vegan. My colleague had a salad that was sizable enough for dinner. Good service and food came quickly. Will definitely be a regular place for us after work. ps it's a ten minute walk to Town Hall so if you have an event there, this is a goo choice too!

Great food, solid prices. Been coming here since it was called Nordstrom Pub. The downtown one is also fantastic. Consistent quality and consistent value.

I thought Nordstrom Grill would be much higher quality than Nordstrom Cafe, but no. I was here to accompany my friend and I ordered first before my friend arrived. My friend arrived around ten minutes after the food was served. However, I've been feeling uncomfortable in this ten mins while my server has been looking at me and talking to her colleagues about me until I told her I'm waiting for my friend. We ordered the French dip, the food was pretty good. Lots of meats and not dry at all. When Sophia, my server, filled our water the second time, she gave us carbonated water. She also left the bill while my friend was eating and no one was in the line. Very impatient. The front desk and the other female server was very nice.

Located on the 2nd floor of Nordstrom we decided to try this spot out since the 3rd floor cafe was closed for renovation. We checked in at the front and the host informed us it would be a 5-10min wait so we put our name down and waited patiently. We were starving and excited to have gotten seated since the place was pretty busy for the weekend. For our main entree, my mom decided to get the crispy chicken burger which was a heart attack waiting to happen. It came out with a huge deep fried piece of chicken and a chunk of butter on top of that and mayonnaise already on the cold bun as well. For my entree, I got the halibut and chips which were fresh and delicious and came with a side of coleslaw. We also decided to order the chicken tenders for our toddler and it came with a small bowl of fruit and a juice or milk option which was nice. Always a nice option if you're at the mall and looking for something to get your kids. They also had Mac and cheese and some other kid eats available and have takeaway available. Our waiter was nice and got our order right but he forgot about our strawberry lemonade refill. Overall, I don't know if I would return for a sit down meal but might get something light like a salad to go next time if I'm in the area.

This is still one of my favorite places to dine at Bellevue Square and I'm so glad the Grill is back! This was my first trip back to this restaurant since the redo and covid. Pros - while I miss the homey feel of the original space, I do love the modern update and it's bigger! - was pleased to see one of my favs, the seafood crab and shrimp salad, still on the menu! I always get the dressing on the side. - I didn't specify but my shrimp were perfectly cooked, not fried and huge! - a glass of Pinot Gris was the perfect compliment - service was prompt at lunchtime and pleasantly friendly. Cons - I should have ordered a side of fries. I always love their fries. - was hoping to find the vegetable salad on the menu. Maybe it's a seasonality thing? I cant wait to go back!

Very pricey, great family atmosphere, fast friendly service. 5/5 Clam Chowder - amazing clam chowder 4/5 Skirt Steak - a bit too charred but perfect medium doneness 1/5 Lemon zest Chicken Gnocchi - way too much lemon cant taste anything else

Excellent dining experience after a heavy day of shopping at the Anniversary sale! I always love going to the restaurants inside all the Nordstrom's, the food is always really delicious. Food - they really deliver in terms of quality, taste, quantity and value. I ordered the prime Rib Dip -delicious; Fried chicken sandwich with fries ( ask them to make them extra crispy, no soggy fries for me!); turkey avocado sandwich with Caesar salad and the burrata with tomatoes- all delicious! Service -5 stars - what else do you expect from Nordstrom? Ambiance-4 stars - a little loud but the restaurant was very crowded, it was nice to see all the happy shoppers! I highly recommend stopping by at The Grill for a meal and drinks!

One of the best margaritas I've had in a while made by an amazing bartender! The food and chef specials are always on point!

Of all the choices of places to eat while at/around Bellevue Square, Nordstrom Grill delivers a constantly great experience, and delicious food & drinks. My favorite is the Billionaire; it's like a Manhattan with some absinthe and I don't really know many bars that have some absinthe-based drinks. It is *quite* delicious. They offer roasted brussels sprouts as an appetizer, and that's sometimes just perfect for a snack or something to hold me over. I've also had their brunch here and while I'm not much of a morning person in general, brunch does run a bit later and it's quite enjoyable for a full-on meal. I can recommend the place without reservation. Even if there's a small wait, it's worth it to enjoy some good food while you do a little shopping (either while waiting or afterwards).

Clean place, I like the re-do of the decor. Generous portion of the side of fries. The fry dip was very flavorful but it wasn't different enough from the tapenade so I give it an A for uniqueness. The bread was warm fresh and DELICIOUS, olive tapenade for filling was not too rich and sharp, it was perfect and I could have made a meal of it. I always ask for Tartar and ketchup for my fries and funny enough.... the fry sauce tasted like a mixture of the tapenade, the Tartar and the ketchup well, I guess it was a mix of all wonderful things! My crab and shrimp salad... really good. Yummy dressing, slightly heavy on the dressing, next time I'll ask for it on the side. The shrimp... let's talk about the shrimp. Maybe it's intended to be double fried. It wasn't heavy, I was just really really fried. Realllly fried. It didn't look appetizing in the plate and it was a lot to work on. I like fried food and I got tired of my meal halfway through. Really enjoyed our waiter, wish I got his name. Asian guy with small gages in the ears. Happy, helpful, polite, and I loved his aura, felt like I was in a trendier place than Bellevue having my meal with him. His Pinot Grigio rec didn't disappoint.

We came here twice while we were at Bellevue Square, once for lunch and once for dinner and both times the food was delish and healthy! The first time at lunch I had the turkey and avocado club and the portion was huge and very tasty! The second time for dinner we ordered a light dinner, we ordered the brussel sprouts, hubby had the chicken tacos appetizer and I had the shrimp and crab louis! I love the atmosphere, food and service which were all great!

Stopped by after some heavy weekend shopping and was not disappointed! The Weekend Getaway cocktail is a must!

We enjoy dining here. Slightly different from the menu cafe upstairs but the Grill provides table service. We ordered tonight: Burgers (x3) Crab and Louis salad Prime French Dip Always consistent service and quality.

This place has a great happy hour, I got a glass Of wine and burger. I love the fry sauce that they have. It's the first Nordstrom grill so it's neat to check out! Staff was attentive! I would come back!

The shrimp pomodoro are our favorites. Always have the best mix of spice and tomato flavor. Would recommend to anyone.

Yes! Finally! Nordstrom Grill is back at Bellevue Square. More open than the original version, this one is light and airy. Great bar for a single or a pair. Shared a glass of rose with my friend, and a delicious cup of split pea soup (soup of the day). One star off for slow service during the shift change at 3pm and no soap in the ladies room. Otherwise, take a shopping break and enjoy lunch!

Extremely delicious food. Good sized portions. Fantastic customer service. I would say this is the probably the best kept secret in Bellevue. I come here regularly.

My mom, sister and I always come eat lunch here when we go shopping. We all have our favorite things that we get each time, it's always consistent and delicious. My sister gets the crab bisque and a Caesar salad, my mom gets the citrus lime salad with shrimp. They are both great, so good that they never want to try something new! Today I got a new salad - salmon and Asian pear in the ginger sesame dressing. That is my favorite dressing they have, it's so good and they sell it by the bottle if you want to take it home! The Turkey avocado sandwich is great and what I usually get. We also usually get a side of fries to share - the fries are great!

While shopping in Bellevue Square there are many options for somewhere to eat. We usually find ourselves at the Nordstrom Grill for their espresso martinis. This visit was a dining experience that has stuck with us, all because of our server Aaron. We will go back to Nordstrom Grill in hopes of having him as our server again. Recently had to cut dairy out of my diet, and I dread having to go out to eat. I feel annoyed asking if every little thing has dairy in it. However, Aaron never made me feel that way. He was knowledgeable about the menu, never having to step away to see if something had dairy in it. Double-checking that the espresso martini was dairy free, without having to be asked. Aaron was kind and patient with my 4-year-old and her LEGOs all over the table. Nordstrom should consider itself lucky to have an employee such as Aaron. I wish that every time I eat out, I experienced a server like him.

Service took a very long time. Actually thought they forgot about us. I ordered a medium rare steak. It was well done. Potatoes were burnt. The waitress actually took the steak off my plate and left me with the rest of my food. The food is NOT worth the price. Son ordered chicken and fries. Everything over cooked and dry.

I'm not much of a sandwich person but the Turkey and Avocado sandwich was spot on! Ingredients tasted clean and fresh. The server was able to help split the sandwich order in half on separate plates making it easy to share. The gnocchi with chicken meatballs was good, it was a very heavy option (like the cream and cheeses). The lobster bisque was just ok for me. The larger "bowl" size was quite small and the piece of bread that came with was a bit stale. All dishes were plated very aesthetically. Ambience is quite loud since it's located right inside a department store with many shoppers around. Service was a bit slow but I think they were short handed. I appreciate how they requested for proof of vaccination from all diners. I would still come again.

While we love eating here, the Salmon Niscoise salad is my wife's favorite, I just haven't a clue what they are doing with a bunch of Boom-Chuck-a music playing so loud it is giving me a headache.

So happy this place is back open. Service and food is just as good, if not better than before the COVID closure. French Dip was outstanding... hoping the French onion soup comes back :)

First off let me say how happy I am that the Grill is back! The food was and now is again delish and there is a little something for everyone. Unimpressed with the wine list offered especially being so close to Washington's wine country so would love to see that revamped a bit. Service is with a smile and as expected from Nordstrom. Great for a tasty snack or drink while shopping or llunch with friends.

I always get hungry when I shop, so thank goodness Nordstrom replaced the absolutely horrendous restaurant that used to be here with Nordstrom Grill. We got the spaghetti, French dip and chicken sando and we were happy with our food. My dad couldn't stop talking about the spaghetti (which has a toouuuucchh of spice) and how it was sooooo good. I'd say the food is just about 4 star quality, but every single waitress and server there came with a side of attitude. We'll still likely be back soon for the convenience tho, and hopefully we'll have a better experience with the staff.

So glad Nordstrom grill is back! Amazing service from Eugene, modern and comfortable environment. It is very different from the wood look of the old store but overall this place will become a favorite place to visit in Bellevue. Even with Black Friday crowds in the store the restaurant still had food sound protection from the sales floor. Highly recommend Nordstrom Grill for a meal or great drink.

I can shop til I drop AND eat good food and experience all around great customer service all in the same place? I'm IN. Seriously - happy they're back and I love the updated decor. Great service and the food is decent all around American food. Great bar menu too. I got the crab spaghetti and it was a bit spicy but tasty and good amount of crab meat.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich This is from 3 weeks ago. The staff is ready to help, the premises are extremely clean, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food is both delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it.

Friendly, fast, comprehensive service, outdoor seating (covered with heat), and affordable drinks. Drinking a $5.25 IPA in the sun and fresh air? I was delighted... Did not try the food, this time, we were on a schedule...
