In las vegas looking salad and glass of wine in relaxed setting good service and reasonable price. Nordstrom restaurant fit the bill. Glad I came here. Wonderful salad warm friendly service and great cuisine. Excellent Italian pinot grecio. Want off the strip highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience at Nordstrom was! It’s the holidays, a busy, sometimes stressful time, but the kindness and care I received here truly made my day brighter. Noosh was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond to make sure every gift was beautifully and thoughtfully wrapped, treating each item like it was something special and not just another package. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine smile reminded me that great service can still come with a personal touch. And then Karina was just the sweetest! She helped me order my Charlotte Tilbury advent calendar with such enthusiasm and made the process effortless. What really stood out was how she offered me her direct line, so next time I want to buy something, I can simply text her and she’ll take care of everything. That kind of thoughtfulness and connection is rare, and I appreciated it more than words can say. In a season that’s all about giving and kindness, these two women embodied the true holiday spirit. They turned what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into a genuinely joyful experience and that’s exactly what makes Las Vegas service shine.

I had a wonderful experience earlier. I received excellent service from multiple people. First was the tailor, Judith, who was definitely on top of her game, as she knew how to make the perfect adjustments to make my pants fit right. Then, Chaisson was extremely helpful, as he was knowledgeable about the products and even gave me great recommendations. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Very nice Customer Service , in the Men's cologne section. Excellent selection to choose from too. They always have what I come for. I'm a DIOR fanatic lol , so I only shop there for my Elixir.

This is my favorite Nordstrom location to shop at, specifically the beauty department. The girls and staff are SUPERB from beauty consultations to the customer service. I enjoyed the beauty event hosted today with the complimentary champagne mixed drinks, cute snacks, and the cherry on top…. My personalized etched makeup!!!

This review is for “pregnant working on her feet Shauna” with the fried blonde hair over by House of CB and Mistress Rocks. So Shauna is selective with who she wants to give good customer service to. If you know what I mean. Shauna originally passed by me with no greeting while I was shopping for multiple items that day, for fight night. I was already working with Julianna B. who not only greeted me but had pretty good customer service. As I was trying on clothes some items didn’t fit so Julianna said I could go look around and see if I could find something else out on the floor. Like normal by the way, that’s not something you need permission for as buying customer. So I take a pair of shorts (that I ended buying) on the floor with me to match up with a shirt. Here comes “pregnant rude working on her feet Shauna” approaching me with her lack of customer service. Asking me what I was shopping for. I told her but then I also told her that I was being helped by Julianna. She then says “does she know?” I said, “yea she knows.” She then offered to hold my item at the register. I said ok, cause at the moment I was still looking and wasn’t finished shopping. I do a loop around the store, go back to get the item she took from me. Then she says “don’t you want me to just keep the item at the register?” I said “no”. At this point I knew that Shauna was being rude towards me and going out of her way the hold my item hostage. As if I was going to steal from the store! I get the shorts and make one more stop before going back into the dressing room. Shauna follows me AGAIN! And ask, “where are you going again?” With this nasty look on that face of hers. Ugh. Then she takes the clothes out of my hands AGAIN! This time she takes them to the dressing room that Julianna set up for me. At this point I know I’m being harassed and followed by this worker. I became very uncomfortable. I finished up my shopping. Long story short. I purchased over $591 In clothes that day. So whatever reason “Working on her feet while pregnant Shauna” was following me around the store, it wasn’t necessary. She harassed me and not only did I talk to the manager. I’ll be calling House of CB corporate. I hope to not see her wide face next time I’m shopping for clothes! Oh and Theo, he’s rude too. He only speaks to certain customers. Working minimum wage with all that sugar in his tank. Clocked!

I had such a great experience shopping for Birkenstocks thanks to Suzie! She was very helpful as to sizing and different styles. She helped me figure out which would be most comfortable for me and was super friendly. Ended up finding a great pair thanks to her

I appreciate their quick tailoring service! I found the gem (the perfect outfit) I was looking for almost at the last minute; and for a piece that was out of stock here, we were able to find and order for pick up at our out-of-state destination!
