Dr Yoshida is knowledgeable, a great dentist, and excellent at calming a nervous patient! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated professional.

Dr. Yoshida is hands-down the best dentist I have been to! She goes the extra mile to ensure the procedures are as comfortable as possible, and executed correctly. She is very knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. She's incredibly perceptive to the anxiety and sensitivity that some people (like me) experience. Everyone on her staff is fantastic as well, very friendly and skilled. Everyone there takes pride in their work and their clients' health. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you Dr. Yoshida and staff!!

Dr. Yoshida is fantastic! I have had many other dentist in the past, and I can honestly say that she and her staff are the most caring, professional and skilled group of folks. I actually look forward to going! Dr. Yoshida is also the most skilled shot giver. I never feel any discomfort and she is constantly checking to ensure that I am OK. My entire family receives dental care from her and have the same sentiment. Outstanding!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. My entire family including my small children love Dr. Yoshida and her staff. They’re so friendly, knowledgeable, informative. They’re gentle and take their time with their patients. I’ve had numerous procedures with Dr. Yoshida and they’re practically painless. They do a great job at caring for me and my family. Highly recommend to anyone, especially families with young children.

Everyone I spoke with here is super friendly and professional, they’re very communicative, and clear about what you can expect. I had a poor experience at another dentist office and called this place to explain my situation and ask for help. They did everything they could to work with me and got me in sooner than I expected. Everyone I spoke with, including Dr. Yoshida, went way above and beyond my expectations. On my first visit, they explained everything they were doing and gave me a summary and a treatment plan before I left. I can’t express how grateful I am to everyone I’ve worked with at this office so far. I highly recommend coming here! Update: I’ve been coming here for 7 months now and still highly recommend Dr. Yoshida and her entire staff. I needed a lot of work, so I’ve been here several times in those 7 months. Everyone is super friendly and communicative. If you’re looking for a new dentist, call now!

Dr. Yoshida and her staff are awesome! They are very thorough, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They communicate with the patient as they work so you know what they are doing and what to expect, which I really appreciated. Dr. Yoshida is also great with kids. She worked her magic with my 2 year old who had really bad plaque buildup in the front. Teeth look great now!

You might think that 5 stars and a few kind words could sum up my experiences at this office, but I don't think it comes close to properly describing just how praiseworthy they really are. Their persistence gave me hope that despite so many bad dental choices and habits I've made in my past, that I still might be able to save many teeth from certain doom and actually enjoy my meals again! Their passion proves that not every office is only in it for the money. The dedication I've witnessed from Kerri, Zulma, Natalie, Eddie, Zoe, Gaby, Brandy (Brandi? sry), and literally everyone else really is priceless. They are polite. They are pleasant. They are patient. Professional. Personable. I could go on. Sincerest gratitude especially to Jessica for her efforts, as well as the Doc herself, of course! You should consider yourself lucky if you attend this office and receive their care. If you hate your smile like I *used* to, then I can't recommend Dr. Yoshida and her team enough! If you want to see what it's like to unironically look forward to going to the dentist, give this office a try! There aren't enough stars to convey how precious and unforgettable it is to have one's faith restored in any facet of health care in this day and age. What a privilege it is to come here.

Noreen Yoshida’s dental office provides excellent care. Dr. Yoshida is very considerate & shows real interest in providing the right care for her patients. She is an awesome dentist. I have always received gentle but thorough cleanings & exams. The staff, hygienists, & techs are wonderfully friendly & professional.

Dr. Yoshida DOES NOT WORK WITH ANY DENTAL NETWORK! She was lovely to work with but PLEASE check with your insurance before scheduling an appt! Dr. Yoshida's Office said they took our insurance and our insurance covers 100% preventative care. Dr. Yoshida will file an insurance claim for you but they DO NOT accept the agreed upon prices set forth by the dentists in network! So, we are paying $280!!! for our daughter's bi-yearly cleaning and xrays. Dr. Yoshida saying "THEY TAKE OUR INSURANCE" was extremely MISLEADING.

Dr. Yoshida made a snobbish remark right in front of me to her dental hygienist to "show me proper hygiene procedures." That's it! I'm never going back to her. I was impressed by her caring attitude when I started seeing her a couple of years ago. Don't know what happened but that is gone. It seems to me that she's just into running a big business dental office now.

Horrible. My daughter was going there for about 2 yrs. In that time they never once submitted a claim to my insurance and are saying that insurance denied the claims due to no coverage... Funny When I contact my insurance they verfiy the coverage is valid.. Ive had the same insurance for 13 years and never had issues with anyone else. My daughter has been on my plan since she was born (almost 8 years now). BEWARE

I have been trying to get my broken tooth fixed for 6 weeks. In February I went in for a deep cleaning and a filling and they had rescheduled my appointment once already. When I went in, it turns out they only scheduled half of my appointment, the deep cleaning and not the filling. When I said I needed both parts of my appointment to be done at once since they were already numbing my mouth they acted like they were doing me a favor and not fixing the scheduling mistake they had made. I should have left then and never gone back. The next day my filling chipped off and I could no longer chew on that half of my mouth. I called and they scheduled me a new appointment a week later. When I got there it took 5 different people looking at my tooth to even believe me that something had happened as no one could find what was wrong. Finally, the 5th person found it and then the dentist said that she wasn't going to be able to do anything about it that day. I went to go make a new appointment and they offered me one over a month away. I already had another appointment scheduled sooner to work on the left side of my mouth so we switched that one to fixing my broken tooth. Fast forward 6 weeks and I go into my scheduled appointment this week and they have no idea what they are actually supposed to be doing. Instead of fixing my tooth that has been hurting since February, they are getting ready to start working on the left side of my mouth. When I told them that's not what was supposed to be happening absolutely no one had any clue about what I was talking about. When I told them how long I've been waiting to get this tooth fixed the dentist offered me a refund as if that was going to solve the problem. I left and went straight to another dentist, got an appointment two days later, and then in 15 minutes they reshaped my tooth and fixed the issue. Why couldn't Dr. Yoshida have taken the time 6 weeks ago to look at my tooth and see if it was a simple fix? I will never go back to Noreen Yoshida.

I waited two months for an appointment with the hygenist, and when I arrived, Noreen Yoshida attempted to coerce me into having an x-ray I didn't want. To justify the screening, she used a completely inappropriate analogy in mammography. As it happens, overdiagnosis is also a problem in mammography too, see Welch, H. Gilbert, et al. Absolutely ridiculously expensive!! A small filling was replaced today. No numbing necessary. No drilling necessary. It took a mere 20 minutes. It cost $350.00!!!!! I will never go back. Her office is only for folks with enough money to burn.

I was also coerced into an x-ray. I brought my son in for an oral examination per conversation over the phone as he felt sensitivity in his front teeth. She and her team made my son take an x-ray without consent and when I brought it to their attention, the office manager apologetically admitted they had done wrong but decided that the cost was warranted and gave me a refund of $50. Moral of the story: they admit they screwed up but don't care about their patients and take your money. Beware!

This place is amazing! I must premise by saying that we moved from Boston and that we adore our Boston Dentist (also a family friend) who raised the bar in terms of quality of service pretty high. That said Dr Noreen and her Team kick it up a California notch... and did so all around. - the front office and Zulma in particular is both disarmingly kind and efficient - the office has really top notch equipment that turns the most annoying tests into approachable tasks (more Star Trek and less 'my jaw hurts because of how long it otherwise takes to get X-rays) - Dr Noreen is both clearly knowledgeable and kind and a good communicator and patient. And she seems to do it all effortlessly which is refreshing. Bottom line: thank you! You make the difference!

If you're looking to pay out of pocket for unnecessary services this is the office for you! When I called to talk to the office manager Zulma, who stated she also is the biller/coder she became argumentative when I asked about the charges. Both of my kids went for preventative care (cleaning). The billing was never the same, always additional x-rays, unbundling of codes which should be included in the primary procedure, non-covered services, codes billed over the reasonable amount for the area etc. When I asked if my 20 year old was informed the procedures weren't going to be covered by the insurance Zulma responded, "it's not my job to babysit him." Very unprofessional! She then started to ramble about heart surgery and cost. Zulma failed in realizing as the consumer we have a right to know what is being done, why and aware when the insurance isn't going to cover. I also, asked why my 9 year old was billed to my insurance for an adult cleaning. She had no answer.

I recently had gone to another dentist & they made me realized I had work done to my teeth that was unnecessary. She also wanted to "drill" at the time my 2 year old child with out sedation & after getting a second opinion from a pediatric dentist, my child did not drilling at all. I'm disappointed because this was someone that I referred everyone too, I had confided & fully trusted. Very unfortunate.

I can't say enough for Dr. Noreen Yoshida or her staff. My experience was top-notch. I'm ashamed to say that I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and I was impressed by the differences in technology since my last visit. The entire staff was courteous and the hygienist was thorough but didn't cause me any discomfort at all. Thumbs up all around.

Dr yoshida has been a amazing dentist. She actually saw the oral effects of a debilitating autoimmune disease years prior to my Drs diagnosing it. I have had a lot of dental work done by her because of this disease and she is so incredibly thorough and a perfectionist when it comes to the art of dentistry. As having been a registered dental assistant I have high standard of who does my dental work and I trust her 100%. She also treats my husband and 9 year old daughter as well. She is up to date on current technology and knowledge and to those of you who have a fear of injections, she has great technique and skill and will make sure you are comfortable.

Possibly the most thorough dentist I'd ever been to in my life! I was very very happy with my decision to go to her. She took a lot of time to explain everything that was going on in my mouth in detail. But gave me the final choice with no pressure to take the next course of action. Or no action at all.

We recently moved from Felton and I was about to find a new dentist closer to home. This past Saturday, I woke up at 2am with a tooth ache. No warning. I made it through work hoping it would go away,but Sunday at 8am, I called her the office for help. I left a message on her cell phone and 5 minutes later she called back. I gave her the symtoms and she called in a perscription I picked up an hour later. It relieved the pain in about 3 hours and she fit me in that Monday morning. This was not the first time. About a year ago, She showed up, on her day off, at her office and made sure I had what I needed for a similar situation right before another weekend. She's there for her patients and I'll won't be looking for a new dentist.

Friendly staff. I'm always welcomed and they always stay up to date on my life, which makes me feel like more than just a patient to them.

A very conscientious dentist. She and her staff are competent and friendly. Does her very best to keep the pain level down and keep her customers smiling. She has a nice personal touch. I've been going for about 5 years and I've had a few crowns done and cavities filled, my wife has had a few implants and everything still works. I've had good dentists and bad ones in the past and she is as good as they get. You won't regret your visit or sending your kids there.

I recently moved to south bay area and needed a dentist. Someone recommended Dr Yoshida and I had my first visit today. Fantastic dentist, great staff and was taught a lot about taking care if my teeth. I highly recommend!!!

Generally a positive experience - various staff members were either new, or uninformed about my history and insurance requirements. Otherwise the office is nice, the doctor was professional, and they fixed my crown quickly and securely.

Doctor and staff are fabulous and hygienist Karen I've followed from my other dentist because she's so good.

Charged for work that another specialist - that I was sent to - did. Prescribed antibiotics that were not required (according to that specialist) .

I have been Dr. Yoshida's patient since June 2010 and each year since I am more glad to be. She is thorough in explaining what care you need, or may need in the future, or what you don't need. Her work is not only for restoration and repair but also with an eye on aesthetics. Her work is invisible! She and her staff explain very clearly what your dental issues are and what it will require to resolve them, with very clear treatment plans and options. She has treated me and both parents, and they would say the same things. Her staff, including assistants Mickey ( a veteran who I have worked with many times) and Gabi, hygienists Karen and Michelle, and office manager Zulma make things much easier. Just this month I needed extensive help, three crowns which required several visits and very precise care, and the result was better -- technically and cosmetically -- than I could have imagined. I was very happy. I'm glad to be her patient.

Best Dentist ever. A very high tech office (they took actual pictures of my teeth which I've never seen my back molars before!) Dr.Y. actually reviewed my medical history with me (which most drs seem to just file away), and she actually spent time talking to me as a person, rather than another appointment. Dr. Yoshida is so nice and kind. Her staff is efficient and very friendly too. She's a very informative and helpful dr. in my quest for dental health : )

Dr. Yoshida is the BEST dentist and her staff is skilled, caring and friendly. I needed to have a crown and I must say that Dr. Yoshida has a very gentle touch. The crown fit perfectly, too; no need for adjusting. I appreciate how Dr. Yoshida explains everything before she does it; this makes the whole process so much more pleasant for me. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and nice. When I was having my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist, I overheard Dr. Yoshida talking to a young child who was having some work done; Dr. Yoshida is obviously skilled in pediatric dentistry. She is a true family dentist who can care for people of all ages.

Love the staff and Dr Yoshida. We drive from Salinas since we failed to find a good dentist in the area. Well worth the 2+ hour round trip drive for exceptional care.
