Good quality Sushi. Got the 10pc salmon sushi and tuna maki. With a sake, bill was over $50, so pretty expensive. Great spot to spend some f&b credit.

Victor Wang

Google
Ordered multiple sushi sets with 2 salmon and 1 tuna set. Absolutely a massive meal with a ton of rice and well packed for each piece of sushi. The box holding the sushi set was decently well made. Fish was decently fresh although not exceptional. Wished they offered more options for fish and menu items or a mix.

Ryan Nap

Google
Hand rolls have the unique experience of hot rice and cold fish... Oh, and someone had the bad idea to add mint leaf to the spicy tuna hand roll... Pleasant staff delivers your order. Got suckered into the Daniel-San. Not something I'm going to yearn for in the future.

Google
Fake Salmon! Unbelievable this place is allowed to serve this. There’s no fat line on the fish plus it’s super thin. What a rip off. Beware!

Lydia Huang

Google
Solid sushi. From the pictures, the rolls looked small so I ordered two. However, they were actually pretty big and I was stuffed afterwards. The fish was fresh and I love how they seasoned the rice. The rolls are a bit messy and it did seem like the fish was chopped up, which is weird. It’s a bit pricy, but it is Vegas.

My partner and I came to Resorts World *just* to try out the Famous Foods Street Eats offerings. We left wholly disappointed after trying food from 4 different vendor stalls. I'm very experienced with street food dishes during all of my travels in Asia. My partner is not. However, neither of us were pleased by the food we tried. Specific to Nori Bar: the rolls and quality of fish were sub-par and the type you'd find at a low quality strip mall "Japanese" restaurant around the city. The fish was just ok in quality and the rice itself was lacking any discernible rice wine vinegar. Overall, unless you're already at the casino for something else and don't care about the quality of your food, most of the stalls in Resorts World are not worth the visit.

Google
Excellent sushi. Very fair prices for Vegas. Excellent portion sizes. MUCH better value than nearby Kusa Nori. SKIP KUSA NORI AND HEAD HERE INSTEAD!!!

Steven Liu

Google
Think twice before you go there. 1.The food quality doesn’t match its price. 2.As it is a sushi bar, if you expect a chef makes food in front of you, just don’t go there. All of their slices of raw fish (sashimi) have already prepared before you go there. when you place an order, they start to put sashimi on the top of rice.

Yelp
Nori Bar is the option within the Famous Foods Court inside of Resorts World if you're looking for sushi. They have a sushi bar and you can order right up at the register. Or if you prefer, there is tons of seating within the food court and you can order at the Order Kiosks. My friend and I dined here before a concert at the theater as it was a great options for a quick bite. They have a ton of rolls that sound good with many ingredients but we went super basic with spicy tuna ($15) and salmon ($13). While they weren't big, they did have very generous portions of fresh fish inside. The food was ready quickly, was surprisingly delicious with a good sized portion and perfectly displayed. I would absolutely pop into Nori Bar again!

Yelp
A solid hand roll bar at the food court at Resorts World, it was one of the few stalls that was open at lunch hour on a Monday. The counter seatings were surprisingly spacious and cozy. We had toro, lobster, blue crab and spicy tuna hand rolls. Only blue crab and lobster were cooked so I ordered both of them, they were tasty. Hubby liked the raw fish ones as well. I also had a draft Asahi to go with hand rolls. The service was great and prices were so good! We also brought pho and aqua Fresca we ordered at other stalls to this counter to eat, we were glad that they didn't mind. A great place for lunch or a quick bite!

Yelp
My friend & I made a stop at Nori Bar to satisfy that urge for sushi while we had time to kill in between sessions of our conference upstairs. When we arrived, all of the seats were empty, and it stayed that way during our entire visit. My friends knew exactly what he wanted and ordered right away, while I needed a moment to decide. Before I could make a decision, they had already delivered the order for my friend. I ordered a yellow tail roll. I was not impressed, primarily due to the temperature of the sushi. The whole thing was room temp, bordering on warm. Not yummy for sushi. The service was just okay, nothing special. If this were just a regular, run of the mill sushi spot, I'd of been a bit more understanding. But given the ambiance and price of this restaurant, I'd completely expect better.

Yelp
Great place to go and not overly stuff! Love how they make the hand rolls for you right when you are ready. They do not want the hand rolls to sit or else they get soggy! The staff was super friendly and nice!

Yelp
Had dinner here on a Thursday to satisfy my sushi cravings. Liked the rolls, didn't think the fish was of the best quality. Located as part of the Famous Food Street Eats Food Hall in Resort World Casino in Las Vegas, Nori Bar offers classic nigiri and rolls in a casual setting. There is seating at the bar, but you can also get carry out by ordering from the ubiquitous tablet kiosk stations all around the main food court. I placed my order through this kiosk (charging it to our room), and got a text soon afterwards to notify me that my food was ready for pick-up. It wasn't very busy when we came. Resort World does have a fine dining sushi bar (Kusa Nori), so I was hoping that both restaurants would source the fish from the same place and have the same quality. I don't think that was the case. I enjoyed the texture and taste of the blue crab roll ($26 for 8 pieces). But the three fishes in the 10 piece nigiri set ($30 for salmon, yellowtail, and tuna) were supermarket/buffet quality and didn't seem fresh; I had a hard time finishing it. The nice boxed set came with plenty of individually wrapped soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger. It would travel very well.

Yelp
Nori Bar is one of the options in the Famous Street Eats food hall @ Resorts World LV. Earlier in the day, the SO and I had a large meal @ Crossroads, so we weren't too hungry for dinner. Sadly, most options here were already closed on a Sunday around 7-8pm ish, but Nori bar was open and this really hit the spot. I will say for what we got, it's not bad. It was filling, tasty, and fast. Service was fine. There's not really much more that I can add to this review, but it's a good quick bite spot to have if you're feeling something light.

Yelp
Hubby and I were looking for a light evening snack in place of an actual meal. We were still pretty full from a big brunch earlier in the day but wanted something to tide us over until the next morning. Nori Bar was one of the few places open on a Sunday night in the Famous Foods food hall at Resorts World. Nori Bar offers a Vegetable Maki Roll and I went in with mid-expectations. It has the typical minimal filling: cucumber and pickled radish. What surprised me was the use of shiso leaf. It added a pop of flavor that I wasn't expecting! Legit snack for $11! So much so that I ended up going back the next day. The one downside of this is that the maki is machine-rolled. My maki roll fell apart more easily during my second visit. Regardless, the service is great! Especially during our first visit because the gal behind the sushi bar was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that this is one of the few spots in the Famous Foods food hall where you can order from an actual person versus from a giant iPad.

Yelp
Nori Bar is located in the Resorts World food court! We loved it so much that we went twice during our Vegas trip. It reminded me of a Sugarfish or Kazunori because of the box it came in. The yellowtail cut roll was definitely my favorite. I also got the salmon cut roll. The rice was perfectly warm and had that good vinegar flavor. It was really good quality fish. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stopped by for a quick bite before going out. We were seated right away. We decided on the Daniel-San set ($23) which comes with salmon, yellowtail, and spicy tuna and we also got a sashimi to share. The sashimi was good except there was too much gochujang for my taste. It overpowered the tuna. We really enjoyed the hand rolls. They were sizeable and had a good amount of fish inside each one. I do wish the seaweed was a bit crispier. Fish quality was excellent.
google avatar

Valie K.

Yelp
Generous portions of nigiri downside the fish was a lil warm. Like the pickup to go option. Tiny counter as it's part of the Street Eats and one of many options. Basically $5 per piece if you get the 6 piece nigiri. Upside you can pick your fish from tuna, salmon, yellowtail.

Yelp
I'm from SoCal and have had my fair share of hand rolls. These are some of the fattest, most filled hand rolls I've ever had. Service was quick as well, my girlfriend and I both had a Four of a Kind, and it came out in 2 minutes. Ambiance in resort world is always nice, and if you're in the mood to try multiple food spots, stop at Nori first !
google avatar

Kevin S.

Yelp
Hands down the best food court sushi I've ever had. This is some real deal sushi. I live in SoCal, the land of sushi. Todays spicy tuna roll and blue crab hand roll were excellent! I'm stuck in this god forsaken town till Thursday I'll def hit this place a couple more times for sure.

Yelp
I stayed at Resorts World and heard about their Famous Foods Street Eats food court so I wanted to check out the restaurants. I am a sucker for handrolls and will always get it. Plus 75% of all the other restaurants were closed. Salmon (5/5): This was solid. Nothing wrong about it. The salmon was good and melt in your mouth. Bay Scallop (3.5/5): Usually scallop handrolls are one of my favorites but this one didn't hit the spot. It wasn't as good as other ones I've had at different restaurants. It wasn't as creamy so the scallop flavor was strong. Blue crab (2.5/5): This was my least favorite of the 3 handrolls I tried. It was expensive and only ok. I didn't like the fried garlic on top. It definitely didn't need it. It wasn't creamy and just basic. Nothing special. Overall, a good try. I did not sit at the bar and eat it fresh but I ate it pretty quickly after I got it. If I ever come back, I'll try to eat it there and just get salmon. Maybe I will try the other fish options.

Yelp
Of all the stalls we tried in the Famous Foods Street Eats, Nori bar was our favorite. The menu was small, but most of it were things I usually gravitate towards. We ordered a 10 piece tuna nigiri, a 6 piece yellowtail nigiri and a tuna roll. Everything was super fresh and IMO worth the price, especially in this food hall where the price and quality of the food typically don't match. Not only that, the tuna roll wasn't loaded with rice making the roll's rice to fish ratio enjoyable. Highly recommend trying this place out if you are in Resorts World.
google avatar

Luis B.

Yelp
Honestly, everything I tried at this food court sushi spot was incredibly good. The only downside was that the sushi rolls were made using an automated rolling process, which took away some of the craftsmanship. That said, every ingredient was impressively fresh. Overall, it was a very pleasant surprise!
google avatar

Jay O.

Yelp
Service was absolutely great. The bar was nice and clean. As for the sushi though, it was fairly average. One thing we did complain about was that the blue crab cut roll tasted like there was fish sauce or shrimp paste in the mixture. I go to a lot of hand roll places and this place fell short. Although service was great.
google avatar

Ameena A.

Yelp
I absolutely loved this stop at Resorts World!! For a gluten free diner, you are in luck as they are knowledgeable about which rolls are gluten free, and offer gluten free soy sauce :) The quality of the fish was great - and I loved the service and convenience of getting the sushi. Nothing negative to say!
google avatar

John D.

Yelp
Rice was abysmal. Ugh. Embarrassingly bad. I didn't want to make a deal out of it with friends but it was obvious they thought the same. We all walked away very disappointed in that bad choice.
google avatar

Lydia H.

Yelp
Took a break from gambling for some handrolls and it did not disappoint. Prices were not bad and the quality of fish was good. Service at the bar was quick and friendly. I didn't try the automated sushi because the bad reviews so I just stuck to handrolls and had a good experience. The spicy tuna handroll was my favorite! They make each handroll as you eat so the seaweed still has a crunch. The bar is tucked in the back so it's a nice escape from the gambling floor. Not too busy so great for a quick snack on the go.

Yelp
This is by far one of my favorite spots in Las Vegas. The sushi is top quality. Everything I've tried there has been absolutely delicious. The service is great. Everyone is so nice. Can't wait to come back again.
google avatar

Ann M.

Yelp
The sushi selection is top-notch, showcasing a delightful array of hand rolls and sashimi, all made with the freshest ingredients. The sushi just melts in your mouth Decent price but well worth it!
google avatar

Valerie A.

Yelp
This is a cute little sushi bar inside the Street Eats section of Resorts World. We sat at the bar and had a nice, quick meal with fresh sushi. They serve long rolls made in a machine, plus hand rolls and a small selection of Nigiri. We tried the machine made roll for the novelty and it was fine. But the hand rolls were much better and the otoro nigiri were spectacular. If you are just looking to be full the long rolls are fine, but if you are a sushi snob like me go for the fresh handmade stuff. Nice selection of draft beer and sake too. Only strange thing for me was warm rice. I'm used to room temperature or even cool rice, I've almost never had it warm. Maybe it is easier with the machine or it is a different style than I'm used to.
google avatar

Hailey T.

Yelp
I was a bit disappointed to try this place out, it could be the day I came was a bad day. The chef is heavy handed on the food but it didn't taste fresh and a little bit too fishy for my liking along with there was a frozen taste to it. The seaweed wrap is a bit stale, not crispy enough. Ordered a bay scallops ( was chopped up almost like minced up), the salmon and yellowtail were a bit too mushy almost into a paste.
google avatar

Ron L.

Yelp
I wandered around the Resorts World famous food mart in search of anything that I can eat, because I am gluten intolerant. There was absolutely nothing I could eat except coleslaw so my last chance was at the Nori Bar. Bless them for carrying tamari gluten-free soy sauce so that I could enjoy a salmon and a yellowtail hand roll. Both were very tasty and after drinking a Tiger Boba Tea, I was ready for a late dinner. Thank you for having gf soy sauce.

Yelp
Stopped at Nori for lunch while staying at the Crockfords and had a great meal. The sushi plate of salmon, tuna, and hamachi was great and quite filling. I also ordered a toro hand roll, which was even better, and I would highly recommend getting one or two on your visit. The sake selection is small, but everything was good. I actually enjoyed my sake so much, I ordered a second to complete my meal! The staff was very polite and efficient. Not too chatty if you are sitting at the bar, but always made my sushi fast and fresh. Overall, great lunch option at Resorts World and don't forget the toro hand rolls!
google avatar

Kaitlyn T.

Yelp
I didn't get to have the hand roll experience as I ordered from the kiosk but unfortunately, I am disappointed with the preparation of this sushi roll. For a food vendor in the street eats area of Resorts World, I would expect better crafted sushi rolls. A machine is used to roll and cut the rolls which is disappointing. I'm not normally a sushi snob but even at cheap buffets you will see a sushi chef hand rolling sushi. The scallop roll didn't taste bad, but the presentation of the roll itself is messy and severely lacking when you open the box. The value isn't justified and I expected better being in Resorts World.
google avatar

Tran L.

Yelp
the handrolls here were so good! they were super filled which we appreciated. as the other reviewers mentioned, the rolls were really cold, but i didn't have a problem with it. it was a great place to grab a quick bite then go. fast service and quick meals.

Todd F.

Yelp
I visit every time I am in Vegas. Food is fresh. I order the specialty rolls but last time I had the salmon which is know my go to. Service is always fast. Only a handful of seats at the bar. But once seated your eating within minutes.
google avatar

Colleen R.

Yelp
My friend has been talking about this handroll sushi bar since the first time she tried it and we had a chance to go a couple weeks ago. Nori Bar did not disappoint! Lowkey was a little hesitant at first because its in a casino food court, but everything was delicious and the food was fresh. Their handrolls are made-to-order and are made one at a time so that the seaweed is still crispy when served. Yum! I got the four of a kind option which came with salmon, yellowtail, bay scallop and spicy tuna. I ordered an extra toro handroll on the side as well. Kind of hard to say which one was my favorite since they were all so good, but if i had to pick i'd probably go with the spicy tuna and the toro. If you want good handroll, quality food, and quick service, then this is your spot!
google avatar

Tina H.

Yelp
This place caught me off guard because it was very good and quick! I ordered the salmon roll, and to my surprise it was better than some places I've had at expensive restaurants! The salmon didn't taste fishy, and the rolls aren't packed with just rice. It was good portion and tasty! It's in the "famous eats" food court area at Resort World casino- it's def a hustling and bustling environment but the food was very quick to come out and neatly too.
google avatar

Liz N.

Yelp
If you've had good quality hand rolls, and/or have been to KazuNori, Rol, or Tekka, don't come here. Service 5/5 Service was great. They were all very nice. Food 1/5 This is more of a quick service hand roll bar. The recipes are not great. Ice cold salmon and spicy tuna is served in the hand rolls. The blue crab hand roll is TERRIBLE - they put heavy fish sauce on it. Straight fish sauce x10, not even mixed fixed sauce. We shared that with the kitchen and hopefully they improve it. Hand rolls are machine cut, not even knife cut. This causes very uneven and unpleasant aesthetic to the food as the cut rolls were choppy and messy. It looks like the food hall is shared staff amongst the other food stalls. Not much specialized passion behind the food. It's OK for quick service if you want quick sushi, but not for that price or experience. Quality 1/5
google avatar

Anthony G.

Yelp
One of the many places to grab at bite at the Street Eats in World Resort. You place your order at any kiosks in the general area and then pick up your food. Quick service overall. Our sushi was fresh and prepared well. Very good flavor. Great seating options throughout the whole area. Pretty fast paced set up.
google avatar

Deborah C.

Yelp
Hella good hand rolls (only available at the bar)! The nori is crispy, the rice is warm, and the fish is so fresh and delightful! It's the perfect handbook! I got the Chairman Roll set, which comes out to be $7 per roll, saving you $11 if you ordered every roll separately. Winner! Also, I love the fact that the sushi chef makes each roll one at a time so that it's as fresh as possible. If you've ever been to Sugarfish in LA or NY, I would say this place is the equivalent, in terms of price, value, quality and taste. YUM!
google avatar

Alizen R.

Yelp
ABSOLUTE LOVE! This is definitely a top three best food stalls at Famous Food Street Eats. $24 -- 16 piece set of 2 sushi choices. My friend and I picked toro (tuna) and dungeness crab. Both were delicious to a point where you didn't even need the dipping sauce or soy sauce but felt that the rice was a little too cold and therefore slightly harder than it should be. Still, it was delicious and I plan to try the hand rolls out next time. I don't say this much about sushi and I certainly am the type of girl who gets AYCE to get more bang for the buck but this was truly quite a treat and well worth ordering again and again. (13/100--2022)

Yelp
Good rolls at surprisingly reasonable prices, considering the venue's location in the Famous Foods Street Eats food court inside Resorts World. I tried the yellowtail roll, served with soy sauce & cup, wasabi and ginger - but served with no chopsticks. I look forward to their other varieties. Next time, I'll ask for chopsticks. Huge well maintained indoor seating area with gigantic TVs showing live sports when possible. Self service via kiosk ordering system which is used for all of the food court's venues.
google avatar

Vincent D.

Yelp
Another glorified food court in the Resort World area; though the premise is nice, the execution is lacking. The cut rolls are made by machine instead of actual human, and even the machine makes the roll looks butchered. I guess this type of food is served well for people that have been partying all night because there is no redemption on the taste or the price. $25.00 for a butchered maki, dang this is a robbery :)
google avatar

Jacqueline B.

Yelp
The service was fast and the staff were very attentive. The serving sizes are generous for the price in Vegas. The fish was fresh. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the toro hand roll it's finely minced and didn't taste as fatty and delicious as some others I've had. Overall amazing quick sushi.
google avatar

Jonathon Q.

Yelp
Went on a Sunday around 2:00pm and it was not busy. I REALLY enjoyed my experience - it was the perfect "hmmm an order of yellowtail nigiri sounds delicious right now before I go lose a couple hundred dollars at the roulette table" and that is exactly what I got. In less than 4 minutes, I walked up, ordered, ate my two pieces, paid, tipped, and was on my way back to the roulette table. Such a fun experience!
google avatar

Annie K.

Yelp
This place does not compare to Tekka bar in the Cosmo! Tried the Chairman and pretty sure we got repeats of some and i dont remember getting the toro or yellowtail.. Each roll left me wanting of something.. the flavors weren't all there. The staff also seem preoccupied with each other rather than with guests. Would not come back.
google avatar

Vivian T.

Yelp
Super fresh hand-rolls made on the spot! The fish is very fresh and clean wrapped in a bed of warm rice and crispy seaweed! My favorite roll is the lobster hand roll. They add onion flakes which provides a wonderful flavor and texture to the hand roll. Our sushi chef, Jon, is super friendly and the service was great! Definitely recommend checking out when walking around Resort World. A wonderful fast in and out place with quality food!

Anja S.

Yelp
Don't get the spicy tuna disgusting but get the Toro hand roll with his soy paper. Wasabi was fresh so it says was fresh and a bay scallops, were good.
google avatar

Justin Y.

Yelp
Amazing Nori hand rolls and sushi at affordable pricing located inside the food court at Resorts World. Try the Chairman combo which includes 5 hand rolls. Service is fast since it's a bar top seating and the overall layout is very efficient. Resorts World never ceases to amaze me and Nori Bar is a great meal that is quick and affordable! The blue crab roll is my favorite and the 10 pcs of fresh nigiri is a close second. Make sure to check out Nori Bar inside Famous Foods inside Resorts World! The ambiance is amazing!
google avatar

Laura P.

Yelp
I ate here in Vegas with my coworker one night for dinner. This place features hand tools and is in the food court at the Wynn. I ordered and loved the lobster hand roll, yellow tail hand roll and salmon hand roll. My coworker got the lobster and enjoyed hers as well. I would recommend this place and will be back!
google avatar

Caroline D.

Yelp
We just had Dungeness crab hand roll and a toro hand roll. Time from order to eat was good. Price was fair. Staff were friendly. But damn that was the most boring hand roll I've ever had. Literally just rice and toro. And my husbands Dungeness crab had shell in it. I would come back, but I would make sure I was drunk to add some excitement to what is otherwise very boring hand rolls.
google avatar

Marcel E.

Yelp
OmgGgg -- Everything about this sushi experience was INCREDIBLE! Every dish was super fresh! The sashimi, hand rolls -- under $10 a dish, my sisters and I could not stop ordering the sashimi, spicy tuna and scallop hand rolls. Awesome sake selection too! We tried a filtered and unfiltered one -- my fav was the filtered one but my sisters loved the unfiltered one. Loved all their sushi tech gear on display too! So cool to watch a machine roll, cut, and dish out perfect serving sizes of rice balls for nigiri. I felt like I was back sitting at a restaurant in the streets of Japan. Can't wait to go back for more!
google avatar

Michael D.

Yelp
This place had pretty good hand rolls and the presentation was on point. If you can venture off the strip definitely give this place a try for some handrolls
google avatar

Chelle N.

Yelp
Dined in on a Saturday at 5 pm and was seated immediately. I ordered the Chairman and my favorite roll is salmon. My least favorite is lobster and spicy tuna. I ordered the special, hamachi belly sashimi and it was so good! IG: sippin.champagne.with.chelle

Yelp
I'm a regular here and it's one of my favorite places to eat handrolls and the wait staff here is always exceptional...but over the weekend when i ate there, I noticed they changed their lobster roll and it no longer tastes like it's all lobster. It's mushy and I taste fake lobster meat mixed in. What a shame they did this. I will have to get the crab instead now. Bummer.
