"Reopened in November as Williamsburg Market, it has one tenant in common with its predecessor: Di Fara Pizza, which occupies the same cul de sac in a rear corner. In the new version of this food court, the seating is better than any other in town except perhaps Hudson Eats. A flock of tables on two levels in front telegraph a trendy café, while padded booths with lighting sconces along walls of gleaming white tile make it seem like a fancy restaurant. The first thing you see upon entering Williamsburg Market is a bar. Many new food halls have been seeking out full liquor licenses so they can double as cocktail lounges. This one has its own list of invented cocktails — but no official name for the space. The bartender lamented that, so far, it’s not on the neighborhood radar for drinks, and without a name, one can understand why. From the bar which is the midpoint of the room, pathways snake around 19 stalls of various configurations if you count the bar, with 13 occupied and the others still empty (though two have signs for future tenants.)" - Robert Sietsema

"North 3rd Street Market in Williamsburg has several changes. Vietnamese noodle and sandwich shop Bun, Brooklyn Shave Ice with Hawaiian desserts, and hot dog vendor Diggy's Hot Dogs are already open. In the next two to three weeks, several more vendors will debut as well: vegan soft serve vendor Whipped Urban Dessert Lab, throwback burger joint Jack's Deluxe, and Italian flatbread sandwich shop Piade." - Stefanie Tuder

"North 3rd Street Market opened with several promising vendors such as bakery Bien Cuit, Fany Gerson’s Mexican sweet shop La Newyorkina, coffee shop Champion, and dumpling vendor East Wind Snack Shop. By next Monday, it will feature over 20 food and retail vendors including pizza legend Di Fara, ramen shop Chuko, and burgers from Corner Bistro. The market aims to bring a strong collection of food vendors to Williamsburg, providing an alternative to Manhattan eateries." - Serena Dai

Was here to try the dumplings at East Wind Snack Shop. The dumplings are okay, not the best I've ever had as they're advertising. The shop is a small stand in a cafeteria style food court. There are a lot of cute shops but we just had the dumpling stand and we ordered a little bit of everything. They made everything fresh but the baos didn't taste very fresh. It's out of the way of my usual route so idk if I would go out of my way again to eat here. I would just get soup dumplings at Joe's Shanghai honestly.

We had the Sashimi bowl at the sushi counter, and the pork gyoza at the Vietnamese place, everything was SO perfect! The place was very clean and they even got a high chair for baby’s:) Definitely recommend this one.

I love food markets! I’m able to try a variety of foods in one location.

It is a food court with a difference. For one it is a single level building which is not very great or modern looking from the outside but quite aesthetic inside. Doesn't have one common large seating area in the centre surrounded by food kiosks which makes it interesting. There are a number of eating and dessert options available including a vegan outlet. Indian food, Chinese food, sea food etc. Nice place for a evening eating out but fairly small and not a lot of seating but definitely worth a visit.

JaJaJa is an awesome plant based Mexican spot in the back right of the market. Delicious!

Mellow vibes. Quiet audience. I enjoyed lunch at The Lobster Joint today. There are a variety of choices for a small meal and a mini arcade in the back. Nice place to eat, chill and play some games.

The loud music so early in the morning means the idea of "turning this place into your next office" (as advertised) hard to imagine. Similarly, there are some good restaurants in here, although it feels like the change over rate is rapid. A lot of potential, but still hasn't gotten there yet.

Chalk full of hipsters and hipster tourists but the food is awesome .... Whatever food is your thing, this place has it and it's really, really tasty. Seating is hit or miss - I think it's a craps shoot. Anyways, go check it out and have lunch .
