I've been ordering delivery from this business for maybe a year, maybe a little less. Their prices are better than some other local pizza places, food is pretty good, and they have very fast service. I never wait for more than 30 minutes for my food to be delivered (it's usually about 15-20 minutes). I order about once a week so they know who I am and know my order so that's nice. The man who delivers takes some warming up to and has only very recently gotten friendly with me. Before this he always looked miserable and never exchanged pleasantries. Everyone who answers the phone has always been nice. Some notes on the food: the calzones are extremely small (smaller size than advertised) and will not fill you up. The salads are just ok, I will never pay for one from there again because it's just not fresh enough. Very bland. Also the pita bread served with the salads are often hard and maybe a little stale. I don't care for the pizza here. I think other local places have much better pizza. Of course I've only ever had their cheese so I'm not an expert in that area. The subs are where it's at. They are a good size, even the small, and they really pack the ingredients in. You won't feel cheated ordering a sub here. However, you have to tell them what you want on or it else they simply won't put anything. Example: If you order a buffalo chicken, they will literally only put buffalo chicken on it. No mayo, lettuce, nothing! Their fried food is also delicious. French fries, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers... all perfect. You just have to know what to order here. I was compelled to write this review because today, for the first time (that I noticed) I found small black hairs in my sandwich. I wouldn't have minded so much if I only saw one. Would have just removed it. But I began looking and found others. I wondered how many I had already consumed as I had already taken several bites. Thinking about this really grossed me out. I'm NOT one to complain but this is beyond me. If you are in food service you should not be losing several hairs in the food you are making. I simply called and let them know. I did not ask for my money back, for a free meal or for a replacement sandwich. Just wanted them to know that someone in the kitchen was dropping hair in (good) customer's food. They seemed surprised as if this has never happened before.... which I doubt. Needless to say, I'll have to find another local pizza joint. So if the fast service and low prices outweigh some of the bland menu items and hair in your food then it's a decent spot. I really do like this business but the hair just killed it for me.
