North Beach Pipeline Dispensary

As an Amsterdam resident this was my first time visiting an american 'Coffeeshop'. I have to say that I was very impressed by the variety and quality of the products this dispensary had on offer. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, will definitely visit again when back in San Fran.

Hello!! My name is Andre, and I'm reviewing the Pipeline dispensary in North Beach. They have a great point system and good specials. It's a must go to now and it gaining popularity.

Best customer service hands-down because I know I am so annoying and never know what to pick and they helped me so much. I got my purchase. Desi was so good to me. Please ask for him when you go.

Everyone was friendly & knowledgeable; Miranda helped me choose an ideal pre-roll for my budget & my next visit resulted in a similarly good recommendation from someone whose name I didn't get, but Miranda knows who I'm taking about. Anyway, the sativa pre-rolls here are no joke & I thoroughly enjoyed them. Lush, vibrant highs from a third of a joint are what I got, though that's partially due to me having never tried California weed until a couple weeks ago. Y'all have it good here! If I wasn't desperately poor, I'd be back for more with some frequency, but we've all heard it before — a sound too familiar with all the Baying wolves & hungry hounds outside, clanging & scraping against the gates to be let in only for them to make sure they're closed behind them...

I mean it's an herb store so that gets points just for that. How do you even review one? Yeah it's clean, they are nice, and the selection is great. So they got that going for them. Hmm I'll just say I liked that I could be silly with the fools working there. That was good.

Not a fancy place but they have quality products. I love Henry cannabis from Mendocino California and they are one of the few stores in SF with a large selection. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable.

Not a good experience, was charged $23 extra for an 8th and the employees were not transparent about where the difference in price came from. They did not give me the receipt and did not refund supposedly refundable ATM fee. They chalked it up to "taxes and tip" but the math they told me does not even close to add up. Very disappointed and I will not be coming here again.

Best dispensary I've been too in SF . My bud tender Aaron was great and he helped me shop and was giving me the best recommendations. First time customers also get 10% off when you sign up . I will defiantly be coming back

Of course I had to find a good dispensary while in San Francisco! Service and products were excellent. I wish I could remember the young lady who helped me name but she was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This club is great! Awesome selection of products and a lot of things to choose from. They even have a fridge full of beverages. Every single person that works here is chill af, I'm always greeted with a smile and everyone seems to like their job, this place is a vibe! love it ! recommend it fosho

I stopped in to The Pipeline on a quiet Monday night. The Budtender was engaging and eager to show us their wide array of products. I was happy to see that The Pipeline stocks Gift of Doja, a local cannabis equity brand owned by a woman of color. The budtender gave honest opinions on the products and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Tip: They do not accept tap payments or credit cards. Cash & debit cards only!

Miranda is very knowledge and had great suggestions. They have a nice variety of edibles and pre rolls!

Closes before 10pm came at 9:58 and they were closed very inconvenient big bummer it doesn't close right at 10pm

Beautiful clean dispensary right next door to the Jeremy Fish gallery on the oldest street in sf. Amazing solventless edibles selection and attentive staff - thanks for the help with choosing a CBN tincture Antonio !! So happy there's a dispensary in my favorite part of the city, I'll def be back after grabbing focaccia down the street soon

Embarrassingly overpriced. I assume that's to gouge the tourists? Isn't that nice... To add to the insult of their prices, they sold me poor quality, months old, stale product.

They are the BEST! The crew is great! And not just one person but everyone is! They have great mid and low quality for your every need. Never a disappointment thank you pipeline !

This was my first time to this location and it's just as good as the other 2.. These guys have by far the lowest pricing in SF and love that the price includes tax. Great selection and same great customer service. Pipeline is my new go to!

You must be high on drugs if you're going anywhere else! This place is awesome! Nicest and most knowledgeable staff I've ever met and they're good to my dog. The pricing is upfront; no having to do math and fractions in your head to figure out tax and fees. A good variety of product at all price points. You won't have a bad time. Safe, awesome location. You're really wasting time reading this, go, enjoy!

Good looking, clean shop in the middle of north beach. Convenient for myself, maybe not for others - as North Beach is, parking is a nightmare. My order got messed up, first time here. Had a great interaction with the counter before that. Had to drive all the way back to the city to rectify it. Pain in the a$$. Now you're saying, why the five stars? Well, they fixed it - immediately. Called to let them know the order wasn't correct, they said come back in and I did. Didn't have a receipt, I never keep them, so I was expecting a huge hassle. Nope, guy got the correct product, everyone was nice and efficient, and I got out of there. So cheers to this place! I'll be back and thank you!

Friendly knowledgeable staff and great products of all varieties in the heart of North Beach. If you want guidance or to try something new, let your budtender know if you're interested in flowers or edibles and whether you want something to calm or help with sleep or if you want something more uplifting and energetic. I have my tried and true however I enjoy asking for a suggestion of something new. They also have merchandise such as beautiful pipes and t-shirts and totes. The sister store Sunset Pipeline is great as well.

Incredibly rude and negative service from the scraggly bearded dimwit who checks IDs and bud tends. He was unfriendly and pretentious which is the opposite of nearly every dispensary employee I've encountered across the world. Grade-A jerk and does not belong in customer facing role. Get rid of him before you lose more customers.

Bought runtz for a candy nose, smelt like mold and had spider mites. Shitty quality like most of these sf dispensary's I've seen

This is a terrible place to go, not because of the product, but because of the manegers. The general maneger Greg is terribly rude and unprofessional and honestly made me uncomfortable. He's very passive aggressive and not helpful at all. Doesnt even speak just stares at you. I would hate to be stuck around him all day.The other staff are great and smile.

Best pot shop in SF. Great deals and great prices. All of the prices include tax, so bring cash because it's always out the door prices. They charge a small fee for debit but the products I get are always on point, and they're very consistent with their products. The staff is here is also very caring and super dope.

Fire tree for $5 joints!! Very convenient location near North Beach. Highly recommend.
