The restaurant located within the KOP mall is well maintained and vibrant. We went as a group for dinner at this place, the menu is well crafted with lot of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians too. The Service is awesome; the staff is friendly and very attentive. The food is priced high considering the location and also note that portions are not huge but probably right. The taste of food was amazing be it the Chicken parmesan, Calamari, Potatoes on the side, Asparagus everything was excellent. The entree of Salmon was perfectly made, and it was highlight of the dinner. Parking situation is challenging but there are lots available to park and walk. They do have wide range of drinks options too. I definitely recommend this place.

It was our very first time here. After hanging out at the King of Prussia Mall and doing the Bluey CAMP experience, we came here for dinner. We had a reservation and were seated right away when we arrived. It was pretty spacious. Staffs were all very friendly. All the cuisines were very delicious and the kids really liked the Lumache Alla Lucina dish. The kids menu was a bit too gourmet for their tastebuds. But overall, it was an enjoyable dining all around. We got parking right outside the restaurant, so that was great! 🥰👍🍽️🍴🍔🍟🥗🥙🍝😍

The food was great and came out very quickly. Our server/bartender was also very attentive and helpful with helping us select our food. The rest of the staff was also very nice. I enjoyed the vibe and ambiance considering it was my third time going. It has been very consistent.

Let’s just start by saying the meat balls and braised beef were extremely salty. I had to balance it out by eating the garlic bread with cheese my lord. It was sodium overload, and you would think the chief would’ve tasted the product first before sending it out. My only good experience was the waitress that gave us advice on which items to get and which ones she wouldn’t get. The chief must’ve had an off day on 07/27/25. Never again will I come back after this experience.

A large group of 20 of us came here for lunch during our Christian retreat. Terrible disappointing experience. Firstly, it took way too long for the food. One person got their calamari over 30 minutes before the rest of us and it tasted horribly and too salty. Did they just give us unwanted or spoiled food or something? Then the rest of the food came out. The pizza was way too salty. The salads and chicken were way too bland and poor quality greens. The short rib was way too salty like the pizza. Instructions weren't done right with the meatballs and didn't separate the sauce. The breakfast sandwiches were also messed up; how could they just run out of mayo??? The service was also terrible. Terrible attitudes from the employees. So much disorganization as well. Made the bad food experience even worse. And it's a shame too. We were hoping this would be a nice break between the busy day. God didn't bless this experience or this restaurant.

Google
The food is really good, great atmosphere, great service. The dessert is not worth the price and didn’t follow the outstanding entree and appetizer. However, everything else was great. I will definitely come back

Came here on a whim with my partner after a long day of work and was super pleased with the meal. Fresh flowers on each table was such a pretty touch! Food came out fairly quickly to the level of freshness it all had, the taste on each dish was perfectly portioned & seasoned. Super happy to have visited!

Food is always amazing and arrives quickly after ordering. Servers are always nice and helpful. Have been here twice and would love to visit again!

Yelp
For anyone that didn't give it a 5 star, they must have went on a night were everyone had an argument with their significant other before coming in but... I've only been here once so... This might be the only 5 start that I've given. If it's not the only, it's one of very few. After doing a few laps at the mall, you know, getting my steps in, we got hungry. We decided on one place but due to allergies, we couldn't do that. Then chose another place but the menu didn't didn't have enough of a variety. We saw this one and it had decent star and reviews (although I don't really read them, I like to take my chances so I can write my own). As we approached, we thought we might be under-dressed. It is a nice looking place. It looks too nice for a family restaurant but it is definitely a family restaurant... with some class to it. I can really see this as a date spot although I was with my family. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! When we got there, we were told it would be 45 minutes, it was 10. Our waitress was amazing and extremely helpful. I'll try to add her name if I can find the receipt. Not only did she help us pick some great dishes, she gave me a birthday treat to share with the table. It wasn't my birthday. I don't know for sure that it was a "birthday" treat but it said it on my receipt. She not only helped us all pick something great to eat, she helped me with my drink selections. I am definitely coming back when I am out this way because there were a few more dishes I want to try. A manager came by to check on us which I thought was a little odd because they didn't check on everyone. Maybe I looked like royalty :-D. She asked if the food was okay and if our server was good. I told her the only thing better than the food was the server for being so helpful.

Yelp
The restaurant is very nice and spacious, with no wait which was nice. We ordered the bolognese, squid ink, meatballs, and mushroom pizza. Overall the food was on the salty side. My favorite was the mushroom pizza which had a nice chew to the crust. Otherwise the pastas were quite salty.

Yelp
I dined here during my lunch break and the restaurant was mostly empty on that day (I could count all of the patrons). The service was fairly good and quick; I liked the menu selection and took several minutes to decide... I ultimately ordered eggplant parm as an app and a salad for my entree. My coworker ordered a pizza. I didn't leave a crumb on my plates... the price wasn't too bad either considering what I ordered... I would return.

Yelp
I had a wonderful experience here with my husband for a lunch date! The ambiance is trendy with really great lighting and decor. I love the location at the KOP mall that is also at the same time tucked away from the rest of the mall with an outdoor entrance. I was having a hard time finding great quality Italian food in the area, so I was very happy with my experience here! The eggplant Parmesan (which I'm often very picky about but is my all time favorite) was perfectly crispy and thinly sliced. I opted for the tortelloni for my entry and was very impressed with the dish, even though it's not something I usually would order. I was happy to see so many vegetarian options that weren't just the typical spaghetti with red sauce. They also had a great drink selection and excellent, friendly and attentive service. Even with Eataly having opened recently, don't forget about this restaurant as an option when you're visiting the mall!

Yelp
Visited during a weekday lunch period and it wasn't too busy or crowded. There's outdoor seating which is perfect for good weather days, plenty of seating inside, and a private dining area. Love to see the open kitchen, meaning food is usually prepared fresh and on the spot! Our waitress was great! Good service, timely, and super friendly! Food wise, we ordered 2 starts (grilled bread and heirloom tomatos & burrata, a pasta dish (spicy rigatoni vodka), and a side (spicy broccolini) for 2 people. Everything came out great, flavors were good, and portions were great for sharing. As a first time visit, I was fairly impressed. It's a good spot for catch up meals with company. Will come back to try other dishes

Yelp
The ambiance is very nice, trendy, open and comfortable. The food does not match the ambiance. The service is great. I would not come back here for any of the dishes. The best dish was the affogato. The gelato was good. Even though the pasta was hand made, it did not taste that great. There was no chewiness to it. The shrimp appetizer was overcooked.

Yelp
I went for lunch during restaurant week and really enjoyed my dining experience here. We had the zucca chips, arancini, chicken pesto pasta, and bolognese. The arancini was delicious and it comes with 6 pieces. I did not love the zucca chips. The majority of the cups were crumbs and very brown (burnt). I think there were only a handful of pieces that were identifiably zucchini. The pasta dishes were great. The chicken pesto dish has a creamy pesto sauce and is topped with fried capers. It is rich and a bit on the salty side. I felt this was a hearty dish. The bolognese dish came with giant pappardelle. The portion on this dish is actually quite small. For dessert, we had the mint chocolate chip and strawberry gelato. Both were good. Located in the KoP mall. The entrance is close to a busy area of the mall so it can be hard to find parking nearby. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available (when it is warmer). I love the ambiance of the restaurant. It has a clean modern feel to it with an open kitchen. I went on a quiet day but I imagine that it can get loud in there when it's busy. Would be a great spot for groups or happy hour.

Yelp
Frequent the kop mall often but have never been here. Definitely been missing out. We ordered a salad to start don't remember the name of it but it had fresh veggies and goat cheese with a light balsamic of some kind and it was very good. For my entree i had the squid ink pasta which i enjoyed very much since I don't see homemade squid ink pasta on the menu very much. My boyfriend got a ricotta, crab pasta dish which he enjoyed also. We both got this non alcoholic espresso, chocolate and cream drink served cold which was very good that I want to recreate at home. We will definitely come back here again!

Dave F.

Yelp
Terrible. Had a reservation last night and ended up waiting an extra 40 minutes before being seated. They push their overpriced Non-alcoholic drinks hard. ($13 for soda water and a splash of fruit juice, give me a break) The food is not good and took forever. Portion sizes are laughable for the price. ($25 for a soggy, small pizza... $25 for a small bowl of pasta with 3 pieces of meat) I legitimately hate this place. It's everything that's wrong with restaurants.

Yelp
We went to the King of Prussia Mall on a cold day in December. We needed a small bite to eat, and saw North Italia. The restaurant is part of a chain of over 30 restaurants across the Country. We shared the meatballs and calamari. The meatballs tasted good, they had a nice flavor and the marinara was good. However, the meatballs were not browned and had no crisp exterior that I look for in a good meatball. It's always recommended to brown the meatballs - it adds a delicious crust, retains juices and can significantly enhance the flavor. These meatballs, while tasty, were dry and not at all juicy. The calamari was average - the fried coating was very thin - the calamari rings were also sliced too thinly and were rubbery. Again, the taste was okay, but it's not the calamari you find in a good Italian restaurant. Which brings me back to the fact North Italia is a chain - it was extremely busy (mall crowd) and thus, needs to prepare its food for the masses. Browning meatballs before cooking them, is not at the top of their list. The prices are reasonable - if you need a quick bite to eat, and Chipotle doesn't work, try North Italia for a step up from fast food.

Yelp
We came to North Italia before going to the King of Prussia Mall. The place was clean and modern looking with an open style kitchen. Cam was our server and he was very attentive and friendly. He did a great job. We ordered two pizzas and bread and oil. The margherita pizza was pretty standard and the hot honey and smoked prosciutto had a ton of flavor. Pizzas are coal fired, just so you are aware. I personally prefer a softer dough crust. These are crispy.

Yelp
I've eaten here many times. It's usually very good and a real value. Not today. Went for lunch. The bartender waited on us. When she arrived I said we were in a hurry and could we order. She said yes. Ordered a salad with chicken and cheese meat board. After a while I asked about and she looked like I was out of place. The restaurant was not busy. The food comes out. The salad was ok but the chicken was tough. Not sure how you do that. But the cheese board was not good at all. I've had it many times. It's always great. Not this time. The meats were cut way too thick. And the bread was cold and stale. I really didn't eat any of it. She brought the check and never asked why I didn't eat it or if I wanted to take it. It wasn't an experience I've ever had there ever before. The kitchen was a real disaster. I may have given the server a bit of an attitude and I'm sorry for that but the food was just bad. Not sure I'll be back.

Yelp
Really yummy with excellent service. The zucchini chips and margarita are delicious, and we tried the zero alcohol mocktail with the strawberry and ginger beer, which was delicious as well.

Yelp
I came here with my coworkers for restaurant week lunch! We were excited that the menu looked pretty good and the interior of the restaurant was beautiful. We sat down and ordered from the restaurant week menu and my one coworker ordered the side of crispy brussel sprouts. Since I have a peanut allergy I asked th waiter if anything we ordered had peanuts in it. He reassured that the items I ordered didn't have nuts. For the brussel sprouts we asked too (it didn't look like it had nuts but best to double check). He said no it shouldn't but he went to go check. I popped one in my mouth and it was good! Crispy balsamic brussel sprouts yummm then he came back and said oh actually it has pistachios in it. I freaked out since I was highly allergic. Luckily I may have had one that didn't come in contact with q pistachio but honestly I was upset the rest of my meal. The aranchini was delectable and my Bolognese i thought was excellent too it's unfortunate the whole allergy scare made me scared to come dine here again. I would suggest putting allergy warnings for items or people could get seriously hurt eating here.

Yelp
Our first time eating at this restaurant lucky enough weather was beautiful. We were able to sit outside. Start with the service waitress was very knowledgeable and polite, which we both appreciated... I can't say that the food was bad because it wasn't. I just feel that the portion size was not worth the money that we paid... we started with calamari which wasn't bad, except for all the breading. We also ordered bread with a balsamic vinegar on it, which was just way too hard, but since they didn't serve bread with the pasta dishes, that's why we ordered bread on the side. I had a pasta dish that had real crab meat and very, very little shrimp .. My husband had a pasta dish with short ribs and he was super disappointed only because he's a meat eater and there was hardly any meat but he enjoyed the flavor . We did take a chance with ordering dessert to share. The dessert was very nice but not to sound cheap not worth $15. I also ordered a cappuccino, which was very satisfying that I really enjoyed .. My husband had a point he said to me that "this is what you pay when you eat at the mall" . I would say to anyone out there who has not tried this restaurant. Go try it for yourself, you may end up really enjoying it. Just FYI : one iced tea, one lemonade, two appetizers, two entrées, a dessert and a cappuccino for $111 plus we gave the waitress a $20 tip..

Yelp
Where do I even begin.. This has become our fav dinner spot for our birthdays. Food is impeccable, every dish is super tasty. The White truffle garlic bread is just divine. The pizzas are authentic italian style. Kids dishes are equally good and very different from regular stuff at other restaurants. We have tried almost 5-6 type of drinks and not one has dissapointed. Service is always great and not to forget the desserts. That Tiramisu is to die for.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants! They check every box, every time! Food, service, atmosphere! 5 stars well deserved. It's mandatory to stop here at least once (maybe twice, if I have time) whenever I am in the area. Again, each time I've had an amazing server, and this time was no different. I was happy to see my favorite dish (squid ink pasta) still on the menu. The only thing I usually change is the sauce (I prefer white over red), and I appreciate the kitchen for allowing this change. Some places are unnecessarily stubborn about such a thing. The wait is usually not long, but I'd still recommend making a reservation.

Roxanne P.

Yelp
Big prices for small portions, service was okay, but won't go back to this restaurant or recommend it to others

Yelp
Stopped here for dinner on a Saturday night as this was one of the only places open late without heading into the city. Saturday is traditionally our Italian night so this ticked both boxes. Unbeknownst to me - I have eaten at this place while in Alabama and had a lukewarm experience. A table of 5 we shared some apps: Meatballs, grilled bread, burrata, and bruschetta. The meatballs were good - solid option and had good sauces on it. The bruschetta I didn't touch as it had asparagus and prosciutto on it. The burrata was a hot mess - not really cheese but this cream cheese pool in the middle of cut cherry tomatoes. Hard to eat with the crispy bread pieces. Grilled bread was good - but again very pedestrian. For my entree I got the chicken Parmesan. It came with an Alfredo rigatoni on the side. The pasta was sauced but there was no excess sauce other than what was on the noodles. Chicken was crispy and the sauce was good - but I ended up leaving the pasta as it had no flavor. We also ordered two pizzas to share: Margherita and the spicy meatball. The marg was solid - would have liked to have some more cheese and basil but it was good. The spicy meatball was very good - had a nice kick to it and the pillows of cheese on top were very nice. The entertainment of the night was the wait staff on the other side of the restaurant chains a mouse that was running around the floor, with their phone flashlights out try to sweep it into a dustpan for removal. That entertainment wouldn't have been so evident but it took FOREVER to get the waiter to come back after entrees to order dessert. I ordered the budino which is an Italian mousse. It was okay. Not something I would recommend unless that's a dish you regularly eat. Overall it was ok.

Yelp
Trendy restaurant, very modern, booths as well as tables. Food was OK but nothing to rave about. Expensive. I think that the bar and outdoor seating would be very nice for an after work gathering.

Yelp
High quality food at a high price. We stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday and parking was hard to find but that's typical at KOP mall. The ambiance is open, professional and easy to relax in. The servers were attentive and did a great job guiding us through the menu and making sure our drinks are full. We really enjoyed the chicken parm sandwich and the chicken parmigiana entree. Instead of ordering the noodles with the Parmesan sauce they come with I asked for spicy vodka sauce which was fannnntastic. We'll definitely come back sometime!

Aharoni Z.

Yelp
Really nice experience. Great vibe though a bit loud. The service was excellent and the food delicious

Yelp
This place was yummy and the pasta was freshly made. Overall when at the mall would check them out.

Yelp
We've dined at North Italia and enjoyed it so we returned for dinner tonight. There's a good vibe with the bar, open kitchen, and seating area. There's natural light from the windows. In warm weather, there's outdoor dining as well. The restaurant is located at the King of Prussia Mall near Macy's and Neiman Marcus. We started with an order of grilled bread and good oil. At $8.50 for 4 slices of grilled bread, it seems a little expensive but it's delicious. We split the hot honey prosciutto pizza. It was also delicious and a good size to split since we'd had the bread and planned to have dessert. I asked for some marinara to dip my crust. I was given a small cup then noticed a charge on the bill for $3.50 for a side of marinara. Not a big deal but I wasn't informed that there would be a charge in advance. We split the seasonal butter cake for dessert. It was phenomenal and I wished I'd had my own. They have a full bar plus serve Coke products. Christian K was our server. He was friendly and helpful.

Grace D.

Yelp
Veronica was our waitress and incredible! She made us feel so special. The food was great. The desserts were a little different .. the butter cake could have had more flavor and maybe more density. Overall so happy with the service.

Yelp
I came here with my husband for dinner on his birthday! It was incredibly delicious food, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, it was a little loud, but it didn't stop us from enjoying this evening in a wonderful establishment, they also brought dessert as a gift, it was very nice

Yelp
I was hoping for a more positive experience at North Itália. It wasn't a total fail, but I left feeling underwhelmed. We arrived Saturday for a 6:00 PM reservation. The restaurant was busy and full, so I was prepared to wait a little before being seated. Thankfully, that wasn't the case and they sat us in a nicely sized booth right away. Our server (who I won't name) seemed as if he was either in a rush to leave or unenthused to wait on us. I wish he had treated us with a little more TLC than he did. The order came out correct, so it wasn't a matter of him messing up the order. His interactions with us just didn't seem authentic and that's what the night was lacking. Of all the items ordered that evening, we enjoyed the crispy eggplant parmesan appetizer the most. The sauce had a slight sweetness to it, and the cheese melted on top set it off right. The eggplant remained crispy and not mushy, despite sitting in the sauce. I also enjoyed the avocado and arugula salad. It was a great size and nothing was left behind. I added a little bit of pepper to balance out the lemon flavor. Very refreshing and filling for an entree. The spicy broccolini was ordered as a shareable side. It was just boiled broccolini with a spicy powder sprinkled on top. I wasn't impressed. It was quite loud, as one would expect with every seat full, so amplifying your voice may be necessary when you visit. I'd say North Itália is comparable to Olive Garden or Carrabba's with their prices. The menu items are similar, too. Nothing really "wowed" me, but I'll stop by again when it's less busy/not the holiday season.

Yelp
Good is exceptional delicious! An imaginative menu that includes breakfast meals. My family's serendipitous lunch was quite enjoyable. Serviced was excellent and atmosphere was nice. Anna and Dave were stupendous as they took care of our dining needs. The bartender knew what the drinks were (French 75). I had Roasted salmon with caramelized romanesco , broccolini, fregola, basil pesto, lemon gremolata, affinato. Yummy! Salmon was perfectly prepared! Daughter had Bistro steak and eggs with Calabrian hash and a rosemary bernaise. Grand daughter had a very nice looking pizza. Did not initially look for this place, but I'll look forward to returning! but I'll Music wasn't too loud and space was bright and airy.

Yelp
Would have been a 4 star review if the bread didn't have mold in it!! yes that's right I said mold!! Green mold on the bread. Didn't help that the waitress said how fresh the bread was when she dropped it off (otherwise she was lovely) and the fact they didn't comp anything for MOLD in the bread. I appreciated that the manager apologized but just didn't seem like enough!

Yelp
Our first time at North Italia it certainly will not be our last. It was the full package so many wonderful options on the menu, including drinks and sharing plates as well as larger entrées and if all the servers are like Mia, you'll be very well taken care of. We came in for a late lunch early dinner, and consider it a sampling. If you will we will certainly be back for a larger meal as the food was that good fresh ingredients, beautiful presentations, great taste profile and priced right My wife had the Bolognese and mind you. We learned that the chef would lean towards a little Dante on the pasta but if you ask, they will cook it a little bit more for you so it's softer. It had a really nice meat sauce flavor; no, no peas. I had one of their seasonal salads and added chicken and we just blown away by the combination of the ingredients in the freshness of the ingredients and you'll see it in my photos that I attached there's parking right out in parking lot D7 .

Yelp
Not much of a fan of chain restaurants but it's always nice to have a standby when you can't think of where to eat

Yelp
If I could give zero stars, I would. My Wife and I were excited to try North Italia thinking we'd get a nice, quality Italian meal. Instead, we got a plate full of straight GREASE. Like who serves food dripping with oil and calls it Italian?! I don't know if the chef just gave up that day or if that's how they always cook, but my entire plate was soaked in grease to the point I'm literally feeling sick right now. My stomach is in knots and not the pasta kind! The service? Completely checked out. We didn't get checked on after we got our food. Nobody asked how the food was probably because they knew it was trash. Honestly, this was a waste of money and a ruined night. King of Prussia has way better options save your money and your stomach and go literally anywhere else. Never again. Disgusted.

Yelp
We celebrated my birthday with going here for an early dinner. First time. The food was fantastic ! Great sauce and pizza was the best I've had in some time. Our Waiter, CameronB, was a delight and extremely attentive seeing to our every need. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
Came to King of Prussia Mall to return an item and decided to stop for dinner with the hubby at North Italia. The place is beautiful inside and out. Inside is open and area with modern flair. The weather was perfect for July, so we decided to eat outside in the patio area. Plenty of umbrellas with high-top tables and benches. Our waiter Sam was attentive, personable and knowledgeable about the menu - always a perk. She suggested a few items and we decided to go with Italian Salad and the Bolognese. Our cocktail of choice was the White Lotus and Sangria. Although it a 30-minute drive, we would come again.

Yelp
North Italia is a decent chain restaurant at the King of Prussia Mall. I give then a very solid healthy 4 stars. The food has always been consistent and I recommend the delicious calamari. The pizzas are very good; the breakfast pizza is really delicious. We love their delicious grilled garlic bread with House made ricotta. I was really interested in trying the beef carpaccio and found it to be a little bit bland and not worth the money. Other than that we really enjoyed the pastas and my daughter enjoyed her chicken Caesar salad. Our server was terrific. It was her first day on the job. Her name was Renee. We absolutely loved her. She was so sweet and really good at her job.

Susan H.

Yelp
We celebrated a friend's birthday last evening and had a fabulous meal. The pasta was fresh and delicious as were the desserts. I like that there are creative mocktails on the menu. The restaurant was not too loud and nice outdoor seating is also available. The server was very attentive and made certain we enjoyed our meal. The server gave my friend a special birthday dessert as well. We had a great time and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
North has been on my radar for places to try for a while. My family was very underwhelmed with the price and portion sizes. Let's start with our appetizers. We started with the white truffle garlic bread and the calamari fritti. $15 for 4 slices of bread is absurd. Calamari was good and while I'm aware it's a small plate- for $17 there should've been more calamari than could fit in the palm of my hand. Moving to the main courses- we got the bolognese, funghi pizza and margherita pizza. The pizzas had pools of grease/oil on the top of them and crust underneath was soggy. I asked if my mother could order a half portion of the Bolognese pasta since she's only 4',9" and 105 pounds- the waitress said we could only order the salads in half portions. (I saw somebody else post a half half portion of bolognese pasta so I'm not sure why they wouldn't let us do that). My husband and I decided to get a half portion of Caesar salad and seasonal vegetable salad. Again VERY small portions me We didn't realize until we got the bill that half portion wasn't half-price price - instead of $15 it was $10. We ended our meal with the Bombolini, which was priced reasonably, portioned well, and delicious! Overall, based on this experience, I don't think I would be back except for maybe a cocktail.

Yelp
Yummy food at this Italian eatery, many food and drink choices. Fabulous place to meetup with some good friends. Definitely returning next time...Sparkling Rosé Sangria to top off the brunch. Service was good with good atmosphere

Yelp
Pretty good food for a restaurant at the mall! The star of the show was the hand made pasta. The chicken pesto was delicious and addictive, albeit a bit salty. My cocktail, their take on an Aperol spritz, was citrusy and refreshing. Caesar salad and shrimp scampi were fine. Bread was a bit dry. The restaurant had very loud music and was crowded. I'd recommend making a reservation in advance if possible.

Yelp
A great option at KOP. Food and service wasn't anything special, but it was a solid meal.

Yelp
It's solid American Italian with a wide menu and friendly staff. It's definitely more oily than what I am accustomed to and a bit saltier as well but this is meant to feed the masses in an ultra high traffic location so to be expected. Our server was nice but our charcuterie board was forgotten and we received our entrees well before our salad and burrata. No huge deal but just a note to remind them the cadence with which you want your food served. I would say that shrimp scampi, short rib pasta, burrata, and tenderloin Marsala were the best dishes. The flavors were well balanced and the ingredients were of a good quality. I would skip the Bolognese which was just salty with no flavor profile other than that. The pizza is just okay - the crust was a bit doughy and with no char and crispness. It's a convenient option to grab a sit down bite at KOP but not sure I would go out of my way to come here.

Yelp
This place is more miss than hit. I used to really enjoy coming here but it's gotten comically worse every time. It's gone from a place I would suggest to one that I would shy away from.

Yelp
Our reservation was at 7:45 8/16, first the host had an attitude, I ordered the spicy vodka sauce pasta and the eggplant parm, it was soggy and cold and the sauce was so spicy my mouth was on fire. We also got the roasted salmon and it was more like Pesto with a side of salmon, the dish was full of it with the smallest peice of fish, it looked like slop, the only good part about our experience was the server, the manager only came over to apologize about the wait and not about how terrible the food was, we payed $160 for slop, overall will never be returning

Yelp
I was walking along at KOP mall and saw the sign on the sidewalk outside this restaurant that said' wine and Bread.... What more do you need?' And after walking about 5 miles to navigate the huge mall, wine and bread was exactly what I needed. I was alone, so, I sat at the bar and was greeted by a beautiful and friendly young lady. She was a great bartender and made me feel welcome. I got exactly what was on the sign, their truffle garlic bread, and holy cow! Why did I never think of putting seasoned ricotta on garlic bread before?!?! This stuff was SO GOOD! The wine was delicious and it was just the pick me up I needed! Plus a nice place to sit and rest my tired feet! The interior was open and modern, and the bathrooms were clean and stocked. Perfect shopping break!

Yelp
What a find this is. It is a chain but the food is fantastic , service is great and they do change the menu from time to time. I always visits when I'm in town.

Yelp
What a perfect addition to birkdale! I went in last Friday to see what North Italia was about and I was not disappointed! Philip took care of me, went over the freshly made craft cocktails and the happy hour menu. Food was delicious and the drinks were superb! Definitely recommend checking this place out, I would sit at the bar and ask for Philip!
