"North Italia, an Italian eatery from Fox Restaurant Concepts, is set to open its second DFW location in the Union building in Uptown on May 1. The restaurant will occupy a 5,501 square foot space complete with an outdoor patio. This new outpost joins a Plano location that opened at Legacy West in 2017, along with locations in Houston, Colorado, Florida, and Kansas. The Uptown location will bring a similar menu of Italian dishes, including fried calamari, prosciutto-topped pizzas, and Bolognese-lacquered pasta. At the bar, cocktails like the Quiet Italian Gentleman will be available. North Italia will be open for lunch and dinner and is currently hiring wait and kitchen staff ahead of its May opening." - Amy McCarthy

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a beautiful patio that’s perfect for enjoying summer evenings. The food was incredibly delicious—everything from the appetizers to the mains was full of flavor and beautifully presented. It’s definitely one of the best spots to visit in the summer if you want great food and a relaxing vibe. Highly recommend!

Guys, this is the best Italian food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The salmon was very well cooked, braised short rib tender, and the flavors infused into everything really nicely. I read other reviews before I came and everyone raved about the food - the hype is very real and true. Oh! We also got two desserts with the seasonal butter cake and affogato & baby everything was so rich, creamy, and delicious. Enjoyed the vibe, layout, and design of the restaurant. I also felt that this is a place that truly welcomes everyone as I saw the beautiful rainbow of humanity present. However, why did I give 4 stars? The risotto was saltier with each bite AND the service was slow and our server barely made eye contact whenever she did stop by the table… to the point my mom advised not leaving a tip. I even had to go up and ask to pay. I still left a tip though. Despite those issues, I’ll probably still come back though might try a different location. (Written about my dinner at North Italia Plano on Tuesday 3/18/25)

Excellent service; wonderful food. We had a large party, and they managed to find a spot for us. Our server started great. She was knowledgeable and had some good recommendations. The appetizers were just right. The pizza was fantastic as was the pasta. It's a great location. We had a blast.

Looking for a nice Italian restaurant that understands Italian? Here's your spot. The service was great as the server was very engaging. She made sure to offer drinks, appetizers and entrees separately. She was on time for refills on drinks. The food was well cooked and tasted wonderful. I suggest the lasagna and spicy rigattoni. Great for business meetings, special occasions for couples and dates. I suggest making reservations in advance. Enjoy!

North Italia is one of our favorite chain Italian spots in DFW. We often go for brunch and it never disappoints. We haven't had anything there that we didn't like and the service is wonderful. I can't recommend the white truffle garlic bread enough. I would go there just for that! This time I also had the bolognese which is the house specialty. It was excellent! My husband had the chicken pesto and loved it as well. We were seated in the back right by the windows to the kitchen. I loved watching them prepare the pizzas and entrees. I trust a restaurant more when they have an open kitchen. We could see all the ingredients and brands they used and everything was top notch.

I celebrated my 31st birthday at North Italia in Legacy West, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our server, Adam, was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He described each dish with mouthwatering detail and made spot-on recommendations that made our meal even more special. The food and wine were exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We sat out on the patio next to the stunning fountains, which added such a serene, romantic touch to the evening. The ambience was just perfect. North Italia truly made my birthday dinner memorable in every way. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Upon arrival we were told the wait was going to be two hours. The whole staff was very friendly, it was really busy and it ended up being an hour wait which was great. The lady up front with cute flower earrings had such a sweet personality and I was so comfortable approaching her. Christian was our server at a party of 9. She was friendly and bubbly. Food was very enjoyable. it was probably the busiest restaurant I’ve seen in my life. Kids food and appetizers were outstandingly fast. If you’re not used to overly crowded areas, I’d recommend trying different location. Also, there was a kind young man who stood out with his aura and kind smile. He was outside working with Christian as well. And I wanted to say my thanks and highlight on the staff.

Everything was a 10/10. Their white truffle bread and pesto pasta is a must try. For dessert we had the hazelnut torte and it was beautiful!

Yelp
I love this place! The food is always really great and the ambiance is lovely with attention to detail in the decor. They get super busy for weekend brunch and prime dinner nights so I would make a reservation in advance. Highly recommend the calamari and truffle butter bread apps! Cocktails are also really great here.

Yelp
We usually come here once a month or so, but last night was our first time having a bad experience to the point we just walked out ( and no one even noticed ) ! lol We had to wait 10+ minutes to get seated for our reservation, they seated us at a very tiny table, so I asked them to move us, which they kindly did to a high top. Once reseated, we waited and waited and not a single server came up to us, so we just got up and left. Get it together North Italia !

Jinyoung P.

Yelp
We really enjoyed the Dallas location of North Italia during Restaurant Week last year, so when my husband scheduled a brunch at one, I was thrilled. We went to the Plano location as it is more convenient for us. We were seated almost immediately upon checking in with the hostess. Our server was very nice and attentive. The only issue? It took FOREVER to receive our food. Our server checked in with us a couple of times and someone else (maybe a manager?) even stopped by to say the food would be out in 3 minutes. We kind of wish she would not have said that because it definitely took longer than 3 minutes. I ordered the breakfast sandwich which comes with the crispy hash browns. I distinctly remember the ones from the Dallas location being very crispy, but by the time my food made it to our table, I guess the hash browns had been out of the fryer for some time. They still had crispy bits, but they were not how I remembered. We also ordered a coffee cake to go toward the end of our meal, and it again took a very long time for us to get it. We should have asked for it like 10 minutes before we did. If you go during brunch and they look very busy, expect a long wait before you get your food and plan accordingly.

Yelp
Everything here is absolutely amazing!! My favorite apps are the prosciutto bruschetta and zucca chips! They have amazing salads but also if you choose an entire everything is homemade! Don't forget to order a dessert!!

Shirley S.

Yelp
I've been to North Italia a few times but it was my first time trying the squid ink pasta. No wonder this is such a popular dish here! The pasta texture was perfect and had plenty amount of shrimp and calamari in there for me to enjoy with the pasta. The sauce was spicy tomato sauce and it paired really well with all the ingredients. I love the atmosphere - it's very big but feels well organized and clean. Server was also very attentive and gave good recommendations when I asked. I should be going back here more often!

Thuy N.

Yelp
North Italia at Legacy West in Plano was fantastic! The wine and food were great--I especially loved their Spaghetti Bolognese house special and the seafood crab & shrimp pasta. The dark chocolate budino dessert was pretty good too, and the service was excellent. It gets packed on weekends, so be sure to make a reservation via OpenTable to avoid the wait!

Leta B.

Yelp
Our group of 4 was celebrating a birthday, and we decided on North Italia's Sunday brunch. The main dining room is open and bright, with high ceilings and a view of the kitchen. Also available is outdoor dining, and covered outdoor dining. The brunch menu has an ecclectic mix of usual breakfast fare, and pasta dishes. We opted for fried calamari for the table. Interestingly, they do not bring bread for the table, but you may order this as an appetizer. The pasta dishes we had came in huge bowls, enough for everyone to have a taste. I have to rave about the beautifully presented salmon dish. What a treat!!!! Perfectly done, and presented on a bed of pea-sized green pasta, with broccolini and green cauliflower... delicious! We also had the short-rib lasagna, not a layered tomatoey dish, very different. This was served in a small casserole pan, with a molten white cheese sauce, and tender short rib meat. This was a heavy dish, probably more suited to share on a cold winter day. Our server Demitrius took great care, was so friendly and efficient. The Sunday Brunch appeared quite family friendly, but I could also see the potential for a romantic date night.

Carter C.

Yelp
Went here on a Sunday for lunch and the place was like 30% full. Got a nice table immediately and upon our ask the waitress recommended the 2 items we got. The pesto pasta was the star of the show for me, light yet decadent, slight lemony flavor, fresh pesto and noodles. So GOOD! The meatball pizza was also very good and provided a nice contrast to the pasta. Pizza was fairly large for the price and very warm and hearty but not greasy at all. Prices for both were around 20 dollars which was extremely reasonable given the quality and portion size you get. Restaurant is very modern italian with a good amount of space and natural light. Great spot for a dinner date or casual lunch hangout.

Yelp
After my yelp review, I was told to fill out a contact form on the company's web site so that they could reach out.. That was over a week ago and no one has contacted me.

Anastasiia V.

Yelp
Not delicious + expensive. Ive got a lemonade and I paid $10 for cup of ice and i'ts even nor refillable. I wouldn't come back again

Mrittika G.

Yelp
The service was fast and wasn't too busy for a Saturday. Nice open interior with a lot of seating for large groups The bolognese was great. The sauce was nice and meaty and went great with some red pepper flakes I asked to be added on top. The lasagna was good I wish the short ribs were layered into the lasagna and not just on top. The flavors were good but it was a little dry. We also got the grilled bread which was great!

Casey P.

Yelp
Atmosphere is nice, clean but loud Front staff- there was a blond girl, just not the most friendly. I'm sure she's busy but it was before dinner & she was just not friendly at all. Food- it took a long time and all we got was pizza, spaghetti and chicken Alfredo. The food was tasty though and pasta was fresh. I'd recommend but it wasn't what I expected. Not sure if that helps but I hope.

Khushbu B.

Yelp
Visited North Italia for Happy Hour a couple times (M-F 3-6pm). Great prices for the Bottle of Wine or their Red Sangria pitcher (4 servings) during the happy hour. The ambiance is great-beautiful and spacious! Their appetizers are absolutely delicious, perfect pairing with the drinks and discounted during hh. Must Try: White Truffle Garlic Bread 10/10 Cacio E Pepe Arancini 10/10

Donna Marie S.

Yelp
We ate here and Alex and Georgia took the best care of us. The food was the BEST and, I would know, I'm 100% Italian! Congratulations and excellent job!

Laura P.

Yelp
Was very happy with our dinner here. Beautiful inside and the decor was well done. Food was delicious and even though the waitress messed up one of the orders, they fixed it quickly and even offered a free dessert for the wait. Totally unnecessary, but very nice that they came over and apologized and did all the customer service stuff. We appreciated it, even though we weren't upset by any means. I do have to say that I think by only allowing happy hour to be ordered at the bar / high tops is very cheap of them. I didn't like how that was handled and even though we only wanted an appetizer or two from it, it still left a bad taste in my mouth. The food was all together delicious.

Megan P.

Yelp
This restaurant fills up quick, so either go early or make a reservation. I only sat at the bar, but service was amazing every time. Bartenders are very nice and accommodating. Food is incredible. Pastas are good, but my personal favorite (which I normally would never order) are the scallops. Cooked perfectly over a sweet corn / asparagus risotto. Absolutely the best dish on the menu. Ambiance in the overall restaurant is also great. You can tell everyone that works there gets along great and gives off great vibes. All in, if you are in the area - - this is a must go to!

Brian D.

Yelp
Food here is always absolutely amazing, love their italian spritz. I wish i could eat here everyday. i really miss their short rib lumache with a fantastic horse radish cream sauce. But theres so many great options still.

Katarina S.

Yelp
I'm not a fan of many Italian restaurants for several reasons that will end up a rant if I go too deep into it. For this place, I came thinking super overpriced for okay to mediocre food. I was mostly wrong. Well, the prices weren't cheap but wasn't as overpriced as I thought. $20ish for a small pizza is still a lot but the ingredients were quality and I enjoyed it. Got the Pig pizza, lots of different meats like sausage, pepperoni, salami, etc. The cheese had a smooth quality, the crust was actually crusty but not burnt, the meats were tasty and not too oily (still oil cause it's meat). Overall would come back again to get another. Also had the squid ink tonnarelli which was around $25ish. The texture of the pasta was not mushy and good level of al dente, the pasta tasted fresh and not stale, the dish was flavorful with a decent spicy kick to it. Also get the grilled bread with olive oil. Nice crunch to the bread, tasty herb mixture, and dipping in the oil made it all come together nicely. I still give it 5 starts cause food was good. I'd say the service wasn't as great. Our party was not huge, 8 people total. Waiter wasn't around much, drinks (even water) were slow to arrive or refill, and just generally like he was avoiding us on purpose, wasn't horribly busy at this time. Overall great place, not too fancy, pricey but good quality.

Ryan N.

Yelp
Parking: Free self parking inside the garage. Interior: Open, modern design. Service: Had reservations but still had to wait about 15 minutes to get seated. And even for a weeknight, the restaurant was super busy. Food: Excellent! Highly recommend the squid ink tonnarelli and spicy rigatoni vodka. Drinks: Pretty decent wine selection - went with red wine and it paired well with the food. Overall: Two thumbs up! I would definitely come back to try their other pastas and wine selection! :)

Yelp
This was our second time to eat here but at a different location we had eaten at the one over in Legacy because the nurse at the doctors office said that's where she like to go. We come down frequently from WichitaFalls and always try to find someplace different to go. But like North Italia so much that we tried the different location since it was closer to another place we needed to go. The food is fresh and tasty and we have enjoyed both meals. We chose something different each time. We were close to the kitchen this time which is open glass and I got to watch them. Fresh make pasta have several different kinds.

Cryssy M.

Yelp
Great food & service :) The pizza and desserts are yummy :) The perfect Sunday brunch.

Whitney B.

Yelp
I've been to north italia a couple times for lunch. Sometimes it's been a bit crowded so it was good we had a reservation. Other times it wasn't busy. I've gotten the pizza each time & it's always amazing. The salads seem a little lack luster but my friends usually like it. The sandwiches look AMAZING! I need to try one one of these days. The ambiance is nice. Feels bright & refreshing. I would suggest trying out North Italia!

Martha G.

Yelp
The food here is so delicious. The pasta is fresh and has great flavor. The meatballs were so tender and flavorful and laid on a bed of ricotta. We used the garlic bread we ordered to dip into the left over meatball sauce and ricotta and it was such a great pairing. The chicken pesto pasta and bolognese were both hits and the cocktail, La Dolce Vita, was so refreshing and good, a great choice for passion fruit lovers like myself. We came on a Sunday around lunch time. It was busy but we managed to get seats without waiting. The restaurant is pretty big, the ambiance is loud, and our server was so nice.

Manvita M.

Yelp
We celebrated my birthday with a lively Tuesday night dinner. The restaurant was surprisingly busy, setting a great atmosphere. We started with cocktails, unfortunately we missed out on the highly-recommended brandied fig in the Old Fashioned - they were out of the figs. However, the shrimp scampi, truffle garlic bread, and crispy calamari were all fantastic. For dinner, the pesto chicken pasta was a standout, and the ricotta cavatalli was OK. We capped off the evening with a complimentary birthday dessert--a delightful tiramisu. Overall, it was a wonderful way to celebrate.

Vidhi P.

Yelp
I really enjoyed grabbing dinner at North Italia! The location is great, the inside has a great ambiance, and the food is tasty. My go to is the truffle garlic bread - so delicious! It is in on the pricier side and the pasta portions are on the smaller side. Overall, this is a nice sit down italian restaurant.

Quinn S.

Yelp
My wife and I love this restaurant. The pastas and pizzas are exceptional. The salads are also very good, but I wasn't a huge fan of the truffle garlic bread. This evening's bill was about $100. The service is always great, however expect to wait maybe 45-60 minutes on a busy night. The ambiance is very warm and cozy. Lots of wood, dark fixtures, and dim lighting. Great spot for a nice night out.

Beryl D.

Yelp
Great place to gather as family or friends. Came here to celebrate my dad's birthday. Food was great and so was the service. Highly recommend!

Rose Q.

Yelp
I came here with my family and it was my first time. We had the fried calamari, eggplant parm, seasonal salad with salmon, Marguerita pasta with basil spread and some green pasta. Food was awesome and best service ever!! I am very picky about Italian food and this was top notch. I'd definitely come back for the pizza and the salad we ordered.

Maserati C.

Yelp
This will be a quick review. North Italia is the best go to Italian restaurants in the DFW area. I go there all the time, and I usually love what I get. Mushroom Pizza - honestly not worth it, unless you're crazy for mushrooms. it does have a nice umami flavor and scent Calamari - I love it love it love it. Soo good. Light and airy batter, that is perfectly salty and seasoned. Unfortunately, they did not include the red sauce in our to go order - I was very sad about that. Branzino - def a healthy choice, not very seasoned or flavorful inside the fish, but the veggies are fun to eat - the fish is also a decent size Squid Ink Pasta - it's spicy for sure, worth trying out, and they give large chunks of seafood Spicy Rigatoni Vodka - the best ! I order this everytime, it will always taste amazing and it's super easy to eat. P.S. if you're ordering in person, make sure to ask if they can split your order of pasta into two bowls (it makes it so much easier to share)

Paulina H.

Yelp
This place was closed to where we stayed and we were starving. When we first walked in, they have such cute vibes. People who sit outside, drinking cocktails or wine, laughing and talking. I love it. Then we were greeted with a great smile and we got a booth seat. There were so many options to choose from but my husband got spicy meatballs pizza. And I got Ricotta Cavatelli. They gave generous amounts of meatballs and cheese on the pizza. You can make a cheese pull from it; and shrimps for my pasta. Overall I loved it. I ordered white wine, but sadly there was a bug in it, probably flew in there after. Let's not think I got extra proteins. Anyways, my server got me a new wine immediately. It was a great experience.

Sarah T.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in DFW. The ricotta cavatelli with lump crab, tiger shrimp, peperoncino, mint, lemon olive oil is my favorite dish. (I'm not sure why it's not on the DoorDash menu...otherwise, I'd order delivery from North Italia all the time! Management, if you are reading this, please add it to the DoorDash delivery menu options.) The bolognese with pappardelle is another solid choice. You can't go wrong with any of the pastas!

Sommer C.

Yelp
North Italia what is going on? Service is always good, and vibes too. Especially with happy hour and such. The food? You guys were great years back, the food is not where it used to be unfortunately. Which is very disappointing .

Stephanie Q.

Yelp
My friends and I came in on a whim and we were not disappointed! One of our friends has celiac so it's hard finding good restaurants to accommodate her allergy but North Italia exceeded our expectations! From fantastic gluten free bread and olive oil to the burrata and tomatoes, everyone's main dish as well, were so tasty and cooked to perfection! I cannot wait to go back to get my Italian fix!

Taylor K.

Yelp
As soon as we walked in the hosts were super friendly and nice, complimenting my sister it was the sweetest thing to see. Our server gave us the best night ever with our friend in town, we came to celebrate our graduation and to catch up. She talked with the table, checked on us multiple times, and though she was busy she still did a fantastic job getting everything that we needed. Our server even broke down some food items to make sure that my sister liked it as she was hesitant about ordering and she showed she knew her menu!! The food was amazing, we got the garlic truffle bread and I got the braised short rib. Such a wonderful night, I always come back here and this keeps proving my reason why! Thank you North Italia!!!

India F.

Yelp
My first time at North Italia was amazing omg! I can't believe I was passing up on this place in Legacy the whole time! My server Ciara D. made so many recommendations for my table and everything hit! My drink, the passione was the best aperol I've ever had. First off I tried the truffle bread and it was the best thing I've ever tried in my life! The bread was so good like omg! For my main dish I got the chicken parm with spicy rigatoni! Now it was very spicy, I didn't expect that at all. For dessert I tried the bombolini, they're like cream filled beignets, but the cream it's too sweet. It's such a good balance. The vibes is very nice, I hosted a girls brunch and it was the perfect place! All the food 10/10, I loved it here and I WILLLL be back! Thanks so much Ciara!

Lauren M.

Yelp
grilled bread and olive oil: 10/10 seasonal vegetable salad: 9/10 chocolate gelato: 10/10 pistachio gelato: 10/10! tiramisu: 10/10 love this location! i've been to a north italia in nashville and it was disappointing especially for the price. but our experience here was great! i didn't even take pictures of the food because i expected to not care enough to review. dessert review: we loved the gelatos. everyone favored a different flavor so both get 10/10. my favorite was the pistachio. there were chocolate flakes: pieces in the chocolate which made it a big hit! the tiramisu has chocolate pearls on top which make it great! the tiramisu was not cold at all which made it significantly worse to me, but everyone else loved so i still give 10 parking: this area has paid (and maybe unpaid) garages and free one hour street parking. bathroom: 4 individual gender neutral bathrooms. i don't have a number for it since there was a line so i wasn't focused

Nicole W.

Yelp
Hubby & I went for lunch during the week. I had made a reservation, so we were seated within about 5 minutes or so. There were quite a few people there... even larger groups celebrating the holidays. Inside is decorated quite nicely. Service was pretty good. We had calamari, bread, meatballs, & Bolognese. The food was pretty good...I will say it's a bit pricey for lunch but really good. Overall... good food.

Vivian P.

Yelp
This place is a solid Italian spot. The food is fantastic, lots of variety and the flavor was great.. The ambiance and lighting set the mood for a great dinner. However, service can be slow during busy times, waited an hour before we got our food orders in and had to flag down our waitress several times. Overall, Northern Italia offers delicious Italian cuisine in a charming setting, but the service could use improvement.

Stephanie Y.

Yelp
Came here for a date night. Adam was our server and he did a fabulous job. He helped us pick the right bottle of wine. We were so excited for the truffle garlic bread so the picture taken was after having a bite or so. Can't wait to return and try more plates.

Linnea K.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant and the food was so good! Our server was so pleasant, but was in the weeds with a high maintenance large party/separate checks. I wish a manager or someone had stepped in to help him. We will definitely be back, I'll be craving the Bolognese until then.

Joanna S.

Yelp
Not our first time at this restaurant but first time at this location. This place is located in Legacy West. Parking wasn't bad and was able to walk directly over to the restaurant. There was not a wait when we came - we were immediately sat and our waiter came to our service after about 5 minutes. The restaurant aesthetic was really nice and clean. Food, amazing as usual. We always get the white truffle garlic bread as appetizer and then we tried pizza this time instead of pasta. We shared the pizza between two people and we were full. The special was the cacio e pepe pizza. We got the special and + added chicken on top. Delicious! definitely will be coming back.

Noshin J.

Yelp
Even on a Tuesday night, this place was happening!!! Our server Sunny, was absolutely superb!!! He started the evening with a genuine and sincere compliment and wishing us for our birthdays and made the BEST recommendations! He was joyful, polite, attentive, and overall a pleasure to have been served by him! I truly believe we had such an amazing time because of him! The food was spectacular and delicious from start to finish! We had the garlic cheese bread- which you HAVE to get- it was creamy, garlicky, warm, and oh soooo good! For the entrée we got the Funghi pizza and Chicken Parmesan with the vodka sauce pasta on the side- both were soooo good we licked the plates clean! (Yeah- that good!) and we ended the evening with the pumpkin cheesecake- like how could you go wrong here! Overall an excellent meal, great service, and totally worth another trip!!

Rakshak R.

Yelp
Do not recommend for anyone on a vegan diet. There are lots of options elsewhere in legacy, but this place does not have explicitly vegan items. You can customize some things and the service was super friendly and accommodating. But for the price, the food quality was not justifiable. Ambiance is great as well, just not the place to go to if you are vegan.

Hannah N.

Yelp
Food not what it used to be. Very lacking, new location In galleria is better. Kitchen and staff must not communicate much. Just disappointing for price point.

Jackie R.

Yelp
Dessert was Amazing! The pasta was so soft and huge portion of chicken parm. The service was very quick and nice ambiance.

Lauren B.

Yelp
North Italia is truly an excellent dining experience that I hope everyone reading this is able to have. The ambiance is perfect, the restaurant is spacious, and you get high quality food without it feeling supper "uppity". To start, I came in a party of 3 to celebrate a friend's birthday. The service was amazing. Our server, Georgia, was notably kind and personable. She really added to the meal. I tried 4 different offerings from the menu, and they were all incredible. From my cocktail to the white truffle bread (one of the best things I've ever had, and HUGE!) to the eggplant parmesan and vegetarian pasta, each dish brought to the table was completely enjoyable. The seasonal vegetarian pasta is a mushroom cream one, which was preferable for me to the summer burrata/tomato one, though they are both great! The truffle bread is big enough to share with 3-5 other people because it is super dense, The eggplant parm comes with a spicy vodka sauce that definitely has a kick to it! Overall, it was a great dinner. The birthday girl got a complimentary dessert at the end to celebrate, and we all spoke highly of the entire experience. I highly, highly recommend checking North Italia out if you are able to!

Lucie N.

Yelp
ORDER - Calamari Fritti - this dish was great! Very crunchy and lots of calamari was served. It was served on top of giardiniera which gave more flavor to the calamari itself. The lemon when squeezed on top made the calamari even better along with the different dipping sauces. Overall, pretty solid dish. - Grilled Bread & Good Olive Oil - also something I thoroughly enjoyed. It's really just grana padano cheese on top of toasted bread with herbs and olive oil. We got two orders for each of the tables and my bread was toasted nicely, however the other side did have bread that was pretty burned. However, despite this dish being pretty simple, the flavors are very prominent. I really enjoyed the taste of the cheese and the like buttered thing on top. - The Pig - Pizza topped with sopressatta, salumi, spicy pepperoni, and Italian sausage. I'm not of Italian origin so maybe this is the way it's supposed to be, but this dish was especially salty. It was almost unbearable to eat because it was so salty. My brother and I downed our water just from the dehydration from the salt afterwards. Other than it being salty, it was crispy which was good. - Spicy Rigatoni - I was overall pleased with this dish. It has Italian sausage, garlic, basil, and crispy pancetta. It also was a bit salty but still overall very good. The sauce was in just the right amount to cover but not soak the pasta. I really enjoyed this dish! - Bombolini - These are Italian donuts with strawberry coulis inside. It almost tastes like a beignet but a lot more doughy. Still pretty good but flavor can get a little tiring quick since it is on the more rich side. Overall, some foods were stellar while others were not as much. By overall consensus from the table, a lot of the food was overly salted and that added to the wait time made for a less pleasant experience than we had hoped. I enjoyed some of the foods here and may come back because that could have been just an unlucky day. VIBES More elevated casual vibes for the restaurant. Very brightly lit from the large windows out front. Interior is spacious and has plenty of seating. Pretty loud and filled with lots of families, dates, friends, and people celebrating various occasions. Great place to catch up with people and very clean, nice vibes. SERVICE Service from the side of the waiter was great! He was very responsive to our needs and checked on us. He was also very prompt in ordering and refilling our drinks. Since it was so busy, it took quite a bit for food to come out. Then after that, it did take a while to get the bill out but other than that service was fine.

Yelp
LOVE this place! Service is fabulous. Food is amazing. Chill but great ambience. The Arugula/Avocado/fennel salad is a favorite. The meatballs are insanely good. Chicken parmigiana slices are great. Everything I have ever tried here is wonderful. This is now my top go-to restaurant for lunches with friends

Goodness I.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night and the least enjoyable part was the parking. There were a couple garages to pick from, but they were all full so I had to pass the restaurant 3 times before I found parking ...ANYWAYS... We sat at the bar because the wait time was close to an hour. Our waitresses were very kind and informative and were quick with service. The food was very flavorful and came out in a timely manner. Everything we tasted was 10/10. Would definitely go again to try the pizzas!
